Catholic Bishops Abort Obama’s Hideous “Accommodation”

To those concerned about President Obama’s so-called ‘accommodation’ on the birth control issue, the Obama plan was yet another striking example of government gone completely amuck under a man too arrogant to fully understand the term ‘conscience.’

What else but blind arrogance would cause a supposed intellectual to propose that Catholic concern about mandated coverage for contraception services could be assuaged by simply forcing private insurers to pay for services which offend the conscience of millions of Catholic faithful?

In simple terms even Obama should be able to grasp, the issue is NOT about money! Rather, it is about the intrinsic, spiritual value of human life and the moral obligation to keep government from interfering with the domain of life, which is, or should be, the exclusive property of God.

According to many Catholics, the practice of contraception is evil and wrong, regardless of who picks up the tab!

How in hell can that concept be so difficult for the “smartest man in America” to grasp?

As reported at the reference, in part, Obama’s stupid attempt to sweep the issue under the rug was smacked down by Catholic bishops:

“Catholic bishops said Friday night that they would not support the Obama administration's proposed compromise on a controversial rule that requires most employers to fully cover contraception in their workers' health plans.

The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, which had led opposition to the regulation, issued a statement saying that they didn't believe their concerns were addressed by a new policy offered by President Barack Obama on Friday morning to allow religious employers who object to the use of birth control to turn over responsibility for covering it to insurance companies.

Under the new policy, religious employers that don't want to offer contraception could exclude it from their policies.

Insurance companies instead would be required to provide access to contraception for plan participants who wanted it, without explicitly charging either the religious employer or worker.”

Given the fact that Obama is not a Catholic, his confusion is somewhat understandable.

Still, the Vice President Catholic as is the Minority Leader in the U.S. House of Representatives.

How is it that neither Joe Biden nor Nancy Pelosi has been able to rescue Barack Obama from this quagmire of religious bigotry?

Islam a “Religion of Peace”? Where?

It may be true that Islam is indeed a “Religion of Peace” as has been contended by U.S. Presidents Bush and Obama, as well as by other Muslim apologists.

Most rationale Americans, however, will blanche at the very notion, given the events of 9/11.

Furthermore, the “Religion of Peace” moniker seems completely at odds with reality in view of current events:

The slaughter of innocent Muslims by the Assad regime continues unabated in Syria despite widespread revulsion and condemnation throughout the world; Iran continues to defy the world in pursuing nuclear-nation status, a defiance that is very close to erupting into all-out war; more than a year following the purging of dictator Muhammad Hosni Mubarak from power in Egypt and following democratic elections, Muslims are again being killed in Tahrir Square because, of all things, disputes involving football; the so-called “great achievement” of the Obama administration in Iraq seems tenuous, at best, and more likely to devolve into chaos; and Muslims continue to destroy Muslims in Afghanistan as the House of Obama-Clinton tries to negotiate peace in that God-forsaken hell-hole where peace has been evasive for decades, if not centuries.

And so it is, throughout the middle-east and Africa, Muslims are taking up arms against fellow Muslims in issues of great significance to issues not worthy of bloodshed (football), at least by Western standards.

A variety of words can be used to make sense when discussing the Muslim faith. “Religion of peace” is NOT among them!

Exactly Whom (Or What) Is the Republican “Establishment”?

As the GOP struggles to find a viable (or at least reasonable) candidate to oppose Barack Obama, the odd twists and turns in the fortunes of the surviving combatants are often attributed to those anonymous rascals known only as the Republican “establishment.”

No one seems to know who or what the hell the term means.

Is it, for example, El Rushbo? Seems most unlikely since he himself occasionally chides the establishment for being the most potent weapon in Obama’s re-election arsenal.

Very well, then, maybe “it” is the Bush Family, consisting of two former presidents and a third who fancies his likeness on Mt. Rushmore?

Are the Bush boys willfully sponsoring discontent and mayhem among Republicans so as to leave open a spot for Jeb when the moment is just right later in 2012?

Just who the holy hell is the omnipotent establishment that is in control of everything, especially since it seems as though no one is controlling anything?

Matt Drudge? Michael Savage? Charles Krauthammer or Brit Hume?

Who has the power and respect (and money) to dictate whom will be the alternative to our Marxist president?

Could it be that voters ARE in fact the Establishment by virtue of participation in elections and polls?

That last notion seems utterly implausible, given the fact that Republican voters are mindless Sheeple who will vote for anyone with an R next to his or her name, regardless of ideology or qualifications.

Great News! Court Disqualifies Candidate Because of Poor English Skills

In a very encouraging bit of news from Arizona, a woman was disqualified from running for office based on her poor English skills.

As reported, in part, at the reference:

PHOENIX (Reuters) - A woman barred from seeking elected office in an Arizona border town by a judge who ruled she did not have a sufficient grasp of English has decided to fight the controversial ruling, and filed an appeal on Friday, her lawyer said.

A Yuma County judge disqualified Alejandrina Cabrera, a U.S. citizen born in Yuma, from running for a seat on the city council in the town of San Luis this week for what he called a "large gap" between her English proficiency and that required to serve on the council.

"It was clear to the court that she was stymied by many questions, did not understand many questions, failed to comprehend what was being asked, and guessed at answers," the court ruling said.

The judge, in a move that sparked a debate over language in often bilingual U.S.-Mexican border communities, said Cabrera's English was not of the level needed to carry out the professional duties required of a representative of the public.

Hooray for this common-sense judge! Perhaps Cabrera should move to Mexico and run for office in that failed , 3rd-world state?

This sort of ruling is desperately needed throughout America for occupations which attract foreigners who deal with the public and MUST be fluent in English.

After all this is America, despite the best efforts of Barack Obama and the democrat party.

A new standard should be applied:

Press 1 for English, or

Press 2 to begin deportation process!

Nancy Pelosi Threatens Newt Gingrich: Another Goofy Meltdown?

Over the years, while a member of the U.S. House, Nancy Pelosi (D-San Francisco) has acquired quite a legacy for saying and doing some truly foolish things

Among her most memorable faux pas moments are the following:

Catholic fathers have not concluded whether or not abortion is wrong.

Enforcement of America’s borders & immigration laws is “un-American.”

Those who oppose building a mosque at ground zero in New York should be investigated by Congress.

It was imperative to pass ObamaCare in a heated rush so that Congress could then determine what was exactly in the bill.

Sealing off the Mexican border to prevent illegal drugs from coming into America is far too expensive and ineffective. Better to spend taxpayer money on treatment programs for those Americans actually harmed by such illegal drugs.

Despite information to the contrary in all the polls, Democrats would retain majority control over the U.S. House as a result of the 2010 elections, and she would return as Speaker.

Pelosi’s latest mind warp caused her to stick her unwelcome, unneeded, and uninformed nose in the Republican nominating process by, in effect, issuing a threat against Newt Gingrich.

As reported at the reference, the Pelosi bombshell included the following exchange with John King of CNN:

John King, CNN: "You make your case there passionately for President Obama. But also understand that this is a tough reelection climate for any president, Democrat or Republican in this economy. Because of your history with Speaker Gingrich, what goes through your mind when you think of the possibility, which is more real today than it was a week or a month ago, that he would be the Republican nominee and that you could come back here next January or next February with a President Gingrich?"

Rep. Nancy Pelosi: "Let me just say this. That will never happen."

King: "Why?"

Pelosi: "He's not going to be President of the United States. That's not going to happen. Let me just make my prediction and stand by it, it isn't going to happen."

King: "Why are you so sure?"

Pelosi: "There is something I know. The Republicans, if they choose to nominate him that's their prerogative. I don't even think that's going to happen."

When asked about Pelosi’s threat, Gingrich had the perfect rejoinder:

Bring it on! I would prefer to have her threats than her endorsement!

And so it is in the battle for preeminence among former Speakers of the U.S. House!

America Is Back, Mr. President? What About “Fast and Furious?”

How in the world President Obama mustered up the chutzpah to stand before a Joint Session of Congress and 300 million Americans via television and declare, “America is back!” during his State of the Union campaign speech is a matter best left to those who specialize in abnormal psychology.

For the rest of us, only Obama’s blind eye to truth and reality were more grotesque than his unseemly attempt to skate away into narcissistic heaven using former President George W. Bush as his means for propelling his sorry self.

Unemployment at 8.5%, housing market in complete ruins, millions of middle-class Americans facing foreclosure and or bankruptcy, federal debt level in excess of $15 trillion and rising, uncontrolled spending, credit rating downgraded with more degradation likely, and 70-80 percent of Americans in a snit over the fact that America is headed in the “wrong direction.”

And THAT translates into America being “back,” sir?

Of course the president is going to emphasize whatever morsel of good news he can conjure up especially in an election year.

But, really now, “America is back?”

Does anyone other than Michelle's 35 servants believe that?

By the way, Mr. President, how about the “Fast and Furious” scandal which has engulfed your administration, particularly Attorney General Eric Holder, in disgrace, crime, cover-up, and corruption?

There was a time in our history when shipping weapons to terrorists in a foreign nation against the will of Congress and the law was considered an impeachable offense.

Or have you and your Democrat partners-in-crime not heard of the Iran-Contra snafu during Ronald Reagan’s second term?

Unlike your “Fast and Furious” attempt to circumvent the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution, Iran-Contra did NOT lead to the death of any border patrol agent or other American.

America is back, sir?

State of the Union: Occupied and In Decline!

Were President Obama to break with tradition and give an honest report about the real State of the Union, he would be compelled to admit that America is occupied by forces hostile to the U.S. Constitution—himself and the Marxists in the U.S. House and Senate. Those forces are opposed to free-market capitalism and the rule of law held in such high esteem by the majority of Americans.

He would also be obligated to acknowledge that America is in a serious state of decline, from outlandish deficit spending, decimation of education, health care, housing, and automobile interests by the socialist policies of his administration, reckless abandonment of the commitment to keep America safe through a strong military, forfeiture of American borders, language and culture in favor of illegal aliens seen as prospective democrat voters, and general acceptance of lower moral values.

In a word, under Obama the nation “sucks”!

Almost single-handedly, this president has made a mockery of American Exceptionalism, preeminence, and superiority.

Tragically, that is precisely what he planned to do!

Obama’s awful legacy threatens to end America as we know.

Only by uttering the following four words can Obama move to save America and salvage his name for history.

Those words: Effective immediately, I resign!

Go for it, Mr. President.

Creeping Trepidation

Not that long ago, routing Barack Obama from office seemed like a lead-pipe cinch. His approval/disapproval numbers were upside down with approvals headed even further south, his gaffes were of the sort one would expect from an inexperienced, unprincipled dolt, and his ill-begotten policies managed to offend nearly everyone, including those constituents generally regarded as democrat-friendly.

Everything The One touched from foreign affairs to mismanagement of the economy, to the degradation of American values and culture, went bad, very bad, from the very moment his fumbling hands got involved.

For conservatives, 2012 was going to be a banner year. On the heels of the humiliating “shellacking” administered to liberals in the U.S. House and, to a lesser extend, the Senate, the Republicans seemed to be in control, with the very real possibility that the executive and legislative branches of government would be returned to we the people through GOP wins in November.

However, events over the past several months have resurrected, at least partially, the Obama magic from 2008.

Mind you, its not that Obama is suddenly performing effectively or anything nearly so radical. In fact, Obama’s recent rejection of the Keystone pipeline project is one of his most inexplicable failings to date.

What with unemployment still rampant, oil soaring above $100 a barrel, and the possibility of all out war in the Middle East rising with each new centrifuge fired up by the Islamic Republic of Iran, now would seem an awful time to reject a proposal for importing oil from a friendly neighbor (Canada) which would add perhaps 20,000 new jobs for Americans, reduce dependence on middle east oil, and provide a common sense approach to meeting America’s energy needs.

Yet reject that offer is exactly what this president did, in spite of his ringing oratory about jobs, jobs, and jobs. NOW, NOW, NOW!

Apparently, jobs are cool, except when environmental extremism needs to be served.

Thus it was YES to the environmental whackos, and NO to American jobs!

More ammunition to use against this fumbling, bumbling loser, right?

Yes, of course. However, the problem is that candidates for the Republican nomination have spent the past year fighting among themselves and acting like the Special Olympics children that Obama loves to mock and ridicule.

Indeed, the GOP debates have been a disappointing display of amateurism, cynicism, and mockery of those moral principles for which the GOP is known.

Herman Cain, Ron Paul, Rick Perry, Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich and others have blemished the GOP brand.

The big question: Can the remaining candidates, or an as of now undeclared candidate, restore the image of the Republican Party as the conservative, patriotic, family values choice?

Or is American doomed to another four years of Barack Obama by virtue of default by the GOP?

Creeping trepidation becomes more intense with each passing day!

Obama’s Phony Elitst Lament: “I Should Pay More Taxes”

Once again, Barack Obama has made headlines by saying and doing really foolish things just to pander to his base.

His latest quotable quote was issued to fan the fires of class warfare by calling attention to the issue of “income disparity” which Obama plans to use as a major reelection theme.

Such is life when an incumbent president is forced by fact to divert attention from his performance record, replete as it is with repeated failures and decimation of the American Dream, the U.S. Constitution, and what little civility existed in American politics before this ego-maniac seized power.

Joining a legion of phony-bologna lefties who know damn well that their offers to pay higher taxes will never be heeded, Obama said the following:

“I've been hearing a lot of these Republicans talking about, oh, that's class warfare, and he just wants to redistribute, and doesn't believe in work, and he's trying to create an entitlement society, and this and that and the other. Let me be absolutely clear: I should pay more taxes, and folks in my income bracket should pay more taxes, and certainly folks who are making billions of dollars should pay more taxes, not because I want to take their money and just give it to somebody else. It's because we've got basic investments and basic functions that have to be carried out in this 21st century if we're going to be able to compete.”

With all due respect to the president and liberals like George Soros whom are obsessed with crushing guilt over the ‘unfair’ success they enjoy, the following question must be posed:

Who the hell is stopping you from paying more? Why not put your money where you mouth is and send a bundle(s) of cash to the IRS just for the sake doing so?

Who’s going to stop Obama and the others from paying as much in surplus taxes as they see fit?

Surely, Treasury Boss Tim Geithner is not going to order that overpayments made knowingly and with free will be returned to the sender?

So either send a big fat check to the IRS or stifle all of the self-serving pap about how you should pay more!

The Legacy of Roe V. Wade: Human Life NOT Precious or Sacred

Forty-nine years ago, on January 22, 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court approved abortion on demand, thereby sanctioning the slaughter of innocent, helpless human lives and establishing infanticide as an inalienable right.

