Perhaps the most biting question of this political season is: Are You Better Off Than You Were Four Years Ago?
To a majority of Americans, apparently including President Obama himself, the knee-jerk reaction is an emphatic NO, or HELL NO! to be more exact.
Although the Obama Presidency has been an unmitigated nightmare for the economy, religious freedom, freedom of speech in general, adherence to the Constitution and rule of law, foreign policy, federal deficits and all other aspects of life, I submit that as of April May 1, 2012, we Americans are better off than we were on May 1, 2008!
This is so because as of May 1, 2008, Barack Obama, Marxist illegal alien from Illinois and clueless community organizer, had the potential, if not legal eligibility, to serve two four-year terms as president.
Four years later, this menace to our nation and American way of life can haunt we the people for just one more term, even in the worse imaginable scenario, that being the further denigration of the U.S. presidency as a result of his reelection.
Thankfully, the Obama scourge over the past four years was partially muted by the presence of a Republican majority in the U.S. House.
True, it ain’t much.
Still, when it comes to Barack Obama ANYTHING that reduces his ability to contaminate our way of life through exposure to his radical Marxism leaves us better off!
