Why Not DREAM Help for U.S. Citizens Rather Than Illegals?

Good tidings of Joy as Democrats have shelved, at least temporarily, their insane effort to waste billions of taxpayer funds on the children of illegal aliens, who, by definition, are also illegal.

Following passage of the anti-American DREAM act in Nancy Pelosi’s House of Horrors on Wednesday, President Obama polluted the air waves with nonsensical drivel about the historic nature of the House vote.

The One was quoted as saying, "This vote is not only the right thing to do for a group of talented young people who seek to serve a country they know as their own by continuing their education or serving in the military, but it is the right thing for the United States of America."

The right thing to do, sir? Really?

Given the fact that DREAM rewards people for breaking and entering into our sovereign nation, thereby encouraging another 12-40 million invaders to follow suit, just how is that the right thing?

How in the world can a nation that claims to be a nation of laws, undercut those who follow the rules by allowing the cheaters to advance to the front of the line?

With all due respect, Mr. President, America owes exactly NOTHING to those here illegally. They have violated our borders and immigration laws and need to leave or be deported as soon as possible.

Instead of making crime pay for illegal aliens, why not demand that they return to Mexico, or other nation of origin, file the paperwork needed for LEGAL migration, and then wait their turn in line as millions of others are forced to do?

Why not give rule of law a chance?

By the way, Obama’s reference to illegal aliens as a “group of talented young people” brings up an interesting question: What about the millions of talented American citizens who could use $6 billion plus a year to further their education?

Think of the inner cities where African-Americans are stuck in the quagmire of poverty sparked by lack of education.

Why should the U.S. government waste a single penny on illegal aliens when there is such great need among U.S. citizens?

In addition, the Department of Homeland Security recently confirmed that it would be less expensive to deport all illegal aliens:

On December 3, Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs, Nelson Peacock, responding to request from several U.S. Senators, including Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX), wrote: “Our conservative estimate suggests that ICE would require a budget of more than $135 billion to apprehend, detain and remove the nation’s entire illegal immigrant population.”

In July 2010, the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) released the results of a study which examined the costs of illegal immigration at the federal, state and local levels. The study found that U.S. state and local governments shell out $84.2 billion annually in various services (law enforcement, schools, social services, etc.), with California taxpayers alone, spending $21 billion on illegal aliens every year.

The same study found that $29 billion is spent every year in federal funds on illegal aliens.

So, while it would cost a one-time fee of about $135 billion to deport every single illegal alien in the country, it is actually a bargain considering the fact that it already costs us $113 billion annually to keep them here.

Time to scrap the DREAM foolishness and let the deportations begin!

Of Sanctimonious Purists, Hostage Takers, and Obama “Cool” Gone Missing!

One of Barack Obama’s greatest strengths back in the day was his alleged “cool,” his uncanny ability to remain calm and detached, thereby giving his superior intellect full reign in problem solving.

Unfortunately, THAT was then, this is now!

Now, up to his mega-ears in dealing with an oversupply of domestic and foreign kerfuffels, many of his own making, the Obama “cool” seems to have gone missing.

That has been particularly obvious in recent days as Obama has been whipped mercilessly by both liberals and conservatives in the wars being waged to determine whose tax cuts will be sacrificed at the altar of deficit reduction and whose will be extended in order to create jobs and everlasting prosperity.

Still smarting from the revolt brewing among kindred spirits on the far left, Obama lashed out at “sanctimonious purists” who threatened to turn his “deal” with the GOP into mush.

He even went so far as to blame Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid for failing to vote on the Bush tax cuts before the calamitous elections of November 2, a strategy that he reckons would have exposed Republicans as despicable advocates of the rich in contrast to Democrats who are all about giving to the poor and down trodden.

Not very well disguised was the clear implication that if Pelosi and Reid had only listened, there would be 70 or so more Democrats in the 112TH Congress come January.

If ONLY those sanctimonious purists has listened!

Having purged himself of the festering bitterness within as regards the left, Obama coolly turned to rascals on the right, those GOP “hostage takers” who were, according to Obama, anxious to extend tax cuts for the well-to-do while increasing taxes on the middle-class.

