Slick’s Latest: “I Did Not Have Intercourse with That Man, Mr. Meek”

He may be one Big Mac and a large order of fries from the next life, but do not think for a moment that Slick Willie has lost any zeal or talent when it comes to outright lying.

The latest Clinton whopper concerns Slick’s attempt to get African-American candidate Kendrick Meek to abandon his bid to become U.S. Senator from Florida.

As reported at reference 1, in part:

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — Former President Bill Clinton on Friday denied reports — confirmed by his spokesman a day earlier — that he asked Democrat Kendrick Meek to drop out of the three-way Florida Senate race to clear the way for independent Gov. Charlie Crist.

Several prominent black Democrats said they believe the fuss is backfiring on Crist and energizing black voters to go to the polls to support Meek, who is black.
Clinton said in a statement Friday that he had talked to Meek about the race and its challenges.

"I didn’t ask Kendrick to leave the race, nor did Kendrick say that he would," Clinton said. "I told him that how he proceeds was his decision to make and that I would support him regardless."

A day earlier, Clinton spokesman Matt McKenna had confirmed a Politico report that Clinton tried to talk Meek into quitting.”

All of which sounds very much like the Clinton figger-wagging denial and perjuer’s quote, “I did not have sex with that woman, Monica Lewinsky” issued before Slick became aware of the name Linda Tripp.

The Monica equivalent in 2010 would be, “I Did Not Have Intercourse (Conversation) with That Man, Mr. Meek” About Quitting the Senate Race!

Come Tuesday, We WILL Remember, and It Will Be Our Turn to "Kick A**!"

Before voting for any Democrat on November 2, voters who really care about the future of America need to reflect on the old adage which holds that, “Power Corrupts and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely.”

That truth has never been more in evidence than over the past two years, during which time America has been in the hands of an ultra-liberal Democrat in the White House and equally far left Democrats presiding over majorities in both chambers of Congress.

The results of the Obama, Reid, and Pelosi deadly stranglehold on our precious nation are ugly, indeed, and include the following particularly grievous atrocities:


REFUSAL TO PROVIDE EQUAL PROTECTION FOR ALL

This outrage is so unbelievable that it continues to stun and amaze.

On November 4, 2008, voters in Philadelphia were intimidated by members of the New Black Panther Party while attempting to cast ballots.

Before President Bush left office in January of 2009, his Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a lawsuit under the Voting Rights Act against the New Black Panthers Party.

However, once Obama appointees to the DOJ took over, charges against the New Black Panther members were dropped.

On September 24, 2010, former Justice Department prosecutor Christopher Coates, in testimony at a U.S. Civil Rights Commission Hearing, shocked the nation when he revealed that the voter intimidation case was dropped because the suspects were black and their alleged victims were white.

“They have not pursued the goal of equal protection of the law for all people,” Coates reportedly said.

Repeat: According to a former Justice Department prosecutor, our federal government refused to prosecute claims when the plaintiffs were white.

People of color: Take no solace in this injustice. In this case, the victims of government bias are white people.

But what about next time? Will it be YOUR race or nationality or cause that the Obama administration arbitrarily refuses to protect?


FORSAKING AMERICAN CITIZENS IN FAVOR OF FOREIGN INVADERS

The Democrat party has been the “illegal alien” party for a number of years. This is so because liberals can no longer rely on reasonable Americans for votes and power.

Thus, the need for advocating on behalf of millions of uneducated, poor illegal invaders who are easily persuaded provided the free benefits (health care, education, welfare, etc.) are doled out in sufficient quantities.

True to their sinister disregards for the rule of law, American sovereignty, and preservation of American culture and language, Democrats consider invading criminals to be “Newly Arrived Refugees,” and, more importantly, future Democrats.

This betrayal of America and American citizens reached a new low in 2010 as President Obama ordered his administration to file suit against Arizona because of SB 1070, the state’s attempt to protect citizens from the ravages of foreign invaders.

Unbelievable! The United States government suing an American state for resisting invasions from foreign criminals!

Even more outrageous was the betrayal of America by Congressional Democrats on May 19, 2010, when all Democrats in the House and Senate gave Mexican President Felipe Calderon a standing ovation for his condemnation of Arizona and law SB 1070!

Remember: On May 19, all Democrats in the U.S. Congress stood to cheer a foreign leader who had just condemned Arizona law makers for protecting American citizens.

How can any reasonably-patriotic American vote for any Democrat after such vile and treasonous behavior?

PLAYING POLITICS WITH AMERICAN LIVES IN AFGHANISTAN

In his book titled, “Obama’s Wars” journalist Bob Woodward exposes the fact that winning the war in Afghanistan has never been much of a priority to Obama or the Democrats.

Which is why Obama insisted on a time table for withdrawal, a carefully crafted commitment that would bring the troops home in time for the 2012 presidential election.

How can any thinking American vote for any Democrat when the Democrat Commander-in-chief uses American troops as pawns in a deadly game of political chess?


USE OF BRIBERY AND SLEIGHT-OF-HAND TO PASS MARXIST OBAMACARE

The notion that the United States Congress provides “Honest, Open Government” to legislate and govern was blown all to hell by the political chicanery, cheating, and behind the scenes bribery used by Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, with considerable help from Obama, to pass a Marxist form of health care called ObamaCare.

ObamaCare was, and is, opposed by most Americans, and for good reasons.

To begin with, ObamaCare mandates that American citizens purchase health care or face the travails of dealing with the IRS for non-compliance.

In addition, the assumptions and projections behind ObamaCare have already proven to be faulty at best, criminal at worst.

How can any thinking American vote for any Democrat knowing that this party has taken away freedom of choice from Americans when it comes to health care, and has used bribery and sleight-of-hand to pass legislation that America does not need or want?


All of the calamities identified could have been averted, or their impact at least minimized, had the U.S. Congress fulfilled it constitutional obligation to provide oversight of the Executive Branch.

Under the partisan leadership of Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, oversight was a forgotten (ignored!) virtue.

As a result, Executive incompetence, overreaching, and blatantly anti-American misbehavior were never challenged, except when Pelosi or Reid sought even greater liberal excesses.

Again, “Power Corrupts, and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely.”

Although the list of atrocities committed by the unholy trifecta of Obama, Reid, and Pelosi is nearly endless, there are a few that are particularly outrageous and should serve as a wake-up call to anyone considering a vote for any Democrat.

These four outrages are the most irritating and anger-provoking to me. There are hundreds more.

The bottom line is that the Democrat Party no longer operates with the best interests of the American people in mind. A lust for power and an obsession with socialism makes Democrats completely out of mainstream America.

Please carefully consider these outrages before voting for any Democrat!

Obama’s “Culture of Attack Ads and Demonization” Offends Washington Post

An editorial in the October 30 Washington Post (see reference 1) says it all about the political implosion of former Messiah, Barack Hussein Obama.

Yes, the Washington Post has finally seen the light and admits that the glow is not from the effervescent halo around Obama’s bloated head!

All patriotic Americans, parents, and others who care about America should read this editorial in total before voting on Tuesday:

From the Washington Post:

President Obama's post-partisan America has disappeared, replaced by the politics of polarization, resentment and division.

In a Univision interview on Monday, the president, who campaigned in 2008 by referring not to a "Red America" or a "Blue America" but a United States of America, urged Hispanic listeners to vote in this spirit: "We're gonna punish our enemies and we're gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us."

Recently, Obama suggested that if Republicans gain control of the House and/or Senate as forecast, he expects not reconciliation and unity but "hand-to-hand combat" on Capitol Hill.

What a change two years can bring.

We can think of only one other recent president who would display such indifference to the majesty of his office: Richard Nixon.
We write in sadness as traditional liberal Democrats who believe in inclusion. Like many Americans, we had hoped that Obama would maintain the spirit in which he campaigned.

Instead, since taking office, he has pitted group against group for short-term political gain that is exacerbating the divisions in our country and weakening our national identity. The culture of attack politics and demonization risks compromising our ability to address our most important issues - and the stature of our nation's highest office.

Indeed, Obama is conducting himself in a way alarmingly reminiscent of Nixon's role in the disastrous 1970 midterm campaign. No president has been so persistently personal in his attacks as Obama throughout the fall. He has regularly attacked his predecessor, the House minority leader and - directly from the stump - candidates running for offices below his own. He has criticized the American people suggesting that they are "reacting just to fear" and faulted his own base for "sitting on their hands complaining."

