Barack “Dude” Obama has managed just enough humility to concede that his side was “shellacked” Tuesday last, and to acknowledge that his Marxist grip around the throats of the American people has been shoved away, ever so slightly.
Still, ‘Bama still has not been able to wrap his brain around the notion that his policies actually caused the great puke- out of November 2.
In Obama’s convoluted logic, November 2 had nothing to do with the Marxist nightmare known as ObamaCare, or the pandering to terrorist murderers, or the refusal of his administration to protect American citizens from criminal aliens from Mexico, or the Eric Holder “whites need not apply for justice” injustice department, or the exploding deficit which his spending has made all the worse, or his crude habit of apologizing for American policies (except his own) while on foreign soil, or his dithering in moments when decisive presidential leadership is essential, or the numerous other examples of offensive and anti-American nonsense originating with current occupant of the Oval Office.
As Obama sees it, his drubbing was not a reaction to his condescending, talking down, attitude toward the American people, or his bloated ego, or his narcissism, or his “holier than thou” demeanor, or his outright contempt for American values.
In Obama’s mind, the stomping that he and over 70 of like-minded Democrats in the U.S. House and Senate endured was nothing more than a communications breakdown, a simple case of not providing enough sizzle to allow unwashed nincompoops to grasp all the good that his brand of socialism was delivering.
This cognitive dysfunction can be seen clearly in Obama’s post-mortem analysis in which he said, approximately: “If unemployment were at 5 percent, no one would have any problem with my policies;” a classic dance around the truth and reality on Wednesday, the morning after.
With all due respect, Mr. President, your policies are the major reason why unemployment has not dropped to 5 percent, or lower, several months ago!
Were it not for ObamaNomics, American businesses would have reduced unemployment AND saved taxpayers the trillion dollars wasted on the “stimulus” folly.
Further, were it not for your bitter contempt for capitalism and private enterprise, the full force and power of the U.S. government would not have been used to ambush American business, the Chamber of Commerce, and the most successful of Americans through mindless, anti-success policy.
A worker-friendly administration would have recognized that jobs are created and sustained by encouraging, rather than obstructing, private enterprise.
Incidentally, when health care reform was gerrymandered through the Congress in March, you personally assured Democrats anxious for their political careers that ObamaCare would be wildly popular with voters and would, in fact, help those who supported your Marxist scheme get re-elected.
On Tuesday night, the only thing wildly popular about ObamaCare was the mad rush to kick those who installed this monstrosity out of office, while making it perfectly clear that they were no longer welcome in Washington!
If your dismal showing was only about communications lapses, sir, how is it that Americans knowingly jeopardized the future of your “signature” legislation by voting for scores of politicians committed to expunging said bill, fully or in part, from public law?
Pardon the audacity, sir, but it would appear that you are at risk of wasting a perfectly fine “teaching opportunity” with your refusal to face the truth, which, simply stated, is as follows:
CHANGE as defined by you, is NOT something that most Americans need or want!
