In just a few short weeks, the term of the 111Th Congress will officially expire, proving that, although setting a definite time table for quitting a war is incredibly dumb, removing moon bats from office on a date certain can actually help save a struggling nation.
In the case of the 111Th, the unfortunate fact is that the official expiration lags significantly behind the “end of usefulness” date which, according to reliable sources, was on or about 1 January, 2009.
In the intervening 23 months, Nancy Pelosi and her court yard of thugs, hoodlums, tax evaders, and loan mortgage sharks have all but destroyed the most prosperous economy in human history, while making a mockery of law and order from coast-to-coast, or more specifically, from Rangel to Waters.
The legacy from the Pelosi House includes health care reform that makes nearly everyone sick, a stimulus bill that stimulates only the exploding federal deficit, and run away unemployment that will finally snare Democrat politicians come January.
So, what would be a poignant image that would capture the essence of the 111th Congress?
How about “Babies Without Diapers” ?