Obama is walking a knife's edge. He has said that the 3.5 million "shovel-ready jobs" he had referred to as justification for the passage of the stimulus bill didn't exist - throwing all the Democratic incumbents who had defended the stimulus in their campaigns under the proverbial bus.

Although he said, as part of his effort to enact health-care reform, that the health-care mandates were not taxes, now his administration acknowledges in court papers that they are, in fact, taxes.

As Election Day approaches, the president and others in the Democratic leadership have focused on campaign finance by moneyed interests - an ancillary issue serving neither party nor country. They have intensified attacks on business groups such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and individual political operatives such as Karl Rove and Ed Gillespie - insisting that organizations are fronting for foreign campaign money and large secret donations and campaign expenditures. Even the New York Times has noted that "a closer examination shows that there is little evidence" that these organizations have engaged in activities that are "improper or even unusual."

It astounds us to hear such charges from the president given that his presidential campaign in 2008 refused to disclose the names of all of its donors, and in past election cycles many liberal groups, such as the Sierra Club and the Center for American Progress, refused to disclose their contributors.

To be clear, we favor disclosure of every dollar spent and closing the disclosure loophole that exists as a result of the Citizens United ruling. But it is disingenuous for a president - particularly one whose campaign effectively dynamited the lone beachhead of public financing in American politics - to scream about money pouring in against his political interests.

We are also disturbed that the office of the president is mounting attacks on private individuals, such as the founders of the group Americans for Prosperity. Having been forged politically during Watergate - one of us was the youngest member of Nixon's enemies list - we are chilled by the prospect of any U.S. president willing to marshal the power of his office against a private citizen.

The president is the leader of our society. That office is supposed to be a unifying force. When a president opts for polarization, it is not only bad politics, but it also diminishes the prestige of his office and damages our social consensus.
Moreover, the divisive rhetoric that Obama has pursued can embolden his supporters and critics to take more extreme actions, worsening the spiral.

Whatever the caliber of Obama's tactics, they might achieve some short-term success. The Republican Party has offered no narrative or broad solution, and it has campaigned exclusively to take advantage of the negative environment. It contributes merely a promise of a more hostile environment after Tuesday.

With the country beset by economic and other problems, it is incendiary that the president is not offering a higher vision for the nation but has instead chosen a strategy of rank division. This is an attempt to distract from the perceived failures of his administration. On issue after issue this administration has acted in ways that are weakening the office of the president."

To which I say, amen and amen.

Although Obama is not on the ballot this year, his failed policies and the stooges who voted for them are.

Send Washington a message even the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid can grasp: Get your bloodied Marxist paws off America and get the hell out of town!

On November 2, Boycott Raul Grijalva, NOT Arizona!

Democrat Raul Grijalva is arguably one of the most extreme liberals in the U.S House where he has “served” the people of Arizona’s 7th Congressional District going since 2003.

Grijalva has parlayed his Hispanic ethnicity and extreme views into four winning campaigns, mostly without significant opposition from Republicans.

Some derisively call Grijalva the “Best congressman Mexico ever had,” and with good cause.

Grijalva has spent the past two years walking lock -step with Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi, fully supporting their Marxist agenda which has wrought nothing but ruin, and which the American people are fed up with.

Coming into this election cycle, Grijalva seemed unbeatable for yet another term.

However, in the volatile debate over SB 1070, Arizona’s bill for dealing with illegal aliens, Grijalva actually joined those who demanded a boycott of Arizona businesses and products.

Repeat: With unemployment and a wretched economy haunting Arizona and all of America, Raul Grijalva actually demanded a boycott of Arizona, his home state!

Even more pathetically, Grijalva made his stand over a law desperately needed to combat illegal aliens!

Grijalva’s Special Olympics performance on SB 1070 has opened the door to a legitimate challenge from a conservative Republican.

The conservative Republican seeking to bring common sense back to Arizona 7 is Ruth McClung, a young physicist currently working as a rocket scientist at a local engineering company.

With her education and conservative background, Ruth McClung can be relied on to NEVER do something as stupid as promotong a boycott of Arizona, which will only harm the good people of this state.

In sum: Arizona voters in the 7th District must decide between an educated rocket scientest with conservative values and an Obama/Pelosi moon bat.

Mexico Is NOT a Failed State. Right?

Defenders of Mexico bristle and protest vehemently when our southern neighbor is described as a third-world, failed state, or is portrayed as anything but a non-violent paradise.

Pointing out the true nature of Mexico to certain biased folks draws nearly as much disdain as when one points out the obvious insanity in identifying Islam as a “Religion of Peace.”

Advocates for Mexico think the place to be upscale and civilized; thus, they shout “Not fair!” as they blame Mexico’s violent nature on America’s insatiable appetite for illegal narcotics.

Were it not for America, they continue, Mexico would be quiet and content, with almost no violence or crime.

That most assuredly is NOT the case in Mexico right now. As described at Reference 1,this backward nation appears to be in a protracted meltdown:

“Four mass shootings have left 48 dead in a week across Mexico, signaling an unabated pace for drug-related violence in the country's four-year drug wars, which has claimed more than 28,000 lives overall.

The carnage has extended from the southern state of Guerrero to the border city of Ciudad Juarez, by far the deadliest in Mexico and sometimes called the deadliest city in the world. More than 2,600 people have died in Ciudad Juarez this year alone, and "very close to 7,000" people have been killed since intense daily violence began there in January 2008, according to independent researcher Molly Molloy, who keeps a tally of deaths in Juarez.

Here is a breakdown of this week's worst killings, following the coverage of The Times, wire services, and Mexican news sources:

* On Friday, Oct. 22, gunmen stormed a house party in Ciudad Juarez and began shooting, leaving 14 people dead after one of the victims died the next day. The shooters were reportedly looking for a man identified as "The Mouse," but it was unclear whether the man was at the house or if anyone there knew him (link in Spanish). Several of the victims were identified as teenagers, recalling a similar massacre in Juarez in January that left 15 mostly young people dead at a party.

* On Sunday, Oct. 24, 13 people were killed inside a drug rehabilitation clinic in Tijuana after gunmen stormed the building, lined up the victims, and executed them. The mass killing was the worst seen in recent memory in Tijuana, where only days previously the government trumpeted the seizure and destruction of 134 tons of marijuana bound for the United States. A state investigator initially said the clinic massacre could be related to the drug bust, but officials have not elaborated on the possibility since.

* On Wednesday, gunmen approached a carwash in the city of Tepic, Nayarit, and opened fire, killing 13 men. The gunmen, arriving in SUVs and carrying rifles, shot at workers and managers but gunfire erupted first from inside, witnesses and authorities said. The carwash was tied to a drug treatment center.

* This morning, six young men died after a shooting before dawn in Mexico City's gritty Tepito neighborhood. Despite Tepito's notoriety as a hub of black market trade in drugs and contraband, mass shootings are not common within the neighborhood. Mexico City's attorney general said at least two of the victims had criminal records, while the city's government secretary warned that the Tepito incident should not be tied to the massacres in Juarez, Tijuana or Tepic (links in Spanish).

There are numerous cases in recent months of mass kidnappings or discoveries of mass graves, to say nothing of isolated killings or kidnappings in cities and towns up and down Mexico. Early this morning, four people outside Ciudad Juarez died after gunmen opened fire on a bus taking them home from work at a border factory.”

In addition to the carnage cited above, the town of Los Ramones made world-wide headlines this week when the entire police force (14) quit all at once.

LOS RAMONES, Mexico — It’s not uncommon for Mexican police to resign because of attacks or threats from drug gangs. This is quite different.

The entire department in the small town of Los Ramones quit after an attack on the department’s new headquarters earlier this week. All 14 officers resigned one day after the building was riddled with thousands of bullets and grenades.
None of the cops were harmed; they hid on the floor of a back room. One K-9 was killed, however.

Prior to the beginning of 2010, Los Ramones and the surrounding areas were pretty peaceful, but a conflict among drug gangs has escalated. Police departments have been regularly attacked and several mayors have been killed since the start of the year.

How the department will approach the matter going forward is not yet clear.”

Given the violence which haunts Mexico every day, it is astonishing that Mexican President Felipe Calderon would stand before a join session of the United States Congress and take a sovereign American state to task for simply asking certain suspicious people to prove that they are in America illegally, Vi's-à-Vi's Arizona law SB-1070!

Even more astounding is the fact that all Democrats present stood and gave Calderon a standing ovation.

