Time to Return 2009 Nobel Peace Prize, Mr. President?

If President Barack Obama had even an inkling of humility or graciousness in his soul, he would immediately fly to Oslo and return the coveted Nobel Peace Prize which was nefariously gifted in order to humiliate former President George W. Bush.

As reported, the Norwegian Nobel Committee announced the award on October 9, 2009, citing Obama's promotion of nuclear nonproliferation and a "new climate" in international relations fostered by Obama, especially in reaching out to the Muslim world.

Amazingly enough, Obama had the audacity to accept the prize on December 9 of that year, when the gracious, professional thing to do would have been humbly decline the award.

THAT would, of course, be completely uncharacteristic for America’s egotistical Community Organizer who has discredited the US presidency for nigh onto four years.

Recent events throughout the world make it clear that Barack Obama has utterly failed to honor the Nobel Prize.

For example, under his leadership, the number of US deaths in Afghanistan reached 2,000 as reported at the reference:

KABUL - U.S. military deaths in the Afghan war have reached 2,000, a cold reminder of the human cost of an 11-year-old conflict that now garners little public interest at home as the United States prepares to withdraw most of its combat forces by the end of 2014.

The toll has climbed steadily in recent months with a spate of attacks by Afghan army and police — supposed allies — against American and NATO troops. That has raised troubling questions about whether countries in the U.S.-led coalition in Afghanistan will achieve their aim of helping the government in Kabul and its forces stand on their own after most foreign troops depart in little more than two years.

On Sunday, a U.S. official confirmed the latest death, saying that an international service member killed in an apparent insider attack by Afghan forces in the east of the country late Saturday was American. A civilian contractor with NATO and at least two Afghan soldiers also died in the attack, according to a coalition statement and Afghan provincial officials. The U.S. official spoke on condition of anonymity because the nationality of those killed had not been formally released. Names of the dead are usually released after their families or next-of-kin are notified, a process that can take several days.”

The 2000th death in Afghanistan comes on the heels of the September 11, 2012 terrorist attacks against American embassies in Egypt and Libya and widespread  anti-American riots by Muslims throughout the world.

Apparently, Obama’s “reaching out to the Muslim world” has also failed completely and is yet another reason why the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize should be returned.

How about it, Mr. President? In light of your shabby and naive foreign policy record, why in the hell should the Nobel Peace Prize gather dust in your trophy case while Americans are still dying in Afghanistan and Libya?

Obama Strives to Hide Military Layoffs-- Until After Election!

Barack Obama and the far-left extremists who support his reelection can usually be counted on to take dead aim at reducing military budgets and personnel in order to assure continued funding for important liberal causes like Planned Parenthood and the Sandra Fluke Fund for Contraception and Infanticide, as mandated by ObamaCare.

However, given that Barack Obama’s current term is up for renewal, or hopefully, revocation on November 6, the administration is treading more prudently when wielding the budget ax against those who defend and protect more than 300 million Americans.

As reported at the reference, that means the Obama crew has taken the highly irregular step of trying to delay the notices that, by law, defense contractors are required to issue to workers:

The Obama administration issued new guidance intended for defense contractors Friday afternoon, reiterating the administration’s position that the companies should not be issuing layoff notices over sequestration.

The Labor Department issued guidance in July saying it would be “inappropriate” for contractors to issue notices of potential layoffs tied to sequestration cuts. But a few contractors, most notably Lockheed Martin, said they still were considering whether to issue the notices — which would be sent out just days before the November election.

But the Friday guidance from the Office of Management and Budget raised the stakes in the dispute, telling contractors that they would be compensated for legal costs if layoffs occur due to contract cancellations under sequestration — but only if the contractors follow the Labor guidance.

The guidance said that if plant closings or mass layoffs occur under sequestration, then “employee compensation costs for [Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification] WARN act liability as determined by a court” would be paid for covered by the contracting federal agency.

Senate Republicans, who accused the White House of trying to hide job losses after the first guidance, said Friday that the new OMB statement “puts politics ahead of American workers.”

“The Obama Administration is cynically trying to skirt the WARN Act to keep the American people in the dark about this looming national security and fiscal crisis,” Sens. John McCain (R-Ariz.), Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Kelly Ayotte (R-N.H.) said in a statement. “The president should insist that companies act in accordance with the clearly stated law and move forward with the layoff notices.”

How very typical of the most corrupt administration in history!  Tell contractors to ignore the law and promise that US taxpayers will foot the bill should legal  problems ensure!

Dam!  We must eradicate this lawless, immoral bunch of thieves ASAP.

The big question: Can we wait until November 6?

Defense contractors need to follow the law just like everyone else! And, if Barack Obama’s reelection prospects are dimmed by following the law, so what?

Obama Denied and Lied; American Diplomats Died!

While America prepares to disarm, Iran continues it’s pursuit of nuclear armament, China is striving to take America’s place as the world’s superpower, and Al-Quaeda, far from being dead, targets the murder of even more Americans;

( )President Obama has decided that campaigning for reelection is more important than governing. Considering his performance in office to date, he is probably wise to avoid adding to his legacy of failure by acting.


Bottom line: The Benghazi murders and anti-American rage throughout the world are the direct result of the fact that America is governed by a clueless individual who is too timid, insufficiently engaged, and politically distracted, to stand up for America in these dangerous times.


Solution: In order to protect the interests of the American people, Barack Obama MUST be removed from office by the hand of we the people on November 6.

Great polling news! Romney Seen As Tougher on Terrorism!

As reported at the reference, Americans are starting to wake up to the fact that Barack Obama is nearly as much a disaster with respect to foreign policy as he is on domestic issues.

The reference, in part:

The foreign-policy results of the new Bloomberg National Poll haven't gotten much attention yet, but the survey contains some bad news for the Obama campaign. According to the poll, Mitt Romney has a 48-42 advantage over Barack Obama on the question of which candidate would be tougher on terrorism. Romney, in other words, has encroached on one of Obama's signature strengths.

What makes this result so surprising is that the president has consistently trounced Romney when it comes to counterterrorism. A Fox News poll earlier this month found that 49 percent of respondents trusted Obama to do a better job than Romney in protecting the United States from terrorist attacks, compared with 41 percent who put their faith in the Republican candidate. The president had a 51-40 advantage on handling terrorism in an ABC News/Washington Post poll around the same time, and a 50-35 edge on carrying out the war on terror in an Ipsos/Reuters poll in August.

The Democrats' rare national-security muscle was on full display at their convention, where speakers boasted about the administration's successful raid against Osama bin Laden and targeted killings of al Qaeda leaders.

The Bloomberg poll contains other grim findings for Obama -- such as declining approval of the president's diplomacy and a neck-and-neck battle between Obama and Romney on flash point campaign issues such as energy independence, Chinese trade practices, relations with Israel, and Iran's nuclear program (61 percent of respondents were skeptical about Obama's pledge to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon). There are also bright spots for the president, like healthy skepticism about Romney's promise to designate China a currency manipulator and Obama's continued advantage over Romney on the question of which candidate would be better suited to handle a Mideast crisis.

Significantly, Bloomberg's survey, which was conducted from Sept. 21-24, is one of the first polls to come out since the wave of anti-American protests in the Middle East. The key question: Is Romney's terrorism advantage an anomaly, or a sign that Obama is more vulnerable on national security after the unrest in the Middle East and the administration's shifting account of the deadly attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi?

Given that a separate poll this weeks shows Obama besting Romney on national security among likely voters in swing states, it may be too early to answer that question.”

Patriots: This race is NOT over despite what the Mainstream Media is trying to say and despite the words of goofy Democrats.  The Romney machine is just now getting its act together and will march to victory.


Bottom Line: Let not your heart be troubled by wonky polls designed to make Obama look unbeatable. We the people have a "November Surprise" for The One and his intellectual and moral dwarfs

Romney Leading by 8 Points? Perhaps, If One Looks at Unskewed Polls!

Anyone who has been following the presidential election polls with any intensity knows that there is something crazy going on!