It is a day that will 'live in infamy' because of the egregious human rights violation that followed: 50-60 million human lives exterminated through abortion in the United States alone since the court issued its heartless death warrant for the unborn.

Roe V. Wade effectively rendered the precious nature and sanctity of all human life to be 'pious bologna.”

50-60 million lives is nearly seven times the number of Jews killed at the hands of Adolph Hitler, and more than the number of victims slaughtered by Joseph Stalin.

However, unlike those murdered by Hitler and Stalin, the 50-60 million fetuses killed in America had no political, social, or religious enemies.

Rather, they were innocent human lives waiting to experience the blessings of birth and the joys of life.

Those who believe that abortion should be an inalienable right refuse to accept an indisputable fact: A fetus is human life before birth

That says it all. Call that fetus what you wish, the fact remains that it is human life.

Albeit, the fetus is a life without power, voting rights, free speech or any other protection afforded the born. However, it is a human life, plain and simple.

In addition, human life, in all forms, is a precious gift from God regardless of how inconvenient the pregnancy may be.

Abortion, then, is a deliberate, premeditated destruction of one of God’s greatest blessings.

Abortion is a superseding of divine will by mortal will. Those who do so shall be held accountable at a final, and eternal, judgment.

Which is why, even in cases involving the most despicable subhuman killers, our society affords layer-upon-layer of legal review and appeal before using execution as the ultimate punishment.

Unfortunately, while some liberals fight to the bitter end to save the pathetic life of a thug convicted of multiple murders, there is no mercy or fight in them for the unborn--those with life before birth.

May good and righteousness ultimately prevail in the hearts of the American people, and replace a mindset that tolerates abortion on demand with one that celebrates “Life before Birth.”

America MUST Make Peace With Newt Gingrich!

On a day in which America’s “leading from behind,” anti-jobs, incompetent, illegal- alien loser posing as President foolishly rejected an opportunity to put as many as 20,000 Americans back to work AND reduce national dependence on oil from the volatile middle east, a 68-year old conservative rebel pulled himself out of the trash bin and once again asserted himself as a force FOR America and Americans!

For damn near a month, Newt Gingrich has been relentlessly pummeled and battered by Republican colleagues, the mainstream media, and by his ex-wife.

So brutal and biting were the attacks on the Former Speaker of the U.S. House that it seemed as though this feisty little rooster had finally been subdued, albeit mostly by his own erratic behavior and temper, and exploitation of those frailties by damn near anyone with a voice.

At the start of the week, anti-Gingrich forces appeared to be on the brink of ending Newt’s presidential aspirations for 2012. South Carolina of the Old South was to be Newt’s Waterloo in an odd twist of irony as Mitt Romney steam-rolled into a double-digit lead.

The only question coming into South Carolina seemed to be how large would Romney’s win be? Newt seemed like a bad memory from the past.

But Newt Gingrich is NOT a docile sheep, ready to be led to slaughter. He is a fighter, with a mix of gonads and brains not often found among modern politicians.

Although the Gingrich recovery started at the debate on Monday night and was aided by Romney’s weaving and bobbing, Newt Gingrich let it be known on Thursday night that HE will NOT be buried alive by weak-kneed RINOs in conspiracy with left-wing ObamaMites posing as journalists.

CNN Obama apologist John King accommodated Newt’s latest surge by opening the debate with an inane question about the attempted execution of Newt by his ex-wife, a silly affair broadcast by ABC news, yet another outlet for Obama re-election poop!

Watching Newt dissect and disassemble the petrified John King may very well be the most poignant and instructive moment in the history of political broadcasting.

So intense, so exactly right was Newt’s withering reply that the live audience burst into applause and rose as one to cheer on the most honest comment made in the debate format all year!

Hail be to Newt! Somehow, he managed to win the day, albeit with an unintentional assist from CNN’s goofy King.

Bottom line: If Newt Gingrich does not win the GOP presidential nomination, he MUST be given a prominent role in the next administration.

Newt Gingrich is the most powerful pro-American voice in our nation. He must be listened to and used to help our nation heal from three years of Marxist abuse at the hands of Barack Obama.

Is Paula Deen to Blame for YOUR Diabetes?

Celebrity Chef Paula Deen’s recent admission that she is a Type-2 diabetic may provide an unexpected boost to the depressed Obama economy by lowering unemployment among out-of-work ambulance chasers, otherwise know as litigation attorneys.

Indeed, as reported at the reference, in part, the “Not-so-skinny bitch” has opened herself to financial ruin and disgrace by openly admitting that she has diabetes, a fact which should surprise no one given Deen's love affair with high-fat and flavor:

With Deen’s admission this morning that she’s had Type 2 Diabetes – and has known since 2008 – the backlash has been fierce.

Long a proponent of high-fat foods that may contribute to a host of health issues, the question now is: will she be able to eat her own cooking? If her Skillet Fried Apple Pie is any indication, she may need to sign a waiver before sitting down for dessert.

Up until today, the 65-year-old Deen has been fanatical about fat and the flavor it provides. Often using a whole stick of butter in recipes and frying everything from spinach to ice cream, the chef seems to have been abiding by the motto: Live a Little. Just not for Long!”

As would be expected, anti-pleasure food scrooges, inspired by the words, if not deeds, of FLOTUS Michelle Obama, are outraged to the point of distraction.

As an example, Anthony Bourdain, the Travel Channel's resident Curmudgeon/Cook – never a fan of Deen’s - said today,

"When your signature dish is hamburger in between a doughnut, and you've been cheerfully selling this stuff knowing all along that you've got Type 2 diabetes ... it's in bad taste if nothing else."

Bite your tongue, Bourdain! If there is one thing Deen is NOT guilty of it is “bad taste.” Try one of her Skillet Fried Apple Pie treats and see for yourself.

Meanwhile, corrupt litigation attorneys are salivating at the very thought of multi-billion dollar class action law suits to be filed against Deen and those who promoted her lethal shows.

Millions of slothful slobs will be joined together as plaintiffs, portrayed as neglected and abused viewers and eaters, innocent victims of the Deen Ponzi scheme.

Deen’s strongest defense may be the following, also found at the reference

“When asked by Oprah Winfrey in 2007 how she dealt with criticism that the Southern Cooking Queen’s recipes were too high in fat, Paula Deen took it in stride.

“Honey, I’m your cook, not your doctor,” Deen said, to wild applause from the audience.”

In other words: Ignorance is no excuse: YOU ate the damn food.

Whither the Huntsman “Ticket to Ride”?

As if the Republican nominating process were not goofy enough, Jon Huntsman added to the strangeness by ending his bid for the nomination on Monday.

Goofy, because just last Tuesday Huntsman was celebrating his third-place finish in New Hampshire with a nostalgic reference to the Beatles’ 1965 hit record, “Ticket to Ride.”

As reported at the reference, in part:

“THE path ahead for US presidential hopeful Mitt Romney was cleared of another hurdle yesterday when Jon Huntsman withdrew from the Republican campaign trail and threw his support behind the man who was previously a bitter rival.

Barely four days after declaring that Mr. Romney’s policies were making him “completely unelectable” as the Republican candidate for November’s election, Mr. Huntsman performed a massive about-face and praised the former Massachusetts governor’s credentials.

The announcement comes just five days before the crucial South Carolina primary, at which the surging Mr. Romney, winner of recent contests in Iowa and New Hampshire, is predicted to all but guarantee his party’s nomination to oppose president Barack Obama.

Mr. Huntsman, a Mormon former governor of Utah and a recent US ambassador to China, admitted that his own decision to enter the race had been “the longest of long shots”.

MLK Would Be Disappointed by Barack Obama and Eric Holder!

Dr. Martin Luther King would have turned 83 years old today. In his honor, the first Monday of each January is set aside in America to remember the life and contributions of this great political and spiritual leader.

On August 28, 1963, Dr. King delivered his masterful, “I have a dream” speech on the steps on the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. That speech is still memorialized as one of the most eloquent, uplifting and inspirational addresses ever delivered by a freedom-loving citizen on American soil.

Modern technology makes Dr. King’s magnificent speech available to be read again and again, word for word, by referring to Reference 1.

Two of the most memorable passages from the MLK speech are these:

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”

And the following words with which King closed his classic:

“And when we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual, ‘Free at last! free at last! thank God Almighty, we are free at last!’”

Nearly 50 years after Dr. King shared his hope and dreams with the nation and the world, America is governed by an African-American President who has, in turn, appointed an African- American Attorney General, Eric Holder.

All these years later, one cannot help but wonder how the deeds and words of Barack Obama and Eric Holder might be regarded by Dr. King?

Would Dr. King find that the Obama-Holder sense of justice is consistent with that of men committed to abiding by the rule of law, rather than being prejudiced by skin pigmentation?

How might Dr. King react to the fact that members of the New Black Panthers Party defiantly intimidated voters at a polling place in Philadelphia during the 2008 elections, but that Attorney General Eric Holder refused to prosecute “his people” for such egregious interference?

And that Barack Obama enthusiastically supported Eric Holder’s racially-driven reluctance?

Where is the passion for “color-free” justice based on character? Do King’s words hold no meaning for the black President or Attorney General?

Of more recent vintage is Eric Holder’s shameful assault on the Voting Rights Act in South Carolina. As reported at Reference 3, in part:

As Eric Holder — the brains behind both the Fast and Furious gun-running scam and the decision to vacate a conviction of Black Panthers who stood at a Philadelphia polling place harassing white voters — would tell you, South Carolina is not interested in safeguarding the integrity of the franchise.

Those southerners are just trying to prevent minorities from voting. The hard-won battle over the Voting Rights Act is being overturned. Liberals need to prepare to resist or face a return to the ugly days of Jim Crow!

So, what’s really going on here? Liberals love to wax unbearably about culture, but they never want to ask the difficult questions about how one’s socialization into a political culture influences one’s view of the political world, or how that socialization shapes the way the struggle for political power is fought.

Obama’s Chicago is notorious for its corrupt voting practices.

In fact, one of the latest political jokes in Chicago is that there is now empirical and incontrovertible evidence that Muammar Gaddafi and Osama bin Laden are both dead.

Their names recently appeared on the city’s voting rolls.

In Obama’s world, elections are not contested; they are manipulated. In the 2008 Iowa caucuses, red and white chartered buses with Illinois license plates carried African Americans from Chicago to vote in Iowa. Obama’s ability to show that he could win in a rural, white, and somewhat conservative state like Iowa wasn’t a miracle; it was election engineering, the Chicago Way.

In anticipation of a hard-fought contest in 2012, President Obama wants to make sure that there is significant margin for voter fraud, especially getting illegal immigrants to vote. No one needs to tell you how illegal immigrants will vote. And pro-Obama organizations, like ACORN, have traditionally engaged in massive election fraud. Anything that enhances the integrity of the voting process works against Obama.”

Sadly, it appears as though the lofty standards of decency voiced by Dr. King are meaningless when it comes to our black President and Attorney General!

Tewbow Mauling Proves that God Is Dead: Right?

Tim Tewbow’s improbable fairytale season came to a screeching halt on Saturday at the hands of the New England Patriots in Foxborough, Mass.

Rather than the all-enthralling nail biter that had been promised, the Tom Brady vs. Tim Tebow epic was almost over before it began.

The much-ballyhooed war ended in an ungodly rout of the affable Christian quarterback who captured the imagination of the entire sports world while completely pissing off leftist windbags like Bill Maher.

Maher is the cranky curmudgeon who hates the fact that his intellect is no more magnificent than that bestowed on common folk, and who, in a fit of pique over being robbed of his rightful genius, tries to cover up his shortcomings by denying that God exists, a protestation almost always associated with one operating with an IQ of 170, or greater.

Think there is no such thing as God? Brother, you MUST be a genius!

No doubt Maher was on his knees thanking Satan and his legion of angels as Tebow and the Denver team fell 45-10.

All of which proves that Maher is a genius AND that God is dead, if he ever existed, right?

There are other possibilities.

For instance, perhaps God answered the supplications of Tom Brady or other Patriots’ players? Why would He abandon his faithful servant Tebow at a time His hand was most urgently needed? Who knows?

Or perhaps Tim Tebow did not actually pray for God to deliver a W, but rather prayed for a clean, well-played contest in which no player was seriously injured?

Or consider the possibility that Tebow actually prayed FOR BRADY to win, given the fact that Brady has fallen on tough times recently?

Say what? Praying for one’s enemies? What sort of spiritual mumbo-jumbo is that?

It’s called Christian Love, Bill. It’s REALLY what Jesus is all about.

No one in his or her right mind would really believe that the Lord gives a hoot about 22 oversized zombies romping around on 100 yards of grass just to control an inflated bag of dead pigskin!

Obama Really Looking to Downsize Government? Don’t Be Silly!

Over the past three years, Americans have learned quite a lot about the mind and manners of Barack Hussein Obama, America’s greatest electoral disaster.

One fact stands out from all others about America’s failed experiment with affirmative action and diversity : The man someone installed as the 44th President of these United States is unabashedly and unstintingly an advocate for more intrusive government interference into every aspect of human life, notwithstanding specific and implied guarantees against onerous government set forth in the U.S. Constitution.

In Obama's progressive mindset, the U.S. Constitution is nothing more than an outdated relic promulgated by a band of reckless, white vigilante outlaws and slave owners from the middle of the 18th century.

When appropriate, Obama and people of his ilk would eagerly extend the philosophy of unfettered nanny-state fascism to certain dumb animals which, according to progressives, are endangered by human greed and neglect.

It’s ‘government by elitists and for elitists’ in the Obama world.

The Obama progressive vision for America demands huge sources of capital, otherwise known as taxes, to fund the very meddling which the forefathers attempted to eradicate by kicking the British out during the only justifiable “Occupy” movement in U.S. history.

To genuine, die-hard lefties like Obama, government exists solely for the purpose of levying taxes and fees against private enterprise and the allegedly well-to-do, and redistributing said monies to the allegedly poor and near poor in order to “level the playing field,” a term, incidentally, which cannot be found in the Constitution.

Contemporary liberals have upped the moral ante for “soaking the rich” by expanding the vernacular of class warfare to include the notion that the blessed are obligated to pay their “far share,” another Marxist term not found in the U.S. Constitution, but which is prominent in thinking expressed by Communists and Democrats in general.

All of which makes Barack Obama’s recent proposal to “streamline government” in need of intense scrutiny and managed skepticism, once the hysterical laughing has subsided.

As reported recently throughout the media:

Announcing this morning that he is seeking authority to streamline the executive branch, President Obama said he needs the same kind of "authority that every business owner has to make sure that his or her company keeps pace with the times. And let me be clear: I will only use this authority for reforms that result in more efficiency, better service, and a leaner government."

