Fog of War Invades Obama's Mind: He Now Cries, Red Line? What Red Line?

Now that he has the entire world on the brink of World War 111 (just to cover his egomaniacal posterior!), Barack Obama has switched gears.

Now the addled one claims to know nothing about a red line.

Red line? What Red line?, The One cries, as reported at the reference:

President Barack Obama on Wednesday declared the world’s credibility “is on the line” when it comes to punishing Syrian President Bashar Assad for his regime’s purported use of chemical weapons.

Speaking at a press conference in Stockholm, Sweden, ahead of a global economic summit in Russia where he will seek to rally support for a U.S. military strike against Syria, Obama said the “red line” he set against a year ago against Syria’s use of chemical weapons isn’t his, but an international standard.

“I didn’t set a red line, the world set a red line,” Obama said. “My credibility’s not on the line. The international community’s credibility is on the line. And America and Congress’s credibility’s on the line."

Yet the difficulty Obama faces in achieving a global consensus was illustrated at the press conference with Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt , who decried the use of chemical weapons and said he understood Obama’s predicament, but said Sweden wants United Nations involvement and a political resolution to the carnage in Syria.

“I understand the problem of not having a reaction to abuse of chemical weapons and what kind of signal that sends to the world,” Reinfeldt said, adding, “But this small country will always say ‘Let’s put our hope into the United Nations, let us push on some more to get a better situation.’ ”

Obama staunchly defended his push for a strike, evoking the death of children from exposure to chemical weapons.

“The moral thing to do is not to stand by and do nothing,” Obama said. “I do have to ask people if in fact you’re outraged by the slaughter of innocent people, what are you doing about it?”

Though Obama has chosen to act before a UN investigation is completed, he said U.S. intelligence shows there’s no doubt that chemical weapons were used by the regime.

“Keep in mind I’m somebody who opposed the war in Iraq, and I’m not interested in repeating mistakes about basing decisions on faulty intelligence," Obama said.”

So why in the Hell have you done nothing to date, Mr. President? Why, for example, have you not shipped arms to the rebels as you promised months ago?

And why are you now walking away from your own words?

Nancy Pelosi Should Listen to 5-Year-Old Grandson And Pope Francis!

When it comes to engaging America in foreign wars, Nancy Pelosi(D-CA) is the quintessential dove-- when the Commander-In-Chief just happens to be named Bush.

However, Pelosi’s dove nature turns decidedly hawkish when the President happens to be a Democrat, as in Barack Obama.

As Pelosi’s five-year-old grandson learned, the former Speaker’s commitment to life is absolute, except when it comes to killing fetus-babies AND when a confused and inept Democrat occupies the White House and wants to “shoot warning shots across the bow” to save his sorry posterior from world-wide humiliation.

Pelosi used her illogical logic on her grandson in an attempt to convince the lad to “give war a chance” as recorded at the reference:

REP. NANCY PELOSI: I'll tell you this story and then I really do have to go. My five-year-old grandson, as I was leaving San Francisco yesterday, he said to me, Mimi, my name, Mimi, war with Syria, are you yes war with Syria, no, war with Syria. And he's five years old. We're not talking about war; we're talking about action. Yes war with Syria, no with war in Syria. I said, 'Well, what do you think?' He said, 'I think no war.' I said, 'Well, I generally agree with that but you know, they have killed hundreds of children, they've killed hundreds of children there. ' And he said, five years old, 'Were these children in the United States?' And I said, 'No, but they're children wherever they are.'

So I don't know what news he's listening to or -- but even a five year old child has to -- you know, with the wisdom of our interest has affected our interests or it affects our interests because, again, it was outside of the circle of civilized behavior. It was humanity drew a line decades ago that i think if we ignore, we do so to the peril of many other people who can suffer.”

Earth to Pelosi: Perhaps your grandson is heeding the words of Pope Francis, the leader of the Catholic Church which you claim to follow?

As reported at the reference, the Pope said the following:

“War never again! Never again war!,” Francis declared Sunday in an Angelus address. Denouncing the use of chemical weapons in Syria, the pope referred to looming “dramatic developments” facing the country and said, “I appeal strongly for peace, an appeal which arises from deep within me.”

In his address, Francis also called for a global day of prayer and fasting Sept. 7, the vigil of the birth of Mary, the “queen of peace,” he remarked, to pray for Syria and the Middle East.

Without mentioning the United States, Francis said Sunday that he “exhort[s] the international community to make every effort to promote clear proposals for peace in that country without further delay, a peace based on dialogue and negotiation, for the good of the entire Syrian people.”
“Never has the use of violence brought peace in its wake,” the pontiff added. “War begets war, violence begets violence.”