Barack Obama’s economy is stuck in a quagmire of trillion-dollar deficits and ghastly unemployment; his Cairo Initiative has backfired into a messy anti-American uprising by Islamofascists in North Africa and the Middle East; Obama’s foreign policy is a nasty mix of self-deprecation and outright surrender to the most extreme Muslims imaginable; consumer confidence is in retreat and most Americans believe that the nation is worse off now than four years ago; the Afghanistan war is rapidly shedding any resemblance to the “smart” war that Obama declared four years ago.

At every turn, the Obama magic is gone and the reality of clueless leadership is ripping apart America as we know it.

Besides being all agog over ideology that simply does work, Obama is proving to be thoroughly incompetent and unsuited for his job based on raw ability.

His is a stunning combination of ideological silliness with pronounced ineptness.

Notwithstanding Obama’s record, in poll after poll, America’s amateur president defies logic and common sense by polling better than Mitt Romney, albeit by the smallest of margins.

Still, the fact that Obama is still in the hunt is amazing.

Why one wonders?

Perhaps the answer is that Obama is NOT ahead at all!

As reported at the reference, skewed polls may be giving the community organizer support where it actually does not exist:

NEW YORK – Arguing that most of the major polls reported by establishment media are “skewed” in favor of the Democratic a website contends that a true gauge of the presidential race, based on more realistic models, shows Republican challenger Mitt Romney leading by an average of nearly eight points.

In its daily readjustment of the polling data, UnskewedPoll.com also produces a table showing the spread in President Obama’s approval/disapproval ratio is an average of 8.8 percent more disapproval, as of Monday.

Not a single major poll or approval/disapproval index favors Obama when Unskewed.com’s analysis is applied.

The website says there is Democratic bias in polling because of over-sampling Democrats based on voter exit polls in the 2008 presidential election, when enthusiasm for a then relatively unknown but charismatic presidential candidate boosted Democratic Party voter registration and turnout to historic levels.

Republicans have complained that the establishment media’s voter-turnout models can serve a partisan purpose by presenting margins that keep discouraged Republican voters at home thinking the election is already lost.

Signs Obama losing


Despite the establishment media narrative that the Romney campaign is behind and in disarray, there are abundant signs the Obama campaign is behind and scrambling not to lose further ground:

 On Saturday, Obama campaign manager Jim Messina insisted to reporters that despite national polls showing Romney and Obama locked in a tie, Obama is still winning.

 WND reported last week Obama’s chief financier, Penny Pritzker, has entered the Hawaii housing market to buy a retirement home for the president and his family that will be available not in 2016, but in January 2013.

 On the eve of the opening session of the General Assembly, the Obama administration’s Middle Eastern policy appears to be imploding in the wake of the murder of U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens in an attack that intelligence sources believe was coordinated by jihadists tied to al-Qaida. The administration, nevertheless, insisted the attack was a response to an anti-Muslim movie trailer produced in the U.S.

 Initial jobless claims for the week ending Sept. 15 were a seasonally adjusted 382,000, exceeding forecasts of 375,000, suggesting no improvement in the percentage of Americans unemployed could be anticipated before the November election, as reported by Wall Street Journal Market Watch.

 Politico has reported that in the latest Politico-George Washington University Battleground Poll with middle-class families, which constitute approximately 54 percent of the electorate and usually split their vote between Democratic and Republican candidates, Romney holds a 14-point advantage, 55 percent to 41 percent.”

All of this may be pointing to a Romney rout six weeks hence.

Barack, the Inarticulate, Talks About “Speed Bumps” and “Noise” from Israel!

President Obama’s “Silver Spoon” has inexplicably turned into a gaffe-ridden handicap during the final weeks before the November elections.

As a result, the once-great orator has Democrat operatives cringing with angst anytime he is called upon to answer questions in a live format, sans the use of a Teleprompter and talking points cheat sheet.

It’s as though The One has inherited W’s speaking defects. Yet another Bush failure comes back to haunt the Community Organizing Marxist!

As reported at the reference, Obama’s latest oratorical wipe-out came before the friendly cameras of CBS and the 60 Minutes show:

Once is a bad day, but twice in a row should worry Democrats. President Obama followed his gaffe-ridden Univision interview with an outing on Sunday on “60 Minutes” that is destined to wind up in a series of Mitt Romney ads. There was this (See YouTube below) on the recent developments in the Middle East, including the death of four Americans:

Obama has used “bump in the road” before, in reference to unemployment, which was the inspiration for one of Romney’s best ads. Obama’s “bumps” seems to be what other people would call “failure.” The “bumps” include four dead Americans and a disastrous loss of intelligence. (The New York Times reports: “The attack in Benghazi, Libya, that killed Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans has dealt the Central Intelligence Agency a major setback in its intelligence-gathering efforts at a time of increasing instability in the North African nation.” One official is quoted as saying, “It’s a catastrophic intelligence loss. We got our eyes poked out.”) Had Romney said such a preposterous and grossly insensitive thing as Obama did, there would be calls for him to quit the race; alas, when Obama does it’s not even front-page news for most of the mainstream media.
But that may not have been Obama’s worst moment in the interview. There was this exchange:

STEVE KROFT: “You don’t feel any pressure from Prime Minister Netanyahu in the middle of a campaign to try and get you to change your policy and draw a line in the sand? You don’t feel any pressure?”

OBAMA: “When it comes to our national security decisions — any pressure that I feel is simply to do what’s right for the American people. And I am going to block out — any noise that’s out there.”

Calling Netanyahu’s concern about an existential threat “noise” is another in a long string of insults, snubs and gaffes about Israel. This remark immediately raised red flags in the foreign press.

The Iranians were happy, though. A reader sends me a report that at least one country is delighted. From the Iranian official TV outlet: “US President Barack Obama says Israel’s call for drawing red line over Iran’s nuclear energy program is just ‘noise’ he tries to ignore.” Well, the Iranians got that one right. And just to rub it in, Obama knocked Israel down a peg, saying it was only “one of our closest allies in the region.” Really? Is Egypt the other? The level of disdain he holds for Israel runneth over”

And so it goes. While Mitt Romney prods along in pursuit of truth and a better America, The One seems to be burning bridges at a pace that no “stimulus,” regardless of how large, could keep up with!

Pray God that Obama keeps talking.  America needs to hear what he has to say!

French President Hollande's Popularity Tanks as Socialist Policies Fail!

In May of 2012, voters in France exacerbated that nation’s financial crisis by electing a die-hard socialist to the presidency. Five months later, that decision is being second guessed as buyers’ remorse sets in on a grand scale.

As reported at the reference:

French President Francois Hollande’s popularity has fallen 11 per cent in one month, according to a poll published on Sunday, reflecting growing anxiety over his ability to rein in unemployment and improve the economy.

French President François Hollande’s approval rating has slumped by one of the biggest margins in recent times, according to a poll published on Sunday, confirming voter impatience at high unemployment and the rising cost of living.


An IFOP survey for the weekly Journal du Dimanche (JDD) had the Socialist president, elected in May 2012, down 11 points in one month with an approval rating of 43%.


It is one of the worst popularity plunges for a French leader since IFOP began polling for the JDD in 1958. Hollande’s score has been beaten just twice.

The IFOP poll confirmed the results of two other surveys published in the last week. Both put Hollande below the symbolic 50% approval rate.”

Thus have the French affirmed once again that socialism is a failed concept every where it has been tried.

Will American voters take note of the message from France when they go to the polls to deal with Barack Obama and his socialist dodo?

Why Is It Acceptable to "Hurt the Religious Feelings” of Jews?

Muslim leaders, including the new president of Egypt and others, are petitioning the United Nations and world governments for new laws which would prohibit free speech when expressed in opposition to, or critical of, the Prophet Muhamed, the Koran, or Islam in general.

Severe penalties are proposed against those who would dare make movies like Innocence of Muslims or publish cartoons which Muslims find offensive.

