President Barack Obama, in collaboration with Democrats and RINOs in the US Congress, has arrogantly refused to enforce US borders and immigration laws, and has even acted aggressively to thwart the execution of remedial actions provided for in existing law, most notably deportations.
This defiant refusal to honor the rule of law is a grave and serious violation of the concept of separation of powers and is an affront to provisions in the Constitution which endow the legislative, judiciary, and executive branches of government with balanced and equal powers.
In addition, the fact that the Obama administration willfully ignores the rule of law in order to grow the political base of the Democrat party for sheer partisan advantage makes this negligence all the more impeachable.
Obama’s immigration failures are made all the worse by the fact that tens of thousands of young, unaccompanied children are coming to the US illegally as word of the Obama non-enforcement policy spreads throughout Central America.
As reported:
Faced with 60,000 unaccompanied children trying to cross the border illegally this year, President Obama on Monday declared it an “urgent humanitarian situation” and named a federal coordinator to make sure the children are cared for — but offered no new ideas for how to keep them from trying to enter.
These “unaccompanied alien children” are the latest hiccup for an administration that has asserted the border is secure, even as it struggles to balance enforcement with humanitarian concerns.
The White House signaled that, at least for now, it sees the flow of children — which it predicts will more than double in 2015 — as an issue to be managed rather than a problem to be fought.”
Once again, the reckless, irresponsible, naïve policies of Barack Obama threaten not only the security and safety of American citizens, but now pose a real and present danger to thousands of young, help less illegal alien children!
