With Just Five Words, Obama Can Create Millions of New Jobs!

When Barack Obama speaks before a joint session of Congress next week to present his latest “plan” for circumventing the unemployment curse which he owns, he is likely to regurgitate many of the same, old tired themes which have failed time and time again over the past three years.

Key words to look for include stimulus, balance, taxes, fees, training, fundamental fairness, infrastructure, bank, redistribution, disadvantaged, filthy rich, and fair share.

Inclusion of any of these words in Obama’s blathering means only one thing: Hold onto to your wallets because Obama has your wealth in his cross hairs!

Nothing this president has done or proposed to do involves a pro-business, pro-capitalism, free market idea.

In Obama’s world, everything involves bigger and more intrusive government and the obligatory taxes to pay for that government interference.

He knows no other way. Hard work and dedication are non- starters in the heart of this unrepentant Marxist who hates free enterprise because it discriminates against the slothful and unimaginative!

Although there is little to no hope for Obama, one can still offer helpful hints in the off chance that a sliver of sunshine might slither through the dark windows of the Oval Office and end up in The One’s speech.

Five little words expressed with sincerity and honesty could go a long way toward restoring civility and economic sanity to America while producing untold millions of jobs for desperate Americans.

The five words, Mr. President:

Effective immediately, I hereby resign!

Say those five words, Mr. President, and watch the stock market soar like crazy. Business people from coast-to-coast would race to get “HELP WANTED” ads placed as soon as possible.

And Joe Biden, upon ascension to the throne of Obama, would declare, “Our national nightmare is over.”

America would begin to heal, the economy would prosper and the GOP would win the presidency in 2012 and take back the US Senate while improving its majority in the House.

All across America, citizens of all colors, faiths, and ideologies would join in declaring, “God Bless Barack Obama!”

Just five little words, Mr. President, and you can retire to a life of luxury, leisure, and uninterrupted golf.

Go ahead and say it—with a week to practice you may not even need your teleprompter.

Do it for the children, and the children’s children, and the children’s children children, and on and on!

Does Global Warming Cause Mental Illness? Or Does Mental Illness Spawn Hysteria over Global Warming?

Adding to the mind-numbing hysteria surrounding the issue of global warming, and exploitation of the same for ‘obscene’ profit-taking, a new report from ‘down under’ reports that climate change may precipitate mental illness.

As reported, in part, at the reference:

RATES of mental illnesses including depression and post-traumatic stress will increase as a result of climate change, a report to be released today says.

The paper, prepared for the Climate Institute, says loss of social cohesion in the wake of severe weather events related to climate change could be linked to increased rates of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and substance abuse.

As many as one in five people reported ”emotional injury, stress and despair” in the wake of these events.

The report, A Climate of Suffering: The Real Cost of Living with Inaction on Climate Change, called the past 15 years a ”preview of life under unrestrained global warming”.

”While cyclones, drought, bush fires and floods are all a normal part of Australian life, there is no doubt our climate is changing,” the report says.

”For instance, the intensity and frequency of bush
fires is greater. This is a ‘new normal’, for which the past provides little guidance …

”Moreover, recent conditions are entirely consistent with the best scientific predictions: as the world warms so the weather becomes wilder, with big consequences for people’s health and well-being.”

As with all global warming research and reporting based on voodoo science, A Climate of Suffering perpetuates the foolish notion that man has evolved to the point where the will and power of the Divine Creator can be arbitrarily superseded just to make money!

It’s nothing short of blasphemy, created by and for the ‘greening’ of Al Gore, where greening refers to millions of taxpayer dollars redistributed to climate elitists who know nothing of science and even less of ethics.

An objective review of Al Gore’s greed and manipulation reveals a very telling story: Gore’s loss of mental lucidity and capacity preceded his dangerous obsession with climate change.

Put more simply, Gore was in a quagmire of deep mental dodo when he initially started ‘fanaticizing’ about the evils of combustion engines, coal, emissions, and the like.

The real travesty is that Gore and his ilk have made small fortunes by mocking valid scientific inquiry and replacing it with politically-correct ‘Bull****,’ to borrow a phrase from the deranged one himself!

Bursting of the ObamaMania Bubble—Except Among Sleeper Cells and Illegal Aliens!

Just 36 short months ago, Barack Obama was touted as the greatest thing to visit humankind since the invention of microwave popcorn and other high-technology marvels which continue to amaze and fatten.

He was so charismatic and in possession of such superior intelligence and judgment it was widely held that electing Barack would automatically solve the most gnawing problems confronting the human species.

Worried about global warming? Barack would fix it!

Concerned about economic recession and unemployment? Turn those concerns over to Barack!

Fretting over racial discord? Not to worry. because Barack would usher in an age of “post-racial” life, thereby putting flesh and bones on the Martin Luther Dream.

Scared witless over terrorism? Chill out, dude: Obama will talk to our enemies, destroy all weapons in the world, and everything will be just fine.

Fearful of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict? Barack has the solution!

And so it was with every major issue confronting the world.

The message was: Install Barack Obama as President of the United States and then just relax and watch love and understanding transform life as we knew it!

ObamaMania was supposed to be an emphatic answer to the searing Rodney King question from years ago, “Can’t We all just get along?”


Barack would answer “Yes, brother!” and would show the way to peace, prosperity, and post-nasal drip, all in one monster morphing of superman and the Messiah, said figure operating out of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in DC.

Somehow, America and the world bought into the ObamaMania scam and before one could scream ‘WHERE’S THE VETTING?’, Barack was headed to the White House, with Michelle and her personal staff of 30 in tow.

Once the din and chatter of adoration from among the mainstream media had subsided, the world made a stunning discovery: This Obama dude was a first-class fraud!

He was only slightly more intelligent than average.

His judgement was not unlike that of an puberty-anxious school girl desperately seeking approval in every venue.

His grasp of reality was warped by simplistic romanticism which lead to slogans like “Change and Hope!” “Yes we can!” and trillion dollar “stimulus” packages, failures all!

All in all, Barack turned out to be a silver-tongued orator who was completely clueless and useless when it came to anything more substantial than delivering pretty, but empty, speeches, aided and abetted by made-for- dummies teleprompters!

However, since slightly after noon on January 20, 2009, the world has gradually caught up with this poser, Barack Hussein Obama.

His list of adoring constituents has been dramatically downsized by the rigors of reality.

Catholics, Jews, white independents, the young, the old, and everyone in between has finally seen the light, and the newly accepted truth is this:

There is NO halo circling the head of this man with an ego the size of Hawaii and Alaska combined!

Even Maxine Waters rolled up her sleeves and started throwing punches in the direction of the deposed Messiah!