As an example, the president wants to shut down the Department of Commerce, taking its core functions and giving them to a new agency that will also fold in the tasks of the Small Business Administration, the U.S. Trade Representative, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, the Trade and Development Agency and the Export-Import Bank.

"Right now, there are six departments and agencies focused primarily on business and trade in the federal government," the president said. "Six. In this case, six isn't better than one. It's redundant and inefficient. With the authority I am requesting today, we could consolidate them all into one department with one website, one phone number and one mission - helping American businesses succeed."

Consider, please, this unpublished report: Unnamed and unreliable insiders, speaking on condition of absolute anonymity, report that once his Consolidate and Shrink strategy for business is proven, Obama plans to expand the concept to the military.

Under Obama’s plan, the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines would be consolidated into a lean, mean mini-force called the Department of Peace and Harmony with branches in Australia and Uganda only. Finally Seeing Dark at End of Tunnel, “Zany” Newt Retreats!

Mitt Romney recently referred to Newt Gingrich, at one point a formidable Romney opponent, as “zany.”

According to the dictionary, zany means, “one who plays the clown or fool in order to amuse others; a comically wild or eccentric person.”

Kudos to Romney for his spot-on dissection of Gingrich, the eccentric clown whom has attacked one of the basic tenets of conservative ideology, that being free markets and capitalism.

Although Gingrich’s kamikaze performance failed to amuse anyone with even a modicum of concern about the future of America, and the grave threat posed by the prospect of yet another four years under the Marxist, “Leading from Behind,” failed personage of Barack Obama, Newt did tickle the fancy and favor of several prominent Democrats and thinkers in Obama’s reelection campaign.

Unreliable sources, operating under the cloak of anonymity, have reported that Team Obama has gone so far as to offer Newt a gig as Court Jester during Obama’s second –term Inaugural Party, should such calamity, in fact, eventuate and doom our great nation.

That offer, although not official in any sense, has apparently convinced Newt the Worm to rethink his scorched-earth assault on America, the GOP, and the overall common good.

Reporting from Orlando, Fla.— Saying he does not want false claims made on his behalf, Newt Gingrich on Friday called on a "super PAC" that supports him to withdraw commercials it ran in South Carolina criticizing Mitt Romney and his former company, Bain Capital.

The Republican presidential candidate made the call to a crowd of supporters at his new Orlando campaign headquarters, saying there was no way he could legally contact Winning Our Future to make the request directly.

Winning Our Future aired a 29-minute commercial, fashioned as a political documentary, accusing Romney and Bain of greed. It features interviews with former employees of companies acquired by Bain who complain that the venture capital firm wreaked economic havoc on their small towns.

Rick Tyler, a spokesman for the PAC, responded that he was "aware of and [shared] the speaker's concerns about accuracy," and promised that a more thorough response would be forthcoming.

The full-length video, as well as 30-second TV ads based on it and two-minute versions available on the Internet, were roundly criticized by Romney and his campaign as inaccurate. Independent observers including the Washington Post have confirmed inaccuracies.

"It's important why my campaign is different than some other people's campaigns," Gingrich told a crowd of about 150 supporters.

"I've said all along that these super PACs ought to have some sense of responsibility. The ad for example that Gov. Romney is running in Florida right now about me was given four 'Pinocchios' by the Washington Post, which means it was wrong at least four times in 30 seconds, which is not easy," Gingrich said.

"This morning we found out this new 30-minute film on Gov. Romney and Bain has some factual errors in it, from the same Washington Post fact-checkers," Gingrich said. "I am calling on this super PAC … to either edit out every single mistake or to pull the entire film."

“Factual errors,” Mr. Speaker? How precious of you to admit your mistakes and accept responsibility!

Pity it took you so damn long to see the darkness that your foolish prank may visit upon this great nation and people!

Thanks to Newt Gingrich and those who have funded his latest maniac episode, the Republican Party and Mitt Romney are being forced to defend themselves from attacks against the very concept of free-market capitalism.

Republicans savagely attacking other Republicans for engaging in free-market capitalism during a vital presidential election year?

Good grief, Ronald Reagan must be turning over in his grave!

Knowledgeable pundits like conservative Charles Krauthammer have issued ominious warnings about the impact that Gingrich’s bitter tirade might have in the 2012 elections.

For example, should Romney become the eventual Republican nominee, ObamaMites in the White House will have an anti-capitalism, anti-Romney attack campaign ready to use, after some minor editing.

Said campaign will be based on the exact words of a contemporary Republican presidential candidate and former Speaker, which include the following words about Bain:

“This is a story of greed, of playing the system for a quick buck, a group of corporate raiders led by Mitt Romney more ruthless than Wall Street. For tens of thousands of Americans, the suffering began when Mitt Romney came to town.”

Most significantly, Obama will have a cool $1 billion dollars, the Bully Pulpit of the Presidency, and the leftist mainstream-media available to proliferate all anti-Romney misspeak uttered by the former Speaker into every household in every language spoken in America

It may very well be the bane of Bain for Romney. And it may lead to the reelection of the worst president in U.S. history in an election year that is pivotal and crucial for the survival of America.

Thanks Newt Gingrich! For exactly nothing!

For this and your branding of the Paul Ryan budget as “right-wing social engineering,” your cavorting with Nancy Pelosi on the issue of Global Warming, and your despicable feeding at the public trough of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to the tune of $1.6 million, you deserve to be excommunicated from the GOP for life.

While Gingrich’s assault on free-enterprise and Mitt Romney may indeed lead to another four years of Marxist amateurism at the White House and be the final nail in the death of the American Dream, the Mitt Romney forces should use the Gingrich assault as a model for preparing for the lies and distortions sure to come from the Obama campaign tyrants.

Defending Romney’s term as CEO of Bain should be akin to promoting apple pie and motherhood. For instance, as reported, in part, at the reference concerning the ad-movie issued by Gingrich

“First of all, it is a stretch to portray Romney as some sort of corporate raider, akin to Carl Icahn (whose image is briefly seen). Bain Capital initially was in the business of providing venture capital — seed money — for start-ups, such as Staples. Then it moved to the more lucrative business of private equity, in which Bain won control of firms, reorganized them and then sold them for profit.

Private equity deals, such as leveraged buyouts in which the company borrows lots of debt, can be more rewarding but also more risky. Some of those deals went bad for Bain, which sometimes happens in finance, though the company usually made money anyway. New York magazine, which the film cites as a source, recently ran an excellent profile of Romney in which it explored Romney’s pioneering role in the then-emerging field of private equity. Private equity revolutionized American business, demanding efficiencies (which can mean layoffs) and helping place much more emphasis on increasing shareholder value.

The movie pejoratively claims that the “Bain Way” was shorthand for being able to “turn the misfortunes of others into their enormous financial gains.” Bain Capital was actually an offshoot of Bain & Company, a consulting firm, and the “Bain Way” refers to its heavily analytical and data-driven approach to problems.”

In sum, firms like Bain exist to give a smidgen of hope to businesses on the fast track to bankruptcy and going belly up. Sure enough, some of that hope turns to anguish, but at least there is a chance at success, albeit small, for the beleaguered business owners and their employees.

Yes, Bain made money. Yes, people lost their jobs.

Those are simply facts of life under a capitalist system that has produced the greatest prosperity in the history of the world!

Other important considerations pertain: For example, how does Romney’s work at Bain compare to Barack Obama’s stated objective of using government to DELIBERATELY bankrupt the coal industry, thereby destroying jobs and prosperity opportunities?

During the 2008 campaign, a naïve Barack Obama crowed about the ability of government to use regulation and enforcement to bankrupt business interests which the Left opposes ideologically.

Like coal.

And as we have seen over the past three years, Obama’s anti-American, anti-business obsession has been unleashed on American businesses time and again.

Obama’s rejection of the Keystone Pipeline is a perfect example of his willingness to forsake thousands of American jobs and energy dependence in order to pander to environmentalists!

By contrast, Romney’s work at Bain was not a deliberate attempt to bankrupt any one, or to cause anyone to lose his or her job.

Then we have the Solyndra folly in which Obama tyrants actually granted tax-payer funded loans to companies SOLELY because Solyndra was engaged in an energy source (solar) which the president favors.

Even worse, ObamaMites rewrote the rules to favor Solyndra investors over taxpayers by giving investors first claim against Solyndra in the event of bankruptcy.

Of course, Solyndra did eventually go bankrupt, leaving taxpayers with the $500 million tab for Obama’s foolish environmental myopia. In addition, 1200 jobs were lost.

Remember too, that Obama requested that Solyndra delay lay off notices until after the 2010 elections.

Perhaps the most poignant example of Obama’s evil use of government against the American people and business is found in the “Fast and Furious” scandal in which Obama and Eric Holder, die-hard anti-2nd Amendment zealots, deliberately arranged for dangerous weapons to be “walked” across the Mexican border and into the hands of Mexican cartels, the notorious terrorists who actually run Mexico.

This Obama-Holder atrocity cost an American border patrol agent his life and killed innocent Mexican citizens their lives as well.

Again, the loss of life was the result of Obama’s deliberate attempt to water down the 2nd Amendment with foolish gun control measures.

By comparison, Bain Capital resulted in no known deaths and no attempt by government to subvert an important Amendment to the Constitution.

Thus it should be perfectly clear that the correct answer to the question, “More Egregious: Bane of Bain, or ‘Fast and Furious’? is:

Open Letter to California Governor Jerry Brown: Illegal Aliens and the State Budget Deficit

Dear Governor;

The new calendar year has barely rolled out and already California faces yet another multi-billion dollar deficit in the state budget. In order to deal with the deficit, you have asked taxpayers to pass a referendum that will raise income taxes at a time when the economy is already in deep recession, or worse.

You have also warned that should the people refuse to raise taxes, it will be necessary for your administration to cut $4.2 from education programs that serve our children K-12.

With all due respect, sir, California citizens deserve better than to be pummeled with more taxes or inferior education.

As you know, our state spends approximately $10 billion per year to educate, house, and provide medical care for illegal aliens, vagrant invaders who have no moral or legal basis for being in America or California.

It is no coincidence that our budget deficit is approximately the same as the amount that is wasted on illegal aliens.

And despite the ruinous effects of illegal aliens on our economy, culture and language, your administration has approved legislation like the Dream Act, which will reward illegal aliens with lower tuition, at the same time that AMERICAN CITIZENS will be forced to accept less.

Many misguided city leaders have designated their cities as “Sanctuary Cities,” where federal immigration laws and procedures are ignored to protect those who simply do not belong here.

About 30 percent of the costs associated with our penal system is for handling illegal aliens. Billions of dollars are involved.

Governor, I realize that immigration is largely a federal issue. However, I believe that you have abdicated your responsibility to AMERICAN CITIZENS by virtue of your pro-illegal alien actions and failure to speak out strongly in opposition to the wrong-minded policies of the Obama Administration.

Sir, the time has come to honor the needs of Citizens rather than coddling and pandering to illegal aliens.

I urge you to use your office and political prestige to pressure President Obama and leaders in the U.S. House and Senate to begin the process of enforcing laws currently in effect.

That means let’s begin the process of deporting those who do not belong here.

Let’s eliminate the outrageous amount of money spent on illegal aliens and focus on meeting the needs of American citizens.

Why in Bloody Hell Would Anyone “Celebrate” Another Birthday?

In the way of disclosure, January 7 is my birthday. The year of my arrival is irrelevant. Besides, I am bitterly opposed to the evil practice of age discrimination; withholding the year of my birth is my small contribution to the fight against ageism.

Suffice it to say that I am old enough to know better, but too damn old to do “it,” whatever it might be.

As a Capricorn, I share the zodiac sign of many famous folks, some great and good, some heathen and hell-bound.

Among the great, of course, is Jesus Christ, he whose birthday we just celebrated or protested, depending on one’s religious persuasion.

Katie Couric, the sawed-off little leftist nut ball who has damn near driven CBS into bankruptcy, was also born on January 7, a fact that I would just as soon forget.

In fact, I demand to see her birth certificate before ceding the point.

Other famous Capricorn folks include Muhamed Ali, World Champion boxer and Richard M. Nixon, former President of the U.S.

Nixon was a known liar and crook.

On reflection, however, his transgressions were actually quite trivial when compared to the impeachable crimes committed damn near every day by that illegal alien Marxist now holding 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue hostage.

Although I am grateful for having survived another 365 days on this dreary journey to lord knows what, the very idea of “celebrating” another GD birthday perplexes me.

With each passing birthday, one’s bodily functions deteriorate: One’s sight, hearing, energy level, brain function and libido all go wonky, or actually disappear altogether!

Life functions that one used to barely notice become major issues as the years pass. Examples are bowel movements and orgasms, which used to be taken for granted, but now prompt raucous celebration when properly executed.

Looking objectively at the past, one can see that arthritis, heart disease, impotence, and memory loss are common attributes of growing older, with the specter of Alzheimer’s always looming in the shadows.

Just why in the bloody hell would anyone celebrate getting a year closer toward any of that?

I say to hell with my birthday, except for one wish that really sums it all up: I hope to as long I want to, and want to as long as I live!

Now if I could just remember what “wanting to” is all about!

Obama Wonky Math Produces More Dangerous “Policy”

President Obama may be a gifted orator and overall brilliant mind. However, this president is NOT much of a mathematician as evidenced by his mauling of important policy matters with math that simply does not add up.

Obama’s low aptitude for numbers was immediately obvious after his inauguration in 2009 when he added $800 billion to the national debt in order to fund a “stimulus” fantasy that was promised to keep the national unemployment rate below 8%.

As of today, national unemployment stands at 8.5%, three years after Obama’s stimulus orgy failed to increase anything but the federal deficit.

In 2010, Obama made the outrageous claim that 30 million people would be added to the ranks of the insured under the Marxist scheme called ObamaCare; thereby reducing overall health care costs.

That mind-boggling claim has been pummeled by the fact that medical costs are wildly out-of-control, causing many entities to file for waivers. More than 1100 have been approved by the Obama health care dictators.

In 2011, Obama’s bonehead refusal to deal honestly with the federal deficit and spending based on real numbers has led to the downgrading of America’s AAA credit rating, and may cause even more damage in 2012.

Obama’s latest inability to deal with reality when it comes to numbers has caused him to an unilateral disarming of the U.S. military at a time when enemies in Iran, North Korea, China, Russia and elsewhere are actually expanding their military capabilities.

Obama’s wonky math holds that 500,000 troops can be cut without harming the defense of the homeland.