Its all out war against freedom of speech, as we know it, and reflects the insanity of the Obama administration, including UN Ambassador Susan Rice, who, following the attacks on the US embassies in Egypt and Libya, immediately attacked those who dared “hurt the religious feelings of Muslims.”

Without exactly saying so, the implication was that it was a 14 minute video on You-tube that precipitated the attacks, said attacks at least partially justified by the blasphemy of Innocence of Muslims.

Thus did the Obama administration join the war on free speech in order to appease rioting terrorists, called “spontaneous” protestors by  loose cannons in Washington.


While there is no question that the video clip and other expressions portray the Islam faith in a negative light, what about what Muslims say everyday about Jews and the state of Israel?

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad whips up hate speech nearly every day with threats and denigration against Jews, calling them “pigs” criminals, and worse.

Ahmadinejad and other Jew-haters around the world mock the Holocaust as a blatant lie emanating from the West in concert with the Jews, he calls openly for driving Israel into the sea, and for burying Jews en masse in Jerusalem

And that is civil, protected speech?

How about some restrain by Muslims when it comes to hurting the religious feelings of Jews?

Day of Love, As Practiced by “Religion of Peace” Adherents!

When it comes to abusing language so to make the unthinkable appear palatable, perhaps even desirable, Islamofascists seem to be without equal.

The term “Religion of Peace” is an excellent example of how Islamofascists use language to distort reality. While it is certainly true that not all Muslims are terrorists, it is unquestionable that most terrorists are Muslims.

A recent national holiday in Pakistan, euphemistically called the “Day of Love,” illustrates how Islamofascists are able to morph words like love, hate, peace, and war into meaningless gibberish.

Thousands angered by an anti-Muslim film ignored pleas for peaceful rallies and rampaged in several Pakistani cities Friday in battles with police that killed 19 people and touched off criticism of a government decision to declare a national holiday to proclaim devotion for the prophet Muhammad.

The film, which was produced in the United States and denigrates the prophet, has outraged many in the Muslim world in the 10 days since it attracted attention on the Internet, and there were new, mostly peaceful protest marches in a half-dozen countries from Asia to the Middle East.”

Only in the diseased, 7th century mind of a whacked out Muslim could the death of 19 people be characterized as a Day of Love!

Romney Over- Renders Unto Caesar!

On Friday, Mitt Romney released his 2011 federal tax returns which showed that this “sterling” business man paid more to the government than he owed!

Get that Senator Harry Reid? Romney OVERPAID  Uncle Sam, which according to Democrat clown Joe Biden, makes Mitt a super patriot.

As reported at Reference 1, in part:

Mitt Romney paid $1.9 million in federal taxes in 2011 on income of $13.7 million, an effective rate of 14.1% that reflects the Republican presidential candidate's dividends, capital gains and other returns that are assessed at some of the lowest tax rates.

Romney's tax return, which he released Friday, showed that he boosted his effective tax rate by not declaring all of the $4 million in charitable contributions that he made during 2011, instead only reporting $2.3 million. By doing so he stayed consistent with an earlier public statement that his tax rate for the year would not drop below 13%.”

The Romney campaign also released a statement by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the accounting firm that has prepared his tax returns since 1990, saying that Romney had never had an effective tax rate of less than 13.66% during that period and had an average tax rate during the period of 20.2%.

Thus did Romney rebut allegations by Harry Reid that the Republican paid no federal taxes in some past years.

Tragically, Reid’s viscous allegations were made from the floor of the United States Senate in an act of partisan rage that will tarnish “the most deliberative body in the world” for eons!

Perhaps now is the time for Harry Reid to release his tax returns?

Tom Pawlenty’s Wickedly -Wretched Timing!

Whatever Republican Tim Pawlenty lacks in political finesse and good manners, he makes up for with a wickedly wretched sense of timing.

With just over two months to go before the 2012 presidential elections, Pawlenty has added to Mitt Romney’s woes by resigning as national co-chair.

Even worse: Pawlenty’s reason.


He is NOT quitting the most important campaign in US history to take care of his aging parents. Or to spend more time with his family.


He is NOT abandoning America because of a newly discovered tumor in his brain or other fatal malady that gives him just months to live.

None of that serious stuff.

Instead, Pawlenty is leaving to become a lobbyist for Wall Street!

The tragic Benedict Arnold ending to Pawlenty’s political career story is reported at reference 1:

WASHINGTON (AP) — Former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty has resigned as a national co-chairman of Republican Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign to lobby for Wall Street. He has also ruled out a run for governor or Senate in Minnesota in 2014.

The Financial Services Roundtable announced Thursday that Pawlenty will become its new president and chief executive officer on November 1. Pawlenty adviser Brian McClung told The Associated Press that Pawlenty ruled out the races as he prepared to take the job heading the Wall Street lobbying group.

“With this new position, Governor Pawlenty is taking off the table running for U.S. Senate or governor in 2014,” McClung said in an email. Pawlenty did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment.

Pawlenty was an early entrant in the Republican presidential campaign, but he ended his bid last year after a poor showing in the Iowa caucuses. He was also a finalist to be Romney’s vice presidential running mate.

The Financial Services Roundtable said in a press release that Pawlenty was stepping down from the campaign because the group is a bipartisan organization.

Pawlenty was twice elected governor of Minnesota, in 2002 and 2006. His 2006 win was the last time a Republican won statewide in Minnesota. Now Republicans will be looking for candidates to take on U.S. Sen. Al Franken and Gov. Mark Dayton in 2014, when they will be running for second terms.”

According to the article published at reference 1, internal polls used by the Obama campaign paint a dark, ugly picture of certain defeat for the president.

As has long been suspected, public polls are being manipulated to depress Romney supporters by showing Obama in the lead.

Truth is, according to the article, Obama has almost no chance of winning the election.

As a result, according to the article, The One and his moneyed mobster friends from Chicago have focused on an appropriate retirement pad for the Marxist interloper.

Very quietly, Obama’s chief financier, Penny Pritzker, has entered the Hawaii housing market to buy a retirement home for the president and his family that will be available not in 2016, but in January 2013, according to a confidential source within Pritzker’s Chicago organization.

Pritzker, a wealthy Chicago business executive and heiress to the Hyatt Hotels fortune, served as national finance chairman for Obama’s 2008 campaign and is the co-chairman of his 2012 effort.

The source told WND that highly confidential internal polls conducted by the Obama campaign indicate Obama cannot win re-election, despite public surveys that show him in the lead.
“The public polls are mostly political,” the source argued. “Obama radicals want Romney supporters to feel discouraged and give up. Truth is that Romney’s winning.”
The source further told WND that Pritzker is experiencing frustration in her fundraising efforts, as wealthy donors who contributed generously to Obama in 2008 are not even returning her phone calls.

         The source said Pritzker is “reminding everyone how generous to their supporters the Clintons were   when they left office.”

“Everything is for sale. Ambassadorships, government grants, stimulus money – you name it,” the source told WND.

“There’s nearly three months between the Nov. 6 election and the Jan. 20 inauguration – plenty of time to hand out goodies to friends from the Oval Office.”

Pritzker is telling potential donors that the Obamas have no intention of returning to Chicago when they leave the White House, according to the source.

She is also raising money for the Obama presidential library and museum, which also are slated for Hawaii.

Pritzker’s search for a developed property, suitable for occupancy four months from now, instead of property where a custom-designed estate might be built, is further indication that insiders believe Obama will not be re-elected.

Kevin DuJan, founder and editor of HillBuzz.org, first reported Pritzker was acting as a proxy to purchase a $35 million oceanfront estate in Kailua, the “Beverly Hills of Hawaii,” on the northeast shore of the island of Oahu.

DuJan reported billionaire Pritzker herself may contribute up to half the $35 million purchase price of the future Obama residence.

Signals Obama will leave Chicago behind

In recent months, various members of the Obama family have been indicating that the family does not intend to return to Chicago when the Obama presidency ends.
On Sept. 14, the Weekly Standard reported Michelle Obama was asked by a school child during a visit to a Virginia YMCA where the Obamas would live if President Obama loses.

