In the news this morning, a Teachable Moment for Barack Hussein Obama: All politicians know, or should know, that rattlesnakes simply cannot be trusted to remain loyal pets when it comes to political glory and the pursuit of wealth and fame.

Inevitably, the reptile will slither in a direction that benefits the reptile’s interests, regardless of any impact on previous friends and allies.

For years, Barack Obama has employed Democrat Superstar Bill Clinton as his personal pet snake for dealing with all sorts of political crises, most of which are the sole creation of the under-qualified and extremely naïve community organizer now barricaded in the Oval Office and gasping for breath as the chickens of his Marxist health care disaster come home to roost.

On Tuesday, the Arkansas Side-winder bit The One in the posterior and, in so doing, launched the official campaign to elect Hillary Rodham Clinton as the 45th President of these once-great United States.

In a startling rebuke to President Obama, former President Bill Clinton and other Democrats picked apart Obamacare on Tuesday as privacy concerns about the program’s web site multiplied and a video investigation suggested fraudulence among volunteers helping people enroll for government subsidies.
Mr. Clinton called on the president to make good on his repeated and emphatic promise that Americans who like their health insurance plans can keep them. The former president said Mr. Obama should take that step on behalf of consumers whose policies were canceled, “even if it takes a change in the law.”

The White House said Mr. Obama is considering a “range of options” but didn’t commit to Mr. Clinton’s proposal. In a reminder of Mr. Obama’s on-again, off-again relationship with Mr. Clinton, the president’s spokesman pointed out that Mr. Clinton tried and failed to enact universal health care.

The highly public rebuff prompted open speculation that Team Clinton has begun to distance itself from Mr. Obama in preparation for a presidential bid by Hillary Rodham Clinton in 2016. “And so starts the Clinton team slowly walking away from the train wreck that is the Obama presidency,” said John Feehery, a Republican strategist in Washington.”

In essence, Clinton told Obama that he(Obama) should keep his promises, regardless of how insincere, to the American people about keeping one’s health care plan and doctor under Obamacare.

Keep one’s promise? Good gravy, what a concept! What an idea!

Bill Clinton should know that “keeping one’s promises” and “doing the right thing” are heathen notions to the current occupant of the Oval Office, a fallen Messiah from Kenya who must add a swollen butt to his lengthy list of survival mandates after being after being bitten by the side- winding weasel from Arkansas!

3 Percent Enroll in Obamacare: Another Smashing Victory for The One??

Well, the Obamacare numbers have finally been coaxed out of the Communist-in-chief at the White House.

Brace yourselves, pilgrims, because it is not a pretty picture.

Unless, that is, you happen to be a nanny bird-brain like Nancy Pelosi who saw Obama’s global humiliation in the Syrian mess as a “victory” for The One and a bitter defeat for Comrade Putin!

In much the same manner, Obama’s “signature achievement” in domestic policy has brought clarity and meaning to the phrase “Crash and burn.”

How else to describe the expenditure of over $600 million of taxpayer dollars on a web site which is designed to bring full employment and prosperity--- but only to hackers and scam artists, and at the expense of those seriously ill folks searching desperately for honest health care?

If you like your pre-existing conditions and disabilities, rejoice, because with Obamacare you can keep them!

The amazing thing about the Obamacare roll out is that more people lost their existing health plans than signed-up for this Marxist nonsense!

President Barack Obama's healthcare reform has reached only about 3 percent of its enrollment target for 2014 in 12 U.S. states where new online health insurance marketplaces are mostly working smoothly, a report released on Monday said.

States with functioning exchanges have signed up 49,100 people compared with the 1.4 million people expected to be enrolled for 2014, according to the report by healthcare research and consultancy firm Avalere Health.

With enrollment in the federal HealthCare.gov web site serving 36 states stalled by technical failures, the weak sign-ups for functioning insurance exchanges could be due to the administration's difficulty to promote the program as a success, Avalere said.


The government is due to release national enrollment figures for the month of October this week. Open enrollment ends March 31, 2014.

Supporters of Obamacare and health insurers fear that scant participation in the private insurance exchanges will prevent them from becoming a sustainable new individual market, including the right mix of young and healthy members to offset coverage for older, sick people.