On and on it goes, as Obama’s approval rating falls closer and closer to the levels posted by W., the real causative factor for all of mankind’s travails!

Over and out seems to be the general consensus with regard to the ObamaMania bubble, EXCEPT among illegal aliens and sleeper cells!

Obama’s good standing among illegals is simple enough and quite understandable: A goodly percentage of this demographic are Barack family members!

When it comes to sleeper cells, as reported at the reference, in part, Obama’s support is holding steady:

Then we have his Uncle Obama who made news by virtue of his DUI and arrest as an illegal alien.

He was detained as an illegal immigrant because the US Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement has an outstanding warrant for him because he was previously ordered to be deported to Kenya.

The Times has established from his birth date that Mr. Obama is the Uncle Omar mentioned in President Obama's best-selling memoir Dreams from My Father. In the 1995 book, President Obama writes of "the uncle who had left for America 25 years ago and had never come back".

In 2008, The Times mounted a search for Uncle Omar. Instead of finding him, we discovered his sister, President Obama's Auntie Zeituni, who was living as an illegal immigrant on a Boston housing estate. Uncle Omar and Auntie Zeituni are the children of President Obama's grandfather Hussein Onyango Obama, by his third wife Sarah, the woman President Obama calls "Granny", because she raised his father, Barack Sr, who was Hussein Obama's son by Hussein's second wife, Akumu.”

It appears to be an ofdd Obama family tradition to live in America illegally. A trait which also applies to our miscreant president!

After watching millions of illegal aliens and advocates protest in the streets of America in recent years, it is clear that many newcomers, including those here legally, need to understand the following essential American truths:

*In 1848, The Treaty of Guadeloupe Hidalgo was ratified by both the U.S. and Mexican Congresses. That Treaty ended any and all claims Mexico had to land now a part of the United States.

* Native American Indians were the original owners of the American southwest. Were there were any valid property rights claims concerning that land, such rights would belong to Native American Indians, not Mexicans.

*America is a sovereign nation, totally independent of Mexico. It has been that way for over 200 years. We intend to keep it that way.

*Brown may be beautiful in Mexico. But in America, we are partial to colors that symbolize freedom under the rule of law. That would be Red, White and Blue.

*In America, Mexico is considered a FOREIGN nation and Spanish is a FOREIGN language.

*America operates according to the rule of law which applies to everyone. This is true whether one is brown, black, yellow, lily-white, red, or an exotic hybrid of lavender and green.

*Being hard-working and good hearted is commendable. But those qualities do NOT entitle anyone to enter America illegally.

*Bilingualism is cool---provided one of the languages is English. Literacy in only Mexican and Spanish is not cool in America.

*Celebrating ones cultural heritage is perfectly fine--as long as it does not interfere with complete and prompt assimilation into American culture.

* Driving while loaded or drunk may be "macho" in Mexico. But in America, driving under the influence is considered stupid and criminal and is not tolerated, regardless of one's country of origin or cultural heritage.

* People here illegally are common criminals, and as such, are most unwelcome. American citizens will fight to have such miscreants deported, regardless of whether or not families are involved. Illegal is illegal, Family or not.

* Demanding that our borders be secured and that the law be enforced is the right of all American citizens; doing so does not make any one a racist or bigot.

*U.S. immigration laws exist to protect American citizens & others here legally, not to facilitate a foreigner’s pursuit of a better life, and

*Those who come to America must adjust to our culture and traditions. We have no obligation or desire to change in deference to foreign newcomers.

Illegal aliens: Take this list with you when you are deported back to Mexico, and share it with other Mexicans considering invading.

Dopey Felipe Calderon Blames U.S. for Slaughter in Mexican Casino!

From south of the border, this uplifting news:

On Thursday afternoon, six-to-eight armed MEXICAN men burst into the Casino Royale in MONTERREY, MEXICO and yelled at customers to leave, dousing the place with gasoline and setting it on fire. So far, fifty-two people have died as a result of this terrorist attack by Mexican drug cartels against Mexicans.

Mexican President Felipe Calderon attempted to blame America’s insatiable drug appetite as the root cause which drives otherwise “good-hearted, hard-working” Mexicans to the dark side.


"We're neighbors, we're allies, we're friends, but you are also responsible," a somber and angry Calderon ranted as he berated the U.S. for the latest outrage in his third-world, failed state.


Between drinks and golf shots on Martha’s Vineyard, President Barack Obama chimed in by calling the attack "barbaric" and said his government stood shoulder to shoulder with Mexico in the battle against the gangs.

Obama deftly avoided mentioning the “Fast and Furious” scandal in which his administration deliberately walked guns into the hands of drug cartels, an act of inconceivable stupidity that resulted in the death of a U.S. border patrol agent among others.

Deciding which president is the more stupid is a most difficult challenge, despite the fact that Obama is a world-class chump!

Felipe Calderon holds the mark for delusional thinking and denial. Rather than blaming the U.S. for his murdering marauders, Calderon should look into the mirror and ask himself, “Why?”

Given the balls and moral courage to accept truth, Calderon would understand that he and his Mexican colleagues are responsible for failing to enforce the law and failing to provide a society that can feed, house, educate, and provide medical care for Mexican citizens.

Perhaps, President Calderon, if your freaking nation was not a third-world cesspool of corruption and idiocy, a decent environment would exist to encourage Mexicans to live in peace and within the law.

Blaming the U.S. for Mexico’s failed state will do NOTHING to solve your huge problems Mr. President!

And stop shipping your illiterate peasants north for U.S. taxpayers to support!

What If Illegal Aliens Were Deported?

To which sane patriots immediately demand: Why the Hades not?

After all, each and every one of the interlopers came here one at a time; let us send them home the same way!

To facilitate that process, the list below provides a partial rendering of the goodies that would come our way if deportations started in earnest this afternoon:

*Emergency rooms would be used to treat medical emergencies, instead of being day care centers for freeloading parasites;

*California would again be a blue state. Perhaps, in time, the Golden State might even be a safe haven for flying the American flag and other "jingoistic" excesses;

*Leaf blowers and Se Hablo Espanol signs would go the way of analog televisions and pay phones;

*Food like nachos, tacos, and burritos would be imported treats, rather than being hawked on every street corner by non-English speaking thugs;

*Obesity would decline sharply as sedentary Americans would be forced to mow their own lawns, clean their own homes, and wash their own cars;

*San Francisco's population would be reduced to a few thousand gay activists, a mentally and morally retarded Board of Supervisors, and a weird mayor;

*America's inmate population would plunge 30 percent, forcing federal, state, and local authorities to close hundreds of prisons and jails, saving taxpayers hundreds of billions each year;

*Welcome to America! would replace subversive "Press 1 for English" recorded messages;

*Demand for bilingual teachers would decline to the same level as for typewriters and VCR repair technicians;

*Unemployed and unemployable ACLU attorneys would be forced to flip burgers and scoop fries at McDonald's just to survive. Justice at last!;

*The Catholic Church would revert to being a "sanctuary pew" for gay priests, pedophiles in training, and poor white trailer-trash too hooked on cigarettes and booze to be Mormons;

*Fast food restaurants would no longer exist, forcing Americans to feast on tofu and celery, thereby putting hundreds of cardiac surgeons out of work;

*Instead of a huge budget deficit, California would have an obscene surplus--taxes would be cut 20 percent;

*Welfare fraud and ID theft would no longer be considered as major crimes in those FBI statistics reports;

*Antonio Villagarosa would be picking avocados in Salinas rather than destroying the once great city of Los Angeles;

This thievery is most devastating to our health care system because hospitals and medical clinics all across America have been forced into bankruptcy as a result of providing free services to illegal aliens.

