Lusty Chorus of Boos Mock Obama's "I Have a Scheme" Speech

It seems like decades ago that the greatest nation of earth began a mind-boggling experiment in liberal guilt abatement called Obamamania.

That phenomenon essentially turned the mantle of federal power over to a young, handsome and charismatic, but tragically unqualified, black man from the streets of Chicago.

Just five months ago, the Windy City turned itself upside down in celebrating the coronation-deification of Barack Obama whose formula for CHANGE would, we were promised, fix all of the messes left by his predecessor, the unlovable George W. Bush, and all who preceded W. in mismanaging the government from the Oval Office.

From the depressed economy to the war on terror, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the health care crisis, failing automobile industry, illegal immigration disaster, to America's battered image among Mullahs and communist dictators all across the globe, this Obama fellow was the answer.

So we were told.

As it turns out, Barack Obama has gone from the pinnacle of adoration and glory to being the object of lusty of boos in just five short months.

Moreover, in his hometown while speaking from the presidential lectern to boot!

"For all the young president's popularity, the response he got Monday from doctors at an American Medical Association meeting was a sign his road is only going to get rockier as he tries to sell his plan to overhaul the nation's health care system.

"The boos erupted when Obama told the doctors in Chicago he wouldn't try to help them win their top legislative priority—limits on jury damages in medical malpractice cases.

"But what could they expect? If Obama announced support for malpractice limits, that would set trial lawyers and unions—major supporters of Democratic candidates—on the attack. Not to mention consumer groups."

Still, there IS hope: Mid-term elections are but 17 months away, at which time the American people can isolate the Obamamania pandemic by removing many of his left wing co-conspirators from the US Congress!

Obama Says Health Care "Ticking Time Bomb," Blasts Fear Mongering!

When it comes to health care, President Obama seems to be talking in circles, something one does when transparency is just not prudent.

Speaking before the American Medical Association (AMA) in Chicago on Monday, Obama resorted to fear mongering in order to make his point during his "I have a Scheme" address.

"The president repeated that he is "open" to a mandate requiring all Americans to have health insurance. But he said that any plan must address the rising costs of a system he called a 'ticking time bomb' for the federal budget."

During the same address, the president lambasted those who disagree with his ideas by accusing them of using scare tactics and fear mongering.

"Pushing again to get the health care system overhauled, President Obama is arguing that people must be aware of "scare tactics and fear mongering."

According to Barack Obama, when he uses hyperbole and exaggeration, it is for the benefit of the American people.

When opposition is expressed to one of his Marxist brainstorms, it is scare tactics and fear mongering.

Mind you, this president has a five-month history of using fear mongering in order to sell his socialist pap.

For example, that hideous, trillion-dollar pork package, euphemistically termed a "stimulus" bill that the president claimed was needed so urgently that there was no time to read the damn thing, much less intelligently debate it.

The one that is not creating jobs, but is burying future generations of Americans in debt to China.

Rarely does VP Joe Biden provide much in the way of enlightenment on anything regarding public policy. However, Biden was exactly right on Sunday when he said, “everyone guessed wrong” on the impact of the economic stimulus.

Given the fact that this president has not guessed right yet on anything, does it not make sense to rigorously challenge his wisdom and judgment before wasting another trillion dollars of taxpayer money on a socialist scheme that may, in fact, bring ruin to the best medical system on the planet?

Then again, perhaps calling for reasoned thought and debate on socialized medicine is another example of "fear mongering" and scare tactics?

Are Americans Living Too Long to Suit Liberals?

By any reasonably objective standard, the quality of health care available in America is unequaled anywhere on the planet.

Why, then, are socialists like Barack Obama so desperate to replace the best with the least, that being socialized medicine?

How does that serve the American people?

Perhaps it is the high quality of care itself that has the left in a tizzy for CHANGE?

Think about it: Private enterprise and free markets have produced mind-boggling technological advances and new medicines that routinely extend the lives and quality of life for millions of elderly Americans.

Life expectancies have soared and continue to grow, when allowed to prosper in a free market environment.

That may be the problem from the perspective of left wing ideologues.

After all, liberals do not regard human life as anything special, except when it comes to convicted killers whom must be spared every discomfort and pain, regardless of how heinous their crimes.

Liberals see nothing wrong with slaughtering 50 million innocent lives (since the Roe V. Wade ruling) in order to preserve a woman's inalienable right to murder unborn life.

Starving a helpless victim like Terry Schaivo to death is seen as an act of mercy and completely acceptable to the left.

Again, most human life has no intrinsic value to left-wing extremists.