Before the Oct. 1 launch of enrollment, policy experts had expected that Americans would sign up gradually to the new Obamacare plans, consistent with the roll out of other healthcare programs like Medicare's prescription drug program for the elderly in 2006, according to Avalere President Dan Mendelson.

The turnout in states with functioning marketplaces has so far been weak rather than gradual, according to Mendelson. This could mean HealthCare.gov's problems, which have prompted high-level oversight hearings led by Republican lawmakers, could be weighing on all states, he said

"The technical problems of the web site and enrollment generally are causing the administration to go much slower on the positive messaging that is necessary to build enthusiasm for the law and that's an issue," Mendelson said.

And for that, the American people forked over $600 million dollars, Mr. President?

Good heavens, sir, what a pity that that $600 million was not used to fund another Solyndra, or other green pipe dreams.

Or, imagine how that $600 million could have been used for food stamps to lure even more illegal aliens here from Mexico in time for the 2014 elections?

Still, Nancy Pelosi warned us that we needed to pass Obamacare to find out what’s in it.

A Disgusting Spectacle: Obama at Arlington Cemetery on Veterans Day!

Just weeks after patriotic, dying America veterans were kicked in the private parts by the Obama Administration during the partial-government shutdown, the tyrannical “tin ear” of our traitorous president has added salt to the open wounds of those whom are supposed to be honored on Veterans’ Day.

Indeed, Barack Obama is making this Veterans Day very ugly by his presence, and by his words which reek of political hypocrisy and disingenuous word games of the worst sort.

Across the nation Americans will honor the sacrifices and service of armed forces veterans with parades, wreath-laying ceremonies, monument dedications and other events. Here are some of the activities scheduled for Monday:

President Barack Obama planned to attend a ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery.

Obama said in his Veterans Day proclamation that the country's obligations to those who have served "endure long after the battle ends." He said their courage, self-sacrifice and devotion represent the American character at its best and he encouraged everyone to honor every service member who has ever worn the country's uniforms.”

To those who genuinely care about American veterans and their souls, the Obama proclamation is a most bitter pill to swallow in light of actions by the administration just weeks ago.

The Obama Administration has decided to block access to public memorials on the National Mall as a result of the government shutdown. Like its decision to end White House tours when the sequester cuts took effect, there is no rational reason for this. The Park Police, nominally in charge of monitoring these spaces, isn't even effected by the shutdown. Shutting off access to these sites is gratuitous and petulant.

Without a doubt. But it's not like this decision was merely an oversight. It was as calculated as it was heartless.

The Daily Caller reported that the decision by Obama's White House was premeditated:

The White House and the Department of the Interior rejected a request from Rep. Steven Palazzo's office to have World War II veterans visit the World War II memorial in Washington, the Mississippi Republican [said]...

"We got the heads up that they will be barricaded and specifically asked for an exception for these heroes," Palazzo told TheDC. "We were denied and told, 'It's a government shutdown, what do you expect?' when we contacted the liaison for the White House."

The group of vets, many of them octogenarians and in declining health, were part of an Honor Flight, a group that sponsors visits to the WWII Memorial for veterans of that conflict. Palazzo, himself a Marine Corps vet of the first Gulf War, has participated on all five flights. Initially, he says he thought the White House's refusal was merely bureaucratic oversight.

"But having talked with the officials I can't help but think this was politically motivated. Honor Flights, which bring WWII veterans to the nation's memorials, are planned a year in advance and cost anywhere between $80,000 to $100,000. How low can you get with playing politics over our nation's veterans?" he said.”

Once again, Barack Obama goes the extra mile in exploiting dying veterans for political purposes!

Obama Using Nobel Peace Prize Credentials as Cover for Throwing Netanyhau and Israel Under the Bus?

Is it possible that Barack Obama’s bitter hatred of Benjamin Netanyhau and Israel might cause our jaded Commander-in-Chief to undercut America’s most reliable ally in the Middle East by allowing the terrorist state of Iran to continue it’s pursuit of nuclear weaponry?

The Obama administration began softening sanctions on Iran after the election of Iran’s new president in June, months before the current round of nuclear talks in Geneva or the historic phone call between the two leaders in September.