Closure of such facilities reduces the health care options and access for those who belong here.

But while invaders dump their medical bills on the backs of American taxpayers, between $30-40 billion is sent back to Mexico every year.

Let me repeat: Illegal aliens dump the cost of medical care on the backs of American taxpayers, but send $30-40 billion back to Mexico every year!

Want to fix health care? Start by seizing funds being sent to Mexico and use said funds to pay medical bills incurred by illegal aliens!

East Coast Pummeled by 5.9 Quake! More “Bad Luck,” Mr. President?

Just as Barack Obama was putting the finishing touches on his “Plan” to point the U.S. economy in the direction of recovery after nearly three disastrous years of ObamaNomics, a moderate earthquake struck the East Coast, adding credence to Obama’s “bad luck” defense of his leadership.

As reported at the reference, in part:

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A 5.9 magnitude earthquake centered northwest of Richmond, Va., shook much of Washington, D.C., and was felt as far north as Rhode Island, New York City and Martha's Vineyard, Mass., where President Barack Obama is vacationing.

The U.S. Geological Survey said the earthquake was half a mile deep. Shaking was felt at the White House and all over the East Coast, as far south as Chapel Hill, N.C. Parts of the Pentagon, White House and Capitol were evacuated. There were no immediate reports of injuries.

It was centered near Louisa, Va., which is northwest of Richmond and south of Washington.

Obama and many of the nation's leaders were out of town on August vacation when the quake struck at 1:51 p.m. EDT. The shaking was felt on the Martha's Vineyard golf course as Obama was just starting a round.


Reached at the 19th hole of the Martha’s Vineyard links, the president said the following (satire):

This natural disaster is just the latest in a string of ‘bad luck’ incidents which have hampered my strategy for recovering from the Bush recession. Other bad luck includes the earthquake-tsunami in Japan, the financial meltdown in Europe, and the terrorist attack on the US economy by right-wing nut balls in the Tea Party.


Let me be clear. I am committed to restoring financial sanity to our great nation once the East Coast stops quaking and the Tea Party is sent packing!

And so it is as the president resumes his work on jobs and his golf game at Martha’s Vineyard!

Another Phony Peace Prize for Barack?

Think of the sheer genius with which Obama has handled the Libyan kerfuffel: Without engaging in hostilities and while leading from behind, our Commander-in-Chief managed to accomplish in five months what should have taken no more than five days!

To be sure, there were setbacks, albeit minor ones.

To begin with, 165 Tomahawk Missiles were wasted in pursuit of Gaddafi. However that may be spun into a positive “peace gesture,” given the fact that there are now 165 fewer weapons available to the next trigger-happy Republican from Texas who somehow manages to steal the presidency!

Does the name Rick Perry ring a bell?

In addition, some would argue that Obama emasculated the War Powers Act (WPA), thereby establishing precedent for some future Republican war monger to completely bypass Congress in order to unilaterally make war somewhere.

In truth, however, the WPA has always been a foolish bit of legislative vengeance created by Democrats to harass and taunt Richard M. Nixon. In fairness, WPA deserved to die, ‘tis just a damn pity that the death came at the hands of an out-of-touch Marxist who hates America and the U.S. military!

Finally, by leading from behind and without an appropriate level of male aggressiveness, Obama allowed the image of the Commander-in-Chief to be downgraded from macho he-man to “girly man,” or worse.

Those who support revocation of DADT will no doubt find comfort in that change.

All things considered, Barack has pretty much kowtowed to orders issued by the UN and taken the notion of American Exceptionalism down a notch or two.

For that alone, Barack deserves another meaningless emblem of weakness and manly impotence from that gaggle of eunuchs in Oslo who waste time attending to such trite every year!

Obama’s Comprehensive ‘Immigration Reform’ for Illegal Aliens

Candidate Barack Obama campaigned on a promise to transform America from top to bottom.

Unfortunately, he has fulfilled his promise with respect to Marxist health care and creation of a state hostile to free enterprise and capitalism.

Having thus all but ruined America with his “successes,” on economic issues, Obama has turned his focus to the volatile and contentious issue of immigration.

Or to be more precise, illegal invasions, mostly by Obama-friendly aliens from Mexico and points further south.

Keenly aware of the fact that his policies have turned off huge segments of the American electorate, thereby threatening to limit his destructive influence to one term, Obama has “made nice” with Hispanic leaders who advocate on behalf of fellow Hispanics whom have violated U.S. borders and immigration laws.

Said Hispanics have threatened to sit out the 2012 election unless deportations of illegal aliens—95% of whom are Hispanic—are cancelled.

Their argument? Hispanics, by virtue of their race, should be exempt from old-school racist concepts like borders and immigration laws.

Being Hispanic should be good enough! Forget those stinkin’ borders and laws!

Forced to choose between votes and the U.S. Constitution and basic fairness, Obama cast his lot with the invading aliens.

Thus did he order Janet Napolitano to relax deportation rules so that only the most despicable and evil criminal aliens would be subject to removal.

(It is purely coincidental that those in the “Deport” category are felons ineligible to vote for Obama in any event.)

Fellow citizens, welcome to the Barack Obama “Comprehensive Immigration” reform scheme for illegal aliens.

This reform combines compassion with brass knuckles to level the playing field for those who have no moral or legal basis for being here.

Here is how it works:

( )Any Hispanic, from anywhere in the world, wishing to come to America should simply scale a fence, outrun a border patrol agent, or get in by whatever means possible, with no concern for borders or law.

Fast forward to the night of August 20, 2011, where the San Francisco 49ers hosted their mortal enemies from across the Bay, the Oakland Raiders, in a pre-season game of FootBrawl at Candlestick Park, the mostly ungodly venue for entertainment in all of America, possibly the world.

