Indepence Day: A Gift to Americans from Angry, White, Christian Males!

Although liberal politicians, aided and abetted by a dysfunctional and non-objective mainstream media, rarely miss an opportunity to tear down white Christian males, the truth is that that demographic has done more to benefit humanity than any other group in human history.

After all, it was a courageous band of angry white Christian men who offered all of humanity a glimmer of hope for freedom when, on July 4, 1776, the following Declaration poured forth from the hearts of those angry white Christian males:

Despite a complete lack of diversity, our Founding Fathers created a formula for self-governance and freedom that has endured for 236 years and made America the envy of the entire world.
They did so with no women, no Hispanics or other people of color, no gays or lesbians, and no atheists or non-Christians in their midst.

Faith and courage, rather than state-mandated diversity and affirmative action, lead our founders to bless America with the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Our Founding Fathers needed but one language--English--to deliver their message to the world, a message of hope that still reverberates through the globe.

Those who persist with a mindless and never ending crusade to discredit our Founding Fathers need to replace the anti-white, anti-Christian, and anti-male rhetoric with a measure of thankfulness.
Again,that demographic has produced and perfected the most successful and prosperous society in human history.

They genuinely deserve the respect and undying gratitude of all Americans-- be they white, brown, black, red, or yellow!

California’s Fiscal Insanity Spreads!

Thanks to far too many years of Democratic rule in the state legislature and an occasional goofy governor from the fringes of the far left (Jerry Brown, Gray Davis, etc.), the once great state of California has been reduced to a third-world disaster, reminiscent of the neighboring failed state of Mexico.

California’s mismanagement of fiscal affairs has grown “progressively” worse, with unflattering emphasis on “progressive.”

As usual, the state is in a financial quandary, this year to the tune of $16 billion dollars, which Governor Brown plans to eradicate with an increase in taxes which he hopes will be approved by voters in November.

Brown will likely succeed in getting the ding bats here to commit financial suicide by raising their own taxes.

You see, voters are none too bright here, which is why Brown is governor and the state legislature is dominated by moon bats whom appear to be clones of Barack Obama, if only in utter disregard for financial responsibility.

Example: A Democrat in the state legislature recently opined that “Living within one’s means” is an outdated concept, to be avoided at all costs.

Her Democrat colleagues have followed this spend-happy liberal’s advice with gusto, which is why the state may soon fall into the Pacific Ocean---not because of an earthquake, but because of the excessive weight of  debt!

Assuming that the Brown taxes are approved, the current budget shortfall will put to bed the current budget gap.

However, when that $16 billion is pumped into state coffers, the message that Democrats will receive is: The dummies took the bait: Time to abandon frugality and spend, spend and spend!

In short order, the irresponsible donkeys (asses, all!) will create another ungodly budget short- fall.

Once again, the minority of people who actually work and conduct their financial affairs in a responsible, orderly fashion will be forced to deal with fiscal Armageddon.

Regrettably, the spending insanity is not confined to Sacramento. As reported at reference 1, financial bankruptcy is in the future for two California cities:

Last week, the city of Stockton, California filed for Chapter 9 bankruptcy protection, this week it's Mammoth Lakes, California.

The two cases appear to be very different in structure and cause, but they also have some commonalities. Stockton's problem was an overwhelming amount of structural public debt, the cause of which appears to be profligate spending and borrowing without a Plan B in case of falling revenue.

Mammoth Lakes, which is in Mono County, went a slightly different route by asking a developer, Mammoth Lakes Land Acquisition, (MLLA) to make improvements to the Mammoth Yosemite Airport, in exchange for the right to build a hotel complex on a 25 acre parcel of the airport property. The rights the city of Mammoth Lakes were offering included an option to buy the acreage also.

L.A. Times and the city website each report various aspects of the problem. The L.A. Times reports that when the city found the addition of a hotel to the property would interfere with FAA guidance and policies for use of the airport for aviation purposes, they backed out of the agreement. It was determined by the city, the hotel project would make it impossible to extend the runway enough to allow Boeing 757 jets to land there.”

There is one upside. The unemployment picture has brightened somewhat—for bankruptcy lawyers!