Francis added a plea to put down weapons: “I repeat forcefully: It is neither a culture of confrontation nor a culture of conflict which builds harmony within and between peoples, but rather a culture of encounter and a culture of dialogue; this is the only way to peace. May the plea for peace rise up and touch the heart of everyone so that they may lay down their weapons and be let themselves be led by the desire for peace.”

It appears, Mimi, that your grandson has a better fix on the issue than you do!

In the Best Interest of America, Regime Change Essential!

While Barack Obama, John Kerry, and other hypocritical progressives insist that any mission in Syria must not even contemplate “Regime Change” or US boots on the ground, there are those, wiser and more honest by far, who insist that regime change MUST take place.

MUST take place in Washington, D.C., that is!

For it is the haphazard “leadership” of Barack Obama that has driven America to the quagmires in Syria, Egypt, Libya and other lands where the Arab Spring has been promoted by our inept community organizer.

Getting Barack Obama out of office should be the greatest priority of all, Democrats and Republicans alike!

Such change would facilitate a more balanced and reasonable foreign policy and would bring about the changes needed to heal America domestically as well!

Regime change—yes! Starting at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue!

What If Congress Says NO! to Obama’s Face-Saving War?

Senator Rand Paul(R-KY) seems to have gotten ahead of himself a mite when he declared that he was proud of Barack Obama for following the Constitution by waiting for Congressional action on the pending war against Syria.

As reported at the reference, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) Sen. Paul told Harris Faulkner on Fox Report that he’s “proud of President Obama” for following the Constitution.”

Two points worth mentioning: Just why in the hell does the President deserve praise for simply following the Constitution?

Is that not what he is sworn, by oath, to do? In other words, that is his GD job!

Secondly, with all due respect to Senator Paul, there are rumblings that, should Congress fail to approve of Obama’s latest ego trip, The One will launch missiles at Syria anyhow!

How proud will Paul be if and when Obama defies Congress directly by ordering a strike which is specifically against the will of Congress?

Will Paul and the rest of the Congress take immediate steps to impeach and remove our Cowboy-wanna-be from office, pride notwithstanding?

With all of the problems facing America, including the budget and debt ceiling wars, it is simply amazing that Barack Hussein Obama might throw the nation into a Constitutional Armageddon by defying Congress on Syria!

Only a hopelessly deluded ego-maniac would call for a vote with the intent of snubbing his nose at the Constitution should he not get his way.

“Proud” of Obama, Senator Paul? Rubbish!

The “Clear and Present Danger” to America

As the crisis in Syria continues to spin out of control, it is abundantly clear that a dark force of evil represents a “clear and present danger” to the American people and our way of life.

That evil force is not just China and Russia or the terror waged by Islamic fanatics, although all are involved.

In fact, the most formidable menace to our Democracy and freedoms is embodied in the naïve and dangerous personage known as Barack Hussein Obama, alleged 44th President of these United States.

Why such harsh judgment of the President?

Consider, please:

Barack Obama’s dithering indecision, unsound judgment, and basic incompetence should be of grave concern to all Americans, regardless of class, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or political leaning.

Because of the extraordinary power vested in this very ordinary community organizer, his mediocrity, (and worse!), represents a far greater risk to American security, prosperity, and society than global warming, pandemic disease, and nuclear war, combined.

His political weakness on the world stage, evidenced by his mauling of the Syrian crisis, confounds friend and foe alike, leaving a vacuum of leadership and rampant instability all about.

His naïve positions on domestic issues have all but destroyed the traditional 40-hour work week and, in the process, transformed America into a nation of part-time slaves forced by economic depression to live with their parents until late in their 20s.

His egomaniacal drive to implement Obamacare is on track to destroy the world’s finest health care system and replace it with a socialized medicine scheme favored by no one, save anti-business Democrats.

His lack of leadership on social issues has exacerbated the sharp divide of Americans along race and income and threatens to drive the nation into a second civil war.

His craven desire to create a perpetual majority of Democrat voters has caused him to sacrifice national sovereignty, American Exceptionalism, and the value of US citizenship in order to pander to 11 million non-English speaking illegal-alien peasants who have no business being in America, much less being granted citizenship and its attendant perks, for invading our once pristine land.

His blatant disregard for rule of law and the US Constitution is nothing short of scandalous and should result in his removal from office.

All in all, Barack Hussein Obama is the worst thing that has happened to America in more than 200 years, including a civil war, two world wars, a great depression, a number of Category 5 hurricanes, and numerous devastating earthquakes.

Bottom line: Barack Obama threatens the safety and security of all Americans.

He is a clear and present danger to America—he most go!