That dilly flies directly in the face of the fact that not one Republican is on record as supporting tax increases on middle-class Americans, or any class of American for that matter.

The ONLY call for higher taxes to date has come from Obama and purists on the left, those meddling Marxists who want to “soak” the well-to-do in order to make 15 million unemployed middle-class folks feel better.

In truth, Obama and his Marxist agenda are “hostages” only to the will of the American people as expressed so profoundly on November 2.

The fact that the vaunted Obama cool is included among the hostages is of no concern to those who want this nation’s problems addressed in a responsible and rational manner!

Why All the Progressive “Humbug” at Christmas?

Other than the fact that liberals generally dismiss Christmas as pagan nonsense about a virgin birthing a baby Jew who would save the world, how does one explain all the glum coming from progressives and their self-anointed Messiah, Barack Hussein Obama?

After all, The Anointed One used his miraculous powers to save tax cuts for the middle class, he extended unemployment benefits to those left without work as a result of 23 months of Obamanomics, and he reduced the withholding amount that Uncle Sam will be able to skim off the top of everyone’s pay check.

What’s not to be joyful and merry about, what with all those economic goodies crammed into Obama’s sleigh for the middle and lower classes?

Ah, yes, there is the one fly-in- the- ointment, the poison in the honey that will surely ruin the progressive merriment and joy.

That would be those god-awful, unfair tax cuts for the well-to-do, the bane of any leftist worth his or her weight in class warfare.

How dare Obama agree to a heathen policy which treats the wildly successful and small business people with the same mercy applied to everyone else?

How dare the president propose to treat the rich like all other Americans when the moment is ripe for government to take from the well-to-do and redistribute their treasure to the unwashed?

Actually, Obama’s breaking news announcement did precipitate a goodly bit of uncontrollable laughter, mostly gleaned from watching Ed Schultz go apoplectic with rage at the good deeds of his former hero, the now-dumb-as-mud, Barack Hussein Obama.
Rarely has live television provided such spontaneous and sustained hilarity as in the Ed Schultz Nervous Meltdown, broadcast immediately following Obama’s announced compromise/surrender.

Mr. Ed is sooooooooo typical of lefty moon bats that reek of envy and absolute hatred for anyone with the audacity to Succeed While Republican (SWR).

Although this reporter has nothing approaching credible proof, I sincerely believe that Schultz and many others of his ilk would joyfully allow tax cuts for 100 middle class families to expire, driving said families to foreclosure and bankruptcy at Christmas, in exchange for “soaking” just one rich family with a nasty tax hike.

Such is the small- minded evil that lurks in the tattered minds of liberals who would have the world believe that they are all about helping the underdog, the down trodden, and the disadvantaged, when the exact opposite is true.

For his part, Obama appeared to be deeply pained and angered by what he referred to as, “The right thing to do.”

Gee whiz, Mr. President, if it is best for the nation, why all the pain and anger? Why not more of the vaunted “non-partisan” spirit to cheer the hearts of all?

Oh, and one question, Mr. President: Why are you so incensed at the notion of adding $700 billion to the deficit by letting the well-to-do keep more of THEIR money, when you were so willing to waste close to a trillion dollars on a “stimulus” pig in a poke?

And how is it that that $700 billion will only add to the deficit, without producing commiserate economic growth and jobs?

Why not lighten up and remember, ‘Tis the Season to Be Jolly!”

Defending American Sovereignty NOT Racist!

Contrary to the perception of editorial writers at great newspapers like the New York Times, defending American sovereignty is not an expression of racist hatred. In fact, it (defending America) is essential if this republic is to survive.

Acting in the best interests of America means, among other things, preventing further invasions from third world illegal aliens. It also means deporting those already here.

Please save the teary sob stories and lamentations for the poor Mexican migrants who come to America only for a better life. In fact, there are upwards of 38 million of these conniving criminals in America right now.

Most illegal aliens from Mexico fit the following profile, written in the first person for clarity:

"My name is Pedro Ignacio Garcia. My wife and I came to America by crossing the border in Arizona on January 2, 2009. We had to sneak across the border into America because the U.S. immigration system is broken, at least that is what the Mexican government told us.