Sadly, the anti-business environment just got much uglier as the California legislature has passed a bill which kicks lenders in the groin for trying to foreclose on properties in default, as reported at reference 2:

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - California legislators on Monday approved a sweeping bill aimed at stopping abusive practices by mortgage lenders and helping homeowners avoid foreclosure.

The legislation, among the most ambitious of its type in the nation, would bar banks from moving ahead with foreclosures while still negotiating with homeowners over loan modifications, a practice known as "dual-tracking.”

It would also allow lawsuits against banks for so-called "robo-signing," in which foreclosure documents are signed en masse without review. Revelations about robo-signing helped lead to a $25 billion settlement of a multi-state foreclosure lawsuit against major banks.
California Attorney General Kamala Harris, a central player in the foreclosure lawsuit settlement, also played a lead role in developing the legislation approved Monday.

Governor Jerry Brown has not formally weighed in on the legislation, but he is expected to sign it in the coming days.”

Let there be no doubt about it: If the bill is sufficiently anti-business and will cause jobs to leave the state, Jerry Brown will sign it—with gusto!

Perfect Birthday Gift for Uncle Sam: Jail Eric Holder, Release George Zimmerman!

As Uncle Sam celebrates birthday 236 on Wednesday, the old man is in a world-class malaise, brought on by an unholy infestation of Marxist zealots in the White House and in some corners of Congress.

Despite a Constitution replete with safeguards designed to thwart dictators, fascists and big government zealots,  Uncle finds his great nation in the grips of a narcissistic ego-maniac who sees American culture, the Rule of Law, and even the Constitution, as obstacles to his hateful vision of what America should be.

The policies of Barack Obama have driven Uncle’s economy into a perpetual state of chaos with unemployment a major problem for all, young and old alike.

Those same policies have driven America into devastating levels of debt, which resulted in the first downgrading of the nation’s credit in the history of the US.

Under this president, the government has willfully divided the American people on the basis of race and class. Brother against brother, all brought on by the nefarious Big Brother.

Obama’s foreign policies have brought the nation disrespect and ridicule throughout the word. The once proud America is now viewed as a weakling, and perhaps even cowardly.

This president has made the concept of American Exceptionalism but a memory of days gone bye.

Damn little to celebrate, right Uncle?

Well, there is hope. We the People still have the right to elect the president and we will, God willing, exercise that right on November 6.

Barring millions of votes being cast by the dead, illegal aliens, and felons for Barack Obama, there is a good chance that America will reverse the awful mistake of 2008, thereby deposing the King/Messiah/Dictator.

If all goes well this November, Barack Obama will be free to take his hatred for America on a one-way journey to his homeland, the not-so-exceptional Kenya.

Forever!

What to do until November?

Uncle needs something to lift his spirits and that of we the people.

Although it will not address all of the maladies afflicting Uncle Sam, gifting Uncle as follows should lift spirits briefly:


Let’s arrest and incarcerate Eric Holder and release George Zimmerman!

That should set off a few fireworks of celebration to honor Uncle, right?

Happy Birthday America…and remember,  "This too (the tyranny of Barack Obama) shall pass!"

Ignoring ObamaCare: The “Right Thing to Do”!

While it is true that the SCOTUS, in effect, re-wrote ObamaCare so as to find a way, however contrived, to rule that the ill-begotten Marxist mistake passed Constitutionality muster, it is also true that obeying the rule of law is now entirely optional, following the precedent set by Obama himself with respect to illegal immigration, the War Powers Act, the use of executive privilege, recess appointments, and on and on.

Indeed, the era of Progressive Enlightenment has yielded a new standard for compliance.

It’s called “The Right Thing To Do” litmus which, in simple terms, means that if one does not agree with a particular law or equivalent (SCOTUS Ruling), one has the option of simply ignoring the offending statute, with impunity.

Besides providing urgently-needed flexibility for dealing with bureaucratic legislative rot, the “Right Thing to Do” standard is imperative when it comes to issues of grave moral significance such as abortion, taxation without representation, and other mainstays of the Obama reign of tyranny.