500,000 non-essential soldiers, Mr. President?

Why in the name of all that is good and holy did Obama not cut 500,000, or more, jobs from the EPA, IRS, Department of Education and other worthless government bureaucracies that actually work against American interests?

Obama’s latest folly should lead the American people to conclude that simple math, combined with honesty and patriotic pro-American fervor are non-negotiable requisites for anyone interested in being president!

Let's "Reform" US Immigration Policy to Match Mexico's!

Mexico seems to be wallowing in "Do As I say, Not As I Do" hypocrisy when it comes to immigration laws. Successive presidents and foreign ministers of the nation have called for leniency on the part of the U.S. when it comes to Mexicans coming to America illegally across U.S. borders.

Do Mexican leaders practice what they preach when it comes to, say, an American couple seeking a cheaper, slower-paced lifestyle? Not on your tortilla!

Mexico, according to journalist and terrorist expert Dr. J. Michael Waller, has some of the strictest immigration laws of any country, and they enforce them to the letter.

Waller informs us that "Mexico has a radical idea for a rational immigration policy that most Americans would love. However, Mexican officials haven’t been sharing that idea with us as they press for the U.S. Congress to adopt the McCain-Kennedy immigration reform bill."

Waller adds: "That’s too bad, because Mexico, which annually deports more illegal aliens than the United States does, has much to teach us about how it handles the immigration issue.

Under Mexican law, it is a felony to be an illegal alien in Mexico."

Waller sharpens his point by commenting on the unnerving tendency of some legal scholars in the U.S. to use foreign laws as a reference point for deciding issues in America.

Waller states, "At a time when the Supreme Court and many politicians seek to bring American law in line with foreign legal norms, it’s noteworthy that nobody has argued that the U.S. look at how Mexico deals with immigration and what it might teach us about how best to solve our illegal immigration problem."

And whereas U.S. laws are often cumbersome, complex instruments fathomable only to lawyers who charge upwards of $300 an hour, things are more to the point in Mexican law.

Again, quoting Waller from the referenced link: "Mexico has a single, streamlined law that ensures that foreign visitors and immigrants are:

• In Mexico legally;

• Have the means to sustain themselves economically;

• Not destined to be burdens on society;

• Of economic and social benefit to society;

• Of good character and have no criminal records; and

• Contributors to the general well being of the nation.

"The law also ensures that:

• Authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;

• Foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;

• Foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;

• Foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;

• Foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;

• Those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison."

Who could disagree with such a law? It makes perfect sense," Waller states with unassailable logic.

Unfortunately, very little "perfect sense" is obvious in the ongoing debate on immigration reform here in the United States. Rather, the interests of the American people are often ignored or made subordinate by politicians from both parties.

Of greater interest to some in Washington, D.C., is feeding an insatiable corporate appetite for cheap labor, satisfying a wicked lust for cheap votes, and giving in to an inexplicable drive to promote America's decay into a third-world abyss.

These ignoble interests trump rule of law, homeland security, economic and social stability, and preservation of American language and culture in the minds of some elected officials sworn to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution.

By contrast, Waller notes that Mexican law and officials are focused on numero uno--that being Mexico!

Waller writes, "The Mexican constitution strictly defines the rights of citizens – and the denial of many fundamental rights to non-citizens, both illegal and illegal.

"Under the constitution, the Ley General de Población, or General Law on Population spells out specifically the country’s immigration policy.

"It is an interesting law – and one that should cause us all to ask, 'Why is our southern neighbor pushing us to water down our own immigration laws and policies, when its own immigration restrictions are the toughest on the continent?'

"If a felony is a crime punishable by more than one year in prison, then Mexican law makes it a felony to be an illegal alien in Mexico.

"If the United States adopted such statutes, Mexico no doubt would denounce them as a manifestation of American racism and bigotry."

Waller supports his main thesis by citing key articles of Mexico's main
law.

"We looked at the immigration provisions of the Mexican constitution. Now let’s look at Mexico’s main immigration law.

"Mexico welcomes only foreigners who will be useful to Mexican society:

• Foreigners are admitted into Mexico “according to their possibilities of
contributing to national progress.” (Article 32)

• Immigration officials must 'ensure' that 'immigrants will be useful elements for the country and that they have the necessary funds for their sustenance' and for their dependents. (Article 34)

• Foreigners may be barred from the country if their presence upsets 'the
equilibrium of the national demographics,' when foreigners are deemed
detrimental to 'economic or national interests,' when they do not behave like
good citizens in their own country, when they have broken Mexican laws, and
when 'they are not found to be physically or mentally healthy.' (Article 37)

• The Secretary of Governance may 'suspend or prohibit the admission of
foreigners when he determines it to be in the national interest.' (Article 38)

• Mexican authorities must keep track of every single person in the country:

• Federal, local and municipal police must cooperate with federal immigration
authorities upon request, i.e., to assist in the arrests of illegal immigrants. (Article
73)

• A National Population Registry keeps track of 'every single individual who
comprises the population of the country,' and verifies each individual’s identity.
(Articles 85 and 86)

• A national Catalog of Foreigners tracks foreign tourists and immigrants (Article 87), and assigns each individual with a unique tracking number (Article 91).

Foreigners with fake papers, or who enter the country under false pretenses, may be imprisoned:

• Foreigners with fake immigration papers may be fined or imprisoned. (Article
116)

• Foreigners who sign government documents 'with a signature that is false or
different from that which he normally uses' are subject to fine and imprisonment. (Article 116)

Foreigners who fail to obey the rules will be fined, deported, and/or imprisoned as felons:

• Foreigners who fail to obey a deportation order are to be punished. (Article 117)

• Foreigners who are deported from Mexico and attempt to re-enter the country without authorization can be imprisoned for up to 10 years. (Article 118)

• Foreigners who violate the terms of their visa may be sentenced to up to six years in prison (Articles 119, 120 and 121). Foreigners who misrepresent the terms of their visa while in Mexico – such as working with out a permit – can also be imprisoned.

• Under Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony. The General Law on Population says,

• A penalty of up to two years in prison and a fine of three hundred to five
thousand pesos will be imposed on the foreigner who enters the country
illegally. (Article 123)

• Foreigners with legal immigration problems may be deported from Mexico
instead of being imprisoned. (Article 125)

• Foreigners who 'attempt against national sovereignty or security' will be
deported. (Article 126)

• Mexicans who help illegal aliens enter the country are themselves considered
criminals under the law.

• A Mexican who marries a foreigner with the sole objective of helping the
foreigner live in the country is subject to up to five years in prison. (Article 127)

• Shipping and airline companies that bring undocumented foreigners into Mexico will be fined. (Article 132)"

Waller summarizes his review of Mexican law with this statement: "All of the above runs contrary to what Mexican leaders are demanding of the United States. The stark contrast between Mexico’s immigration practices versus its American immigration preaching is telling. It gives a clear picture of the Mexican government’s agenda: to have a one-way immigration relationship with the United States."

Waller concludes his excellent work with a challenge that should be visited upon all 535 members of the U.S. Congress and President Bush as they consider immigration reform.

Waller's challenge:

"Let’s call Mexico’s bluff on its unwarranted interference in U.S. immigration policy.

Let’s propose, just to make a point, that the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) member nations standardize their immigration laws by using Mexico’s own law as a model."

Congratulations to J. Michael Waller.* His is a voice of sanity that needs to be heard, especially by inmates wandering the halls and cloak rooms of Capitol Hill and 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Securing the Borders With Mexico Is Not Nearly Enough!

Led astray by the likes of George W. Bush, John McCain, Newt Gingrich and other damnable RINOs, the Republican Party has become a despicable source of advocates for tens of millions of illegal aliens and those opposed, in principal, to the Rule of Law.

Only Democrats like President Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and the DNC are more anti-American in their perspectives than contemporary RINOs.

But while anarchy and lack of patriotic fervor are brand names long associated with the Democrat Party, at least the left is open and honest about their treachery: The liberal wanderlust for Hispanics of the illegal alien variety is all about votes and power.

To hell with American culture, language, and values! To those who bring a bitter hatred of all things American into the fray, whittling the Anglo-Saxon demographic down to size while installing a multicultural, non-white majority is not just acceptable: To the deluded left, it is imperative!

Republicans are even less principled: For the most part, the GOP tries to maintain a facade of Rule of Law toughness, while privately pimping out to big business, the Chamber of Commerce, and all who would profit on the backs of illiterate peasants from south of our borders.

In employing this sinister scheme, Republicans use a law and order ruse: They demand that the borders be secured before immigration reform is even considered.

This argument obscures the obvious truth: With as many as 12 million freeloading, scam-artists of Latino descent already here, securing the borders is not nearly enough!

Twelve million is a huge number!

In contrast, the total world population of Jews is about 13 million, including the good people of Israel!

There are more total illegal aliens in America than in each of the 50 states except for Texas, Illinois, California, Florida, and New York!

Repeat: In 45 of the states, the population is less than the number of illegal aliens in the U.S.!

How can any civilized society hope to survive in the light of such ignorance of law and order?

Obviously, no society can continue to prosper with such pathetic commitment to its cultural and social heritage.

The ONLY hope for America is to round up and deport even last illegal alien, all 12 million of the invading criminals.

That will not be easy—still it must be done to preserve what is left of America as the last hope for all of humanity!

Barack Obama's Resolutions for 2012

President Obama has had a very rough 2011. To start with, he turned 50 in August and, by the end of the year, he looked and felt 85.

Only Muammar Gaddafi had a worse year, but at least Gaddafi no longer has to worry about broken resolutions, gun scandals or quitting (again) smoking.

Obama, on the other hand, has made his 2012 resolutions public as listed below. Included are the actions he intends to take to meet the resolutions:

* Get U.S. Troops out of Afghanistan.

Action: Order them to invade Pakistan, Uganda, and Australia.

* Avoid impeachment by a hostile Congress.

Action: Order the Marines to take over the U.S. House and Senate mail rooms with orders to destroy all mail that even looks like a subpoena.

* Avoid ridicule during the State of the Union speech.

Action: Tape it in private, send a DVD copy to John Boehner and Harry Reid.

* Terminate All "Hillary for President" talk started by Bill Clinton

Action: Order Hillary to set-up office in Syria, with further orders that she not leave the country for any purpose before November 6.

* Minimize the effectiveness of John Boehner

Action: When signing the Defense Appropriations bill, attach a Signing Statement to revoke Ohio's statehood, thereby making the Bone Head ineligible to serve in Congress.

* Ease Concerns about border security:

Action: Move southern border to Nicaragua

* Fix illegal immigration crisis.

Action: Pardon all 20 million illegal aliens now in America in time to register them as Democrats for the big election.

* End partisan battles with Republicans

Action: Use ACORN operatives to get as many illegal aliens, felons, and dead Dems to the polls in order to retain the Senate and retake the U.S. House,

and the Number 1 Resolution:

* Play More Basketball!

Time to Unite Behind Romney--& Focus on Defeating Obama!

2011 will be remembered as the year in which Republican candidates willfully violated Ronald Reagan’s 11th Commandment by pummeling fellow Republicans in a vicious (and ill-advised)war of public mudslinging and negative ads.

Fueling the melee were an endless series of so-called “debates” which provided voters with intellectual insights normally gleaned from mud- wrestling bouts or fantasy-island television.

All very entertaining for a short while, but hardly the source one would turn to in deciding whom to elect as the most powerful person on the planet.

The only obvious beneficiaries of the GOP suicide circles are Democrat operatives who will produce ads to promote the re-election of Barack Obama, and who will find a treasure cove of anti-whomever materials in Republican-versus- Republican attack ads.

While Republican candidates are spending tens of millions of dollars to discredit fellow Republicans, Barack Obama spends $4 million of taxpayer money for rest and recreation on the sandy beaches and splendid golf courses of Hawaii. And gets away with it!

Enough is enough, already!

I, for one, am fed up with the denigration of conservatives by other conservatives. Face it, patriots, Republicans have looked like clowns and worse over the past 12 months.

Time to coalesce around a strong, viable candidate with the credentials and talent to send Obama to the ranks of the unemployed on January 20, 2013.

By now it is abundantly clear that the Republican’s best hope
to end the Marxist occupation of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
and the House and Senate is to designate Mitt Romney as
our standard barrier.

Romney is an eloquent, squeaky clean, nominally
conservative, all-American who could easily be the
poster child for traditional family values.

He is an excellent debater and intellectual who will stand
toe-to-toe against Obama, the slippery Marxist who thrives
on media malfeasance and inattention.

Romney even looks more “presidential” than Obama, an
important consideration in our image-crazed society.

Is Romney the “perfect” candidate?

Hell no! I wish his stance on illegal aliens was more in line
with that of Tom Tancredo and other patriots.

His waffling on abortion and gay marriage are distressing;
however, in the end, Mitt Romney will be good for America.

His business credentials and commitment to free-market
capitalism are impeccable!

Imagine a president who would seek to empower
entrepreneurs, rather than using federal bureaucracies like
the EPA to bankrupt an entire industry with no regard for the
impact on jobs and the economy.

Time to unite behind a man who shares most of our values
and whom can bring America’s foolish experiment with
Marxism to an end.

Uniting behind Romney will also benefit GOP candidates for
the House and US Senate seeking to unseat Marxists who
support Obama!

Nancy Pelosi: Yet Another Democrat in Retreat?

Just in time to make the top 10 on my “Prayer Request” list for 2012 comes news that the most zany and divisive person in U.S. politics over the past 100 years may be seeing dark at the end of the tunnel, and may be prepared to act accordingly.

It all involves Nancy Pelosi, former Speaker of the U.S. and presently Minority Leader in that body. Pelosi is 71 years old, and as reported at the reference, may be close to leaving politics:

Alexandra Pelosi, daughter of House Minority Leader and former Speaker Nancy Pelosi, told Big Government this week that her mother wants to leave Congress–and that she remains in Washington only at the behest of her campaign donors.

During a telephone interview, Ms. Pelosi–speaking from a friend’s home in New York City–described her mother’s predicament:

She would retire right now, if the donors she has didn’t want her to stay so badly. They know she wants to leave, though. They think she’s destined for the wilderness. She has very few days left. She’s 71, she wants to have a life, she’s done. It’s obligation, that’s all I’m saying.

Good heavens, most politicians retire to “spend more time with family” or to move on to areas where greater contributions can be made to humankind. Instead, Pelosi is concerned about her base of “donors”? Tells you all you need to know about Democrats!

What about the American people and the future of America, Mrs. Pelosi?