As reported at the reference, this ‘sporting event’ featured plenty of thugs and guns, but nary a sign of any ‘gentle people with flowers in their hair’:

The violence occurred after the 49ers' 17-3 victory Saturday night over the Oakland Raiders at Candlestick Park, police Sgt. Michael Andraychak said.

A 24-year-old man was treated at San Francisco General Hospital for life-threatening injuries, and a 20-year-old man was hospitalized with less serious wounds, Andraychack told The Associated Press. Their names were not released.

Police Sgt. Frank Harrell said that in Saturday's attack the 24-year-old man, who was wearing a T-shirt referring to the 49ers with an obscenity, was shot two to four times in the stomach, according to reports in the Oakland Tribune and the San Francisco Chronicle. He drove his truck to a gate and stumbled to security, Harrell said.”

Obama Counting on “Gaddafi” Bounce?

President Obama has defied conventional political wisdom by vacationing at a luxurious escape for elitists at a time when unemployment and concerns over a double-dip recession are rampant and near panic levels.

Downgraded U.S. credit, out-of-control deficits, and sinking consumer confidence have ganged up on The One and produced a 26 percent approval rating with respect to economic issues.

Not exactly the sort of numbers an incumbent facing reelection in 14.5 months would savor.

But this is Barack Obama, one-time Messiah and clearly the most egotistical, arrogant, and clueless man to ever occupy the Oval Office.

NOTHING conventional applies to Obama—except for the lust and passion for campaign cash.

Notwithstanding his crummy approval ratings and general disaffection from within even his own party, Obama marched off to Martha’s Vineyard for a 10-day reprieve from the travails of being the most powerful man in the world, filthy rich, and designated champion for millions of little people who still believe in the tooth fairy and other foolishness like Obama’s Hope and Change.

What must he be thinking, ask pundits, both left and right oriented, as they ponder the wisdom of leaving Washington in flames, what with so many Republican fire fighters clamoring to become America's Fire Chief in 2012?

A hint may be gleaned from the ongoing saga of Muammar Muhammad al-Gaddafi, brutal leader of Libya.

Yes, the same tyrant that Obama promised would be disposed of in a matter of “days not weeks” –that broken promise issued five months ago!

As reported at the reference, events in Libya seem to be turning against Gaddafi, with some reports suggesting that he may be packed and ready to vacate Tripoli, once arrangements can be made for a safe landing elsewhere for he and his billions.

All of which suggests that the “His days are numbered” assurance from the Obama administration and others watching from behind may, in fact, bear fruit soon!

Which our scheming, manipulative president may see as a perfect cover for his Martha’s Vineyard escape and all those dreary reports about the coming economic depression!

In other words, Obama may be betting on a “Gaddafi Bounce” to hide behind long enough for people to forget about Martha’s Vineyard, etc., etc.

But what if Gaddafi outsmarts Obama--once again—and lives on to continue his slaughtering ways?

Obama loyalists claim that the president is not overly concerned.

After all, there are other “bounces” in the Obama arsenal, including the demise of Syria’s Assad likely to occur at any moment.

The really big question: Are there enough “bounces” in the world to sustain the reckless and irresponsible Obama through November, 2012?

In his latest challenge to common sense and enforcement of the Rule of Law, President Obama has decided that some laws are just too mean-spirited to enforce-- and not in the best interests of his reelection campaign.

An example of left-wing idiocy on steroids involves Obama’s politically-motivated decision to avoid deporting illegal aliens, which is required by law.

As Obama has repeatedly demonstrated, rule of law is fungible, subject to political whims and the crass personal ambitions of a community organizer from Chicago in over his head.

Fortunately, illegal aliens cannot vote. Right?

That, too, is a provision of the law ,which Democrats hold in low regard since most illegal aliens are Hispanics and tend to vote for Democrats, sight unseen.

Do not look for Eric Holder and his corrupt DOJ to be in heated pursuit of voter fraud and other criminal violations that Obama is counting on for 2012!

Bowing to pressure from immigrant rights activists, the Obama administration said Thursday that it will halt deportation proceedings on a case-by-case basis against illegal immigrants who meet certain criteria, such as attending school, having family in the military or having primary responsible for other family members’ care.

The move marks a major step for President Obama, who for months has said he does not have broad categorical authority to halt deportations and said he must follow the laws as Congress has written them.


The top House Republican on the Judiciary Committee said the move is part of a White House plan “to grant backdoor amnesty to illegal immigrants.”

“The Obama administration should enforce immigration laws, not look for ways to ignore them,” said Rep. Lamar Smith, Texas Republican. “The Obama administration should not pick and choose which laws to enforce. Administration officials should remember the oath of office they took to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the land.”

Hooray for you, Rep. Smith!

Unfortunately, Obama does not recognize the U.S. Constitution as a legitimate instrument, and regards any oath to uphold said document as frivolous and non-binding.

Which is all the more reason why we the people must unite to impeach Barack Obama in November 2012.

‘Flash Mob” Reporting Exposes Severe Racial Bias in Liberal Media

For many years, objective followers of the news media have alleged that liberal editors and reporters bend, fold, twist, maim, and otherwise mutilate “facts” in order to conceal crimes perpetuated by minorities.

Those who support the liberal media have generally dismissed such allegations as the doings of deranged, mostly-white, right wing extremists itching to bring back slavery and Jim Crow laws.

Unfortunately, for the leftist media and its obsession with blaming Caucasians while exonerating “people of color,” regardless of the facts involved, facts are facts.

Get it? Facts are facts and it matters not one whit how inconvenient or politically incorrect those facts are.

The truth is that the media routinely engages in deliberate misrepresentation of the news in order to advance the politically - correct agenda of liberal elitists like Barack Obama.

That conclusion is substantiated by a recent report (see reference) by John T. Bennett from the Accuracy in Media Center for Investigative Journalism.

The Bennett report includes the following sordid details:

Relying on documents made available exclusively through a Freedom of Information Act request, we can add another face to the growing picture of racial “flash mob” violence in America. It is a face that the media have concealed from public view.

This writer (John T. Bennett) was forced to use the local Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to ascertain the facts about the racial identity of one of the victims of these attacks. The media concealed the identity of the white victim apparently because of misguided racial sensitivity

What makes this even more startling is that it is just one of many examples of racial mob violence occurring around the country, without any comment from national figures such as President Obama or Attorney General Eric Holder. But if whites were attacking blacks in this manner, you can bet it would have already have become a national story worthy of comment from national political figures.