The first lady said the family would figure that out later, according to the pool report.
In an interview with USA Today in May, Michelle Obama de-emphasized the importance of returning to Chicago.

“So this is home in many ways,” she said, speaking about Chicago. “I mean, we have a house that has stuff in it back in Chicago. We have friends that we love who we invite here all the time.

“But the truth is,” she said, “is that if you plucked us up and put us anywhere right now, what we’d know with this change is that we’re always a family when we’re together. And in the end, that’s what really matters.”

DuJan at HillBuzz.org has been reporting that Michelle Obama’s mother, Marian Robinson, who is currently living with the Obama family in the White House, has been bragging about moving to Hawaii.

“It was fun while it lasted,” HillBuzz.org quotes Robinson as saying, “but wait until you see the place they’re buying for Michelle and Barack!”

Should all this come to pass, America will be saved, Chicago relieved, and Hawaii cursed!

Mitt Romney had been portrayed as DULL, DULLER, and DULLEST by people on both sides of the political aisle.

Until September 11, that is.

Since then, the Republican stalwart has made national headlines and breaking news alerts just about every day!

FINALLY!  A pandemic of Truth Breaks Out in Presidential Campaign--on GOP side, that is!

Indeed, the mainstream media is in a huge snit over the unprecedented honesty, forthrightness, and guts shown by the only candidate who does not set off Pinocchio alarms with every utterance.

To the exasperation of the liberal media and Democrats, Romney is striking extremely raw nerves because his zingers are both accurate and honest.

The “Romney Truth Campaign” began in earnest on September 11 when, after learning of an outrageous, stupid apology issued by the Obama administration to Islamofascists who attacked a US Embassy, Romney told the truth.

Namely, that the “apology” was ill-advised, ill-timed, and reflected the ineptness, impotence, and unAmerican agenda of the Obama administration.

BINGO!

For that truth letting, Romney became the story as media types rushed to distract attention from the tragedy which cost four Americans their lives in Libya and which spread all across the globe, while alleged Commander-in-Chief Barack Obama played golf and raked in cash at endless fund raisers.

Now a “Secret tape” has been released by a leftist rag (Mother Jones) in which Romney had the audacity to suggest that people whom pay no taxes (47 percent of the population!) are likely to vote for Barack Obama, the Purveyor of class war fare and “tax the rich” hate speech!

Again, BINGO!

Does anyone with even a hint of honesty in her/his soul doubt that the overwhelming majority of those in the 47% bracket are all for taxing the hell out of the rich?

Of course not. 

After all, Soak the rich is a mantra of the Democrat Party on a par with the insane "Diversity is our greatest strength" nonsense.

Once again, Romney is spot on and should be applauded for allowing the light of truth and reason to enter the campaign.

Perhaps Romney has hit his stride in the campaign, albeit unwittingly?

Whatever, Mr. Romney, please keep calling them like you see them.. and start packing for your big move to Washington, D.C. in January!

How Big a Bounce Will Obama Get from Anti-American Chaos?

President Obama has not had a particularly good fortnight in his pursuit of yet another term at the expense of America and our Democracy.

Indeed, recent set backs include:

( ) A tawdry, unprofessional, and vulgar national convention, which showcased Democrats’ hatred for God and Jews; undisciplined and inept handling of Platform and voting rules; foolish attempts to convince we the people that we are "better off" despite all evidence to the contrary, and a dispirited, sophomoric acceptance speech by the nominee;



( )Jobs report for August indicating that four times as many people are simply "giving up" pursuit of the American Dream than are actually successful in getting jobs in the 43rd consecutive month of employment above 8.0 percent;



( )Yet another downgrade to the US credit rating, the second during the term of Barack Obama and the only two in US history.


Despite all of this, Team Obama has actually seen a BUMP UP in the national polls!

Yes, I said UP! Somehow more than a few Americans see merit in renewing the contract for our woefully inept 44th president.

However, events of the past week pose an even greater challenge for Obama:   Anti-American riots are causing our embassies to be torched and innocent diplomats are being slain and or seriously injured.

The big question: Will Obama somehow convert all of that negative news into positive news for his campaign?

In other words, will Obama’s failed "vision" and leading from behind idiocy on foreign policy yield yet another inexplicable "Bounce" from Americans who should know better?

After Four Years of Obama, Exceptionally Unexceptional Is Us!

Barack Obama’s foreign policy credentials endured a severe “hit” last week, as the world’s only superpower was humiliated, ridiculed, and assaulted all across the globe by radical religious fanatics stuck in the 7th century.

US foreign embassies were raided and burned to the ground; diplomats and ambassadors were brutalized and their dead remains dragged through the streets in mockery of the once great and powerful US of A; American flags and portraits of Obama were stomped and set aflame by crazed Islamofascists intent on proving the veracity of “The Innocence of Muslims,” the film used by Obama and crew to deflect blame for the devastation of the American brand throughout the world.

For once, Obama did not attempt to blame bad news on former President George W. Bush.

Indeed, September 11, 2012 was, according to the Obama election campaign, all about a 14-minute, obscure film clip, in which the unpardonable crime of “hurting the religious feelings of Muslims” was committed.

Presidential Press Secretary Jay Carney did not help Obama with a press briefing described in Reference 1:

White House spokesman Jay Carney just held a press briefing that was equal parts absurd and horrifying. Even as American embassies are mobbed by radicals, and our flags are torched and replaced with Islamist banners, Carney continued to repeat — almost as if he were trying to convince himself — that the riots are purely a reaction to a low-budget anti-Islam Youtube film.

Nothing to do with the anniversary of the September 11 attacks. Nothing to do with anti-American sentiment. Nothing to do with support for al-Qaeda or Islamic terrorism.
“Let’s be clear: these protests were in reaction to a video that had spread to the region,” said Carney. “We have no information to suggest that it was a preplanned attack.”
“The unrest we’ve seen around the region has been in reaction to a video that many Muslims find offensive,” added Carney. “It is not a response to 9/11.”

And it continued on like that for the rest of the briefing.”

Meanwhile scoundrels in Iran, Syria and North Korea must have found hope in the president’s weakness. The obvious muting of American strength and preeminence will surely embolden the ‘bad guys’ to take greater risks, a fact that makes the world dramatically less safe than it was when Barack Obama took office in 2009.

What will motivate Iran to abandon its pursuit of a nuclear weapon now that America is no longer interested or capable of providing effective opposition?

Why would North Korea bother to be more civil and accommodating now that the United States is run by a pacifist who prefers to ‘lead from behind’?

To American patriots, President Obama is now a major embarrassment, both domestically and on the world stage.

Although George W. Bush often delivered speeches replete in broken syntax and mangled grammar, at least the world knew that America was a force to reckon with. And yes, even fear.

By contrast, when Obama speaks, the only fear is in the hearts of patriotic Americans who are witnessing first hand the decimation of a proud and great nation by an elitist more suited for community organizing than leading.

Why Would "Smartest Man in World" Waste Time on "Intelligence Briefing"?

As much of the Middle-East and parts of Northern Africa burn as a result of violent protests against America, it has been revealed that the America’s CICINO (Commander-in-Chief In Name Only),  has attended but 43.8 percent of the Presidential Daily Briefings since January 20, 2009.

As reported at the Reference:

According to a study by the Government Accountability Institute, based on the publicly available White House calendar, Obama failed to attend a single Presidential Daily Brief (PDB) in the week leading up to 9/11 and the chaos that erupted in the Arab world. The mere fact that we were approaching 9/11 was itself a crucial reason for attending not one but all of the briefings. Obama attended none.

Worse, this is apparently nothing new. Obama attended only 43.8 percent of his Presidential Daily Briefs in the first 1,225 days of his administration; that's less than a majority.

Again, this is shocking, and there's no excuse for it.