Still, Pelosi’s retirement could be used to argue in favor of restoring America’s AAA credit rating! Indeed, if Pelosi does retire and Obama is defeated, Standard and Poors would almost be obligated to restore America’s AAA status.

Which is why my Prayer Request will now include a supplication that seeks peace and serenity for Pelosi—in any venue but Washington, D.C.!

As Father Time prepares to usher in another New Year, tens of millions of “average” Americans face a daily struggle just to secure shelter, food, and other commodities essentials to survival. Nearly 50 million receive food stamps; millions more face foreclosure of their homes and personal bankruptcy.

While millions of common people grovel in economic despair, those Democrat politicians who scream the loudest for ‘redistribution of wealth’ (other people’s, not their own!) have abandoned the rigors of winter in Washington and San Francisco for a fortnight, or more, of luxurious fun and frolic in the Paradise of the Pacific, also known as the Hawaiian Islands.

President Obama and his entourage of kin and friends is a perfect example of the rich and reckless gone amuck. Unfortunately, the tab for Obama’s excesses are being picked up by taxpayers, reportedly to the tune of $4 million dollars as documented in Reference 1.

How does one who promotes himself a “Warrior” for the middle-class (and lower) reconcile his anti-wealth, anti-luxury rhetoric with his own wallowing in Hawaiian splendor and excess?

Bleeding hearts looking to tend to the needs of the poor and the less fortunate will find very few photo opportunities for such benevolence on the beaches of Waikiki or on Oahu’s most splendid golf courses!

Then we have the liberal queen of the U.S. House, the incomparable Nancy Pelosi who is visiting the big Island of Hawaii.

Ms. Pelosi, always looking for an opportunity to give your money away to the poor or other liberal cause, has quite a stash of her own. Which is how the Former Speaker is able to pay $10,000 a night for lodging! See Reference 2/

For the rest of us left behind on the mainland, many are trying to decide between heating their homes and making a mortgage payment on a property that will surely be in foreclosure during the year.

To such people, remember that your liberal heroine needs $10,000 a night just for lodging!

Is there anything more repugnant than liberal hypocrisy at Christmas?

Patriot Alert: Obama Seeks Another $1.2 Trillion!

Anyone laboring under the mistaken notion that the battle over raising the debt limit last summer ended in even a modest victory for the American people needs to wake up and take a whiff of the distressing odor of money being incinerated in Washington, D.C.

This is so because the president has announced that he will seek authorization to increase the debt ceiling by yet another $1.2 trillion dollars.

As reported at reference 1, in part:

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House plans to ask Congress for an increase in the debt limit before the end of the week, according to a senior Treasury Department official.

The debt limit is projected to fall within $100 billion of the current cap by December 30. President Barack Obama is expected to ask for additional borrowing authority to increase the limit by $1.2 trillion.

Under the new budget, Congress can only vote to block the debt-ceiling extension with a disapproval resolution. Lawmakers have 15 days within receiving the request to vote down the debt limit increase.

The debt limit currently stands at $15.194 trillion and would increase to $16.394 trillion with the request.

In a major surprise (NOT), the White House has not disclosed the spending cuts that Obama will propose in order to pay for the debt ceiling increase.

Time for another “Super Committee,” sir?

Top Ten Fairy Tales Spun by Barack Obama in 2011

Barack Obama is generally regarded as a brilliant man, almost without peer on earth. That is the belief of most in the mainstream media and, especially, by Obama himself.

Several political fairy tales spun by the president call that assumption into play.

The Top Ten fairy tales told by Barack Obama in 2011:

80 percent of the American people want their taxes raised;

Raising taxes will cost the economy jobs(Dec 2010); not raising taxes will cost the economy jobs (July 2011);

Borders between the U.S. and Mexico have never been more secure, excepting only the occasional slaughter of an innocent “Newly Arriving Refugee” by an out-of-control, racist Border Patrol Agent;

The “National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform” introduced several outstanding ideas, except those that dealt with entitlements reform, spending cuts and other radical right-wing heresy;

Getting involved in Libya was justified based on humanatarian concerns which do not exist in Syria;

Firing 165 missiles into Libya does not involve “hostilities,” thus, the War Powers Resolution does not apply;

Operation “Fast and Furious” was an appropriate under- the radar-project to keep guns out of the hands of dangerous, right-wing Americans by giving them to drug cartels in Mexico;

Adding 30 million people to the rolls of the insured will cut overall medical costs;

Transparency is NOT a constitutional requirement for the president or his administration;

There is far too much loose money in American politics, which is why I intend to force my re-election campaign to survive on no more than $1 billion dollars, unless an emergency causes me to do otherwise.

An Open Letter to Santa

My two front teeth are doing quite well, thank you.

What I really want for Christmas over the next 12 months:

*A new President, eligible for office by virtue of birth, passion for the U.S. Constitution, and love for traditional American values. He or she must demonstrate unquestionable respect for and allegiance to the Rule of law, and be a pro-American patriot, even fanatical!

* Sizeable conservative majorities in both chambers of Congress

* Supreme Court ruling to end ObamaCare and its death panels, funding for abortions, coverage for illegal aliens, and devastating impact on the deficit.

* Supreme Court ruling that upholds the rights of Arizona and other states to thwart and reverse the invasion of our sovereign nation by illegal invaders from foreign nations.

*No new programs for stimulus or bail out waste and fraud

*Honest “jobs created and saved” numbers from the White House

* Less sympathy for those who are in homes they are not qualified to own, and more sympathy for middle class taxpayers who always end up paying the bill

*Dismantling of the global warming myth that has produced the greatest scientific hoax in history

Christmas Musings--Michelle's Posterior Versus Barack's Ego!

As America continues to slide into a third-world, leaderless state, the national media have decided that the physical and intellectual attributes of the First Couple merit the undivided attention of the American people.

Thus, the raging inquiry: Between Michelle’s Posterior and Barack’s ego, which is the larger and more onerous?

As reported at reference 1, in part, a Republican Representative from the U.S. House sparked a national furor by ridiculing the size of Michelle’s backside:

After getting caught ridiculing Michelle Obama's "large posterior," a Wisconsin congressman has sent her an apology. "I regret my inappropriate comment and I have sent a personal note to the first lady apologizing," GOP Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner says in a statement. Meanwhile, a parishioner at the church where he made the comment has offered Politico a firsthand account.

"He got on the topic of first ladies and their special interests, and he said most first ladies have serious projects," said the 72-year-old woman. "He implied that Michelle Obama being interested in childhood obesity was not serious; he sort of made fun of it and then he made fun of her. He said something like, 'Look at her big butt,'" she said. "He just assumed everyone sitting at the table would agree with him and think it was funny." Instead, "there was sort of a stunned silence."

However provocative the debate over Michelle’s posterior might be, President Obama’s immodest evaluation of his role in history preempted the debate as reported in part at Reference 2:

In his interview with 60 Minutes, Barack Obama said he was the “fourth-best president.” This was cut from the program. Since it is such a compelling statement, (one) can only presume it was cut — like so many other things that were great in journalistic terms — to keep Obama from looking bad. But those making fun of Obama for this statement have just skimmed the surface. Actually, there is a lot to be discovered from further examining what he said.

It has often been remarked that Obama is a narcissist, but what we see here is actually dangerous, a man who is so closed and arrogant that he really cannot take criticism into account. Any leader, except a dictator (and as a result they make lots of mistakes), needs to listen to criticism and adjust policies, not necessarily change them entirely, but alter them to deal with his own errors, new discoveries, and changing conditions.

Note in Obama’s case how his new “jobs bill” is merely a repeat of the failed stimulus. And similar things can be said about his foreign policy — he simply does not take in developments and criticism. This is parallel to a ship’s captain being warned that there’s a big iceberg ahead, and continuing with his speech about how he has set the perfect course. “

It seems clear that when it comes to egos and posteriors in the White House, SIZE MATTERS!

After getting caught ridiculing Michelle Obama's "large posterior," a Wisconsin congressman has sent her an apology. "I regret my inappropriate comment and I have sent a personal note to the first lady apologizing," GOP Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner says in a statement. Meanwhile, a parishioner at the church where he made the comment has offered Politico a firsthand account.

"He got on the topic of first ladies and their special interests, and he said most first ladies have serious projects," said the 72-year-old woman. "He implied that Michelle Obama being interested in childhood obesity was not serious; he sort of made fun of it and then he made fun of her. He said something like, 'Look at her big butt,'" she said. "He just assumed everyone sitting at the table would agree with him and think it was funny." Instead, "there was sort of a stunned silence."

However provocative the debate over Michelle’s butt might be, President Obama’s immodest evaluation of his role in history preempted the butt buzz, as reported in part at Reference 2:

In his interview with 60 Minutes, Barack Obama said he was the “fourth-best president.” This was cut from the program. Since it is such a compelling statement, (one) can only presume it was cut — like so many other things that were great in journalistic terms — to keep Obama from looking bad. But those making fun of Obama for this statement have just skimmed the surface. Actually, there is a lot to be discovered from further examining what he said.

It has often been remarked that Obama is a narcissist, but what we see here is actually dangerous, a man who is so closed and arrogant that he really cannot take criticism into account. Any leader, except a dictator (and as a result they make lots of mistakes), needs to listen to criticism and adjust policies, not necessarily change them entirely, but alter them to deal with his own errors, new discoveries, and changing conditions.

Note in Obama’s case how his new “jobs bill” is merely a repeat of the failed stimulus. And similar things can be said about his foreign policy — he simply does not take in developments and criticism. This is parallel to a ship’s captain being warned that there’s a big iceberg ahead, and continuing with his speech about how he has set the perfect course. “

In this reporter's not-so-humble view, both the President and Michelle are arrogant arses! The American people deserve better!

The loss suffered by House Republicans with respect to the extension of the Payroll Tax holiday hurts so much because ,for awhile at least, it appeared as though the GOP had pulled the proverbial Magic rabbit out of the hat by out-maneuvering Barack Obama and the Democrats.

What seemed like a spectacular upset win turned into a bitter loss when the rabbit turned out to be a venomous snake, a deft reptile that sank its deadly fangs into the collective posterior of John Boehner and the House GOP.

Still, there are minor victories to celebrate out of the sordid mess, among which is that the GOP managed to avoid, at least for now, a job-killing “millionaires’ tax,” which Democrats sought for waging class warfare.

Another positive is that the Democrats were unable to kill the notion that the XL Pipeline is on the table and is to be reckoned with in the effort to promote job growth. Environmental nut jobs would have dearly loved to take the pipeline chip off the table, but were unable to do so.

What’s more, the fact that Congress is looking for measures to counter additional spending and or loss of revenue marks a dramatic change in the language of budgets, deficits, spending, and cuts in Washington.

No longer is a foolish liberal notion accepted simply because it meets some undefined, esoteric social agenda. Now the question is “How Do You Intend To Pay for That?”

These gains, while minor, should be celebrated by conservatives as terrific reasons for not choosing to “Cry over Spilled Tea!”

House Republicans Eat Christmas Crow, Cave on Payroll Tax Cut

Just in time for Christmas, the Republican-led House of Representatives has reversed course and decided to serve crow as the main dish for their end-of-year meal.

As reported, in part, at the reference:

House Republican leaders have decided to accept a short-term extension of the payroll tax cut, sources told ABC News this afternoon, staving off a hike in taxes just nine days before a payroll tax break for 160 million Americans expires.

House GOP leaders appeared to be adopting a compromise suggestion by Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell who, earlier today, urged the House to pass the two-month extension in exchange for the Senate appointing members to a conference committee, which will negotiate a longer-term extension. The proposal won a nod of approval from President Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.”

Thus ends, if only briefly, an ugly battle that saw millions of middle-class Americans trapped in the mind-boggling game that had Republicans opposing tax cuts!

Assuming the GOP can get its Senate and House leaders to unite between now and the end of February, the Democrats will resume their customary role as tax, tax, and more tax advocates while Republicans will resume the anti-tax stance that has served America so well.

McConnell- Boehner Snafu on Payroll Tax Cut Unforgivable

Yes, I know that Harry Reid and the Democrats are acting like the very animals which symbolize their party on the payroll tax cut extension.

However, as repugnant as the imagery of asses pulling the nation backwards may be, even more disgusting is the mind-picture of two circus elephants pulling at opposite directions, with the American middle-class caught in the middle.

Such is the consequence of the mind-boggling snafu which has left the GOP in complete shambles with regard to the payroll tax extension.

Good heavens, did Mitch McConnell negotiate with Harry Reid and reach an agreement for a 60-day extension, rather than the one-year version which passed the House, or did he not?

If McConnell did, in fact, reach agreement with Reid, why in the hell was that not communicated to John Boehner before the Senate vote?

Why is the GOP left standing in the Capitol Mall covered with elephant dung four days before Christmas on a really important political matter?

Do John Boehner and Mitch McConnell even recognize each other?

The Joy and Wonderment of Children--Especially at Christmas!

Children in motion are a source of constant wonderment and joy for this crusty old right-wing bird.

Just for the record, it matters not one whit the race, ethnicity, nationality, or immigration status of the little ones—they are all special and precious to me.

All the time, but especially at Christmas.

Notice in particular, if you will, the children the next time you are in a shopping mall or other public setting.

Almost without exception, the little ones are in constant motion, seemingly inexhaustible! They seem driven by unbridled joy and the thrill of just being alive.

I particularly enjoy the contrast between the little ones and their adult parents: While mom and or dad move in measured steps and at a steady, slow pace, the little ones hop, jump, skip, run and shout with boundless energy and life.

I am reminded of the utter joy and gratitude for life expressed by Ebenezer Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, following his redemption after being blessed by three spirits on Christmas Eve.

Most children are like the redeemed Scrooge—thankful and joyful for the blessing of life!

Who needs a 3-D movie or the Internet for entertainment? I secure replenishment of my soul just by observing children—especially at Christmas!

Judging Newt’s Judgment When It Comes to Activist Judges!

Newt Gingrich struck a responsive cord with his words of warning for activist judges.

As reported at the Reference, Newt tossed a bit of red meat our way in going after the black robed clowns who routinely overturn the will of the people and their elected officials and whom replace traditional American values with left-wing idiocy:

“As he works to rev up his conservative base in Iowa with just two weeks to go until the state's caucuses, Newt Gingrich is launching a full-throated assault on a reliable GOP target: judges.

There is little love for the judicial branch among the Republicans seeking the White House. But Gingrich's ridicule has been, by far, the sharpest and the loudest. And it's taken a central role as his campaign struggles to stay atop polls in Iowa, a state where irate social conservatives ousted three judges who legalized same-sex marriage.