Consider these incidents:
 At the Wisconsin State fair, groups of black teens numbering anywhere from 25 to 100 “were targeting anyone who was white or appeared to look white,” and beating them, according to the local police chief. At least 18 people were injured, and 30 have been arrested.
 In Denver, couples leaving restaurants were being attacked by a group of black men with baseball bats.
 A young white man named Carter Strange had his skull fractured by a mob in South Carolina. He was attacked at random while jogging.
 A young white man named Dawid Strucinski was beaten into a coma by a mob in Bayonne, NJ.
 Anna Taylor, Emily Guendelsberger, and Thomas Fitzgerald were beaten to the ground and stomped in separate Philadelphia flash mobs.
 “Every weekend in July,” according to local news, “police have battled large, flash-mob beatings and vandalism” in Greensboro, NC.
 In a mostly-white suburb of Cleveland, witnesses reported large groups of young blacks walking through the streets, “shouting profanities and racial epithets,” and one man was viciously beaten while leaving a restaurant with his wife and friends.
 A young white lady named Shaina Perry was taunted and beaten by a black mob in Milwaukee who remarked “Oh, white girl bleeds a lot.”

The similarities among these attacks point to a trend: First of all, these are not run-of-the-mill crimes. They typically involve group attacks against defenseless, random victims who have no means to resist and did nothing to provoke their attackers. These flash mobs often stomp their victims even after they are down, as most of the news reports describe.

Then there are the racial similarities: The attackers are invariably black. Philadelphia’s mayor conceded as much when he condemned flash mobs, addressing the rioters with the charge, “You damaged your own race.” The victims are usually not black. Several qualifications are in order: It is clear that only a small number of black teens take part in these attacks. Blacks are more likely to be victims of violent crime than any other group due to black-on-black crime. Also, interracial crime is a fraction of all crime, and hate crime is an even smaller fraction of that. Nonetheless, these flash mobs are a social problem that needs to be addressed. If the races were reversed, we would be witnessing an outpouring of guilt of biblical proportions. Instead, the victims are white and we get an outpouring of ignominious silence. So far, precious few leaders in academia, politics, the legal system, or the media have spoken out directly against this troubling trend.

Far from being isolated incidents, violent flash mobs are part of an emerging social problem that turns the traditional story of American racism on its head. If opinion makers reported accurately about these flash mobs, most Americans would probably alter their views about racism and conclude that these flash mobs are the worst form of racial violence in our nation today. Not all of the flash mobs meet the strict criteria of a hate crime. However, they do represent a growing wave of racial violence.
The national media should acknowledge what a serious and potentially widespread social problem they are, but instead the press has concealed the racial aspect of this problem.

If we are truly committed to “social justice,” however, we must acknowledge that concealing the facts about racial violence and other social problems leaves us endangered and intellectually impoverished. Refusing to face facts will inhibit finding a solution to the problem, and virtually guarantee that the problem will only get worse.”

What Does Maxine Waters Expect from President Obama?

Maxine Waters has joined the chorus of those disenchanted with the Hope and Change malarkey advanced by Barack Obama.

As reported at the reference, Ms. Waters rebuked the president in a kinder, gentler manner:

Rep. Waters politely chastised President Obama for not including majority Black Communities on his, “jobs bus tour,” of the Mid-West recently. Water’s went on to publicly admit that she and her fellow Congressional Black Caucus(CBC) Members were/are tired of making excuses for the President within the Black Community, but then admitted that they don’t put pressure on the President because he is beloved in the same community and they don’t want either he or the community coming after them.

I say to Rep. Waters, “if those excuses actually sleep at night, then so be it,” but in reality, President Obama and his handlers know full well that he will receive over 90% of the Black Vote in 2012, no matter how bad things get for the community.

What is really upsetting to Rep. Waters is in reality that she and her fellow CBC members are feeling the heat from some even more Leftist activists within the Black Community, who are asking, “Where is the political payback for once again delivering over 90% of the Black Vote for Democrat Candidates in 2010 and why won’t this President take our calls, let alone be seen in public with us?

Another unpleasant reality that Rep. Waters has to deal with politically is that for the last 50 years people like her and other self-appointed Black Leaders have painted our community into a corner and even with a Black Man (bi-racial) in the White House they seem to get no respect from the powers within their own party. The CBC serves the dual purposes of being the racial attack dogs of the Democrat Party and giving the idea of Socialist Government color, yet when the party can’t deliver on all their political promises they seek to blame someone else and use race as the foil to get compliance on the other side. Remember this is the same CBC that actively worked with the media to portray the Tea Party as a movement of racist backwoods rednecks that long for the days when Black Americans swung from tress by the end of a rope, would delighted if slavery could be brought back tomorrow and finally just could not deal with a Black Man in the White House.”

Although she makes a good point in admitting that the president has failed the black community (and all of America, really), one is puzzled to understand just what remedial action Waters would have the president take.

How about tax cuts for those in business and in a position to add employees?

Oops! Sorry, Maxine, but cutting taxes is a major no-no in the liberal fairyland commonly known as the Democrat Party.

Well, how about a new stimulus package to pump a trillion or so into the Obama-laden economy?

Oops, again! America has just suffered a humiliating downgrade of our AAA credit because our leaders, led from behind by Obama, failed to slice enough from the nation’s debt. Spending more seems unlikely to help restore out AAA credit!

How about a major “charm” campaign by the president to woo reluctant investors into hiring?

Oops, thrice!

One of the major causes of the jobs crisis is Obama’s personal vendetta against private enterprise. His non-stop assault on American businesses with threats of regulation and higher taxes should be added to the long list of impeachable offenses committed by this clueless non-leader!

If not lower taxes, more spending, or making nice to business, then what?

Perhaps it is time for black leaders like Maxine Waters to unleash themselves from the manacle of progressive illogic long enough to pursue policies and people that can, and will if given the chance, improve the economic fortunes of all Americans, including people of color.

Its called conservatism, Maxine, and it provides the best opportunity for all Americans to prosper.

Proving once and for all that liberalism is indeed a mental disorder, a new poll finds that 26 percent of Americans approve of Obama’s mangling of the economy.

Twenty six people I could understand—but twenty six percent of 300 million? That is a lot of very sick people.

A new low of 26% of Americans approve of President Barack Obama's handling of the economy, down 11 percentage points since Gallup last measured it in mid-May and well below his previous low of 35% in November 2010.

Obama earns similarly low approval for his handling of the federal budget deficit (24%) and creating jobs (29%).

The president fares relatively better on foreign policy matters, with 53% of Americans approving of his handling of terrorism and roughly 4 in 10 approving on foreign affairs and the situation in Afghanistan. Also, 41% approve of Obama on education.

Just who are these brain-dead dodos who think Obama is doing a good job?

Are they taking their medications?

After wasting nearly three years and lord knows how many trillions of American treasure in a futile effort to purchase jobs with government money, President Obama has signaled that he is finally getting serious.

