In less than three months, America will mark the 9th anniversary of the worst attack on U.S. soil in history. The date was September 11, 2001, a date that was supposed to live in infamy, along with December 7, 1941.
Looking back at that awful Tuesday morning in 2001 and the days that immediately followed, who could have predicted that the American people would be so thoroughly brain-washed as to allow the horror, anguish, pain and rage of that date to be minimized, if not purged completely from conscious memory just seven years later?
How in Hades did this great nation suffer through the events of 9/11 only to elect Barack Obama as president seven years later?
Barack Hussein Obama, the silver-tongued orator who has no respect or regard for American traditions and values?
How did we allow this man to take over our lives and futures?
Barack Hussein Obama, the man who:
Changed the official war on terror language used by government to exclude the phrase “Islamic extremism” so as to not offend Muslims.
Ordered the closure of GITMO, home to terrorists caught on the battlefield while trying to kill Americans
Revised the manner by which suspected terrorists are treated such that said suspects are treated like American citizens, including the right to Miranda rights, the right to be tried in civilian courts, the right to court-appointed attorneys, and other concessions to combatants accused of being among America’s most brutal enemies
Apologized for the actions of America leaders in response to 9/11, including apologies made while in Muslim nations
Turned his back on Israel, America’s long time ally and friend in the middle-east.
Furthermore, how is it that officials in New York City have followed Obama’s lead by approving construction of a mosque right next to Ground zero?
How is it that the Majority Leader of the U.S. Senate mistakenly boasted that Democrats “Killed the Patriot Act” and declared the Iraq Theater of the war on terror to be “lost”?
What the hell happened to the great unifying of America after 9/11?
Has Osama bin Laden won the war on terror by virtue of America’s unconditional surrender?
