While Mexico’s President Felipe Calderon wastes his time lecturing the U.S. Congress about the evils of Arizona’s plans to defend American citizens, things continue to unravel in his third-world, failed state.
As reported at reference 1, in part:
“Mexican gunmen killed 10 police officers and injured several more in Michoacan state while 28 prisoners were killed in a jail in Sinaloa state.
Federal police forces are conducting ground and air searches for the perpetrators of the attack on the officers in the city of Zitacuaro, the Public Security Ministry said in a statement. The police were traveling from Michoacan state toward Mexico City when their convoy was ambushed, it said.
Hours after that incident, 28 inmates were killed in a prison riot in the city of Mazatlan, said Martin Gastelum, spokesman for the attorney general’s office in Sinaloa state. Two police officers were wounded, he said.
Violence in the region is reaching new highs, causing residents of cities such as Ciudad Juarez, which borders El Paso, to abandon their homes and their cities, said Tony Payan, a political science professor at the University of Texas at El Paso. About 25 percent of homes in Ciudad Juarez are abandoned, Payan said today in a telephone interview.”
Given the circumstances, and knowing full well that Barack Obama has neither the brains nor cajoles to stand up to Senor` Calderon, let the following message be delivered to the Mexican people on behalf of patriotic Americans:
Dear Citizens of Mexico:
We patriotic Americans feel your pain and sympathize with your plight. The lawlessness and mayhem leading to the death of police officers and prisoners in your nation is a disaster of epic proportions.
No civilized peoples should be exposed to such neglect at the hands of its own government.
May we be so bold as to suggest a plan for correcting the situation?
First and foremost, demand that your dim-witted president keep his greedy nose out of the affairs of America!
Believe it or not, we are quite capable of managing on our own, without interference from some sawed-off runt who thinks he knows best when, if fact, he knows nothing.
Secondly, demand that the addled Calderon address Mexico’s problems NOW, rather than concerning himself with the rule of law in America!
In simple English, tell Felipe that his help is neither needed nor wanted here in America. Tell Calderon to butt out of doings in America, and to instead defend the people of Mexico to whom he is responsible!
Tell him to pay attention to Mexico for a change!