So serious, in fact, that the president will unveil a new “plan” to jar the economy out of the doldrums while simultaneously giving a boost to his dwindling reelection prospects.

As reported, in part, at the reference:

President Barack Obama said on Wednesday he will propose a plan in September to jump-start the U.S. economy as he struggles to convince skeptical voters that he has something new to offer.

Obama, with his approval ratings falling, is set to propose short-term measures to boost hiring and call on a congressional panel to deliver more than the $1.5 trillion in savings its members seek by November 23, partly through increased tax revenue.

"When Congress gets back in September, my basic argument to them is this: we should not have to choose between getting our fiscal house in order and jobs and growth. We can't afford to do just one or the other, we've got to do both," Obama said at a town-hall style meeting in Illinois.

The White House offered scant details on what new initiatives Obama would offer to keep the economy from diving back into recession. Administration officials said the plan is still a work in progress.”

How clever of the president to keep Republicans and the nation guessing about the details of his job plan. Build up the suspense and then take a few hundred victory laps before anyone has time to analyze the plan in detail.

Then it will be time for a family vacation on Waikiki beach where the president can bask in the glory of public approval for two weeks, or more.

Another vacation, you ask?

Hell yes, for all that he has been forced to tolerate, Obama will richly deserve a nice long respite from John Boehner and Tea Party savages in Washington.

Besides, all that reading and drinking on Martha’s Vineyard would wear out any president, even one who does not smoke to excess.

Pundits are already speculating about what the president’s plan will contain.

My guess is that he will rely heavily on taxes, fees, levies, and all other means of picking the pockets of white Republicans, natural enemy to most average Americans at least in Obama’s biased eye.

The Obama Plan:


Tax the rich;

Tax big oil and coal to the point of bankruptcy;

Tax the rich;

Close tax loopholes, except those that favor labor unions, Hollywood, Planned Parenthood, and anything green, and

Tax anything and everything too small to fight back.

The big question: Will Obama’s brilliant, new plan work?

The answer: Think his trillion dollar stimulus fiasco. Did that work?

Obama’s Failed Presidency: ‘Bad Luck’ or Bad Policy?

Just what in the hell brand of liquid refreshment do they serve on that Obama campaign bus, which, lest we forget, is operated and maintained at taxpayer’s expense?

The question, though mostly rhetorical, does have a serious quality when one considers Obama’s latest “Blame Everyone But Me” blurb from the bus whilst on “official business” in Iowa.

As reported at the reference, in part, The One elevated the art of political misrepresentation to a precise science when he said:

We had reversed the recession, avoided a depression, gotten the economy moving again,” Obama told a crowd in Decorah, Iowa.

He continued,” “But over the last six months we’ve had a run of bad luck.” Obama listed three events overseas — the Arab Spring uprisings, the tsunami in Japan, and the European debt crises — which set the economy back.

Hmm.

Odd that the President failed to give even honorable mention to other events directly tied to his performance while occupying the White House.

Events such as:

His proposed budget for 2012 which merely sought to freeze spending at the level which has produced trillion dollar deficits over the past two years;

His failure to lead on raising the debt ceiling and his insufferable refusal to engage the issue seriously by presenting any sort of written plan;

The humiliating and costly downgrade of America’s AAA credit rating, the first such downgrade in our history;

Implementation of ObamaCare, the total cost of which is still unknown, but which will surely exceed the wild promises Obama made in order to get the unconstitutional bill through his Marxist Congress;

His dreadful “stimulus” bill which added close to a trillion to the deficit, but which did nothing to improve the unemployment situation;

His incessant badgering of private enterprise with new regulations and threats of higher taxes, actions which cause responsible business people to hesitate when it comes to investments that would add jobs;

His myopic, ill-informed view that government can create jobs, when, in fact, government can only eliminate jobs as his presidency has proven; and

His constant bullying of Americans with the drive and intelligence to succeed (The rich), and his anti-American notion which holds that government has a moral obligation to redistribute wealth to the poor and less successful.

Branch Rickey, the innovative baseball executive, once famously said, “Luck is the residue of design.”

With all due respect, Mr. President, your failed presidency is mostly attributable to the design of your bankrupt policies, rather than any “bad luck” which is the residue of your policies!

Mexico’s “inferiority complex” over being so close to the world’s only super power and most successful society in human history is both understandable and reasonable.

Mexico is a third-world failed state on a par with Pakistan and other second-class nations where poverty and corruption trump human rights and dignity.

As such, it is understandable that Mexican citizens long to escape the oppression and misery of Mexican culture and life.

However, invading the sovereign United States is not acceptable except to liberal Democrats who count on uneducated, non-English speaking aliens to replace Americans whom have finally wised up to the bankruptcy of progressive ideas emanating from the Democrat Party.

For their part, Hispanic racists aim to take over America and supplant American language and culture with that of the Latino.

Its called the browning of America, among other things.

Hispanics actually believe that taking over America will improve their lot. They fail to account for the fact that Hispanics bring with them the failed culture that has devastated Mexico and other lands south of our borders.

What will they do if they succeed in their Reconquesta crusade? When America is essentially downgraded into a third-world mess like Mexico?

Perry is about as liberal as one can be on the issue of illegal aliens!


After eight long, precarious years under W. and three harrowing years so far under Obama, America needs a president who respects the rule of law and U.S. sovereignty, and who will fight tooth and nail to defend American language and culture from all enemies, both foreign and domestic.

We need a president who will enforce existing laws to defend American citizens from foreign invaders.

We need a president who will listen to the concerns of Americans in states like Arizona, Georgia, Alabama and others who are suffering from the influx of illegal aliens from south of our borders.

We need a president who will abandon partisan politics by joining Arizona and Alabama in their efforts to stop the illicit flow of drugs and illegals into their states.

We need a president who understands that foolish ideas like the DREAM Act, amnesty and other pandering to illegals will only serve to attract another 20 million of so invaders.

Unfortunately, Rick Perry is not that candidate.

As documented by American patriot and hero Tom Tancredo at the reference, Rick Perry is anything but conservative on this issue.

Mr. Tancredo writes, in part:

Perry is eager to separate himself from his predecessor in the Texas governor’s mansion, George W. Bush — who is unpopular with both tea party Republicans and the American electorate as a whole. But one area where Perry’s positions are virtually identical to Bush is immigration.

When I ran for president in 2008, I tried to pressure the Republican candidates to take a hard line against illegal immigration. For this, Perry called me a racist.

When he first took office as governor in 2001, Perry went to Mexico and bragged about his law that granted “the children of undocumented workers” special in-state tuition at Texas colleges, the first state in the nation to do so.

