Wherever There Is a Mexican, There Is Swine Flu!

Satire by John W. Lillpop

In his state of the union address to the Mexican nation in 2007, President Felipe Calderon established the rights of Mexicans to invade America with a mangled sense of illogic that would make sense only to another loco native.

As reported at CNN.com, in part:

"Mexican President Felipe Calderon Sunday demanded the United States surrender its sovereignty, abandon the rule of law and accede to Mexico's inherent supremacy.

"I have said that Mexico does not stop at its border, that wherever there is a Mexican, there is Mexico. And, for this reason, the government action on behalf of our countrymen is guided by principles, for the defense and protection of their rights."

The demented Calderon was referring to the "right" of tens of millions of illiterate peasants to invade America.

Wonder why he did not also assert, "Where there is a Guatemalan, there is Guatemala." Or, "Where there is a Nicuagaran, there is Niagara."

Perhaps Calderon's enthusiasm for invading criminals applies only to Mexicans invading America and not other nationals invading Mexico?

Less than two years after his memorable tirade, the Calderon message has been revised to, "Wherever There Is a Mexican, There Is Swine Flu!"

It is way past time that America shove this tinhorn bandito back into his box and prevent invading Mexicans and their swine flu from bringing their disease to America!