Marc Thiessen, who worked for President George W. Bush, pressed NSC spokesman Tommy Vietor for an explanation. Thiessen reported:

Vietor did not dispute the numbers, but said the fact that the president, during a time of war, does not attend his daily intelligence meeting on a daily basis is "not particularly interesting or useful." He says that the president reads his PDB every day, and he disagreed with the suggestion that there is any difference whatsoever between simply reading the briefing book and having an interactive discussion of its contents with top national security and intelligence officials where the president can probe assumptions and ask questions. "I actually don't agree at all," Vietor told me in an e-mail. "The president gets the information he needs from the intelligence community each day."

Thiessen continued: "Vietor also directed me to a [Washington] Post story written this year in which Obama officials discuss the importance of the intelligence meeting and extol how brilliantly the president runs it. 'Obama reads the PDB ahead of time and comes to the morning meeting with questions,' The Post reported. 'One regular participant in the roughly 500 Oval Office sessions during Obama's presidency said the meetings show a president consistently participating in an exploration of foreign policy and intelligence issues.'"

Yeah, right. More nonsense from a scandalously biased media that refuses to do real reporting on Barack Obama.”

Of course, the truth is quite another matter.

 Two possible conservative explanations fit Obama’s humungous ego and anti-military political bias to a tee, and are most likely spot on:

Genius Mind Needs No Briefing

Because Obama is so very intelligent, so they say, the notion that he would benefit from any “Intelligence” briefing conducted by mere mortals burdened with just normal intelligence borders on blasphemy and impertinence of the crassest kind.

True, bureaucrat mortals might benefit from exposure to Obama’s vast wisdom and brilliance; however, The One is fully occupied with fund raisers, campaign stops, and interviews where soft-ball questions are lobbed at him for hours.

And do not forget his commitment to golf!

The War on Terror Has Been Won by The One

The most credible argument in support of Obama NOT attending intelligence briefings is the fact that, according to the DNC and The One, Obama has won the war on terror!

In other words, ignore the burning embassies and dead bodies from Libya: Thanks to Obama, there is no war on terrorism and attending an unnecessary intelligence briefing might give Al-Quaeda and the Taliban heathen the false impression that America still cares!

And so it is. Obama’s failure to attend meetings on intelligence is similar to his refusal to attend his Job council meetings at a time when unemployment runs rampant.

Bottom line: Golf and fund raising have replaced world peace and jobs in Obama’s feckless, progressive world!

US Credit Rating Downgraded—Again!

Adding to Barack Obama’s legacy as the “Downgraded President,” the US credit rating has been downgraded as reported at the Reference:

Ratings firm Egan-Jones cut its credit rating on the U.S. government to "AA-" from "AA," citing its opinion that quantitative easing from the Federal Reserve would hurt the U.S. economy and the country's credit quality.

The Fed on Thursday said it would pump $40 billion into the U.S. economy each month until it saw a sustained upturn in the weak jobs market. In its downgrade, the firm said that issuing more currency and depressing interest rates through purchasing mortgage-backed securities does little to raise the U.S.'s real gross domestic product, but reduces the value of the dollar.

In turn, this increases the cost of commodities, which will pressure the profitability of businesses and increase the costs of consumers thereby reducing consumer purchasing power, the firm said.

In April, Egan-Jones cuts the U.S. credit rating to "AA" from "AA+" with a negative watch, citing a lack of progress in cutting the mounting federal debt.”

More proof that the Obama presidency must end on November 6 if America is to have any chance at survival.

"Religion of Peace" Thugs Leave Obama’s Vaunted Foreign Policy in “Ruins”!

Over the past four years, President Barack Obama has repeatedly claimed that America is NOT at war with Islam. He has also declared that the war on terror is over.

However, Religion of Peace thugs in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Yemen, Lebanon, and Sudan have apparently not received Obama’s peace memo.

As reported at the reference, it appears as though Obama’s vaunted foreign policy is in shambles and that, while Obama may believe that the US is not at war with Islam, Religion of Peace mobs give every indication of being very much at war against America:

"US President Barack Obama's Middle East policy is in ruins. Like no president before him, he tried to win over the Arab world. After some initial hesitation, he came out clearly on the side of the democratic revolutions. … In this context, he must accept the fact that he has snubbed old close allies such as Israel, Saudi Arabia and the Egyptian military. And now parts of the freed societies are turning against the country which helped bring them into being.
Anti-Americanism in the Arab world has even increased to levels greater than in the Bush era. It's a bitter outcome for Obama."
"Obama was naive to believe that one only needed to adopt a new tone and show more respect in order to dispel deep-seated reservations about the free world. In practice, the policies of the Obama administration in the region were not as naive as they may have seemed at times, and the Americans have always been much more involved in the Middle East than the passive Europeans. But Washington has provided the image of a distracted superpower in the process of decline to the societies there. This image of weakness is being exploited by Salafists and al-Qaida, who are active in North Africa from Somalia to Mali."

"One thing is clear: If jihadists believe they can attack American installations and kill an ambassador on the anniversary of Sept. 11, then America's deterrent power has declined considerably. For a superpower, it is not enough just to want to be loved. You have to scare the bad guys to keep them in check."

All of which makes the following statement by Obama all the more foolish:

“I have always said that America is at war with al Qaeda and its affiliates — and we will never be at war with Islam or any other religion.”

But, Mr. President, what about the war against America being waged by Islam?

Open Letter to Muslims About “Hurt Religious Feelings”

With all due respect to Religion of Peace adherents, some of your responses to perceived offenses against Mohamed and Islam appear disproportional and, frankly, unjustified.

For instance, the recent turmoil in Egypt and Libya were allegedly in retaliation for a film critical of Islam which was produced by an obscure American citizen. A film which nobody can recall seeing, much less agreeing with, and which reflects nothing of US government policy or popular American thought.

Does it make sense, then, to murder four American diplomats and torch a US embassy for an offensive work that may not even exist, and which absolutely has no link to the American government and or people?

We understand and respect how sacred the religious symbols and figures of Islam are to Muslims. We understand how criticism or questioning of Islam can lead to “hurt religious feelings.”

In America, our laws protect religious beliefs and expression, while also allowing for dissent. That is a cornerstone of our Democratic system and applies to Islam as well as to all religions.

We even protect the right to disbelieve.

While tolerant and forgiving, our laws do not sanction the use of murder and violence against those who suffer “hurt feelings.”

Killing American diplomats and torching our embassies because of “hurt feelings” is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

Be forewarned: America is in an election cycle and may very well elect a man of deep religious faith and a man committed to freedom of religion and speech.

If elected, Mitt Romney will not tolerate murder and violence against American people or property, regardless of cause.

In his view, “Hurt Religious Feelings” can never justify the spilling of American blood or devastation of US property.

Romney Eloquence and Presidential Demeanor on Embassy Murders Prove His Mettle!

In accordance with the “Blame America!” theme of the Obama administration, the following statement was issued by diplomats in Cairo on September 11:

"The Embassy of the United States in Cairo condemns the continuing efforts by misguided individuals to hurt the religious feelings of Muslims – as we condemn efforts to offend believers of all religions," the embassy said in the statement, which was published online."

  Without reading the statement in detail, one might assume that it was a release by Al-Quaeda or other Islamaofascist extremist group trying to rub salt in the still- tender wounds from 9/11/01.

Unfortunately, the statement was made by American ambassadors in Cairo. They seem to have the Obama anti-American talking points fully programmed in their small, bitter minds.

Imagine such a statement on September 11 about yet another assault on Americans and American sovereignty by Islamofascists—but issued by Americans! The mind boggles.

The events that followed in Libya were even more horrific as four Americans were brutally murdered.

To his credit and glory, Republican Presidential nominee broke with the Obama administration in a large way—Romney advocated on behalf of the Americans, and criticized the Obama administration for apologizing for American behavior.

Romney’s statement the next morning, as reported, in part, at reference 1, should be required reading for all members of the mainstream media and all other anti-US leftists.

Romney, with great eloquence and presidential demeanor said:

Good morning. Americans woke up this morning with - with tragic news and felt heavy hearts as they considered that individuals who have served in our diplomatic corps were brutally murdered across the world.

This attack on American individuals and embassies is outrageous, it's disgusting, it - it breaks the hearts of all of us who think of these people who have served during their lives the cause of freedom and justice and honor.