“The message is simple,” Perry concluded, “educacion es el futuro, y si se puede.” Education is the future, and (echoing Cesar Chavez’s slogan) yes we can.]

Just a few weeks ago, Perry defended his decision to give in-state tuition to illegal immigrants. He said “to punish these young Texans for their parents’ actions is not what America has always been about.”

Perry opposed Arizona’s tough anti-illegal immigration law SB 1070. “I have concerns,” he explained, “with portions of the law passed in Arizona and believe it would not be the right direction for Texas.”

He spoke out last year against using E-Verify to prevent illegal immigrants from getting jobs as state employees, who get their paychecks from the taxpayers. He insisted it “would not make a hill of beans’ difference.”

Numbers USA, a group that supports immigration control, gives Perry a “D-“ for his positions supporting amnesty, open borders, and opposing border security.
Perry, in a speech in Mexico in 2007, said he supports completely open borders, calling for the “free flow of individuals between these two countries who want to work and want to be an asset to our country and to Mexico.”

In the same speech he came out against building a fence along the U.S.-Mexican border. Perry also came out in favor of blanket amnesty for illegal immigrants in 2006, albeit without citizenship, supporting “a guest worker program that takes undocumented workers off the black market and legitimizes their economic contribution.”

Despite all his talk about sovereignty and states’ rights, Perry proposed the Trans-Texas Corridor. This toll road would go through Mexico, but be run together with the Mexican government in the middle of Texas.


While Perry opposes the border fence, 68 percent of all voters, and 86 percent of Republicans, support the fence. While Perry opposes the Arizona law, SB 1070, voters want 1070 in their state by a 2-1 margin — including 86 percent of all Republicans.

Perry’s only true conservative positions on borders involve calling for an end to sanctuary cities and signing a voter ID law. While I support these measures, they don’t make up for the rest of his positions on immigration. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.”

As well all know, being right twice a day is not nearly good enough!

Translated into honest English, the White House statement reads, “The president will advise Americans to abandon the old-school ‘Hope and Change’ loose talk from 2008, and accept reality. Its called ‘Get Used to It’ and involves coming to terms with 9% or greater unemployment forever, ungodly deficits that will take generations to retire, and a credit rating which proves that American Exceptionalism is a relic from the past.”

“The president will also advise the electorate to blame the putrid economy and lack of jobs on Republicans, S&P, and most especially, Tea Party terrorists.”

Predictably, the Obama administration will send the bills for this partisan malarkey to we the people.

That is so because this sight-seeing gala is being touted as an “official” rather than “campaign” event by word weasels with accounting and law degrees operating out of offices occupied by tyrants and ne’er do well bag men in the Czar Wing of the White House.

Still, there is great hope that the Obama bus will stall in the driveway of the White House and never invade Minnesota, Illinois, or Iowa.

Should that blessed stall come to pass, Obama might want to check the under-belly of his bus for those whom have ‘Shoved Under the Bus’ in order to advance the career and ambitions of Barack Hussein Obama.

Open Letter to “Super Committee”: Deport Illegal Aliens, Save More Than $1 Trillion Over 10 Years!

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of the U.S. Congress:

Given the unprecedented debt facing our nation, it is obvious that putting our financial house in order will require sacrifice from virtually all Americans.

We understand that there are no simple, painless solutions.

As Super Committee appointees, each of you has a vital role in determining the future of the American economy.

Your actions will help answer the question: Will we prosper or perish?

America’s economic problems are rooted in many ways in foolish, imprudent decisions with respect to spending.

An outrageous example is an expense that benefits foreign invaders, those with no legal or moral basis for being here.

I refer to many millions of illegal aliens who have ignored America’s borders and immigration laws.

As documented in Reference 1, illegal aliens cost American taxpayers $113 billion a year.

Again, illegal aliens, cost American taxpayers $113 billion a year.

As a taxpaying citizen, I wonder why politicians from both sides of the aisle refuse to target this wasteful expense?

Surely, $113 billion a year cannot be too paltry an amount to summon the attention of those responsible for eradicating wasteful spending?

Clearly, the American people would benefit enormously if the federal government would simply enforce existing laws and take action, through deportations, to return illegal aliens to their nations of origin.

In the past, skeptics have argued that mass deportations would be too costly.

However, Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs, Nelson Peacock, responding to request from several U.S. Senators, recently (December 3, 2010) wrote the following:

“Our conservative estimate suggests that ICE would require a budget of more than $135 billion to apprehend, detain and remove the nation’s entire illegal immigrant population.”

Thus, an investment of $135 billion dollars would yield a savings of $113 billion a year.

Over a period of ten years, that would result in more than $1 trillion dollars for American citizens!

In addition, millions of jobs now filled by illegals would be available for unemployed America citizens, and homeland security would be strengthened by removing individuals about whom little or nothing is known, including possible ties to terrorists.

I know that each of you is committed to eliminating wasteful spending, reducing the federal deficit, creating jobs for Americans, and assuring that our homeland is safe and secure.

Therefore, I respectfully request that you apply your influence and power to require that illegal aliens be deported, thereby freeing America from the extreme financial, employment, and security dangers attendant with a huge population of illegals.

Barack Obama’s “Bad Hair” August Rages on!

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals failed to drop its hammer on ObamaCare in time for Obama’s birthday which happened on August 4, 1961, allegedly in Honolulu, but more likely in Kenya.

Still, the devastation was overwhelming as described at the reference:

“President Barack Obama's signature healthcare law suffered a setback on Friday when an appeals court ruled that it was unconstitutional to require all Americans to buy insurance or face a penalty.

The U.S. Appeals Court for the 11th Circuit, based in Atlanta, ruled 2 to 1 that Congress exceeded its authority by requiring Americans to buy coverage, but it unanimously reversed a lower court decision that threw out the entire law.

The legality of the individual mandate, a cornerstone of the healthcare law, is widely expected to be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court. Opponents have argued that without the mandate, which goes into effect in 2014, the entire law falls.

The law, adopted by Congress in 2010 after a bruising battle, is expected to be a major political issue in the 2012 elections as Obama seeks another term. All the major Republican presidential candidates have opposed it.

Obama has championed the individual mandate as a major accomplishment of his presidency and as a way to try to slow the soaring costs of healthcare while expanding coverage to the more than 30 million Americans without it.”

Despite the bitter disappointment felt by leftists everywhere, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid tried to make lemonade from the ObamaCare lemon with this proposal:

This ruling is disconcerting particularly in light of the terrorism visited on the American people by the Tea Party loonies recently.

Still, we are willing to work with the hand we have been dealt. Accordingly, when the Super Committee kicks off next month, we will recommend that the savings from NOT implementing ObamaCare be credited to our side as a huge chunk of the $1.5 trillion in required deficit reductions

Mitt Romney’s “Weirdness”

As Mitt Romney gains momentum in his quest to represent the Republican Party in the 2012 presidential elections, he finds himself in the crosshairs of progressives who will go to extreme lengths to extend the Obama presidency.