"I commend the people of Iowa for sending a strong signal that when judges overreach that they can find a new job," Gingrich told about 200 supporters who turned out to hear him speak in Davenport, Iowa, on Monday.

Gingrich has suggested that judges who issue what he termed "radical" rulings out of step with mainstream American values should be subpoenaed before Congress to explain themselves before facing possible impeachment. As president, he said, he'd consider dispatching U.S. marshals to round up judges who refuse to show voluntarily. In extreme cases, whole courts could be eliminated.”

While Newt seemingly pushes all the right hot buttons on this issue, one must ask the following question:

Would Newt’s action establish precedent for Marxists like Barack Obama to act? Would Obama be within his rights, for instance, to round up dissenting associates in the event the U.S. Supreme Court rules against ObamaCare?

How can we accomplish the good that Newt proposes without opening Pandora’s Box to a rush of wild-eyed Marxists who could care less about individual rights and preservation of the U.S. Constitution?

Just asking.

Are You in the Christmas Spirit? How Can You Be Sure?

Being in the "Christmas Spirit" is a very serious civic responsibility not to be taken lightly.

Although it is probably not specifically mandated by the U.S. Constitution, being in the "Spirit" is nearly as important as voting, paying taxes, and enjoying baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, and Toyota.

Denying the events of 9/11 is about the only offense that can compare to not being in the Spirit. Evading income taxes is a much less serious crime.

But just what exactly does it mean? Some claim that the condition is contagious, that it can be caught by being around young children, or hanging with adults who have caught "it."

From personal experience, I have learned that it is a fairly safe bet that I have been Spirit-smitten when I catch myself engaged in any of the following:

Watching the two classic (old school) renditions of "A Christmas Carol" and Jimmy Stewart's " It's a Wonderful Life " for the 7,903rd time each, seated comfortably next to a crackling, politically incorrect fireplace fire.

Listening to Bing Crosby's "I'm Dreaming of A White Christmas," without a single thought about racism, slavery, reparations or Eric Holder.

Dropping all the loose change from my pockets into the Salvation Army kettle--after confirming that the attending Santa-dude speaks English!

Applying for a refinance of my Home Equity Line of Credit to consolidate the massive debt accumulated this Christmas with unpaid bills from last Christmas and several Christmases before that.

Visiting with sisters and brothers, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and in- laws and outlaws of every stripe and persuasion. Once again, giving thanks that Christmas comes but once a year!

Enjoying "Polar Express," "Santa Clause" and other contemporary films about Christmas from a secular perspective.

Watching Christmas Eve services from Rome where the pope prays for peace and gives thanks for the birth of the Christ Child. Viewed on my 52" plasma television with High Definition, which was purchased last Christmas and which is about to be refinanced in that Home Equity loan redo

Driving through upper middle-class neighborhoods in Silicon Valley at night to witness the spectacular lights and decorations and even music. Explaining to my bigoted in-law that homes in the "rich" part of town are mostly dark and quiet because of energy conservation, not because nearly all wealthy property owners are Jewish.

Adding the obligatory poundage and girth while experiencing seasonal gout symptoms, owing to a eating frenzy not seen in years by my personal physician, dentist, or life insurance agent.

Debating whether or not my $25 gift for the office Christmas party is tax deductible as a business expense, and for how much. Should I add $10 for the three hours it took me to wrap the damned thing?

Listening to "Merry Christmas" by Nat King Cole and all of the other classics as performed by Henry Mancini and the Boston Pops. Also, Gene Autry's "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer," Elvis Presley's "Blue Christmas," and Brenda Lee's "Rocking Around the Christmas Tree."

Attending a Christmas Eve midnight service. Giving praise when the church roof does not cave in on the occasion of my entry.

Breaking all food and drink resolutions hundreds of times over in a fortnight of debauchery and decadence. Vowing to do better in the New Year, just like I did last year at this time.

Watching small toddlers react to the bright lights, trees, and resounding joy.

Helping an older gentleman or lady cross a busy street, and wishing them a Merry Christmas

Watching the joy and excitement of youngsters as they wait to sit on Santa's lap and make known their demands for Christmas Eve.

Shouting Merry Christmas! at a stranger in the mall and celebrating the Merry Christmas! shouted back!

And so it is indeed the season to be jolly!

Enforcing the Constitutional Right to “Christ-free” Christmas!

At first read, the title may cause one to conclude that this is nothing more than a right-wing salvo fired at the non-existent “War on Christmas.” Yet another paranoid reaction from a gap-toothed, Bible thumper with too much time and broad band on his hands!

Upon closer review, however, the title seems quite rational, given a recent edict from PC police in charge of defending the American people from misguided members of the U.S. who believe that it is their mission to somehow link Jesus Christ to the Christmas holiday.

As reported, in part, at the reference, politically-correct idiocy is running amuck in Washington:

Members who submit official mailings for review by the congressional franking commission that reviews all congressional mail to determine if it can be "franked," or paid for with tax dollars, are being told that no holiday greetings, including "Merry Christmas," can be sent in official mail.

According to a Dec. 12 memo from the "Franking Commission Staff" concerning "Holiday Messaging,":

Members are unable at the current time to use official resources to record holiday greetings, post on social media/website, or send to constituents in franked mail or e-communications.

A franking commission spokesman confirmed to The Washington Examiner that Members of Congress indeed cannot wish constituents "Merry Christmas" in any official mailing.

"Currently, incidental use of the phrase Happy Holidays is permissible but Merry Christmas is not," said Salley Wood.

So it's true, the elected representatives of the nation that puts "In God We Trust" on its currency are not permitted to use the greeting that has likely been uttered by every living adult American at least once in their lifetimes."

Meanwhile, in the U.S. Senate, members have more freedom of speech as described, again from the reference:

According to the Senate Ethics Committee, which handles franking issues for the upper chamber, Senators can say things congressmen can't because the Senate franking regulation say this:

"Senators may not use the frank to mail holiday cards. However, Senators may use officially related funds to mail holiday cards to constituents. Holiday cards to friends should be sent with personal funds, not using Senate facilities.

"Senators also may NOT use the frank to acknowledge holiday greetings that were sent to them. Senators may express holiday greetings at the commencement or conclusion of otherwise frankable mail."

Once again, the Senate has demonstrated why it is the “most deliberative body in the world,” while the U.S. House has shown how it is that moon bats like Nancy Pelosi can become Speaker.

To all 435 of the rascals in Congress, I say, have a “Merry Christmas,” and PC can go straight to the living hell!

While campaigning for the presidency in 2008, Barack Obama promised to fundamentally transform America, a promise which, thankfully, he has been unable to keep.

Obama has, however, left his mark on Christmas, including the following eight changes traceable to The One and his Marxist allies:

1. The right to a Christ-free Christmas is now inalienable, second in propriety only to the Constitutional right to slaughter unborn fetuses at will.

2. Truth be told, Jesus was probably female; if not, he was surely gay and or transgender.

3. Proof that under-regulation invites corporate greed and abuse: The leased donkey which Mary rode into Bethlehem was the same animal forced to carry Jesus into Jerusalem some 32 years later!

4. Mary’s virginity proves that the argument which holds that marriage exists primarily to facilitate procreation is specious at best, homophobic at worse.

5. There were no Muslims or people of color present in the stable where Jesus was born. This lack of diversity renders the entire Christmas story a racist fantasy, unworthy of repeating.

6. Among Jewish retailers, the number 1 favorite song at Christmas is, What a Friend We Have in Jesus!

7. In addition to saving the environment, bankrupting the coal industry would reduce the number of “lumps” available to Santa Claus for making mischief against innocent young boys and girls.

8. Bing Crosby’s classic, “White Christmas” is a most unfortunate remnant from an era which existed throughout America prior to the start of the Obama “post-racism” era, which began on January 20, 2009 and ended in July, 2009 when Obama accused a white police officer of “acting stupidly” for arresting a black professor from Harvard University.

Kudos to Barack Obama for transforming the way Americans see and celebrate Christmas!

Michelle Bachmann “Fights Like a Girl”? Gingrich Begs to Differ!

With all due respect to fellow CFP columnist Daren Jonescu and his column titled, ‘Michelle Bachmann Fights Like a Girl,’ the lady in question displayed a pugnacious killer instinct that was anything but “girly like” like during the December 15 Republican debate in Iowa.

Specifically, Ms. Bachmann took on Newt Gingrich, the man who was the GOP front runner until he ran into hurricane Michelle. The lady delivered blow after crushing blow to the chin and face of the 68-year-old “historian” for the corrupt fools at Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

In executing this unbridled assault on the disagreeable hypocrite from Georgia, her ladyship even resorted to several punches that can only be described as “below the belt,” delivered with lots of gusto as Bachmann nakedly campaigned for a spot on the ticket as VP, or a cabinet post in a Romney administration.

Fights like a girl?

Perhaps, if said girl is a trained assassin with a black belt and brass knuckles!

Iraq War: Great Achievement, or “Dumb”?

Historians seeking to answer that question objectively will need to sort out a bewildering dossier of contradictory statements from the man whom was elected to serve as the 44th President of the United States, but whom never quite managed the common sense, courage, or patriotism needed to answer that calling with any measure of effectiveness.

Scholars will note, for example, that in December, 2011, President Barack Obama staged a campaign visit to Fort Bragg, N.C., to “Welcome Home” military men and women from the battle fields of Iraq.

At this and other similar campaign events as documented in the References, President Obama:

* “Said the success of the United States in Iraq is “part of what makes us special as Americans.” The U.S. made sacrifices on behalf of Iraq, he added, “because it’s right.”

* Called the results of the war an extraordinary achievement. “Iraq is not a perfect place. It has many challenges ahead," said Obama. "But we are leaving behind a sovereign, stable and self-reliant Iraq, with a representative government that was elected by its people.”

* Told the troops that he could not be prouder of them.

* Recognized the sacrifices of 30,000 Americans wounded in Iraq and the nearly 4,500 who died there while serving their nation.

Based on those narratives alone, one might reasonably conclude that Barack Obama was a fervent warrior in the war on terror, including the nine-year engagement in Iraq.

Digging deeper, however, scholars will discover that Obama was quite dismissive of the Iraq war:

President Barack Obama, as an Illinois state senator in 2002, said that using military force to topple a murderous dictator amounted to a “dumb war” and should be opposed.

The “dumb war” Obama was criticizing was the planned invasion of Iraq and the murderous dictator was its leader, Saddam Hussein. Obama, speaking at an anti-war rally in Chicago on Oct. 2, 2002 said that while Saddam was a brutal tyrant, that was not enough to justify using military force to remove him from power.”

So which is it, Mr. President? A great achievement when executed by your administration, a “dumb” war when executed by President George W. Bush?

To friends and loved ones of those injured and killed in Iraq, a special thank you from the American people. The sacrifices of those who served in Iraq are recognized as anything but “dumb!”

“Last Noel” for Obama in Oval Office?

Technically, of course, Barack Obama will still be in the White House on Christmas Day 2012, irrespective of the election results from next November.

However, if the prayers and hopes of the American people are answered, the President and FLOTUS will spend next Christmas packing the family belongings into moving boxes for the trek back to the suburbs of Chicago.

Michelle’s TO DO list will include the vital task of registering the Obama daughters, Malia and Sasha, in suitably elitist schools in Illinois.

Barack will spend much time assuring that the world’s most famous teleprompter is packaged safely for the trip home.
Several journeys between Washington and Chicago will be required for Obama to settle on an appropriate golf course, commiserate with his lofty social status and not-so-lofty handicap.

All in all, Christmas 2012 may not be all that festive for the president and his family, particularly if the American people decline to renew his contract for another four years.

In contrast, for the American people, 2012 may be the most festive and joyful Christmas in memory!

"Merry Christmas!" and Other Abusive Hate Speech!

Nonetheless, it seems fitting at this time of year to “Cast My Fate to the Wind,” and speak unabashed about that which I believe, without undue regard to violating some idiotic PC etiquette.

As they used to say “Let it All Hang Out!”

Thus, and therefore, acting against the counsel of my psychiatric team, I hereby plunge headfirst into the world of anarchy.

I do so by exclaiming the following greeting from the top of my keyboard:

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

And, no, I did NOT forget Kwanzaa, Hanukah, or Ramadan.

And I most assuredly did NOT mean Happy Holidays, that neutered, politically correct double talk that has gained favor with so many ACLU-bullied wussies.

I said exactly what I meant, without apologies or hesitation. I said it, and already I hear the manic screams of sirens outside my padded cell.

What to do?

The only thing a sane person would do. Repeat the “sounding joy” and again say:

Showing that she owns an independent streak and is not to be bullied about by the “most powerful man on the planet,” Michelle Obama, with daughters Sasha and Malia in tow, joined the “Occupy Honolulu” effort, if there is even such a thing.

This journey to the land of surf and poi was made without the company of the second most influential Obama in Washington, namely, the insufferable and un-reelectable (we hope!) Barack.

What a deal, Mr. President! Instead of Wakiki beach and Hula skirts, you get to spend the holidays with the likes of Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, John Boehner, and Mitch McDonnell!

With that turn of events, it is little wonder that Barack has been grouchy and out of sorts lately.

First lady Michelle Obama and first daughters Sasha and Malia are headed to Honolulu on Friday for a 17-day vacation — without the president.

At least for now.

With the White House and Congress embroiled in a standoff over a spending bill and payroll tax cut proposal that could lead to a government shutdown Saturday, Obama appears ready to make good on his promise to stay in Washington until the issues are resolved.

The White House announced Wednesday that the rest of the first family would leave Washington Friday evening after delivering toys and gifts to the Marines Corps’ Toys for Tots program. As of now, the president will not be on the plane with them, unless an agreement is reached in the next 36 hours.

The Obama administration is pushing Congress to approve a short-term funding bill to keep government in business until a longer-term spending resolution can be worked out.

In both of his first two years in office, Obama briefly delayed his vacation to remain in Washington while Congress completed its business.”

Alas, Mr. President, we are confident that you will make the best of the situation, given your elitist advantage!

Bursting of the Gingrich “Bubble” in Iowa?

In the never-ending war to capture the nomination of the Republican party for U.S. President in 2012, another dramatic development in Iowa knocks the socks off the candidates and pundits.

Specifically, as reported, in part, at the reference, Newt Gingrich’s meteoric rise to front-runner status has been reversed dramatically:

DES MOINES -- A new survey from pollster Scott Rasmussen shows support for Newt Gingrich in Iowa has fallen sharply in recent days. The poll shows the former House speaker with the support of 20 percent of likely Republican caucus-goers -- down from 32 percent in the last Rasmussen survey released November 15.