Perhaps President Calderon should concentrate on Mexico’s out-of-control violence, rather than sticking his nose in America’s business?

Are Those Sentenced to Death Entitled to “Pain-free” Experience?

Twenty years after convicted killer Jeffrey Landrigan was sentenced to death, the state of Arizona was finally permitted to exact justice, and did so, by injecting a lethal dose of drugs into Landrigan’s guilty being on Tuesday, October 26, 2010.

It took 20 years to remove Landrigan from Arizona’s free food, housing and health care system because leftist lawyers and judges obstructed justice for two decades in order to protect a murderer.

Oh, if all of that legal maneuvering and intellect were applied to stopping the wanton slaughter of the unborn!

Landrigan met his maker after the United States Supreme Court ruled 5-4 against the defense which had filed suit to block justice because one of the lethal drugs was from a foreign source and might be “unsafe.”

Unsafe? Good grief, the man was a convicted killer who murdered a fellow Arizonan. Landrigan received a fair trial and was convicted based on the evidence.

Have leftist lawyers lost sight of the fact that the sole objective of the death penalty is to inflict an unsafe situation of sufficient magnitude to remove the convicted from our midst, and to the next dimension, whatever that might be?

The whole process is unsafe—at least for the condemned. It’s supposed to be that way!

Of course, Elena Kagan, President Obama’s latest addition to the bench, voted in the minority: In other words, Kagan bought into the scam about the safety of killing drugs and voted to keep killer Landrigan alive.

Lefties like Kagan pound the cement in protest, claiming that lethal injection can be “cruel and unusual,” and, therefore, a no-no according to the 8th amendment.

But hold on a minute and think this through.

The Constitution does NOT prohibit the death penalty outright, although that is what Kagan and other bleeding-heart lefties always try to accomplish with endless and mindless appeals and appeals on appeals, all devoted to denying justice to a deserving killer.

Again, the Constitution does NOT prohibit the death penalty.

Clearly, the Founders were not opposed to the death penalty: They obviously understood the need for death by execution in dealing with very serious offenses.

Yes, the 8th Amendment prohibits “cruel and unusual” punishment, but does any serious student of American law believe that death by injection meets the cruel and unusual standard, even if foreign drugs are used?

At the time that the Constitution and Bill of Rights were written, the most common forms of execution were hanging and being shot by a firing squad. Neither was prohibited by the Constitution.

Raise your hands if you really believe that a lethal injection is in the same league with hanging or being shot?

Finally, just who in hell came up with the sick, goofy idea that the death penalty should be a “pain-free” experience?

All who raised your hands: What is the Constitutional basis for such a crazy notion?

Voters Must Not Allow One-Party Rule to Decimate California Even More

There is no shortage of perfectly sound reasons for rejecting Jerry Brown in favor of Meg Whitman next Tuesday.

To begin with, Brown is too darn old to walk, much less run, for the important job of managing the great state of California.

Secondly, he is an old-school liberal, vaguely in vogue way back in the 60s, 70s and 80s, but as useless as an Obama endorsement in the modern, high-technological jungle that is the 21st century.

Third, while Mayor of Oakland, California for eight dreary years, Brown managed to make one of the worst cities in America even worse. His failed reforms on education and crime remind one of the Holy Warrior from Kenya, the wonky Messiah who has brought nothing but grief to America.

Fourth, from the unconfirmed gossip mill, back in the 70s, Brown allegedly went on an African safari with Linda Rodnstad. At the time she was a star singer and sex pot, but rumors had it that Governor Moonbeam chose to sleep separately from the ravenous Mexican.

That rumor fueled a host of questions about more than just Brown’s goofy politics.

Fifth and most importantly, California is in a perpetual state of fiscal crisis owing to the tendency of voters to elect far-left, tax and spend Democrats to the state legislature.

Brown is a far-left liberal.

Electing this worn-out old man to the governorship of California would be inviting the sort of fiscal, political, and ideological mayhem that has plagued our great nation since Barack Obama and fellow Marxists were handed control of the federal government.

In order to avoid the mistake of 2008, it is imperative for Californians to recognize the vital truth made evident by the disaster of single-party rule in Washington, D.C.

To wit, “Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

American Patriot Tom Tancredo: Best Choice for Governor of Colorado!

As a tsunami of conservatism continues to build into an unstoppable wave of political serendipity that will crest Tuesday next, a particularly bit of good news comes from the great state of Colorado.

As reported in the media, third-party candidate Tancredo was endorsed for governor by Amy Kremer, Chairwoman of the National Tea Party Express, which represents a huge boost for the candidate.

Kremer’s endorsement was a personal one as the Tea Party Express does not endorse state or local candidates

More good news for the American hero: According to recent polls, Tancredo is within three points of Democrat John Hickenlooper.

Dan Maes, the Republican in the race, is third in the polls. Kremer pleaded with Maes to quit the race and clear the way for the Tancredo candidacy.

Tom Tancredo is, and has been for years, the most articulate and credible politician on the issue of illegal aliens in America.

He genuinely understands and respects the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution, and preservation of American language, values and culture.

Often a lone voice in years past concerning the outrageous invasion of America by uneducated, impoverished, non-English speaking, and unskilled invaders from south of our borders, mostly Mexico, Tancredo richly deserves the opportunity to serve Colorado and the nation as Colorado’s chief executive.

Coloradoans who really care about their state and America will vote for Tom Tancredo for governor!

From that post, Tancredo will be able to add force and authority to the national debate about the invasion of America!

Six Days. And Counting

On the morning of November 5, 2008, conservatives knew that something had gone terribly wrong on election day, and that our blessed nation had lost its way.

America had somehow veered abruptly to the extreme left.

Conservatives also knew that the four years to follow, particularly the two prior to the mid-term elections in 2010, would be trying, if not unbearable.

After all, America had elected the most liberal president in U.S. history and bolstered his newly acquired power by electing Democrat majorities in both chambers of Congress, each to be run by an ultra- liberal.

There was to be no oversight. It was all liberal, all the time.

Alas, the past 23 months have been far worse than this commentator dared imagine.

With no gate keeper to prevent the corruption that inevitably accompanies absolute power, Barack Obama and his leftist colleagues ripped into American history, culture, and values with an eye to changing everything.

Slowly, but surely, the American people started to awaken to the awful reality: We had elected an inexperienced, anti-American, ego maniacal, rank amateur to the U.S. presidency, a position that requires professional knowledge and skill, and a ferocious pro-American attitude, none of which Barack Obama owns.

We compounded the problem by electing far-left radicals to serve in the Congress.

The nightmare that was ushered into our lives on November 4, 2008 is about to end, if not totally, at least substantially.

Regardless of the exact numbers, the Obama experiment will be rebuked by a disillusioned, but much enlightened, American electorate.

Six days. And counting.

Individuals serving in Mexican Consulate offices here in America clearly bear the same DNA that produces demented stupidity in other Mexican officials such as President Felipe Calderon, his predecessor Vicente Fox, and all of the wackos serving in the Mexican Congress.

The latest example of outrageous stupidity concerns one Juan Manuel Calderón Jaimes who is the Head of the Mexican Consulate in Tucson, Arizona.

Manuel Calderón Jaimes’ underwear are in a knot over what he perceives as mistreatment of invading Mexican criminals by Tucson police.

According to a published report at reference 1, Jaimes believes that illegal aliens are now afraid to report crimes or contact the Tucson police for fear of being deported.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

What a pity that good-hearted, hard-working invading criminals are uncomfortable in dealing with the police. More of the “Living in the Shadows” lunacy!

Jaimes even went so far as to warn that because illegal aliens are afraid to report crime, crime in Tucson will increase.

With all due respect, Mr. Consulate, the way to reduce crime in Tucson is to deport every last one of the invading criminals NOW!

Ship them back to Mexico and watch Tucson’s crime rate drop like a rock.

As far as illegals living in the shadows and discomfort under the rule of law, there is a very simple solution: Go back to Mexico and, once there, warn your family and friends of the shadow crisis in Arizona!

Stay in Mexico to avoid those awful American shadows—because the shadows are not going away. This is America and we intend keep it free and bountiful, for those here legally!

Bill Clinton and those Missing Nuclear Codes

As difficult as it is to imagine, it now appears that president Bill Clinton was even more of security menace than was generally realized.

Indeed, Slick, yet another Democrat with a mega-IQ according to the goofy media, misplaced the vital nuclear codes for months.