Because President Obama’s record is one of failure after failure in both domestic and foreign affairs, Team Obama has apparently decided to wage a campaign of personal destruction against Romney, including an effort to portray this good man as “Weird.”


So what is so “weird” about Mitt Romney?

From the perspective of progressives, Romney is weird because:

He believes that human life is a precious gift from our Creator which must be preserved and protected;

He believes that children should taught to respect and honor their parents and the elderly;

He believes that his priorities are to serve God, his family, and the nation in that order;

He believes that marriage is a Holy institution, established by the Creator join one man and one woman in matrimony ;

He believes in marital fidelity, and chastity outside the institution of marriage;

He believes in modest dress and behavior:


He believes that America was founded by men guided by God, and that this democracy, the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and Bill of Rights are rooted in Christian ideals and principles;

He believes that the individuals and families must live within their means, a principle that applies equally to governments at all levels;

He believes in showing respect for America, her history, her culture, and her values;

He respects the rule of law and American sovereignty and work to defend and protect the U.S. Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic;

He believes in compassion and out reach to the less fortunate, in a manner that does not create dependence;

He understands the workings of business and the damage that excessive government interference can cause.

He would never discount the faith and values of hundreds of millions of Christian Americans by denying that America is a Christian nation on foreign soil;

He would never interfere with anti-terrorist efforts by shutting down Guantánamo Bay and taking other actions that would grant known terrorists rights equal to American citizens;

He would never sue sovereign American states for taking actions to prevent illegal aliens from harming American citizens;


Above all else, Mitt Romney would never speak ill of American leaders and policy while on foreign soil.

The truth is that the left is poised to engage in Religious Jihad against Romney because he is a faithful member of the Church of Latter Day Saints! In other words, Romney is a Mormon.

Note to evangelical patriots on the right: It is the Church of Jesus Christ, not the Church of Joseph Smith or Brigham Young!

Should Obama Cancel Martha’s Vineyard Escape--- in the Name of “Shared Sacrifice”?

As President Obama prepares to jet off to the tranquility and luxury of Martha’s Vineyard for a 10-day respite from the rigors of being the most powerful man on earth, filthy rich, and a messiah-like icon to millions who apparently do not give a damn about truth or facts, the state of the American Union is precarious, to say the least.

Indeed, as America’s Elitist-in-Chief races to escape the unwashed masses who bought into the liberal media- created ObamaMania crap, all is not well:

( )45 Million Americans are receiving food stamps;

( )”Full employment” has been refined to mean an unemployment rate of 8.75 percent, which, under Obama, is unachievable;

( )Federal spending and deficits have long been out-of-control, made all the worse by two years of governance at the hands of Democrat “spend terrorists” in the White House, the U.S. House, and the Senate;

( )After 35 months of the Obama presidency, the world agrees with The One’s opinion that America is not exceptional or special; a fact that The One is directly responsible for;

( )An astounding 73 percent of Americans believe that the U.S. is headed in the wrong direction, a harsh judgment that Obama blames on Republicans, Standard and Poors, and the ever reliable punching bag, former President George W. Bush.

Meanwhile, when it comes to socialized medicine known as ObamaCare, and fixing the federal deficit which may increase to at least $20 trillion over ten years, our befuddled and in-over-his-head Marxist president pleads for “shared sacrifice” from all, but mostly from the rich, those unpatriotic rascals with the temerity to succeed and prosper.

To which a perfect rejoinder might be: Heal thyself, Physician, or more succinctly, “Lead by example!”

Obama’s angst to get the hell out of Washington was made perfectly clear by his response to the idea that Congress should be called back given the Obama-created economic crisis.

He said, “The last thing we need is Congress spending more time arguing in D.C.” “What I figure is, they need to spend more time out here listening to you and hearing how fed up you are.”

Oops!

That may be the LAST thing you need, Mr. President, given the fact that your approval rating is headed south at breakneck speed, most people oppose another costly, unworkable, and unsustainable entitlement program (ObamaCare), and given the overwhelming disgust at the “agreement” that you signed, which will add seven trillion dollars to the deficit!

Still, we Americans should be grateful to the President for his selfless concern about the impact of bringing Congress back into session.

And, no, Obama’s refusal has NOTHING to do with the fact that calling Congress back would require that he cancel his own vacation plans.

With Obama, its all about what is best for America—the only problem is his perception that what he wants is ALWAYS best!

It is bad enough that the Obama Administration actually promoted the “walking” of weapons into the hands of drug cartels in Mexico, where said guns were used to kill innocent people, including Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

Adding to the pain, misery and stupidity associated with operation “Fast and Furious,” is the fact that the Obama Administration is trying to block efforts by the Terry family to qualify as crime victims in the eyes of the court.

As reported at the reference, in part:

In a surprise move in a controversial case, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Arizona is opposing a routine motion by the family of murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry to qualify as crime victims in the eyes of the court.

The family asked to intervene as victims in the case against Jamie Avila, the 23-year-old Phoenix man who purchased the guns allegedly used to kill Terry. Such motions are routinely approved by prosecutors, but may be opposed by defense attorneys.

Agent Brian A. Terry, 40, was killed on Dec. 14 near Rio Rico, Ariz., according to a statement released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials. (FNC).

However in this case, U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke argues because the family was not "directly or proximately harmed" by the illegal purchase of the murder weapon, it does not meet the definition of "crime victim" in the Avila case. Burke claims the victim of the Avila's gun purchases, "is not any particular person, but society in general."

Prominent litigator and the former U.S. Attorney in Florida, Kendall Coffey disagrees.

"The government apparently is saying they're not victims, even though it was a federal crime that put the murder weapon in the hands of the killer of Brian Terry," says Coffey. "They are simply rights of respect, rights of communication and the right to be heard."

Coffey and others wonder if Burke has a conflict. It was his office that led Operation Fast and Furious. The operation, while executed by agents for the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, was managed by Assistant U.S. Attorney Emory Hurley. Hurley drafted the response to the family's motion. It was signed by Burke.

Congressional investigators are expected to subpoena both to appear before the House Government and Oversight Committee next month to answer questions about the flawed operation that put some 2,000 weapons in the hands of the Sinaloa cartel.

"The government leaders responsible for the tragic mistakes of Operation Fast and Furious have a lot of explaining to do before Congress. But at the same time, they still have a duty under federal law to give answers, to consult and extend respect to the family," said Coffey.”

G-damn it! How much lower and dumber can this group of mobsters—the ObamaMites—go?
