As reported at the reference, members of the “New” Black Panthers marched and chanted death threats for Darren Wilson, the Ferguson police officer named by police as the one who shot and killed Michael Brown on August 9.

One wonders whether Eric Holder, US Attorney General, has plans to investigate and, if warranted, prosecute the protesters for making very public death threats against a police officer?
It will be remembered that Holder refused to take action against Black Panthers whom intimidated voters during the 2008 election in Philadelphia.