Gingrich has now fallen into second place in the Iowa race, behind Mitt Romney, who is at 23 percent, up from 19 percent in the last Rasmussen survey.

In the new survey, every candidate but Gingrich gained support in the last few weeks. The biggest gainers were Romney, up four points; Paul, up eight points; and Perry, up four points. Michele Bachmann climbed three points, as did Jon Huntsman, who has been to Iowa a grand total of one time in the campaign.

Gingrich, on the other hand, fell 12 points.

Coming into 2011, things looked pretty good for conservatives.

Barack Obama’s socialist policies were clearly not working and a huge majority of the voting public believed that the nation was headed in the wrong direction.

Conservatives had a golden opportunity to win the presidency and perhaps both the House and Senate in 2012.

Heady days, indeed, as Obama’s performance was so poor that a real conservative could prosper, which meant there was no need to compromise by nominating moderates or RINOs!

Now after a year of non-stop debates and humiliating mudslinging, conservatives are being told that it may be necessary to accept a candidate whose conservative credentials are dubious at best, non-existent at worse.

We are told that in order to rid the nation of Barack Obama, conservatives must settle for a “Second Choice” nominee, one with a history of weak-kneed flip flopping on issues like abortion, gay marriage, immigration, socialist health care, and fiscal constraint.

In other words, to interrupt the Marxist take-over of America, conservatives must nominate a man or woman whom is “Obama-light,” with respect to some of the major issues of the day.

How can this be happening to we the people?

What happened to ‘right-thinking’ warriors like John Bolton, Tom Tancredo, and other owners of unassailable conservative pedigree?

Why has Rick Santorum failed to round up any appreciable support? What happened to the Michele Bachmann surge that seemed so promising last spring?

Frankly, conservatives have a right—nay, make that a duty—to be upset.

Over the past few years, we have been forced to accept the likes of George H. Bush, George W. Bush, and John McCain, all whom claim to be conservative but whom think and act like liberals too damn often!

Gingrich Vision for America: Millions of “Invented” Citizens!

Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich made huge waves recently by claiming that Palestinians are “invented people.”

As reported, in part, at the reference, Gingrich went on to say:

“The Palestinian claim to a right of return is based on a historically false story. I think sometimes it is helpful to have a president of the United States with the courage to tell the truth,” Gingrich said. “Just as it was when [Ronald] Reagan went around his entire national security apparatus to call the Soviet Union an evil empire.”

This is the same Gingrich who, during the November 22, GOP presidential debate, argued vehemently that America should grant amnesty (not what he calls it!) to millions of illegal aliens whom have been in here for 25 years.

How in the hell does that make any sense whatsoever?

Those whom have violated our borders and have deliberately eluded the rule of law for 25 years deserve special treatment, wrapped in forgiveness and compassion?

People who refuse to assimilate by learning the language and whose allegiance remains with Mexico?

Bassackwards thinking, says I!

After all, those who have been here the longest are the most guilty and should be the very first to be deported!

Lest one conclude that the objective is to break-up families or be inhumane to anyone, please remember that, by being here for 25 years, illegals have shown utter contempt and disregard for American sovereignty and values!

Rewarding said vermin in any way will only serve to attract millions more and will encourage those already here to wait out the “Gringos and their silly laws.”

Pin Strips for Barry Bonds?

Not many years ago, that question would have fueled speculation about whether or not super-star Barry Bonds woukd join the New York Yankees baseball empire, and don a traditional pin-stripe uniform.

In 2011, however, the question refers to the December 16 court appearance at which Bonds will be sentenced for his April 13 felony conviction for obstruction of justice.

If things go badly for him in court, Barry Bonds could end up in prison pin stripes for 15 months.

SAN FRANCISCO - Federal prosecutors are urging a judge to send former baseball slugger Barry Bonds to prison.

In court documents filed late Thursday, prosecutors objected to a recommendation by a federal probation officer that Bonds get only probation when he's sentenced for obstruction of justice on Dec. 16.

In the documents, prosecutors are asking that Bonds be sentenced to 15 months in prison.

Bonds’ attorneys have argued for probation rather than prison time for the man who holds the record for most career home runs (762) and most single-season home runs (73).

Bonds received the Most Valuable Player award seven (7) times during his storied career. Despite his legal problems with steroids, Barry Bonds is unquestionably one of the greatest baseball players in history.

The big question: Will a federal judge sentence the Home Run King and icon to millions of baseball fans to prison?

You see, my psyche has been in a state of panic/disrepair concurrent with the resurrection of Newt Gingrich from the ranks of the politically dead and his improbable ascension to number one in the ongoing brawl among GOP candidates running to replace Barack Obama.

My ability to tolerate Gingrich crashed when he gave his spiel about special consideration(amnesty!) for illegal aliens whom have been here for 25 years!

Will Obama’s Anti-Rich, Anti-Energy Obsessions Result in “Blue Christmas” for Middle Class?

President Obama is keenly aware of the fact that his 2012 reelection bid will depend in large measure on the state of the economy, in particular unemployment. He also knows that the dismal jobless numbers are unlikely to get significantly better before November 2012, and may even get worse.

Those gloomy facts have forced Obama to pursue a cynical agenda which, rather than legitimately working to create jobs, seeks to draw Republicans into legislative wars that will expose conservatives as Scrooge- like scoundrels bent on protecting the unfair tax advantages enjoyed by the rich.

By proposing to extend payroll-tax deductions for the middle-class while paying for same with increased taxes on the rich, Obama and friends were licking their chops with glee at the prospects of a vote that would have GOPers abandoning their war on taxes just to placate the well-to-do upper classes.

It all seemed to be a perfect Marxist class war scenario, and so what if the plan was nothing more than a contrived political gimmick?

For a while, it seemed that the president had outsmarted the Republicans and had established a core issue on which to base his 2012 campaign.

However, some clever folks in the GOP pulled the proverbial rabbit out of the hat: Namely, by all means, extend the payroll-tax reduction and clear the way for the Keystone XL project to commence immediately, rather than placing the project on hold until 2013 as Obama had mandated.

The Keystone XL project could add as many as 20,000 jobs to the economy!

So, why wait Mr. President? As you have argued so persistently, the American people need jobs now!

Should Obama scuttle the GOP proposal to link the payroll-tax reduction to Keystone XL, HE and the Democrats will be guilty of raising taxes on the middle class WHILE refusing to approve a project that will add jobs!

Such is the world of big-league politics in Washington, D.C., even at Christmas!

‘Occupy Putin’--Instigated by Hillary Clinton?

Political outrage and discontent have apparently taken hold in Russia in the aftermath of elections which adversaries of Vladimir Putin claim are riddled with fraud and manipulation.

Meanwhile, back in the once-great US of A, President Barack Obama has been working 24/7 to dismantle and discredit programs such as the Keystone XL pipeline which would add tens of thousands of desperately-needed jobs to the depressed economy.

Which means that Obama’s female attack dog,the Hildabeast, is in charge of pissing off the Russians and plunging America back into the Cold War that Ronald Reagan won, despite the Democrat Party, in the 1980s.

As reported at the reference, Hillary Clinton has precipitated a one-on-one row with Putin that has the Gipper quaking in his grave:

Putin's tough words show the deep cracks in U.S.-Russian ties despite President Barack Obama's efforts to "reset" relations with the Kremlin. Ahead of the election, President Dmitry Medvedev threatened to deploy missiles to target the U.S. missile shield in Europe if Washington failed to assuage Moscow's concerns about its plans.

Clinton has repeatedly criticized Sunday's parliamentary vote, saying "Russian voters deserve a full investigation of electoral fraud and manipulation."

While Clinton is to be applauded for taking on tyrants such as Putin and the Russians, the big question is: What about Syria, Madam Secretary?

Whither Inclusion for Those With Differing Views on LGBT Relationships?

With national elections less than 11 months away, the Obama Administration, AKA, the Obama Reelection Mob, has made pandering to minority groups and issues a major priority in both foreign and domestic policy.

With respect to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) issues, Obama has decided to use foreign aid and diplomacy as a wedge to force other nations and cultures to abandon “discrimination” against those whom are sexually unique.

As reported at the reference:

President Barack Obama, in a memorandum to executive departments, and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, during a speech before the UN Human Rights Council, issued a coordinated denunciation Tuesday of anti-gay discrimination, stating that equal treatment of gay, lesbian and transgender people was an explicit U.S. foreign policy goal.

The White House said the twin moves represented the U.S. government’s first comprehensive strategy to combat sexual orientation-based human rights abuses around the world.

Gay rights groups cheered the actions, noting that gays and lesbians can be arrested, tortured and even executed in some countries.”

Of course gay rights groups cheered the move! Obama’s action was specifically aimed at shoring up this constituency in advance of the elections!

However, questions about this “foreign policy goal” need to be answered:

( ) What about cultures and religions where LGBT behavior is seen as sinful and morally wrong?

( ) Many Jews, Christians, and especially Muslims, have strict prohibitions against same-sex relationships. Are the spiritual and moral tenets of billions of people who practice those faiths to be officially ignored and violated as a part of US policy?

( ) The new policy seems to be “reverse discrimination” against those opposed to LGBT relationships and thus flawed. How can reverse discrimination be logically advocated by an administration that preaches diversity and inclusion?

( ) Is it prudent for US foreign policy to be based on an issue where a vital US interest is not involved?

Finally, the big question: What in the hell gives Barack Obama, a man who personally opposes gay marriage, the legal or spiritual authority to dictate policy on these delicate matter to foreign nations? Arrogance gone amuck!

Once again, our troubled president is employing a strategy of "divide and conquer" to appease his base at the expense of those who have legitimate objections to his Marxist policies and notions.

Merry Christmas to Democrat Rod Blagojevich—In 2026!

In a devastating blow to Chicago mobster Rod Blagojevich, a district judge has sentenced the Democrat thug and Obama pal to prison for 14 years.

Which means that this corrupt snake is unlikely to have a Merry Christmas before the year 2012. Which is too damn soon for the fellow who put a “For Sale” sign on Barack Obama’s seat in the U.S. Senate.

Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich has been sentenced to 14 years in prison.

U.S. District Judge James Zagel handed down the sentence on Wednesday, shortly after Blagojevich made a plea for leniency, following his conviction on 18 corruption counts.
Before the sentence and emotional Blagojevich told the judge: “I accept the people’s verdict, judge. They found me guilty and all I can say is I never wanted to hurt anyone … I would hope you can find some mercy.”

With any luck, Blagojevich may have a famous cell mate in the near future.

Indeed, the most notorious and evil thug from the streets of Chicago may join Blago if American voters use common sense and kick Barack Obama out of the White House in 2012.

A conservative Republican in the presidency and Republicans in solid control of the US House and Senate could investigate the high crimes and misdemeanors committed by Barack Obama.

There would no cause no impeach and remove Obama because we the people will accomplish that next November.

However, the full extent of Obama’s crimes should be documented for historians and should be pursued by a Republican Attorney General committed to the rule of law.

Reuniting Blagojevich and Obama in a prison setting could do wonders to restore our faith in the rule of law and common sense!

Ellen Ratner’s Incredibly–Biased “Incredulous” Alarm

Ellen Ratner's statement (See reference 3) that ""Most of the press folks with whom I spoke this week were incredulous as to how someone like Cain could even think of running for office, given his skirt-chasing," is a perfect summary of the biased, anti-conservative thinking that resides within Ratner and the hateful leftist media.

Were she imbued with even a smidgen of objectivity, Ratner would know that when it comes to sexual debauchery, harassment, and other inappropriate behavior by elected officials and those seeking elective office, Herman Cain is but a bumbling amateur compared to prominent Democrats.

Ratner seems to have overlooked, or deliberately ignored, the sexual scandals and legal entanglements which have ensnared Bill Clinton, John Edwards, Anthony Weiner, and Barney Frank.

President Bill Clinton, it will be recalled, was involved in a sexual tryst which took place in the White House. He was also accused of other unwanted sexual advances made while in the Oval Office, and many, many more before he invaded the White House.

Perhaps President Clinton, known far and wide for his brilliant IQ, was unaware of the fact that the White House is owned by We the People who intend that it be used for managing official affairs of the United States, but not for adulteress personal affairs and harassment?

Remember, too, that Clinton was accused of perjury and obstruction of justice, was disbarred from practicing law, and was banned from arguing before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Based on the charges of perjury and obstruction of justice, President Clinton was impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives in 1998, but was acquitted by the U.S. Senate in 1999.

To the best of my knowledge, Herman Cain has never been accused of criminal behavior, sexual or otherwise.

What say you, Ms. Ratner?

John Edwards ran to be Vice President in 2004 and the Presidency in 2008. He is currently defending himself against criminal charges which allege that he misused campaign funds to cover-up a sexual affair while married to a woman dying of cancer.

On June 3, 2011, a federal grand jury indicted Edwards on charges that he violated federal campaign finance laws by “secretly obtaining and using” contributions from wealthy benefactors to conceal his mistress and their baby while he was running for president in 2008. See reference 1.

If he is found guilty, Mr. Edwards faces a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and $1.5 million in fines.

With respect to Herman Cain, to the best of this writer's knowledge he has not been indicted and is not awaiting trial for any criminal act(s). Herman Cain is not facing 30 years in prison!

Get it Ratner?

Anthony Weiner was a rabid leftist who served in the U.S. House of Representatives for the 9th district of New York until June of 2011.
As reported at reference 2, in part:

On May 27, 2011, Weiner sent a link to a sexually suggestive photograph of himself via his public Twitter account to an adult woman who was following him on Twitter. After several days of denying he had posted the image, Weiner held a press conference at which he admitted he had, “exchanged messages and photos of an explicit nature with about six women over the last three years”. He apologized for his earlier denials. After an explicit photo was leaked, Weiner announced on June 16, 2011, that he would resign from Congress, and he formally resigned on June 21.

Herman Cain’s history does not include, to the best of our current knowledge, vulgar and inappropriate behavior of the type that drove Anthony Weiner from office and, to the best of my knowledge, Herman Cain has never used Twitter or any other social network to promote his body parts.

Barney Frank has been in the U.S. House since 1981, allegedly for the purpose of representing the state of Massachusetts. Just in time for the holidays, Frank announced that he will not seek reelection in 2012, thus ending his personal assault on the American Dream.

More than two decades ago, Frank was reprimanded by the US House for using his congressional status on behalf of a male prostitute whom he had employed as a personal aide, including seeking dismissal of 33 parking tickets.

Again, we know of no misbehavior on the part of Herman Cain that compares to that committed by Barney Franks.

Herman Cain may be guilty of all of the bad behavior alleged by four women. In fact, it is damn near impossible to imagine that all of the accusations against him are fabricated lies.