We - we mourn their loss and join together in prayer that the spirit of the Almighty might comfort the families of those who have been so brutally slain.

Four diplomats lost their life, including the U.S. ambassador, J. Christopher Stevens, in the attack on our embassy at Benghazi, Libya. And of course with these words I extend my condolences to the grieving loved ones who have left behind, as a result of these who have lost their lives in the service of our nation.

And I know that the people across America are grateful for their service. And we mourn their sacrifice.

America will not tolerate attacks against our citizens and against our embassies. We'll defend also our constitutional rights of speech and assembly and religion.

We have confidence in our cause in America. We respect our Constitution. We stand for the principles our Constitution protects. We encourage other nations to understand and respect the principles of our Constitution, because we recognize that these principles are the ultimate source of freedom for individuals around the world.

I also believe the administration was wrong to stand by a statement sympathizing with those who had breached our embassy in Egypt, instead of condemning their actions. It's never too early for the United States government to condemn attacks on Americans and to defend our values.

The White House distanced itself last night from the statement, saying it wasn't cleared by Washington. That reflects the mixed signals they're sending to the world.

The attacks in Libya and Egypt underscore that the world remains a dangerous place and that American leadership is still sorely needed. In the face of this violence, American cannot shrink from the responsibility to lead. American leadership is necessary to ensure that events in the region don't spin out of control. We cannot hesitate to use our influence in the region to support those who share our values and our interests.

Over the last several years, we've stood witness to an Arab spring that presents an opportunity for a more peaceful and prosperous, but also poses the potential for peril if the forces of extremism and violence are allowed to control the course of events. We must strive to ensure that the Arab spring does not become an Arab winter. With that, I'm happy to take any questions you may have.”

Those are the words of a man who should be Commander-in-Chief of these United States.

Campaign $$ More Important Than Safety of Americans As Obama Flees to Las Vegas!

With US Embassies aflame and the brutalized body of Ambassador Chris Stevens and other diplomats en route home, President Obama decided that securing more campaign money was his top priority of the day.

Thus, as the Middle East crisis continues to explode and endanger American lives and property, America’s “cool” president fled the heat of the White House kitchen in pursuit of cash in Las Vegas.

(CNSNews.com) - On the day after the U.S. Ambassador to Libya and three other Americans were killed in Benghazi, the White House on Wednesday morning released a schedule showing that President Obama would continue with his planned campaign trip to Las Vegas.
Before he leaves, the schedule indicated, Obama will "deliver a statement" in the White House Rose Garden at 10:35 a.m., the White House said.
Obama on Wednesday morning confirmed the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens, the administration’s point man during the Libyan revolution, in a statement condemning the "outrageous attack on our diplomatic facility in Benghazi, which took the lives of four Americans."

Once again, Barack Hussein Obama has demonstrated an appalling lack of appropriate respect for protecting America and Americans. Driven by his monster ego, Obama has essentially shut down his functionality as president and is on the campaign trail 24/7.

Talk about audacity!

Obama Foreign Policy “Successes”? Where? When? What About Libya, Egypt?

The loss of four American lives in Libya, including the brutal suffocation of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, and the burning of the American embassy in Egypt should put an immediate end to all of the wishful-thinking, double-talk about the Obama foreign policy “successes” so eagerly spewed by the mainstream media, Obama himself, and deluded Democrats.

First and foremost, the events staged on the 11th anniversary of the horrific terrorist attacks in New York, Washington, and Pennsylvania should serve as a powerful rebuttal to the naive Obama claim that the “war on terror is over!”

It should also set off alarms about Obama’s plans to neuter the US military under the guise of complying with the sequestration mandate.

Seeing the body of Christopher Stevens being dragged through the streets by Islamic fanatics should be enough to convince everyone that now is NOT the time to cut our defenses in order to create funds for Marxist programs designed to "“Fundamentally transform" America.

It should be perfectly clear that America needs a strong, capable military, and a pro-American Commander-in-Chief to manage same—the later will be decided by voters on November 6.

All of this disruption on the same day in which President Obama reportedly rejected a request from Israel PM Netanyahu for a face-to-face meeting next week.

The shunning of Bibi was followed by an announcement that Obama had booked an appearance with Dave Letterman for next week, and might otherwise be unavailable to meet with Bibi because of campaign stops in swing states.

Still, Obama is NOT anti-Israel. Right?

Meanwhile, the Muslim Brotherhood thugs of Egypt have joined forces with Iran. Their joint mission?

The eradication of Israel and annihilation of all Jews!


Obama’s dithering on Iran has benefited only Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Iranian aspirations to go nuclear. An Iran-Egypt alliance should frighten anyone who cares about Israel, which obviously does not include Barack Obama.

23 Million Americans Under/Unemployed, Yet Obama Pushes Work Permits for Illegal Aliens!

The jobs report for August issued last Friday indicates that the US economy continues to stall and sputter. For the 43rd consecutive month, the unemployment rate was over 8 percent.

23 million Americans are unable to find jobs or are underemployed. 23 million!

So why, then, has Barack Obama and his goofy administration made it a priority to delay deportation of illegal aliens AND issue work permits to the invaders?

The answer is, of course, political chicanery. The overwhelming majority of illegal aliens in America are Hispanic and by pandering to illegal aliens, Obama hopes to curry favor with Hispanic voters!

In other words, Obama is using racial profiling as a campaigning tool. And to hell with the fact that those jobless Americans who actually belong here will face stiffer competition for the few jobs out there!

Yet another instance of where this president has violated the Constitution and ignored the separation of powers in order to advance his own selfish political interests.

Despicable and un-American. For this, Barack Obama should be impeached and removed from office.

Obama “Bounce” Corrected, R and O Now About Even: Sales of Valium and Guns Plunge!

Following Monday’s string of published polls that showed Barack Obama in a position to inflict four more years of choreographed ruin on America and the 300 million or so of We the People looking for restoration of the American Dream and a return to sanity, just the thought of four more years of Obama had caused sales of valium and guns to soar from coast-to-coast.

In Red states run by Republican governors, state bosses tried to ease widespread panic and head-off mass suicides plotted by frightened patriot groups. Red Cross and National Guard resources were put on full alert and told to expect the worse.

In Blue states run by communists and near communists, leftist bosses welcomed the warnings as signs of better days to come.

However, when dawn arrived this morning, it had all slowed down and the Obama “bounce” was corrected to portray the Obama gain as it really was:

A swell of support from illegal aliens, felons, sleeper cells, welfare and food-stamp frauds, and people long since dead and buried. In other words, the typical gang of dim-wits and anti-American losers who always come out in huge numbers for anyone will a D next to their name!

It’s known by clinicians and objective political scientists as the ENTITLEMENT BIAS and it is very popular among mainstream reporters and editors who use it to make Polls reflect their tattered values.

After the poll numbers were revised to reflect “Likely voters” and remove the ENTITLEMENT BIAS factor, R and O were essentially even!

Today, ABC News/Washington Post released a poll showing a virtual dead heat between Obama and Romney. The survey was conducted September 7-9 among adults with sub-samples of registered and likely voters.
Obama does show a convention bounce gain among registered voters, with a 6% advantage over Romney. In other words, Obama has more support among voters who are probably not going to vote. A more accurate assessment of likely voters have the candidates tied with no bounce: Obama registers with 49% of the vote and Romney at 48%.

The ABC/WaPo likely voter numbers stand in direct contrast to the rather bizarre poll released by CNN yesterday. In that survey, CNN showed Obama up over Romney at 52% to 46% among likely voters. But with a sample of likely voters that included only 4% independent voters, the results are highly suspect.”

Whew! That was what I would term a scary near-death experience!

Evidence of the veracity of the revised poll was confirmed by pharmacists and gun shop owners who report a plunge in the sales of valium and guns!

Now its on to November 6, and VICTORY for America, and to hell with illegal aliens, felons, sleeper cells, and people long since dead and buried.

WTF? Obama Still Leads?