Mind you, Clinton lost the codes, as contrasted with Barack Obama who has tried to burn the buggers on several occasions, and tried to sell them to Al-Quaeda (deficit reduction!) in other moments of insanity.

This very serious failure was exposed in a new book which is described, in part, at the link:

Washington - A former top military officer says in a new book that former president Bill Clinton's White House lost the codes needed to launch nuclear missiles.

Retired general Hugh Shelton writes in his just published memoir, Without Hesitation: The Odyssey of an American Warrior, that the card containing the codes were missing for months before an aide finally admitted it was misplaced, according to media reports Thursday.

The card, known as the "biscuit," holds the code required to open the briefcase holding another set of codes needed to launch nuclear missiles. The briefcase is commonly referred to as the "football" and is always accompanied by a military officer and kept close to the president.

Shelton, the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, recalled that the event took place sometime in 2000.

The card is supposed to be updated with new codes periodically. On two occasions, Shelton says, the military was told by White House aides that the card could not be changed out because the president had it, was in a meeting and could not be disturbed. An aide later admitted it had gone missing for some time.

"At one point during the Clinton administration, the codes were actually missing. That's a big deal, a gargantuan deal," Shelton wrote.”

Obama’s 855-Room Junket to India: What About the Deficit?

Having created another trillion-dollar deficit for the current fiscal year, President Obama is working on yet another deficit buster with his extravagant two-day visit to India in November.

As reported at Reference 1, in part, Obama’s travel scheme is hardly what one would expect from a president dedicated to deficit reduction:

To ensure fool-proof security, the President’s team has booked the entire the Taj Mahal Hotel, including 570 rooms, all banquets and restaurants. Since his security contingent and staff will comprise a huge number, 125 rooms at Taj President have also been booked, apart from 80 to 90 rooms each in Grand Hyatt and The Oberoi hotels. The NCPA, where the President is expected to meet representatives from the business community, has also been entirely booked.

The officer said, “Obama’s contingent is huge. There are two jumbo jets coming along with Air Force One, which will be flanked by security jets. There will be 30 to 40 secret service agents, who will arrive before him. The President’s convoy has 45 cars, including the Lincoln Continental in which the President travels.”

Since Obama will stay in a hotel that is on sea front, elaborate coastal security arrangements have been made by the US Navy in consonance with the Indian Navy and the Coast Guard. “There will be US naval ships, along with Indian vessels, patrolling the sea till about 330-km from the shore. This is to negate the possibility of a missile being fired from a distance,” the officer said.

The President will be accompanied by his chefs, not because he would not like to savour Indian cuisine, but to ensure his food is not spiked.

While all agree that presidential safety is an overriding priority, is it really necessary to book 855 rooms, including 570 at the Taj Mahal Hotel?

Other burning questions that deserve intelligent answers:

* Why Mumbai, other than as a symbolic gesture to terrorists? Can America afford such pricey, meaningless gestures?

* Where is the cost-benefit analysis? Just what benefits will accrue to the American people as a result of this elitist misadventure?

* What can Obama hope to accomplish at the Taj Mahal that he could not accomplish just as well in the Oval Office with a collect call to India? Remember, Mr. President, these are tough times—a truth that applies even to spend-happy Marxists!

If, and when, Republicans recapture the House and or Senate (next week?), the first priority for the new Congress should be to monitor and control travel by the first family.

That means control over trips (domestic and international) by the president and by his reckless spouse whose European vacations are a scandal in these times.

Time to put an end to foolish travel expenses by our out-of-touch elitist president!

That is what happened to Juan Williams.

Wonder what would NPR chief executive, Vivian Schiller, would say if FOX News had fired a minority under similar circumstances?

No doubt she and others at NPR would claim to be “appalled and aghast” at such behavior.

Schiller and others on the left would call for Congressional hearings, civil rights action, and would demand that Erick Holder forget about the New Black Panthers case and focus instead on the criminally liable scoundrels at Fox News.

Senator DeMint: End Taxpayer-Funded Trashing of Free Speech!

Once again, Senator Jim DeMint, Republican from South Carolina, brings clarity and common sense to the national debate on an issue that Americans hold near and dear.

This time, the issue is the un-American treatment of Juan Williams for the unforgivable sin of revealing his true and honest feelings about Muslims on airplanes.

Feelings, by the way, shared by tens of millions of Americans.

Williams’ comments put panties at NPR in a knot, not because of any factual or journalistic concern, but because his words did not conform to NPR’s far-left agenda for PC mumbo-jumbo.

Because Williams “spoke outside the box,” NPR ruthlessly trashed his free speech rights and terminated his ten- year employment with the network.

Enter American patriot, Senator Jim DeMint.

“Sen. Jim DeMint, R-S.C., plans to introduce legislation to strip federal funds from National Public Radio over its firing of news analyst Juan Williams. He said he also plans to seek an end to taxpayer subsidies for public television

"The incident with Mr. Williams shows that NPR is not concerned about providing the listening public with an honest debate of today's issues, but rather with promoting a one-sided liberal agenda."

"The country is over $13 trillion in debt and Congress must find ways to start trimming the federal budget to cut spending," DeMint said in a statement. "NPR and PBS get about 15 percent of their total budget through federal funding, so these programs should be able to find a way to stand on their own. With record debt and unemployment, there's simply no reason to force taxpayers to subsidize a liberal programming they disagree with."

Obama Says He Saved World; Harry Reid Says He Did. Who’s Lying?

He saved the nation and the world from economic collapse, or so he likes to remind us every time another devastating report about the economy comes out, which is far too often these days.

Not to be discarded like a worn out old shoe, Harry Reid has entered the “I saved the world” sweepstakes with his own self-serving drivel.

That is correct, a politician who is the higest ranking member of the United States Senate is taking credit for saving the world economy. So who is lying?

Both! Neither one of these losers has done anything to make the world economy more stable and prosperous.

Rick Sanchez & Juan Williams Prove that Bigotry Is Color Blind!

For years, people of color insisted that racism and bigotry were afflictions exclusive to Caucasians. African-Americans, Hispanics, Asians, and the like were inherently incapable of falling into the clutches of such despicable behavior, or so it was alleged.

In just a few short weeks, that myth has been shattered like Nancy Pelosi’s botox facial after a rough day at the Speaker’s podium.

Indeed, Rick Sanchez, formerly of CNN and Juan Williams of NPR, have both stuck their non-white necks out with impolite transgressions against the holy grail of liberalism: PC at all costs.

Sanchez, a notoriously incompetent Hispanic, got the heave ho for lambasting Jon Stewart and Jews everywhere. Not particularly bright, but that sort of sums up Rick Sanchez in a nut shell.

On the other hand, Juan Williams was a much brighter star in his cross-dressing role between NPR and Fox news. Juan dared to admit what every sane person in the world knows is true: One’s pulse quickens and the stomach turns queasy at the mere site of Muslims boarding a plane!

Still, Williams has been a master of hypocrisy for years. His heave-ho from NPR was probably deserved and, as an added bonus, it exposes NPR as an out of control extremist network that must be cut off from the teat of American taxpayers ASAP.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel spoke words of wisdom and truth by admitting that the multi-cultural approach has been an utter failure in Germany.

As reported throughout the media:

Merkel told a meeting of young members of her conservative Christian Democratic Union that while immigrants are welcome in Germany, they must learn the language and accept the country's cultural norms – sounding a note heard increasingly across Europe as it battles an economic slump and worries about homegrown terrorism.

This multicultural approach, saying that we simply live side by side and live happily with each other has failed. Utterly failed, Merkel said.

Well said, and bravo, Madam Chancellor!

By the way, Chancellor, Germany’s “utter failure” pales in comparision to the devasatation that America has experienced as a result of leftist politicians who have rammed the notion of cultural diversity down the throats of the American people.

Some facts about the failure of multi-culturalism America:

( ) There are between 12 and 40 million—not thousand, mind you!---ocriminal invaders currently in America. These are penniless, uneducated, non-English speaking peasants who are illegally dumped on America’s side of the border;

( ) Illegals cost American taxpayers more than $110 billion dollars a year, money that the U.S. government simply cannot afford;

( ) Invaders generally refuse to learn English and, in fact, demand that taxpayers provide ballots, election materials, and all manner of government information in Spanish;


( ) Nearly 30 percent of state and federal jails and prisons are occuped by illegal aliens, people with no legal or moral basis for being in America. Incareation of these criminals costs taxpayers billions of dollars each year.