While those negotiations now appear on the verge of a breakthrough the key condition for Iran—relief from crippling sanctions—began quietly and modestly five months ago.
A review of Treasury Department notices reveals that the U.S. government has all but stopped the financial blacklisting of entities and people that help Iran evade international sanctions since the election of its president, Hassan Rouhani, in June.

On Wednesday Obama said in an interview with NBC News the negotiations in Geneva “are not about easing sanctions.” “The negotiations taking place are about how Iran begins to meet its international obligations and provide assurances not just to us but to the entire world,” the president said.

But it has also long been Obama’s strategy to squeeze Iran’s economy until Iran would be willing to trade relief from sanctions for abandoning key elements of its nuclear program.

One way Obama has pressured Iran is through isolating the country’s banks from the global financial sector, the networks that make modern international commerce possible. This in turn has led Iran to seek out front companies and cutouts to conduct routine international business, such as selling its crude oil.

In this cat and mouse game, the Treasury Department in recent years has routinely designated new entities as violators of sanctions, forcing Iran to adjust in turn. In the six weeks prior to the Iranian elections in June, the Treasury Department issued seven notices of designations of sanctions violators that included more than 100 new people, companies, aircraft, and sea vessels.

Since June 14, however, when Rouhani was elected, the Treasury Department has only issued two designation notices that have identified six people and four companies as violating the Iran sanctions.

When an entity is designated as a sanctions violator it can be catastrophic. Banks and other investors almost never take the risk of doing business with the people and companies on a Treasury blacklist because of the potential reputational harm and the prospect they could lose access to U.S. financial markets.”

As concerns a possible “deal” with Iran, Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is not amused as reported at reference 2:

"I met Secretary Kerry right before he leaves to Geneva," said Netanyhau. "I reminded him that he said that no deal is better than a bad deal. That the deal that is being discussed in Geneva right now is a bad deal. It’s a very bad deal. Iran is not required to take apart even one centrifuge. But the international community is relieving sanctions on Iran for the first time after many years. Iran gets everything that it wanted at this stage and it pays nothing. And this is when Iran is under severe pressure. I urge Secretary Kerry not to rush to sign, to wait, to reconsider, to get a good deal. But this is a bad deal--a very, very bad deal. It’s the deal of a century for Iran; it’s a very dangerous and bad deal for peace and the international community."

UC Berkeley, Birthplace of Free Speech, Goes PC-Goofy Over Illegal Aliens!

The long-standing legacy of UC-Berkeley as the birthplace of the free speech movement has been shattered to shreds by knot heads in the student government whom have banned the term “illegal immigrant” from its discourse, deeming the phrase racist, offensive, unfair and derogatory.

In an unanimous vote, student senators passed a resolution that stated the word “illegal” is “racially charged,” “dehumanizes” people, and contributes to “punitive and discriminatory actions aimed primarily at immigrants and communities of color.”

The “resolution in support of drop the I-word campaign” was approved 18 to 0 with one abstention on Oct. 30, according to a copy of the meeting’s minutes obtained by The College Fix.

Its approval marks at least the second time this semester that a public university’s student government has voted to eradicate the phrase. UCLA passed a nearly identical measure in late August.

There is an estimated 900 students in the country illegally who are currently enrolled in the 10-campus, University of California system, according to UC officials. These students live in “fear” because former Homeland Security secretary Janet Napolitano is now president of the UC system, according to the resolution, which aims to “create a safe campus environment for all students.”


“No human being is illegal,” the resolution continues. “ ‘Foreign nationals,’ ‘undocumented immigrants,’ ‘immigrants without papers’ and ‘immigrants seeking status’ are examples of terms we can use that do not dehumanize people.”

Student Sen. Wendy Pacheco said it was not just symbolic, but aimed to shift how people see their “fellow human beings,” that it’s not OK for someone to feel comfortable calling another “illegal,” while student Sen. Sean Tan said discouraging the word will help ease the negative psychological harm undocumented students face by the label.”

To Ms. Pacheco and others of her ilk:

It is NOT OK to invade America and violate our borders and immigration laws. Doing so ignores US sovereignty, the rule of law, and the rights and well being of citizens!

Illegal aliens impose negative psychological harm on people who belong here!

It also costs American taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars each year and is a major disruptive force in US education, health care, political, and housing institutions.

Free Speech demands honesty and clarity: Those who come here illegally are ILLEGAL ALIENS. PERIOD!
