In his latest challenge to common sense and enforcement of the Rule of Law, President Obama has decided that some laws are just too mean-spirited to enforce-- and not in the best interests of his reelection campaign.
An example of left-wing idiocy on steroids involves Obama’s politically-motivated decision to avoid deporting illegal aliens, which is required by law.
As Obama has repeatedly demonstrated, rule of law is fungible, subject to political whims and the crass personal ambitions of a community organizer from Chicago in over his head.
Fortunately, illegal aliens cannot vote. Right?
That, too, is a provision of the law ,which Democrats hold in low regard since most illegal aliens are Hispanics and tend to vote for Democrats, sight unseen.
Do not look for Eric Holder and his corrupt DOJ to be in heated pursuit of voter fraud and other criminal violations that Obama is counting on for 2012!

Bowing to pressure from immigrant rights activists, the Obama administration said Thursday that it will halt deportation proceedings on a case-by-case basis against illegal immigrants who meet certain criteria, such as attending school, having family in the military or having primary responsible for other family members’ care.Hooray for you, Rep. Smith!
The move marks a major step for President Obama, who for months has said he does not have broad categorical authority to halt deportations and said he must follow the laws as Congress has written them.
The top House Republican on the Judiciary Committee said the move is part of a White House plan “to grant backdoor amnesty to illegal immigrants.”
“The Obama administration should enforce immigration laws, not look for ways to ignore them,” said Rep. Lamar Smith, Texas Republican. “The Obama administration should not pick and choose which laws to enforce. Administration officials should remember the oath of office they took to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the land.”
Unfortunately, Obama does not recognize the U.S. Constitution as a legitimate instrument, and regards any oath to uphold said document as frivolous and non-binding.
Which is all the more reason why we the people must unite to impeach Barack Obama in November 2012.
The only question: Can America survive another year of abuse at the hands of Barack Obama?