Last week, the greatest freak show ever staged in the history of US politics took place at the DNC in Charlotte.

In the space of just four days, Democrats demonstrated incompetence and stupidity on a scale that sort of explains why the nation is $16 T in debt, and counting.

The dreadful circus from Charlotte highlighted moral, economic, and educational decline which suggests that America has surrendered, or is on a path to surrender, its Exceptionalism to a crowd of scam artists, immoral dim-wits, illegal aliens, and child-hating fanatics, all with their hands out in search of taxpayer money with which to feed their ravenous entitlement addictions.

With all of that going on, one would expect a surge—for Romney-Ryan.

Incredibly, the DNC was followed up by a jobs report which is truly frightening, or should be, to any American who genuinely loves this nation.

So, WTF, why do the latest polls show Obama gaining ground on Romney? How can that possibly be?

Many conservatives, including this one, are in disbelief. Has the world stopped functioning properly? Is everyone lying to Gallup and the others?

Typical of the conservative outrage was that of Laura Ingraham, who “went off” on Mitt Romney and the GOP as described in Reference 1:

On her Monday radio program, conservative talk show host Laura Ingraham ripped into Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney’s campaign for its lackluster performance based on unfavorable polling data showing Romney trailing President Barack Obama, despite the bad economy and high unemployment numbers.

Given that the economy is bad, Ingraham argued Romney should be shoo-in and blamed the Republican Party’s leadership for that not being the case.

“If you can’t beat Barack Obama with this record, then shut down the party,” Ingraham said. “Shut it down, start new, with new people because this is a give-me election, or at least it should be. And the millions of dollars that are paid to these political consultants election after election. We hire people who have lost previous campaigns, that run campaigns that have failed, who have message campaigns where the message fell flat — and they keep getting rehired. I don’t understand that. I don’t know why those are the people you hire.”

Ingraham singled out branding as one of the Romney campaign’s primary flaws.

“If I’m hiring messaging people — I’m finding out for instance who did the original GEICO gecko commercial?” she said. “Because that guy or gal who did actually knows how to brand something. So I’m going for the best branders and the people who have been successful against the Alinsky crowd in the past. That’s it. And if you’re Mitt Romney with all of your expertise and all of your knowledge about how the economy works and you’re in this — you have one shot. This is going to be the first line of your obituary. You won, or you lost. It’s all on the line for the country and it’s all on the line for you. You know saying that, ‘Well the numbers are disappointing’ — yeah the numbers are disappointing.”

And with last week’s job numbers, finding something that resonates to counter Obama’s “hope” theme shouldn’t be difficult, Ingraham said.

“The numbers that came out on Friday show not only is there no recovery, but the real unemployment rate is around 12 percent,” she said. “People have abandoned all hope of getting a job. We have 400,000 people almost who quit looking for work. That’s hope?”

Well said, Laura! Someone needs to light a fire under the GOP campaign.

This should be shoo-in.

No Such Thing As Voter Fraud, You Say? What About Democrat Wendy Rosen of Maryland?

To people like AG Eric Holder, Harry Reid and most liberals, perpetuating the Barack Obama failed presidency is more important than protecting the integrity of the vote.

To Mr. Holder and all the other Democrats in denial, or worse, the case of one Wendy Rosen of Maryland should be required reading.

As reported at Reference 1:

Wendy Rosen, the Democratic challenger to Rep. Andy Harris in Maryland's First Congressional District, which includes the Eastern Shore, has withdrawn from the race.

The Maryland Democratic Party said it demanded Rosen's withdrawal after discovering Rosen has been registered to vote in both Maryland and Florida since 2006 and has voted in both states in two elections.

In a statement, Yvette Lewis, chairman of the Maryland Democratic Party, said, “Today, the Maryland Democratic Party took immediate and decisive action and demanded the withdrawal of Wendy Rosen as nominee for U.S. Representative in the 1st Congressional District after allegations of electoral law violations were brought to our attention.

“In addition, at my direction, the Maryland Democratic Party submitted a letter to the Attorney General and State Prosecutor outlining all information regarding the alleged violations.

“Any effort to corrupt or misuse the electoral process is reprehensible, wrong and must not be tolerated,” Lewis said.

In the letter to Attorney General Doug Gansler and State Prosecutor Emmet C. Davitt, Lewis said the Maryland Democratic State Central Committee had learned "Rosen has been registered to vote in both Florida and Maryland since at least 2006; that she in fact voted in the 2006 general election both in Florida and Maryland; and that she voted in the presidential preference primaries held in both Florida and Maryland in 2008. This information is based on an examination of the voter files from both states.

"We believe that this is a clear violation of Maryland law and urge the appropriate office to conduct a full
investigation," Lewis wrote.”

Well, good for you Ms. Lewis! But why the hell did it take six years to uncover this fraud?

Voter fraud by candidates has not been seen as a factor until now, but since Rosen is a Democrat, anything is possible!

You do recall the voter fraud orchestrated by Democrat Antonio Villaraigosa at the DNC last week right? The one in which Villaraigosa pretended that a revision to the party platform, which deleted God and references to Jerusalem as capital of Israel, was approved by voice vote, although the NAYS appeared to win the day?

What the Rosen debacle points out is the urgent need for a federal law requiring Voter ID everywhere!

Especially for Democrat politicians!

Of course, since Rosen is a Democrat, her fraud may not arouse much concern from the likes of Eric Holder!

Obama’s “Green” Volt Bleeds Red!

President Obama delights in boasting (endlessly) about the success of the government seizure of General Motors. He unashamedly points to the GM “success” as evidence of what government can do, when allowed to interfere in the affairs of private business people.

What Obama conveniently overlooks are the real facts behind the government interference and the actual bottom-line results. As with Solyndra and other “Obama Business” follies, when objectivity and net profit considerations are applied, the myth of government business acumen vanishes in a heart beat.

Like the fabled trillion-dollar “Stimulus,” the disastrous ObamaCare nightmare, and just about every other program that Obama has sullied with his Marxist hands, the Volt is proof positive that it is impossible to convert a non-productive community organizer into a business man just by giving said man an Oval Office and access to the national treasury.

Being “clean and articulate” may be enough for moon bat Democrats looking for an object to worship; however, honest profit and loss measurements are far more demanding and disciplined.

As reported at Reference 1, the Volt experiment is not going well, despite all the crowing and braggadocio spewing from deluded Democrats at the DNC last week:

At their convention, Democrats swore that GM is “thriving,” but the market doesn’t think so: GM shares have lost half their value since January 2011. And while the passing of the Great Recession has meant growing sales for all auto makers, GM is seriously lagging behind its competitors: Its sales are up 10 percent, a fraction of the increases at Kia, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Porsche. With its sales weak, its share price crashing, and its business model still a mess, some analysts already are predicting that GM will return to bankruptcy — but not until after the election.

The Obama administration talks up all of the “jobs” it saved at GM — but jobs doing what? Manufacturing automobiles that are not competitive without a demand. Propping up an economically non-viable enterprise just long enough to get Barack Obama reelected? As much as it will pain the hardworking men and women of GM to hear it, it is not worthwhile to save jobs at enterprises that cannot compete on their own merits. So long as the federal government is massively subsidizing the operation, a job at GM is a welfare program with a fairly robust work requirement. (And we all know how the Obama administration feels about work requirements.)

We have bankruptcy laws and bankruptcy courts for a reason. It may make sense to expedite the proceedings for very large firms such as GM in order to prevent disruptions in the supply chain that would, as Ford’s executives argued, harm other, healthier firms. But bankrupt is what GM was, and bankrupt is what GM is, a fact that will become blisteringly apparent should the government ever attempt to sell off the shares it owns in the company.

The GM bailout was a bad deal for GM’s creditors, for U.S. taxpayers, and, in the long run, for the U.S. automobile industry and our overall national competitiveness. No wonder the Democrats are campaigning on a fictionalized account of it.”

General Motors Co sold a record number of Chevrolet Volt sedans in August — but that probably isn't a good thing for the auto maker's bottom line.

