For far too long, American citizens have been prevented from taking reasonable steps to defend American sovereignty, language and culture from the onslaught of millions of foreign, non-English speaking illegal aliens from south of our borders.
Going back to 1994 when California voters passed Proposition 187 by a margin of 2-1, liberal judges have conspired against U.S. citizens in favor of the invading criminals. Reasonable state laws and local ordinances designed to combat illegals have been routinely sabotaged by a court system that is biased against the rule of law and states’ rights.
Making matters worse. Democrat politicians and RINOs like George W. Bush have usually come down on the side of illegals, seen as a bonanza of future Democrat voters and cheap labor for big business.
Which is why our borders are not secure and millions of illegals squat here unlawfully.
However, in recent weeks there have been dramatic developments which suggest that times are changing.
Specifically, two recent rulings by the Supreme Court have advanced the notion that states have a great deal of discretion in dealing with illegals , who cost American tax payers more than $100 billion a year.
More and more states are following the lead of Arizona where that state’s battle to implement SB 1070 is seen as more likely than not to prevail given recent rulings.
Alabama Governor Robert Bentley recently signed a bill labeled the “toughest immigration law in America.” Other states are sure to follow suit.
Americans will soon take on the issue of “Anchor Babies,” which is an immoral manipulation by invaders to thwart the rule of law by hiding behind children born in America.
Then the people must decide what to do with the 12-20 million illegal aliens now living here. Patriots and rule of law advocates will demand deportation of all illegals, and given public sentiment these days. that option may be widely received by the American people.
In any event, the day when any Hispanic who wants to invade America is able to do so with impunity is over!
America operates in accordance with rule of law and mainstream Americans are finally becoming aware of the devastating financial and social impact that illegal aliens have on our economy, education, health care, and cultural values.
The overall message to illegal invaders and their friends is simple: Do not come to America by jumping the border fence! There are procedures for migrating legally to America and those who choose to ignore borders and laws will be hunted down and kicked out.
