Janet Napolitano: Caring for CAIR at U.S. Airports?

By John W. Lillpop

No one can deny that Janet Napolitano faces an extraordinary challenge at American airports.

To begin with, she must implement measures that give the impression that DHS is working diligently to prevent planes from being blown up.

Imagine the public meltdown that would ensue should a jumbo-jet packed with 300 or 400 Americans headed to grandma’s for Turkey Day go up in flames because some careless TSA agent failed to check a suspicious-looking passenger?

On the other hand, Napolitano must respect the privacy and decency concerns of travelers not accustomed to genital groping, fondling, naked body scans, and the presence of strange hands in heretofore forbidden places.

Very challenging, indeed.

Nonetheless, given the ticking time bomb (pun unintended) at U.S. airports, why in the world would Napolitano even consider an “adjustment” that would exempt Muslim women from pat downs?

Lest we forget, terrorism is almost the exclusive domain of Muslims.

Which is not to say that all Muslims are terrorists, but which is to say that nearly all terrorists are Muslim.

Why would the U.S. government move to exempt the group most responsible for terrorism around the globe while making life miserable for children and nuns?

Clearly, Napolitano is responding to political pressure from CAIR.

That being the case, she lacks the judgment and perspective needed to assure that the interests and needs of America are reflected at DHS.

Janet Napolitano is out of control.

What are you going to do about it, President Obama?

More Onerous: Water Boarding or Airport Screening?

Satire by John W. Lillpop

As odd as it may sound, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano seems to have concocted an offense against humanity which is even more despicable and humiliating than the evil practice of water boarding, a favorite of W. and Dick Cheney back in the days when the government was actually more concerned with preventing another 9/11 than coddling Islamofascist freaks with Amanda rights, civilian trials, and other Obama idiocy.

Indeed, what with genital groping, fondling, naked body scans, and intrusion of TSA hands into heretofore forbidden places, Napolitano has managed to make water boarding a relatively respectable procedure for defending the homeland.

In a recent poll (still to be published), 8 out of 10 Americans stated that they would be prefer to be water boarded rather than tortured by TSA perverts who not only look down one’s pants, but whom are now authorized to conduct a “quick feel” as one of one of the great employment perks that Napolitano offers otherwise lowly screening agents.

Ever the most clever deficit-finding cabinet member of the Obama administration, Nappy has even found a way to pay for all of those expense, high-technology body scanners. She saves the more exciting crotch x-rays and peddles same to a sex-starved public with an insatiable appetite for airport porn!

And who said Janet Napolitano is not creative?

Nancy Pelosi Reacts to Charles Rangel Veridct

Satire by John W. Lillpop

Pity poor, old soon-to-be deposed Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

While campaigning for take over of the U.S. House by Democrats in 2006, she had such high hopes for elevating the quality of politicians serving in The People’s House.

If only the American people would install a Democrat majority, she argued, corruption, greed, fraud, lying, and mean-spirited neglect would be replaced by Angels of Liberalism, souls so spiritually pure that wrong would never again be countenanced in the House.

She would, she promised, drain the swamp and clean out the riff raff and bottom dwellers!

She would smoke out, and destroy, House members affiliated with the Culture of Corruption, thereby saving America from all manner of debauchery!

She would restore public confidence in the honesty and integrity of elected officials by eradicating the unworthy from the ranks of the U.S. House!

Then the unthinkable actually happened: The people of America ceded the U.S. House to Marxists and morons, and as a result, Nancy Pelosi proved, beyond a doubt, the existence of the Peter Principle by absconding with the Speaker’s gavel which, by default, meant she was the new Speaker.

Thus began the degradation of the esteemed U.S. House to its current sorry state as the Pelosi House of Ill Repute.

Two years ago, Charles Rangel started making negative news as allegations of tax impropriety began to surface.

These revelations were particularly embarrassing to the “Swamp Lady,” as Nancy Pelosi was known in comedy clubs and other venues where honest people congregate to talk politics.

The joke was that Pelosi’s swamp cleaner was programmed to spit out only members with an R next to their names, thereby leaving blobs of corruption like Rangel unscathed.

Still, Pelosi defended her chubby tax cheat and refused for the longest time to challenge Rangel to abandon his spot as the Chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means.

Month after month, Pelosi continued to stand strong in her stubborn defense of Charles Rangel, waiting, she said. for more definitive proof and facts.

Well, Madam Speaker, how's this breaking news item for more definitive proof?

As reported, in part, at thehill.com:

A House ethics panel has convicted Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.) on 11 of 13 counts of violating House ethics rules.

Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.), the chairwoman of the adjudicatory subcommittee and the full House ethics committee, announced the decision late Tuesday morning following an abbreviated public trial of the 20-term lawmaker and nearly six hours of deliberations.

"We have tried to act with fairness, led only by the facts and the law," Lofgren said. "We believe we have accomplished that mission."

Reached at Pelosi Headquarters in an isolated cage at the San Francisco Zoo, Pelosi reacted, without batting an eye, with this terse inquiry: "Charlie? Charlie Who?"

San Francisco to Ban, “Unkindest Cut of All”?

By John W. Lillpop

How blessed they are, the people of San Francisco!

With problems like crime, drugs, budget shortfalls, crumbling infrastructure, and failing schools apparently solved here, the good people of this liberal nut house can focus on really important issues of grave concern to all of mankind.

In the mind of San Francisco activist Lloyd Schofield, preventing the practice of circumcision is just such a cause.

Which is why Schofield is proposing a ballot measure that would ban circumcision in the City, according to the San Francisco Examiner.

If passed by voters next year, Schofield’s measure would change San Francisco's police code “to make it a misdemeanor to circumcise, excise, cut or mutilate the foreskin, testicle or penis of another person who has not attained the age of 18.”

Asked to comment on the proposed change, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi quipped, “Well, I don’t really know, although you could say its no skin off my nose.”

And so it is, as The City drifts further and further into the abyss of liberal insanity!

Rain, Sleet, & Snow Cannot Stop U.S. Mail: What About Big Labor?

By John W. Lillpop

Imagine an enterprise with a business plan aimed at containing losses, rather than building profits. That could apply to any business beholden to greedy labor unions, including the U.S. postal office.

As reported at CNN.com:

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- The U.S. Postal Service more than doubled its losses in fiscal year 2010, despite cutting billions of dollars in expenses and trimming its staff.

The Postal Service said its net loss totaled $8.5 billion in the fiscal year that ended Sept. 30. That compares to a loss of $3.8 billion the prior year
Chief Financial Officer Joe Corbett said the losses were worsening despite cuts that generated cost savings of $9 billion over the past two years. Those savings came primarily from the elimination of 105,000 full-time positions -- "more than any other organization, anywhere," Corbett said.

As more communications go electronic, mail volume keeps dropping. The Postal Service delivered 170.6 billion pieces in its 2010 fiscal year, compared to 176.7 billion pieces the prior year. That decline cost the service around $1 billion in lost revenue.

"We will continue our relentless efforts to innovate and improve efficiency," Corbett said. "However, the need for changes to legislation, regulations and labor contracts has never been more obvious."

Having destroyed the U.S. automobile industry, Big Labor is once again working against the best interests of the working members it is supposed to serve.

Perhaps Labor Unions should be held accountable under anti-trust law?
