FINALLY! Equal Rights for Women in Virginia!

Somewhere in an underground bunker in California, feminist radical Gloria Steinem must surely be sobbing bitter tears of sweet victory on the morning after full equality for women was achieved in Jarrat, Virginia.
After nearly 100 years of discrimination, abuse, and being treated like the "weaker sex," women in the great state of Virginia have been liberated, both figuratively and literally, by Steinem’s obsession with obliterating differences between men and women throughout the land.
As reported, in part, at Reference 1:
“JARRATT, VA - The first woman to be executed in five years in the United States was put to death in Virginia Thursday night. 41-year-old Teresa Lewis died by injection at the Greensville Correctional Center.
"She was in prison for arranging the 2002 murders of her husband and a stepson in order to collect an insurance payout. The two men she hired to do those killings were both sentenced to life in prison, although one committed suicide in 2006.Lewis was the first woman executed in Virginia in nearly a century. Larry Traylor of the Virginia Dept. of Corrections said, "Death was pronounced at 9:13 p.m. There were no complications.”
Reached on her cell phone inside the bunker, Steinem reacted to the news of the execution with this text message(Satire):
“Teresa Lewis was a brave heroine, a woman who is to be revered and respected by all women regardless of political ideology.
“Her death by lethal injection serves notice to the male-dominated penal industry in Jarratt and all across this great land.
“That notice is as follows : ‘Women are equal to men in all matters, including depravity, criminality, greed, and murderous instinct. Teresa Lewis has broken through the barrier of sexist exception, an act that will undoubetdly lead to the excecution of hundreds of other female comrades.’
‘Thanks to Teresa Lewis, woman can now rejoice in knowing that we are FREE AT LAST!’
And so it is, as the femi-Nazi movement moves ever forward in advancing the cause of women hither and yonder!