( ) Democrat politicians are so desperate to court Hispanic voters that they support measures to pander invaders with driver’s licenses, in-state tuiton breaks, and other ridiculous concessions that make a complete mockery of rule of law;

( ) Illegals are known to have voted in American elections, which are supposed to be for citizens only;

( ) Leftist politicians in cities like San Francisco and Los Angeles define their municupalities as “Santcuary Cities,” where invading criminals are welcomed with open arms in defiance of federal law;

( ) The U.S. government refuses to enforce our borders and immigration laws; thereby, endorsing illegal invasions by default;

( ) Not only do Democrats oppose measures to fight illegal aliens, party leaders actually support granting amnesty to the invading criminals and providing same with a path to citizenship which would only invite another 12-40 million to invade.


The big question: How might Germany, or any other sovereign nation in the world, respond if 12-40 million illegals invaded the homeland?

9th Circuit Slaps Down Judge Virginia Phillips

Regardless of how one feels about DADT, it comes as a huge relief to see Judge Virginia Phillips slapped into place, if only temporarily.

As reported by the Los Angeles Times, in part:

“Reporting from Washington — Acting on a request from the Obama administration, a federal appeals court in San Francisco on Wednesday lifted a judge's order that had halted enforcement of the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy on gays, leaving the much-disputed law in legal limbo.

“The three-judge panel said it was setting aside the judge's order temporarily to give it time to "consider fully the issues presented." It gave opponents of the law until Monday to file a motion arguing why the judge's order should stay in effect.”

Whom would have imagined that the 9Th Circuit would be a beacon of common sense in the ongoing attempt by the gay lobby to conquer the Marines, for God only knows what decadent purpose?

The 9Th Circuit for gosh sakes. This only serves to highlight just how outrageous Judge Phillips has become in her offensive meddling.

What was the urgent hurry in imposing your order, Judge Phillips? Why in the world were you in such a blasted hurry to impose your views in a society where opposition views are substantial and worthy of consideration by people of good will?

The larger question: How can one federal judge from an inferior court circumvent the will of Congress and the U.S. military all by her pathetic lonesome?

Good grief, this judge clearly knows nothing about the military or the consequences that her order might have on an overwhelmingly straight military.

What next? Might some goofy leftist try to dictate military strategy or tactics?

Our leaders need to look into this interference quickly before some unqualified jurist like Phillips does real harm to national defense.

The American people simply cannot afford to continue relying on the 9Th Circuit Court of Appeals for common sense rulings!

Juan Williams: Liberal Victim of PC Truth Abatment

Juan Williams is an unrepentant liberal pundit who almost always gets it wrong on important issues. He alone has darn near worn out the “mute” on my remote control.

However, Williams actually got one right recently and, would’t you know it, his truth-telling cost him his gig at NPR, a decadent broadcasting network infested with liberal moon bats, all funded by far more conservative folk known as American taxpayers.

Williams’ offense was to speak an Inconvenient Truth while on the Bill O’Reilly show.

As reported at Reference 1, in part:

“Williams appeared Monday on The O'Reilly Factor, and host Bill O'Reilly asked him to comment on the idea that the U.S. is facing a dilemma with Muslims.

Williams responded: "Look, Bill, I'm not a bigot. You know the kind of books I've written about the civil rights movement in this country. But when I get on the plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. I get nervous."

For goodness sake, Juan Williams expressed exactly what every normal person thinks in the same situation!

Think about it: You are seated comfortably in your seat waiting for take-off on your flight to Honolulu for a well deserved two-week vacation.

Then two middle-eastern males in their 20s board the plane and head to the back of the plane. Soon, they are followed by two other young two middle-eastern males who also head to the rear of the plane,

All four speak Arabic and look quite serious.

Admit it, American patriot!

A “queasy” feeling permeates your being. Even the most ferocious PC brain-washing dished out by Progressives can not over come the fact that you are “worried and nervous,” at least somewhat.

Congratulations! Your reaction is perfectly normal and healthy! Your instincts are working as the Creator intended.

Are those four middle-eastern men likely to blow this plane, and your aloha fantasy, to a billion pieces?

Probably not. Still the queasy feeling is there and will persist until the memory of 9/11 is replaced by the image of moderate Muslims working to make the world a safer, healthier place.

In the meanwhile, do not beat yourself up for feeling “worried and nervous,” a reaction that even liberals experience and which some, like Juan Williams, actually admit to.

Illegal Aliens, Felons, and The Dead: All Democrats Now!

With mid-term elections less than two weeks, Democrat strategists are reportedly set to unleash a massive “get out the vote” campaign in order to tip the scales to the extreme left.

Whackos at the Democratic National Committee (DNC) are supposedly convinced that both the House and the Senate can be salvaged by simply focusing on three important voting blocs known to be treasure coves for liberals.

The three voting groups that Democrats are counting to carry the day:

* Illegal aliens

* Convicted felons, and

* The Dead

It is technically unlawful for votes to be cast by, or on behalf of, any person in any of these categories. However, Democrat lawyers claim that laws that prohibit voting by illegal aliens, felons, and the dead are discriminatory and unconstitutional.

Those same Democrats point to the precedent established in 1960 when Democrat John F. Kennedy defeated Republican Richard Nixon for the U.S. presidency because of the unusually high turnout among dead voters in Illinois.

In another example of blatant voter fraud, in 1996 Democrat Loretta Sanchez defeated long-term Republican incumbent Republican Bob Dornan in a bid for the House seat in California’s 46th congressional district. Dornan’s loss was the result of votes cast by Latino illegal aliens for Sanchez.

With respect to felons, Democrats have long been in favor of making such individuals eligible to vote.

Then there is the case of William Jefferson Clinton. This corrupt Democrat was impeached in 1998, subsequently disbarred by the Arkansas bar, and banned from arguing before the United States Supreme Court because of perjury and obstruction of justice.

Despite his troubling “rap sheet,” Clinton apparently voted for Democrats in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, and 2008.

Democrats simply cannot win without voter fraud!

Where Is President Calderon When You Need Him, Senator Reid?

With his prospects for re-election growing dimmer by the minute, why has Harry Reid not called on Mexican President Felipe Calderon for an endorsement and some live, in-person campaigning in the Great State of Nevada?

After all, Senator Reid has been unrelenting in his drive to reward invading criminals (mostly from Mexico) with amnesty, a path to citizenship, Social Security income, and all of the other benefits reserved by law for American citizens.

Given all that Reid has done for invaders from Mexico, President Calderon should be more than willing to boost and bolster Senator Reid.

Picture a huge “Save Harry Reid!” banner draped across Virginia Street in downtown Reno. In Spanish, of course.

Mexican music courts hundreds of Hispanics as they gather to embrace the man who once called “English Only” a racisst and bigoted notion.

By the way, Harry, how is your Spanish?

Years ago, Reid also called illegal aliens “Free Loaders and Scam Artists,” see Reference 1.

But that was before Democrats officially decided that U.S. borders, the rule of law, and preservation of American sovereignty and culture are not nearly as important as retaining power!

Back to the Save Harry Reid gala.

As the crowd grows into the hundreds, the 150” LCD screen beneath the banner comes alive with a DVD replay of a Joint Session of the United States Congress from May 19, 2010. Spanish subtitles, of course.

A huge roar of approval fills the air as Mexican President Calderon is shown finishing a brutal assault on the State of Arkansas for passing SB 1070.

The applause and cheering grows ever more thunderous as all Democrats in the Congress are shown rising in unison to give President Calderon a standing ovation.

Then suddenly Harry Reid and Felipe Calderon appear live and in person, hands joined over their hands, flashing the V sign all about, and smiling broadly to acknowledge their admiring voters!

Shortly thereafter, Reid and Calderon rush to the crowd, joyfully calling for “Undocumented” men and women to come forward to register as Democrats, desperately needed to save Senator Reid’s career.

Just imagine what might have been, Senator Reid, if you had only taken your traitorous chicanery one step further!

Nevadans who are legal and U.S. citizens: Harry Reid is too damn old and demented to be in the U.S. Senate.

Crazed Democrats in Ploy to Buy Senior Votes

There they go again!

Unable to campaign on legislative achievements, the state of the union, or the Obamanization of America, liberals have resorted to their customary electoral strategy:

Bribery, with money they simply do not have.

In this case, it is votes cast by older Americans that liberals seek to shake loose with the munificent sum of $250 per codger.

“WASHINGTON – Democrats are making a pre-election pitch to give Social Security recipients a one-time payment of $250, part of a larger effort to convince senior voters that their party, and not Republicans, will best look out for the 58 million people who get the government retirement and disability benefits.

