DEMOCRAT Bob Menendez, Senator from New Jersey, seems to have a penchant for employing illegal aliens, even those who are registered sex offenders. He also favors dalliances with under age prostitutes in the Dominican Republic.
And when Menendez’s employment of illegal aliens is discovered too close to an important election, the wily Senator is not above using his influence to quash a breaking news arrest until after the election.
And you wonder how lame-brained Democrats like Harry Reid continue to hold the majority in the US Senate?
The answer is corruption, corruption, and more corruption!
By all rights, Menendez should have been exposed in the national media as a perverted scoundrel who aided and abetted the lawlessness of Luis Abrahan Sanchez Zavaleta, a convicted sex offender and illegal.
This disclosure should have been forthcoming before the November 6 election. Had transparency been a practice rather than problem in the Obama anti-rule of law cabal, media exposure might have unraveled Menendez’s reelection and made the Senate more American with the election of an honest Republican, provided one could be found.
As reported in the media (Reference 1), after the election was stolen:
WASHINGTON (AP) — Sen. Robert Menendez employed as an unpaid intern in his Senate office an illegal immigrant who was a registered sex offender, now under arrest by immigration authorities, The Associated Press has learned. The Homeland Security Department instructed federal agents not to arrest him until after Election Day, a U.S. official involved in the case told the AP.
A Homeland Security spokesman, Peter Boogaard, said Wednesday that it was “categorically false” that the department delayed the arrest of Luis Abrahan Sanchez Zavaleta, 18, until after the election.
Sanchez, an immigrant from Peru, was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in front of his home in New Jersey on Dec. 6, two federal officials said. Sanchez, who entered the country on a now-expired visitor visa from Peru, is facing deportation and remains in custody.
The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss details of Sanchez’s immigration case.”
There is more: Menendez’s crimes apparently extend beyond the US borders as the Senator reportedly journeyed for fun and games with under aged prostitutes, as reported in reference 2:
Documents published online for the first time Thursday indicate that the FBI opened an inquiry into New Jersey Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez on August 1, 2012, focusing on repeated trips he took to the Dominican Republic with longtime campaign contributor and Miami eye doctor Salomon Melgen. TheDC reported in November that Menendez purchased the service of prostitutes in that Caribbean nation at a series of alcohol-fueled sex parties.
The documents, which The Daily Caller had obtained hours earlier from an anonymous source, also indicate that Carrie Levine, research director at Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), was alerted on April 9, 2012 to Menendez’s habit of paying for sex while outside the United States.”
Employing illegal aliens, sleeping with underage prostitutes, interfering with the execution of justice by thwarting the work of immigration authorities: These crimes should cause Menendez to be recalled and arrested! ASAP!
