As reported at the reference, Vladimir Putin announced that he will run to be Russia’s President in 2012.
Although I am not all that familiar with Russian politics, I am sure that Vlady will need a good, hard-line communist to join him on the ticket as Veep nominee.
You know, a dedicated Marxist who hates capitalism and America in equal measures.
Putin will be looking for someone with recent experience in circumventing the U.S. Constitution, American rule of law, and other subversive ventures designed to make America a second-tier military and political entity.
Vlady’s running mate must be a gifted orator with a unique ability to operate a teleprompter. Style rather than substance is what Putin is looking for in the ideal candidate, mostly because he wants to be the main attraction.
Very difficult to meet all of the Putin requirements, you say?
Hmm.
Seems to me that there is a dedicated Marxist who will be looking for a new job in 2012 and who otherwise fits the bill to serve as Putin’s running mate.
That would be our very own Barack Obama, although he may be a bit too ideologically radical for the more stoic Putin.
The other potential obstacle has to do with discrimination against minorities: Namely, is Russia ready for a Muslim in Moscow?
