President Barack Obama can be excused for failing to improve his chances for re-election during his acceptance speech.
After all, Obama had a very tough act to follow—that of William Jefferson Clinton who, charged with the job of making the case for extending Obama’s term for four more years, made a more compelling case for repealing the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution.
Such a repeal would allow Bill Clinton to run for a third term, which could be just what America needs given Obama’s inability to accomplish anything positive during his four years at the plate.
Bill Clinton, although a reprehensible rebate, did balance budgets and bring financial sanity to Washington, albeit, with major pressure from Newt Gingrich and the Contract with America.
Bill Clinton owned (owns) a huge, monster ego, overshadowed only by Obama’s, yet Clinton was able to work with Republicans on welfare reform and other accomplishments that Obama has since ravaged, despite the fact that the nation is desperately broke.
Bill Clinton was (is) a serial liar whose whoppers were minor compared to the outrageous falsehoods issued by Barack Obama. Example: Obamacare to add 30 million insured to the rolls while reducing health care costs!
Bill Clinton had (has) serious heart disease: Barack Obama has a serious problem accepting reality, and appears to be without any sign of a heart.
Bottom line: Barack Obama, “You’re NO Bill Clinton!”