“The $250 check is meant to make up for a second year without a cost-of-living increase due to low inflation.

"It's clearly a last-ditch election-year Hail Mary," said Michael Steel, a spokesman for House Republican leader John Boehner of Ohio. If supplementing the incomes of seniors was really a priority, he said, Democrats would have acted on it before they adjourned for the campaign”

Of course, the great unanswered question is:

Where is the $14 billion dollars to fund this scheme?

Shall we cut defense by $14 billion? Raise taxes on the wealthy?

Here’s a thought: Illegal aliens cost America over $100 billion dollars a year. By the way, most of the invading criminals are from Mexico.

Why not send Mexican President Felipe Calderon an invoice for $14 billion to fund the Codger Coddling Act of 2010?

Or why not pay the bill by a combination of cutting off aid to Mexico and billing them directly for any shortfall?

The Democrats’ bankrupt proposal reminds me of an associate who opened a new checking account with a deposit of $100. Not the most meticulous records keeper, he quickly drove his account into the red.

Summoned by the bank to atone for the negative balance, this young man agreed and was in the process of writing a check to even the score, when the bank manager reminded him that writing a check against an already over- drawn account would not solve anything, and, in fact, would make matters worse!

So it is that the Obama-Pelosi-Reid financial mobster gang would like to buy votes by using an account (federal budget) that, because of excessive spending by Democrats, is already ensnared in deep red.

Restoring Honor to the Word CHANGE!

Baring a calamitous event, or series of such events, unforeseeable at the moment, 14 days hence the American people will head to the polls and teach our simplistic and naive president, and his Democrat party colleagues, an urgently needed lesson about the word CHANGE, what it means, and what it does not mean, to patriotic Americans.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Far Left, including all major mainstream media outlets, let it be known far and wide that CHANGE such as that which follows is rejected, in total, by the American people:

* Replacing good old-fashioned Yankee capitalism with half-baked European socialism, which has failed everywhere it has been tried;

* Slamming American policies and leaders while on foreign soil;

* Apologizing for American preeminence and exceptionalism;

* Proclaiming that America is not a Christian nation when, in fact, 270 million Americans are Christian;

* Refusing to admit that extreme Islam is THE major source of terrorism throughout America and the world;

* Pandering to terrorists with Miranda rights, civilian trials, closure of GITMO, etc., all undertaken with the idiotic and naive assumption that such acts of grace will cause barbaric heathen from the 7Th century to be more civil and less murderous;

* Refusing to act on serious complaints of discrimination and voter intimidation when plaintiffs are white Americans;

* Blaming all problems, past, present, and future on former President George W. Bush, rather than accepting responsibility for repeated failures by the Obama administration and the Democrat congress;

* Using American troops in Afghanistan as pawns in the political chess game leading up to the 2012 election, rather than striving to achieve outright military victory;

* Pursuing wild, reckless spending and higher taxes as the formula for dealing with an economy in recession, despite the fact that that government intervention approach has been shown to exacerbate, rather than heal, an hemorrhaging economy;

* Suing a sovereign American state and siding with a foreign nation against that state for protecting American citizens from foreign invaders;

* During a joint session of the U.S. Congress, providing a standing ovation to a foreign leader following that leader’s assault on a sovereign American state for protecting its citizens from foreign invaders;

* Reporting a sovereign state of America to the United Nations for trumped up allegations of human rights abuses, and

* Using bribery, lies, and sleight of hand to pass a Marxist health care scheme opposed by most Americans.

Why Should Citizens Be “Law Abiding," When the Law Is Not Enforced?

Just what is it about the water in Washington, D.C. that causes American presidents and members of congress to believe that enforcing the law is somehow optional, subject to the whims and idiosyncrasies of the president and or political power in power?

Both Democrat and Republican administrations are guilty of this transgression, which renders the claim that America is a nation of laws utterly meaningless.

For example, Attorney General Eric Holder recently warned that, should California legalize marijuana by passing Proposition 19, the Obama administration would continue to enforce federal law.

For whatever reason, Obama and Holder “strongly oppose” the legalization of weed; thus, the federal law will continue to be enforced regardless of how pot-seeking Californians vote.

On the other hand, the Obama administration, as well as both Republican and Democrat administrations preceding it, have refused to enforce the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986, which granted amnesty to 3-4 million illegal aliens, but which also set forth enforcement requirements and punishments for employers who hire invading criminals.

IRCA also calls for deportation of invading foreign criminals.

Because IRCA has never been taken seriously, America is now home to 12-38 million people about whom we know nothing.

Do these aliens have criminal backgrounds including violent crimes such as rape and murder? Do they have connections to terrorism?

We do not know.

Do they bring diseases long ago eradicated in America but still untamed in third-world nations?

We do not know.

Do they have blemished credit and a record of not meeting their obligations?

We do not know.

Are they self-sufficient and able to provide for their own needs without becoming a burden on society?

We do not know.

Do they speak and understand English?

We do not know.

Are they willing to abandon previous loyalties to other nations in order to become Americans?

We do not know.

The simple, but brutal, truth is that 12-38 million illegal aliens are here and we know nothing about them.

In addition, many cities in the U.S. have designated themselves as “Sanctuary Cities” for illegal aliens.

Why have Eric Holder and Barack Obama not worked diligently to enforce relevant immigration laws in Sanctuary Cities, including prosecution of city and state officials who are a “significant impediment” to federal agents?

Illegal aliens cost American taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars each year.

Why do our elected officials refuse to enforce the rule of law, and why should ordinary citizens strive to be law abiding?

SHUT UP, Condoleezza Rice!

If the polls are even close to being right, we the people are apparently in the mood to reverse the Marxist assault on our economy, private enterprise, national defense, cultural values, rule of law, and constitution by evicting large numbers of Democrats from congress on November 2, and replacing said members with patriotic conservatives.

With victory over Marxist tyranny so tantalizingly close, why would Condoleezza Rice, former secretary of state and onetime national security adviser, attempt to confuse the issue with a pathetic and shallow defense of the worst president in U.S. History?

Surely Ms. Rice would not act so irrationally just to peddle a book?

As reported, in part, at the Washington Post (Ref 1):

Not many authors on a book tour manage to snag a visit with the president of the United States. But Condoleezza Rice is no ordinary book author.

The former secretary of state and onetime national security adviser met one-on-one with President Obama at the White House on Friday afternoon, after a week of television appearances promoting "Extraordinary, Ordinary People," her memoir about her parents. The White House said Obama wanted to discuss a range of foreign policy issues with her.

Later, at an evening appearance at the Aspen Institute, Rice said she and Obama "covered the waterfront." "Despite the fact there are changes and tussles, there is still a foreign policy community that believes that foreign policy ought to be bipartisan," she said. "It was really great that he reached out in that way."

Rice rolled her eyes at the notion that Obama is a closet Muslim, and she defended him from criticism - led by former vice president Richard B. Cheney - that Obama had weakened the country.

"Nothing in this president's methods suggests this president is other than a defender of America's interests," Rice told an audience that included presidential adviser Valerie Jarrett. “

Barack Obama a defender of America’s interests, Ms. Rice?

With all due respect, that notion is entirely contrary to the experiences that have plagued the America people over the past two years.

In fact, President Obama has been an unmitigated disaster, aided and abetted by an equally reckless and irresponsible congress.

Which is why the mid-term elections are so crucial in preventing Obama from inflicting further damage on our nation.

With all due respect, Ms. Rice, when it comes to Barack Obama, please just SHUT UP!

Bank of America, Wells Fargo Reap What They Have Sown

It should come as no great surprise that the Bank of America and Wells Fargo are major players in the mortgage foreclosure scandal. These so-called financial institutions have a recent history of cutting corners by disregarding important facts and details.

For example, in 2006 the Bank of America, proudly and with great fan fare, promoted a program that provided credit cards for illegal aliens (see reference 1).

In that same year, Wells Fargo took the insanity a little further by openly promoting home loans for invading criminals. (See reference 2).

The Wells Fargo response to questions about home loans for illegals included this nonsense, also included in Reference 2:

"We're not required to ask the immigration status of any of our customers. That is the responsibility of the federal government," Wells Fargo bank representative Jerry Ruiz said.

That cavalier and idiotic approach to home lending is indicative of the lack of professionalism that has fostered the foreclosure scandal.