As of June 28, the abomination known as ObamaCare has joined the list of government lawlessness which MUST be ignored, and to hell with John Roberts, Stephen Bryer, and all three women “serving” on SCOTUS.

In a bit of good news from an otherwise dreadful week, it is reported in the reference that several Republican governors are indeed refusing to implement ObamaCare, at least until after the election:



WASHINGTON -- Just because the Supreme Court affirmed that the Affordable Care Act is the law of the land, doesn't mean that Republican governors are rushing to follow it.

"We're not going to start implementing Obamacare. We're committed to working to elect Governor Romney to repeal Obamacare," said Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal (R) Friday morning on a call with reporters hosted by the Republican National Committee.

The Affordable Care Act requires states to set up health care benefits exchanges to help Americans buy insurance. If a state fails to act, the federal government will operate that state's exchange program.

States have until Jan. 1, 2013, to demonstrate to the Department of Health and Human Services that it has a plan in place for the exchanges, which are required to be up and running by Jan. 1, 2014.
"On the exchanges, we've continued not to implement the exchanges in Louisiana. We're going to work very hard to get Governor Romney elected so this law will be repealed long before the effective dates," Jindal added.

Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell (R) did not go as far as Jindal on the call, although he made clear that his state is not jumping to comply just yet.

"We don't even know exactly what that federal exchange would look like," he said. "So there's still some uncertainty at this point as to what the right course is. And over the next days and weeks we're going to be evaluating the case as well as the options for Virginia."

On Thursday, another leading Republican governor -- Wisconsin's Scott Walker -- similarly said, "Wisconsin will not take any action to implement Obamacare. I am hopeful that political changes in Washington, D.C., later this year ultimately end the implementation of this law at the federal level."

And so it goes. Responsible governors refusing to follow the Leftist Pied Piper (Obama)into destruction and devastation via ObamaCare.

With any luck at all, voters will repeal Barack Obama himself on November 6, thereby ending the Marxist infestation of the greatest nation in world history.

America Still Haunted by Legacy of GW Bush!

President George W. Bush, 43rd president and second worst in US history, continues to impact life in America in a most distressing manner.

Bush,  the most liberal “conservative” to ever serve, is linked inexorably to both decisions rendered by the SCOTUS this week.

With respect to illegal immigration and the SCOTUS ruling on SB 1070, Arizona’s common sense law for dealing with invaders, Bush 43 was an advocate for illegal aliens and, thus, an opponent of American sovereignty and culture.

Bush set the precedent for inaction and irresponsibility, a precedent that Barack Obama has cheerfully adopted and made even worse with extreme abuses of power and racial pandering to Hispanics.

If Bush had been a real conservative and dedicated patriot, he would have sealed the US-Mexico border on September 12, 2001 following the 911 attacks by Al-Quaeda. He would have kept the borders closed and would have ordered that the 12-30 million invaders living in the US be rounded up, one by one, and kicked back across the border.

If Bush had been in possession of even a hint of common sense, he would have ordered an immediate end to foreign aid to Mexico, and would have demanded that the banditos running that third-world cesspool keep their uneducated, unskilled peasants out of America, or risk war.

Indeed, the invasion of America by illegals should be seen as an act of war, not as a voter recruitment opportunity as seen by the absolute worst president in US history, the very forgettable, Barack Obama.

Unfortunately for America, Bush did nothing to defend the borders or enforce the law. As a result, America has become a dumping ground for corrupt Mexican leaders looking to offload their problems for American taxpayers to handle.

Then there is the matter of ObamaCare, the Marxist take-over of 1/6th of the American economy.

ObamaCare survived a Supreme Court test because Chief Associate John Roberts voted with the liberals on the court and said to hell with America!

Before yesterday, the appointment of John Roberts to SCOTUS seemed to be one of the bright spots on Bush’s otherwise wretched record of disservice to we the people.

Alas, John Roberts turned turncoat on America by voting with the confirmed lefties on the bench, unleashing ObamaCare on an innocent nation.

Once again, the legacy of GW Bush torpedoes the good people of this great nation.

May the likes of GW Bush NEVER again occupy the White House!
