In a moral and just administration, Attorney General Holder would have been fired, or at least placed on administrative leave, pending adjudication of the ‘Fast and Furious’ scandal and his involvement, if any.
In an open and transparent administration, the president would have asked the AG to resign or be dismissed.
Unfortunately, President Obama’s agenda has scant little tolerance for truth or ethics.
Thus, Erick Holder remains in power as America’s top law enforcement officer.
Erick Holder allegedly lied under oath to the Congress. That offense, if proved, can lead to a prison term.
Erick Holder may have been an accessory to the murders of two border patrol agents who were slain with weapons walked into Mexico.
Erick Holder has been instrumental in suits filed against the sovereign states of Arizona and Alabama for efforts to deal with illegal aliens, in America because the Obama government refuses to secure the border and enforce the law.
In addition to Holder’s obvious crimes, he is alleged to have used race in determining which cases the DOJ would pursue.
It is alleged that Holder owns a policy which essentially ignores claims made by Caucasians, while aggressively pursuing alleged crimes against people of color.
Using the DOJ as a tool to discriminate on the basis of race is Unconstitutional.
Erick Holder: Why is this man still in power?