As reported at Bloomberg.com (Reference 3), in part, BofA and Wells Fargo are finally reaping the bitter fruits of their unprofessional practices.

Which hopefully fulfills the old adage, “Cheaters Never Prosper!”

Outrages to Remember Before Voting on November 2

Before voting for any Democrat on November 2, voters who really care about the future of America need to reflect on the old adage which holds that, “Power Corrupts and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely.”

That truth has never been more in evidence than over the past two years, during which time America has been in the hands of an ultra-liberal Democrat in the White House and equally far left Democrats presiding over majorities in both chambers of Congress.

The results of the Obama, Reid, and Pelosi deadly stranglehold on our precious nation are ugly, indeed.

The Ugliest of the ugly include:

( ) Refusal to protect all U.S. citizens, regardless of race.

( ) Out of control federal spending, soaring deficits, record unemployment, and an economy that has grown steadily worse since Democrats took charge in 2009;

( ) Lack of commitment to winning the war in Afghanistan, even while American soldiers continue to die there;

( ) Legal actions taken against the sovereign state of Arizona for protecting its citizens from foreign criminals; siding with Mexico in its rhetoric against the rule of law in Arizona;

( ) Refusal to accept the fact that Islam is the major source of terrorism in the world and that America is indeed at war with Islam.


All of the calamities identified could have been averted, or their impact at least minimized, had the U.S. Congress fulfilled it constitutional obligation to provide oversight of the Executive Branch.

Under the partisan leadership of Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, oversight was a forgotten (ignored!) virtue.

As a result, Executive incompetence, overreaching, and blatantly anti-American misbehavior were never challenged, except when Pelosi or Reid sought even greater liberal excesses.

Again, “Power Corrupts, and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely.”

Although the list of atrocities committed by the unholy trifecta of Obama, Reid, and Pelosi is nearly endless, there are a few that are particularly outrageous and should serve as a wake-up call to anyone considering a vote for any Democrat.

The list of particularly grievous atrocities follows:


Refusal to Provide Equal Protection for All

This outrage is so unbelievable that it continues to stun and amaze.

On November 4, 2008, voters in Philadelphia were intimidated by members of the New Black Panther Party while attempting to cast ballots.

Before President Bush left office in January of 2009, his Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a lawsuit under the Voting Rights Act against the New Black Panthers Party.

However, once Obama appointees to the DOJ took over, charges against the New Black Panther members were dropped.

On September 24, 2010, former Justice Department prosecutor Christopher Coates, in testimony at a U.S. Civil Rights Commission Hearing, shocked the nation when he revealed that the voter intimidation case was dropped because the suspects were black and their alleged victims were white.

“They have not pursued the goal of equal protection of the law for all people,” Coates reportedly said.

Repeat: According to a former Justice Department prosecutor, our federal government refused to prosecute claims when the plaintiffs were white.

People of color: Take no solace in this injustice. In this case, the victims of government bias are white people.

But what about next time? Will it be YOUR race or nationality or cause that the Obama administration arbitrarily refuses to protect?


Abandoning American Citizens in Favor of Foreign Invaders

The Democrat party has been the “illegal alien” party for a number of years. This is so because liberals can no longer rely on reasonable Americans for votes and power.

Thus, the need for advocating on behalf of millions of uneducated, poor illegal invaders who are easily persuaded provided the free benefits (health care, education, welfare, etc.) are doled out in sufficient quantities.

True to their sinister disregards for the rule of law, American sovereignty, and preservation of American culture and language, Democrats consider invading criminals to be “Newly Arrived Refugees,” and, more importantly, future Democrats.

This betrayal of America and American citizens reached a new low in 2010 as President Obama ordered his administration to file suit against Arizona because of SB 1070, the state’s attempt to protect citizens from the ravages of foreign invaders.

Unbelievable! The United States government suing an American state for resisting invasions from foreign criminals!

Even more outrageous was the betrayal of America by Congressional Democrats on May 19, 2010, when all Democrats in the House and Senate gave Mexican President Felipe Calderon a standing ovation for his condemnation of Arizona and law SB 1070!

Remember: On May 19, all Democrats in the U.S. Congress stood to cheer a foreign leader who had just condemned Arizona law makers for protecting American citizens.

How can any reasonably-patriotic American vote for any Democrat after such vile and treasonous behavior?

Playing Politics with American Lives in Afghanistan

In his book titled, “Obama’s Wars” journalist Bob Woodward exposes the fact that winning the war in Afghanistan has never been much of a priority to Obama or the Democrats.

Which is why Obama insisted on a time table for withdrawal, a carefully crafted commitment that would bring the troops home in time for the 2012 presidential election.

How can any thinking American vote for any Democrat when the Democrat Commander-in-chief uses American troops as pawns in a deadly game of political chess?


Use of Bribery & Political Sleight of Hand to Pass ObamaCare

The notion that the United States Congress provides “Honest, Open Government” to legislate and govern was blown all to hell by the political chicanery, cheating, and behind the scenes bribery used by Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, with considerable help from Obama, to pass a Marxist form of health care called ObamaCare.

ObamaCare was, and is, opposed by most Americans, and for good reasons.

To begin with, ObamaCare mandates that American citizens purchase health care or face the travails of dealing with the IRS for non-compliance.

In addition, the assumptions and projections behind ObamaCare have already proven to be faulty at best, criminal at worst.

How can any thinking American vote for any Democrat knowing that this party has taken away freedom of choice from Americans when it comes to health care, and has used bribery and sleight-of-hand to pass legislation that America does not need or want?

These four outrages are the most irritating and anger-provoking to me. There are hundreds more.

The bottom line is that the Democrat Party no longer operates with the best interests of the American people in mind. A lust for power and an obsession with socialism makes Democrats completely out of mainstream America.

Please carefully consider these outrages before voting for any Democrat!

What If Chilean Mine Disaster Had Taken Place in West Virginia?

Wow!

What a wonderful finish to that awful mine crisis in Chile. Thank God all 33 of the miners are safe and sound after 69 harrowing days.

How refreshing to have a “feel good” news story in the headlines for a change, especially here in America where the Obama administration, in concert with Marxists in Congress, manages to generate a daily dose of simply awful news on the economy, unemployment, free speech, the war in Afghanistan and foreign policy in general.

Given this president’s uncanny propensity for doing the wrong thing at the wrong time, one wonders what might have happened if the Chilean mine disaster had occurred in, say, West Virginia, rather than Chile?

A list of probable events follows:

( ) On August 5, Obama claims that the mine disaster was “inherited” from the Bush administration, which blocked urgently needed regulatory reform in order to pacify Wall Street investors.

Obama promises “immediate action” to reform mine safety with a host of new regulations that could ultimately bankrupt the coal industry, thereby ending coal mine disasters forever.

( )Before a rescue mission can be sent into the mines, Obama decrees that a formal Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared and reviewed to assure that a rare species of red-neck mosquitoes living in and around the mine are not endangered.

The required EPA study will take about three years to complete, a fact that Obama blames on the reckless policies of the Bush administration. Another “inherited” crisis, as it turns out.


( )On August 6, the President heads to Waikiki Beach for a “well-deserved” 10- day vacation and non-stop golf, swimming, and telemarketing for campaign donations.

Spokesman Robert Gibbs defends the president’s timing by reminding the media that it has been nearly two months since the First Family vacationed anywhere--much less Hawaii.


( ) On September 5, Obama reminds the media that it has been 30 days since the mine tragedy. He proudly notes that there have been no repeat mine disasters, a fact he attributes to Janet Napolitano’s exceptional leadership and focus on mine safety issues, rather than wasting time worrying about border security, illegal aliens, and terrorism.

( ) On September 11, Obama commemorates the ninth anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks and reminds the American people of his administration’s unblemished record on mine safety since August 5.

( )On September 12, Michelle and her oldest daughter head to Europe where the first lady and her entourage will spend two weeks, using unspent stimulus money, to enjoy lavish food, entertainment, housing and clothes.

Obama talking head Robert Gibbs defends the multi-million price tag by reminding the media that Michelle is a direct descendant of slaves who picked cotton for white plantation owners for $.20 a month.


( )On September 20, Barack Obama heads to an undisclosed location for a “well-deserved” three week vacation from the Fish Bowl that is the Oval Office.

Robert Gibbs reminds the media that the president is America’s first African-American president and, as such, deserves extra perks for performing so well.

( ) On October 14, the 33 West Virginia miners are rescued. Obama calls an immediate press conference to highlight the fact that his administration is claiming credit for saving another 33 jobs, further proof, the president claims, that his trillion-dollar stimulus worked as planned!