Nearly two years after the introduction of the path-breaking plug-in hybrid, GM is still losing as much as $49,000 on each Volt it builds, according to estimates provided to Reuters by industry analysts and manufacturing experts.

Cheap Volt lease offers meant to drive more customers to Chevy showrooms this summer may have pushed that loss even higher. There are some Americans paying just $5,050 to drive around for two years in a vehicle that cost as much as $89,000 to produce.

And while the loss per vehicle will shrink as more are built and sold, GM is still years away from making money on the Volt, which will soon face new competitors from Ford, Honda and others.

GM's basic problem is that "the Volt is over-engineered and over-priced," said Dennis Virag, president of the Michigan-based Automotive Consulting Group.”

There is a glimmer of good news for General Motors and taxpayers in all this:

On November 6, the American people will have a chance to fire the misguided, clueless , profit-hating executive responsible for this Marxist scheme.

Let’s hope we the people are wise enough to do so!

All That Is Wrong With America-- Front and Center at DNC!

So, what is wrong with America, you ask?

The answer to that query was delivered (unequivocally!) to America and the world from Charlotte, NC, where the dissolution of a major political party was telecast live for the entire world to witness.

The 10 most poignant moments of this debacle are remembered as follows:

( )A party so desperate for credibility that it found it necessary to turn to a perjurer, impeached former president, and serial abuser of women to make the case for re-electing the party nominee;

( ) Complete denial from all attendees about the $16T national deficit, out of control spending and general unsteady state of the Union

( )An in-over-his-head Convention Chairman picked for the job because of his race (Hispanic), who made a mockery of the voting and platform- approval procedures;

( )Six-thousand out of touch delegates who thrice booed God and or Israel in response to directions from the clueless Convention Chair;

( )A gaggle of truth-adverse party “officials” who actually tried to convince the world that Americans are “better off,” despite all evidence to the contrary;

( )A Vice-president whose only contribution was to provide comedic relief;

( )Sandra Fluke, emblematic of a new generation of entitlement addicts who expect taxpayers, already in debt to the tune of $16T, to be financially responsible for her contraception and abortion needs;

( )An illegal invader allowed to address the convention to pitch why he and two million of his comrades/illegals should be welcomed, rather than arrested and immediately deported;

( )A party so ill-equipped to handle fiscal sanity that it created a fifteen-million dollar deficit for the convention;

( )A desperately exhausted, out of ideas President who should be thinking of moving back to Illinois in January, instead of nursing foolish dreams of another term.


There it is—all of America’s weaknesses, dumbing downs, and moral decadence rolled up into one evil ball known as the DNC.

Can’t wait for 2016 to do this all over!

368,000 Stopped Looking for Work In August: Are They "Better Off, " Mr. President?

The monthly unemployment report, issued by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, is one of the most significant political events in our tortured times.

Indeed, “The Number,” referring to the unemployment percentage rate, can be a reality check, especially in an election year, which can provide a much-needed measure of sanity to offset all the hoopla and lying that politicians routinely use in order to keep their jobs.

An excellent example is the just- concluded DNC where everyone from convicted perjurer Bill Clinton to Barack Hussein Obama, the beleaguered, out- of- his- league community organizer posing as US President, wasted precious hours attempting to convince the American people that they are “better off than four years ago.”

Unfortunately for Marxists who took over Charlotte, NC last week, President Obama’s “fairy dust” acceptance speech was transformed to “deep-down depression, excessive misery” when the jobs report for August was reported the morning after Obama's snake oil pitch.
According to the August report, private enterprise added 96,000 jobs, well below the 150,000 needed each month just to keep up with population growth.

Interesting enough, the unemployment rate dipped to 8.1 percent, the 43rd consecutive month in which the rate has exceeded 8 percent.

The unemployment percentage rate for August dropped primarily due to the method for calculating the number: People who have given up and who are no longer even trying to find work are not included in the rate!

In August, 368,000 Americans simply quit looking, and are apparently forgotten forever by Obama, who says he believes that government can, and should, fix everything.

Oddly, the President made no mention of those 368,000. No wishing them good luck, no prayers for their future. Nothing.

For a president who claims to think about those who do not have work the very first thing every morning, Barack Obama seems strangely detached and unconcerned.

Why is that, sir? Why do you suppose 368,000 people abruptly pulled the plug on pursuing the American dream?

Might it be because the president (you) are opposed to profit, are all for higher taxes and more regulations, and are generally the most anti-business, anti-jobs president in US history?

Finally, sir, do you honestly believe that those 368,000 souls, and the hundreds of thousands (millions?) who preceded them over the past four years are “better off” than they were four years ago?

Clint Eastwood: Obama Greatest Hoax Ever!

President Obama threatened the DNC and really the entire nation with these ominous words, “I am not done yet.”

Good hell, just how much additional ruin and pain must this failed leftist inflect before he takes his foot off the necks of the American people and stops shredding our Constitution just to satiate his Marxist fantasies?

Must poverty by Executive Order disrupt the lives and welfare of all households, including the so-called rich?

Must private enterprise be gutted to the core by an out-of-touch fellow who believes he has the right, if not moral obligation, to use the power of government to “bankrupt” industries which he does not agree ideologically, such as coal?

Must the federal deficit become so onerous as to cause Tim Geithner to pan- handle on the streets of Greece just to round up enough money to at least meet the interest owed?

As reported at the reference, Clinton Eastwood was dead on with words about Obama in a follow-up to the Empty Chair routine at the RNC:

“President Obama is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people,” Eastwood told The Pine Cone this week. “Romney and Ryan would do a much better job running the country, and that’s what everybody needs to know. I may have irritated a lot of the lefties, but I was aiming for people in the middle.”
Breaking his silence

For five days after he thrilled or horrified the nation by talking to an empty chair representing Obama on the night Mitt Romney accepted the Republican nomination for president, Eastwood remained silent while pundits and critics debated whether his remarks, and the rambling way he made them, had helped or hurt Romney’s chances of winning in November.
But in a wide-ranging interview with The Pine Cone Tuesday from his home in Pebble Beach, he said he had conveyed the messages he wanted to convey, and that the spontaneous nature of his presentation was intentional, too.

“I had three points I wanted to make,” Eastwood said. “That not everybody in Hollywood is on the left, that Obama has broken a lot of the promises he made when he took office, and that the people should feel free to get rid of any politician who’s not doing a good job. But I didn’t make up my mind exactly what I was going to say until I said it.”

The man does have a great way with words!

Hugo Chavez Seizes US Ship: Whither Obama?

While Barack Obama and the 6,000 Democrats at the DNC have wasted a week trying to defend the worst administration in U.S. history, the evil regime of Hugo Chavez has seized a US ship.

As reported at the reference:

The Venezuelan government has seized a U.S. flagged ship and detained its captain for more than a week.

Since August 29 the ship Ocean Atlas has been at port in Maracaibo, Venezuela, where it docked to unload a cargo of equipment. Yet after four hours in port, the ship was boarded and searched by armed security personnel, and the captain was detained on suspicion of trafficking in arms or drugs.

The rest of the crew of 15 Americans has remained on board under guard. According to a well-placed source arrest warrants have been issued for all of the crewmembers, who are to be taken off the ship for questioning.

Officials at the ship’s operator, Intermarine, did not immediately respond to Forbes’ requests for information. Nor did officials at American Maritime Officers, which is believed to have provided the crew for the ship. A spokeswoman at the Venezuelan embassy in Washington said she would look into the incident.

A U.S. Embassy official in Caracas also confirmed the incident to Reuters earlier today.

The seizure of the ship could become an international incident if not resolved soon. A month ago Venezuela detained a U.S. citizen entering from Colombia. President Hugo Chavez accused the man of being a mercenary and part of an “imperial” plot to oust him. So far there has been no public comment from Chavez about the Ocean Atlas detention.”

Truth exposed: The matter will only become an international incident if Barack Obama wakes up and tries to divert attention from his awful performance at the DNC and the dismal jobs report for August!