Thus, a medical system that extends the lives of those whose tax-paying days have ended simply makes no sense to the typical liberal.

In fact, to the liberal mind, extending the lives of elderly people is economic suicide because the Social Security ponzi scheme was not designed to accommodate millions of Americans living into their mid -70s or 80s.

According to liberal nut balls, elderly people whose tax paying years have passed, but whom receive Social Security and Medicare benefits, should be covered under single-payer socialized medicine of the type that will thin out their numbers by offering inferior services, long delays, and other problems common in nations like Canada and Great Britain.

Medical care denied to the aging can thus be conferred on younger workers who will be around to tax, tax, and tax for years on end, and to illegal aliens whom Democrats can pander to while trolling for Hispanic votes.

The problems with America's health care have nothing to do with the professionalism or quality of care.

Rather, it has everything to do with providing services and care in accordance with the political objectives of the left.

Now, THAT is sick!

Netanyahu Waters Down Obamamania, Stands Tall for Israel!

Welcome to the big leagues, Barack Obama!

After being whiplashed by Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's upset victory in Iran on Saturday, President Obama was subjected to further abuse by Binyamin Netanyahu of Israel.

"Binyamin Netanyahu tonight endorsed the creation of a Palestinian state after weeks of pressure from Washington, but defied President Obama's demand for a halt to all settlements.

"In a high-profile speech that the Palestinian administration of Mahmoud Abbas said "hobbles all efforts to save the peace process", the Israeli Prime Minister said that the Palestinians must recognise Israel as a "Jewish state" and that any future Palestinian state had to be demilitarised.

“If we have the guarantees on demilitarisation and if the Palestinians recognise Israel as the state of the Jewish people, then we arrive at a solution based on a demilitarised Palestinian state alongside Israel,” Mr Netanyahu said.

“The Palestinian territory will be without arms, will not control air space, will not be able to have arms enter, without the possibility of striking alliances with Iran or [Lebanese Shia militia] Hezbollah."

"Mr Netanyahu also ruled out a complete halt to settlement activity and said that Palestinian refugees dating from the 1948 creation of Israel, and their descendants, would not be resettled inside Israel’s borders."

Hooray for Netanyahu for standing up to Barack Obama in order to advance Israel's best interests. If only the US Congress would do the same for the American people!

Of course, the Obama administration is claiming that Netanyahu's speech was a victory for the president. The Palestinian people obviously do not agree with many stating that the peace process has been undone by Netanyahu's remarks.

Of course, Obama also claimed to be "excited" about the debate in Iran as well.

The bitter truth is that Barack Obama is perceived as weak and ineffective both at home and in foreign lands. His ability to govern and influence world affairs is diminishing rapidly.

Obamamania has been exposed as a foolish hoax. What next from our inexperienced community organizer?

Should American Invade and Occupy Mexico?

Given the fact that Mexico has, in effect, declared war on our sovereign nation by sponsoring the invasion of America by as many as 38 million illiterate peasants from Mexico, is it not time for the United States to respond?

And with vigor?

For example. Congress should formally declare war on Mexico, effective immediately.

President Obama should be ordered to use whatever military force might be needed to wrest control of Mexico from Felipe Calderon and other Mexican elitists whose only solution to domestic problems is to dump those problems on the U.S. side of the border.

Once the U.S. military has firm control of the nation, a task that should take about four hours, tops, Mexico's oil production fields and facilities should be seized.

All oil proceeds should be sent to the U.S. treasury as down payment compensation for the hundreds of billions of American taxpayer dollars wasted by giving public services to illegal aliens.

Other actions that must be undertaken immediately:

*All foreign aid to Mexico should be cut off;

*An interim government should be established under the management of Tom Tancredo who should serve as the acting president of Mexico, pending further action by the U.S.

*Tancredo's administration should include Jeff Sessions of Alabama, Duncan Hunter of California, Frosty Woodbridge, John W. Lillpop and other reasonable conservatives who understand illegal aliens.

*Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio should replace Janet Napolitano as the head of Homeland Security. Arpaio's only priority should be to locate and deport every illegal alien in America, using whatever military and domestic police resources he might need.

*The Tancredo administration should re-write the Mexican constitution and make it a capitol offense for any person in Mexico to cross America's borders illegally, and to make English the official language of Mexico.

*Governor Sarah Palin should be appointed Director of FDA in Mexico. She should immediately ban the production, sale, export, and consumption of tostadas, burritos, and all other Mexican food because of fat, carbohydrates, sodium and other deadly ingredients.

Once law and order have been established in Mexico, Tancredo and his colleagues should return to America and fix the mess here as well!