There you go: The workings of the mind of an elitist Marxist too out of touch to recognize his own insanity!

Time to Foreclose on Pelosi’s Corrupt House!

It’s probably asking too much to have Nancy Pelosi sent into complete retirement by San Francisco voters on November 2. The City is just too far consumed by liberal lunacy to dump this 70-year-old menace on the streets of a bad neighborhood in Moscow, where she rightfully belongs.

However, even though the Wicked Witch of the West will probably once again manage to misrepresent the 8th Congressional district for another two years, there is an ever-improving chance that the Speaker’s gavel will be wrested from this Botox-addicted old hag and delivered to a reasonable person with normal intelligence.

That good news will come to pass ONLY if the Republicans regain control of the U.S. House.

The first order of business in the new People’s House should be to drain the swamp left clogged with slime and crime by the Most Dishonorable loon from San Francisco. That means that folks like Charles Rangel and Maxine Waters should be censured, assuming they are re-elected.

Next, conservative stalwarts must begin immediate action to disassemble the despicable Marxist scheme known as ObamaCare, which was passed into law only because of the scheming, lying, bribery and wholesale fraud committed by folks like Nancy Pelosi.

Step by step and with the best interests of the American people always at the forefront, conservatives must undo the damage done by the dizzy San Franciscan who is not bright enough to realize how pathetically clueless she is!

Its all up to we the people come November 2. Vote Republican and help foreclose on the corrupt House of Nancy Pelosi.

Why Has Obama Not Sent In the Marines to Seize Lake Falcon from Mexico?

Conditions in the third-world, failed state of Mexico have devolved to the point where that nation should be actually listed as a “State Sponsor of Terrorism” by the U.S. Department of State.

The latest meltdown of law and order in old Mexico took place when a Mexican police chief was beheaded for leading an investigation into the fate of American David M. Hartley who, his wife claims, was fatally by Mexican pirates.

As reported, in part, by the New York Times:

“HOUSTON — An investigation into a reported shooting of an American on a border reservoir took a bizarre turn this week when the Mexican police chief overseeing the search was murdered and his head was left in a suitcase outside a military base, the Zapata County Sheriff’s Office said.

Mexican officials said it remained unclear on Wednesday whether the killing of Rolando Armando Flores Villegas, commander of the Tamaulipas State police in Ciudad Miguel Alemán, was related to the search for David M. Hartley, a manager with an oil well services company who, his wife reported, was fatally shot on Sept. 30 while touring Falcon Lake on a Jet Ski. “

If America only had a responsible, reasonable president in power, the might and force of the U.S. military would have been deployed two weeks ago to enter Mexico and do whatever was necessary to find the remains of David Hartley and track down and arrest the Mexican swine who shot this innocent American.

Operation Payback would have caused the U.S. Marines to seize Lake Falcon and declare same as a Newly Arrived American Territory, off limits to any and all Mexican nationals.

Janet Napolitano would have been appointed to run the new American territory, preferably in the deep end of the bloody lake.

Unfortunately, our so-called president is too busy working to legalize 12-38 million invading criminals to get involved in the murder of an innocent American.

Another example of treason by the Democrat Party, and an item to remember when voting on November 2.

Do Straight People in the Military Have No Rights?

In the ongoing bloody brawl over DADT and gays in the military, all of the focus and attention to date has been on the rights and concerns of gays.

In her historic action against DADT, Judge Virginia Phillips alleged that the policy violated due process rights, freedom of speech and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances guaranteed by the First Amendment.

But what about the rights of the overwhelming majority who serve i.e., straight men and women, Judge?

Many straight people are extremely uncomfortable with being forced to share housing, showers and other quasi- intimate living arrangements with gays.

That discomfort may be rooted in deeply-held religious convictions, or it could be the result of traditional family values passed down over the years from generation to generation.

Either way, the feelings and convictions of straight men and women are legitimate and must be taken into account, especially in a society that places so much emphasis on cultural diversity.

For example, Paul is strongly opposed to showering and sharing sleeping arrangements with openly gay men.

Is Paul without freedom of speech rights? Why is his diversity less of a constitution concern than the impact of DADT on gays?

Where is the obsession with tolerance for people like Paul?

Furthermore, why should the rights of a miniscule minority be allowed to trump the rights of the overwhelming majority?

Defense Secretary Robert Gates, no Bible thumping red neck, understands that Judge Phillip’s reckless and foolish ruling has the potential to do great harm to the American military during time of war.

As reported, in part, at the Washington Post (See reference):

“BRUSSELS - Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates said Wednesday that an abrupt end to the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy would have "enormous consequences" for troops

Gates declined to answer directly when asked whether the administration should appeal a federal court injunction ordering the military to immediately end the policy.

But he said he wants to proceed with his preferred approach: to allow the Defense Department to complete, by Dec. 1, a review of how to integrate openly gay men and lesbians in the armed forces, followed by an act of Congress that would overturn the "don't ask, don't tell" law.

"I feel very strongly that this is an action that needs to be taken by the Congress, and that it is an action that requires careful preparation and a lot of training," Gates told reporters aboard a military aircraft as he flew to Brussels for a NATO meeting.

Gates said the Pentagon needs until Dec. 1 to resolve questions such as whether heterosexual troops would be required to share housing with gays and whether the military would be required to provide benefits for same-sex partners of service members.”

Whom should we trust?

An experienced and knowledgeable professional like Robert Gates, or an obscure leftist judge who lacks even a fundamental understanding of things military?

Remember, too, that Judge Phillips was appointed by Bill Clinton who openly and proudly expressed his “hatred” for the military.

Perhaps Judge Phillips shares Bill Clinton’s hatred for the brave men and women who put their lives at risk for their country?

Perhaps Phillips and Clinton are military-phobic?

Whither NOW’s Concern for Abused Sister Meg Whitman?

Group hysteria is the usual response from the National Organization for Women (NOW) when defending a fellow sister against discrimination and abuse, real or imagined.

Tough, nut-cutting retribution is always the answer.

Except, that is, when the abuser is a Democrat “champion of women’s rights” like Bill Clinton or Ted Kennedy, in which case the abused sister is just out of luck.

The other exception is when the abused sister has the audacity to be a Republican. Double out of luck, girl!

Pity, then, poor Meg Whitman, a Republican, who was called a “whore” by ultra-leftist Jerry Brown, or a member of his staff, or his wife.

Given the deafening silence from the NOW crowd in protesting this verbal abuse of sister Whitman, the pressing question of the day must be: Is there a more blatant “whore” than the scalawags of NOW?

ObamaNomics: Too Complex for Ordinary Americans to Grasp?

Joe Biden, the man who saved the Vice Presidency from the ravages of intellectual decimation threatened by the candidacy of Sarah Palin, has put his superior intellect to work in explaining why Democrats are not running on the so-called achievements of the Obama administration.

According to Biden, the issues involved are simply too complex for the ordinary man and woman to grasp.

As reported, in part, at Reference 1:

Democrats aren’t running on the administration’s accomplishments like health-care and financial-regulatory overhaul and the stimulus because “it’s just too hard to explain,” Biden said. “It sort of a branding, I mean you know they kind of want the branding more at the front end.”

“Less bad is never good enough,” Biden said in an interview on board Air Force Two on Oct. 8, the same day that Labor Department figures showed the jobless rate held steady at 9.6 percent in September, the last yardstick before voters in the Nov. 2 elections determine which party controls Congress.

With unemployment topping 9.5 percent for 14 straight months, Biden is having difficulty trumpeting the 3.3 million jobs created or saved by the White House’s economic stimulus.

“It’s just really hard to convince people that when there weren’t, up until the first of the year, when there weren’t net new jobs it’s awful hard to say, ‘It’s working,’” he said at the end of a three-state campaign swing Oct. 7-8 for four Democratic candidates in Wisconsin, Missouri, and Washington. “It’s counterintuitive.”

With all due respect Mr. Vice-President, the American people are not complete idiots, contrary to the opinions of the Democrat Party and leftist media.

Americans are in the mood for revolution because it is clear that no one in the administration, particularly Barack Obama, has a clue about what works and what does not work in fixing a battered economy.

Americans intuitively know that Obama’s formula of more federal spending, higher taxes, more big government meddling, and anti-business policies do NOT promote economic growth or prosperity.

There is nothing complex about ObamaNomics: It simply does not work!