"Mexican officials told us to have as many children as possible as soon as possible once we got settled in America. We have had four children since; all of whom are American citizens that we are counting on to keep the U.S. government from sending my wife and I back to Mexico. We had planned to come to America in 2010, but we found that my wife was pregnant so we came in 2009 so that the triplets would be born in America.

"We came to America because we heard your president and Democrats like Harry Reid say many nice things about Mexicans who come to America illegally.

"One of the major attractions for us is your excellent system that provides free medical service, especially since I have no health insurance for myself or family. We are very concerned that some hospitals are closing because of the costs of serving poor people like us. We believe that the health insurance premiums for Americans should be increased to cover poor people from Mexico.

"I am very proud of my Mexican heritage and love Spanish, the language of love. I believe that learning English is a waste of time so I do not bother. We have demanded that the public schools teach our children in Spanish. Who needs English?

"We proudly fly the Mexican flag in remembrance of the fact that much of the land that is America was stolen from Mexico. Our children are being taught that retaking that land for Mexico is what God wants us to do.

"I am a potential carrier of deadly strains of tuberculosis and other diseases eradicated in the modern world 75 years ago, but which are still rampant in my beloved Mexico. That is why American citizens need to make sure me and my family receive the very best in medical care.

"I do not pay no stinkin' income taxes to any local, state or federal government. How else could I afford to work for wages that allow me to take jobs from American citizens?

"Our family is on welfare and food stamps even though we are not eligible. We have fake IDs that say we are legal, and we have fake social security numbers to prove it.

"We are saving our pesos to buy a big, beautiful home. But we are worried about the loan credit crisis now threatening to make credit inaccessible to illegal aliens. As with health insurance, we believe the solution is simple: Increase the interest rates paid by American citizens to cover the risk associated with lending to illegal aliens from Mexico.

"We hear that white people want to secure the U.S. borders to keep terrorists out. Phooey! Why would we Mexicans do harm to the land of free tacos, education, health care, food, and housing?

"Our favorite American heroes are George Lopez and all Democrats! We love Hillary Clinton, mucho!

"God bless Mexico and the stupid American gringos who want to hand the United States over to illegal aliens!"

Questions: Why should America allow another 38 million Pedro Garcias into our great nation, and why are people like Pedo and his family not rounded up and deported immediately?

BREAKING NEWS-- America's Immigration System NOT Broken!

Open borders advocates, also known as enemies of America, are seemingly intent on transforming this nation into a third world cesspool. These malcontents continue to use subterfuge and deceit in order to keep America from securing our borders and enforcing the rule of law.

The latest refrain spewing from the anti-rule of law crowd is, "America's immigration system is broken. We cannot stop illegal aliens without comprehensive immigration reform."

Borderdash!

That is nothing but pure Tequila snake oil, which originates with the likes of Felipe Calderon and Vicente Fox, present and past presidents of third world Mexico, who oppose anything that will prevent them from dumping millions of peasants onto the backs of American taxpayers.

Tragically for American citizens, Tequila snake oil is palatable to Democrats who can no longer win elections without getting votes from illegal aliens, and to Republicans who are committed to providing an unending pool of slave labor for greedy business people.

In fact, America's immigration system is not broken at all!

Existing immigration laws will work perfectly fine, provided such laws are enforced, a fact that is confirmed daily in states like Oklahoma where rigid enforcement is forcing large numbers of illegal aliens to self-deport!

Repeat: Enforcement of existing laws will prevent illegal aliens from coming here in the first place, and will drive criminals already here back to their nation(s) of origin!

Instead of upholding their sworn oath and Constitutional duty to defend America from all enemies, foreign and domestic, many of America's so-called leaders blather on and on about "comprehensive" reform, which is liberal-speak for amnesty.

In truth, comprehensive reform is the Monopoly- game equivalent of "get out of jail" cards for 12-38 million criminal freeloaders and scam artists.

Solving the illegal alien crisis is really quite simple:

1. Secure the borders, with military force, if needed.

2. Cut off all foreign aid to Mexico until that nation takes action to keep Mexican citizens from invading America.

3. Enforce all immigration laws currently on the books, and

4. Round up and deport all illegal aliens.

Put in terms even corrupt politicians should be able to understand, "America don't need no stinkin' immigration reform!"
