Not all that long ago, Charles Rangel (D-NY) was censored by members of the US House for failing to pay all his taxes, filing misleading financial statements, improperly seeking money from corporate interests for a college center bearing his name and setting up a campaign office in a subsidized, New York apartment designated for residential use. Not a pretty sight and not the sort of rap sheet that would qualify Rangel to offer unsolicited advise on ethics, culture, or decency to anyone..
In other words, Rangel would do well to keep his damn mouth and stupid opinions to his bloody self.
Unfortunately, the rotund leftist is not endowed with much intelligence, and furthermore is living in the Obama era of corruption where the rule of law is viewed as optional, provided one is a Democrat!
Rangel exposed his hypocrisy and bias against the US South with the idiotic statement recorded at reference 2:
CNSNews.com) - Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.), speaking on “MSNBC Live” on Jan. 16 said that “some of the southern areas have cultures that we have to overcome” when it comes to gun control.
Rangel was asked by anchor Thomas Roberts whether new gun control measures passed in New York State should serve as models for other states:
“If you’re proud of what New York has done, obviously there is not going to be any perfect policy or perfect law that everybody is going to agree on from both sides saying that this is key perfection but do you think that New York, and what has been done in this state, could be used as a role model for other states that would like to enact something of New York’s model?”
Rangel responded by saying: “Well I hope so. New York is a little different and more progressive in a lot of areas than some other states and some of the southern areas have cultures that we have to overcome.” See Ref 2
Someone needs to inform this bloated mass of northern extremism that southern people generally live by a culture which causes people to pay their taxes, avoid improper money from corporate interests, and support the US Constitution, including the hallowed 2nd Amendment which is under assault by Marxists and zombies called Democrats!
In other words, Mr. Rangel, when it comes to culture and decent living, YOU are the last person who should be dishing out unsolicited advise, especially to people known for honesty, integrity, and morality!
Shut up, Charles Rangel!