Still, he does not appear to be involved in acts that would be considered criminal of the variety that caught Clinton, Edwards, and Weiner, nor does Cain’s history include behavior that would cause an official reprimand as was the case with Rep. Frank.

Herman Cain's suspension of his campaign is probably in the best interests of the GOP and his family.

However, it is important to recognize that Herman Cain has done nothing remotely comparable to the crimes and misbehavior committed by the Party of Bill Clinton, John Edwards, Anthony Weiner, and Barney Frank.

Just where in the hell is Ratner’s “incredulity” when it comes to crimes and awful behavior by Democrats?

Verification of Voter ID: Really About Voter Suppression?

Assuring the integrity of the voting right is essential to our form of Democracy. Manipulation, through fraud or suppression, can circumvent the very will of We the people, in effect destroying the purpose of free and open elections in the first place.

In recent years, a tsunami of illegal migration, in tandem with a soaring increase in the crime of identity theft, has lead to genuine concern about the integrity of election results in this, the most advanced, sophisticated democracy on the planet.

Regrettably, laws aimed at preventing voter fraud by requiring voters to provide valid ID verification at polling places are seen by some minority groups (and Democrat politicians) as nothing but racist ploys to suppress participation by African- American and Hispanic voters.

As reported, in part, at Reference 1, the NAACP is so concerned about this issue that the organization is actually planning to petition the United Nations for help in advance of the 2012 elections:

The largest civil rights group in America, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), is petitioning the UN over what it sees as a concerted effort to disenfranchise black and Latino voters ahead of next year's presidential election.

The organization will this week present evidence to the UN high commissioner on human rights of what it contends is a conscious attempt to "block the vote" on the part of state legislatures across the US. Next March the NAACP will send a delegation of legal experts to Geneva to enlist the support of the UN human rights council.

The NAACP contends that the America in the throes of a consciously conceived and orchestrated move to strip black and other ethnic minority groups of the right to vote. William Barber, a member of the association's national board, said it was the "most vicious, coordinated and sinister attack to narrow participation in our democracy since the early 20th century.”

However, not all Democrats agree that Voter ID is the “most vicious, coordinated and sinister attack to narrow participation in our democracy” as alleged by the NAACP.

In fact, as reported in part at Reference 2, one former Congressional Democrat argues that voter fraud is indeed a clear and present danger:

Top Democrats are aggressively pushing the claim that Republicans' worries about voter fraud are an insincere excuse to suppress voting by African-Americans and Hispanics, but former Alabama Democratic Rep. Artur Davis who quit electoral politics in 2010 has told The Daily Caller that anti-fraud measures are needed to protect African-Americans from corrupt political bosses -- many of them African-Americans themselves -- who run Democratic Party machines in the South:

... On Nov. 14, progressive Democratic Reps. John Conyers, Steny Hoyer, Jerrold Nadler, Keith Ellison, Steve Cohen, Marcia Fudge and Emanuel Clearer, the chair of the Congressional Black Caucus -- along with representatives from several advocacy groups -- held a meeting to complain about what they say is the danger posed by laws that require voters to identify themselves.

... "What I have seen in my state, in my region, is the most aggressive practitioners of voter-fraud are local machines who are tied lock, stock and barrel to the special interests in their communities -- the landfills, the casino operators -- and they're cooking the [ballot] boxes on election day, they're manufacturing absentee ballots, they're voting [in the names of] people named Donald Duck, because they want to control politics and thwart progress," he told TheDC.

"People who are progressives have no business defending those individuals."

In other words, the Republican concerns are well-founded and justified, while the Democrats' efforts to prevent measures to prevent voter fraud not only defy common sense but also appear to be nothing less than a conspiracy to allow it.”

The extent to which minority advocates can overreach became obvious in a recent story out of Port Chester, NY.

Port Chester NY- How do you get minorities elected to power in districts where they don’t have enough votes? Why just let them vote 6 times , you know, just to be fair. Do you think this happened in a dark Chicago alley with Daley, Obama or Blagojevich?

No, this is happening in New York State and not in the dark of night but in the light of day with the full blessing of the federal judge who heard the case. The judge is black and was appointed to the federal bench by George W. Bush!”

Letting Hispanics vote six times is fair and reasonable?

Of course, when one citizen is allowed to vote six times, the votes of five other people are suppressed. Where is the good in that?

The precious right to vote must never be infringed upon based on a desire to prevent any person from voting because of that individual’s political tendencies or voting preferences.

However, it is just as important that fool-proof procedures be in place to suppress the vote of:

*Illegal aliens
*Those not registered to vote
*Those attempting to vote more than once
*The dead

Requiring would be voters to provide proof of ID is small price to pay in order to guard against voter fraud of the sort listed.

Those who oppose voter ID are being unreasonable and are, themselves, a danger to the exercise of our most precious right—the right to vote!

Should Children in Liberal Homes Be Taken into Protective Custody?

A recent story from Cleveland, Ohio has set off a firestorm of “Nanny State” alarms in the hearts and minds of thinking Americans who sincerely believe that government is improperly encroaching into matters best left in the hands of adult parents.

At issue is a Cleveland third-grader who tips the scales at over 200 pounds and, as a result, suffers health problems which accrue to the morbidly obese.

As reported at the Reference, in part:

A Cleveland third grader who weighed more than 200 pounds was taken from his mother after officials reportedly said she did not do enough to help the boy, who suffered from a weight-related health issue, to lose weight.

"They are trying to make it seem like I am unfit, like I don't love my child," the boy's mother, who was not identified, told the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "It's a lifestyle change and they are trying to make it seem like I am not embracing that. It is very hard, but I am trying."

Officials first became aware of the boy's weight after his mother took him to the hospital last year while he was having breathing problems, the newspaper reported. The child was diagnosed with sleep apnea and began to be monitored by social workers while he was enrolled in a program called "Healthy Kids, Healthy Weight" at the Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital.

The boy lost a few pounds, but recently began to gain some back, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported. At that point, the Department of Children and Family Services asked a juvenile court for custody of the boy, citing his soaring weight as a form of medical neglect, according to the newspaper.

Taking obese children from their families has become a topic of intense debate over the past year after one high-profile pediatric obesity expert made controversial comments in the Journal of the American Medical Association advocating the practice in acute cases.”

Intense debate is certainly called for, given the low-IQ knot heads generally working for government in agencies such as CPS.

However, the issue has broader applications. For instance, should children residing in homes run by extreme liberals be removed from such environments for the safety of children and society as a while?

An innocent child (or grandchild) being raised by, say, Nancy Pelosi could be subjected to illogical and dangerous concepts which could wreak havoc on her/his ability to function normally and live a normal life.

Example: A child raised by Nancy Pelosi might see nothing immoral or illogical about slaughtering 50 million innocent, defenseless, unborn babies, but would quake at the notion of delivering justice to a serial killer via a lethal injunction with an instrument no more painful than a flu shot.

Should any child be forced to live in a home where such idiocy is taught as “Catholic” doctrine?

Another exampler: A young boy raised by a leftist whack-job like Barney Frank could end up loathing girls while loving other little boys. That could ultimately result in extreme anti-social behavior, and unnecessary exposure to all sorts of awkward moments, perhaps even including embarrassing disease.

Why not move the little tyke beyond Barney’s reach and into a home where traditional male-female relationships are respected and exalted?

Another example: A brat raised by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano might grow up with the mistaken notion that “Borders are for sissies!” and other leftist pap typical of Napolitano’s cavalier disregard for the harm and pain inflicted on law-abiding citizens by illegal aliens from south of our borders.

Therefore, a child raised by Big Sis might feel justified in breaking into a neighbor’s home and stealing the biggest, most attractive gifts from under the Christmas tree under the guise of being an Undocumented, Newly-Arrived Refugee from a less wealthy part of town.

What sort of society would we have if 20 million brats acted out on that fantasy come December 24?

My rhetorical questions are obviously meant to lead the reader into concluding that, in each instance cited, the child and society would be better off if the child were removed from the overly-liberal environment.

The only knot in my logic: Just whom should custody be granted to, given the fact that all state-run institutions are corrupt and incompetent hell holes?

Not So "Sweet" Nutcracker End for the Black Walnut

In a said day for those of us who found Herman Cain’s candidacy refreshing—at least for a while—the fellow who calls himself the “Black Walnut” has apparently cracked under the pressure of national politics.

Conclusions from Latest Drop in Unemployment

Great news all around as the latest unemployment number is ‘only’ 8.6 percent! From the slime and spin pit in the Oval Office, the news is being heralded as proof that Obama is on the right track.

One can also extrapolate the latest numbers to reach the following conclusions:

( )Unemployment is on the wane because the GOP won control of the U.S. House and additional influence in the Senate by virtue of the 2010 elections;

( ) The Tea Party has changed the culture of thinking in Washington, thereby inspiring positive economic news;

( )Obama’s “Jobs Bill” and other deficit-causing stimulus schemes are unneeded and would, if enacted, drive unemployment up again;

( )Improved employment results are directly related to the 2010 extension of the Bush tax cuts, thus making an excellent argument for those cuts being made permanent;

( )When Obama’s prospects for re-election dim significantly, a general sense of relief prevails among the American people, which inspires growth and more jobs; and

( ) Tough new immigration laws in Alabama, Arizona, South Carolina, Georgia, and Utah mean fewer illegal aliens in jobs that should be filled by citizens.

The summary conclusion: By failing so miserably in his first three years in office, Barack Obama has almost no chance of being reelected, a fact that has inspired a burst of new optimism and job creation in America!

Compared to Clinton, Edwards, Weiner & and Frank, Herman Cain a Rank Amateur!

When it comes to sexual debauchery, harassment, and other inappropriate behavior by elected officials and those seeking elective office, Herman Cain is but a bumbling amateur when compared to prominent Democrats.

Consider please the sexual scandals and legal entanglements which have ensnared Bill Clinton, John Edwards, Anthony Weiner, and Barney Frank.

President Bill Clinton, it will be recalled, was involved in a sexual tryst which took place in the White House and was accused of other unwanted sexual advances made while in the Oval Office.

Perhaps President Clinton, known far and wide for his brilliant IQ, was unaware of the fact that the White House is owned by We the People who intend that it be used for managing official affairs of the United States---not for adulteress personal affairs and harassment?

Remember, too, that Clinton was accused of perjury and obstruction of justice, was disbarred from practicing law, and was banned from arguing before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Based on the charges of perjury and obstruction of justice, President Clinton was impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives in 1998, but was acquitted by the U.S. Senate in 1999.

To the best of my knowledge, Herman Cain has never been accused of criminal behavior, sexual or otherwise.

John Edwards ran to be Vice President in 2004 and the Presidency in 2008. He is currently defending himself against criminal charges which allege that he misused campaign funds to cover-up a sexual affair while married to a woman dying of cancer.

On June 3, 2011, a federal grand jury indicted Edwards on charges that he violated federal campaign finance laws by “secretly obtaining and using” contributions from wealthy benefactors to conceal his mistress and their baby while he was running for president in 2008. See reference 1.

If he is found guilty, Mr. Edwards faces a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and $1.5 million in fines.

With respect to Herman Cain, to the best of this reporter’s knowledge he has not been indicted and is not awaiting trial for any criminal act(s).

Herman Cain is not facing 30 years in prison!

Anthony Weiner was a rabid leftist who served in the U.S. House of Representatives for the 9th district of New York until June of 2011.

As reported at reference 2, in part:

On May 27, 2011, Weiner sent a link to a sexually suggestive photograph of himself via his public Twitter account to an adult woman who was following him on Twitter. After several days of denying he had posted the image, Weiner held a press conference at which he admitted he had, "exchanged messages and photos of an explicit nature with about six women over the last three years". He apologized for his earlier denials. After an explicit photo was leaked, Weiner announced on June 16, 2011, that he would resign from Congress, and he formally resigned on June 21.
Herman Cain’s history does not include, to the best of our current knowledge, vulgar and inappropriate behavior of the type that drove Anthony Weiner from office.

To the best of my knowledge, Herman Cain has never used Twitter or any other social network to promote his body parts.

Barney Frank has been in the U.S. House since 1981, allegedly for the purpose of representing the state of Massachusetts. Just in time for the holidays, Frank announced that he will not seek reelection in 2012, thus ending his personal assault on the American Dream.

More than two decades ago, Frank was reprimanded by the US House for using his congressional status on behalf of a male prostitute whom he had employed as a personal aide, including seeking dismissal of 33 parking tickets.”

Again, we know of no misbehavior on the part of Herman Cain that compares to that committed by Barney Franks.

Herman Cain may be guilty of all of the bad behavior alleged by four women. In fact, it is damn near impossible to imagine that all of the accusations against him are fabricated lies.

Still, he does not appear to be involved in acts that would be considered criminal of the Clinton, Edwards, and Weiner variety, nor does Cain’s history include behavior that would cause an official reprimand as was the case with Rep. Frank.

It may prudent and in the best interests of the GOP for Cain to get out of the race—but not based on anything said or done by those who favor the Party of Bill Clinton, John Edwards, Anthony Weiner, and Barney Frank.

What About ’Constitutional Right’ to Low Tuition?

California, notorious for being the leader in unconventional, often bizarre, lifestyle choices and political quackery, has added a new cause to the “Occupy” nonsense.

Sparked by pampered, out-of-touch brats posing as students, the latest in-vogue outrage is called “What About the Constitutional Right to Low College Tuition?” See reference.

Of course there is no such guarantee, explicit or implied, in any local, state or federal law. That bitter truth notwithstanding, California’s young have been raised to believe that what so ever they shall desire is bequeathed to their greedy generation somewhere in the Constitution.

The challenge is to root out the applicable law (regardless of how contrived)to match their special needs and then ORGANIZE, PROTEST, MARCH, and DEMAND immediate redress for grievances, real or imagined.

Of course, the issue always comes down to money. “Who is going to pay the bill for acceding to student demands?”

Again, because they have been raised in California, students here do not waste a great deal of energy, physical or intellectual, on trivial matters like cost.

The urgent priority is to provide every student with a quality college education, regardless of costs, state budget constraints, or law.

According to the brain-washed California student, the solution is always “Tax the Wealthy!” a Marxist, anti-American notion that is a byproduct of living in a state dominated by liberals and governed by Jerry Brown, rightfully known as “Moon Beam” for his eccentric, loony-left politics.

And yes, that is the same recycled Jerry Brown who mismanaged California thirty-six years ago, the same fellow who then went on to destroy Oakland as Mayor, and who has earned a living by working against the interests of California citizens at the state and local levels for decades!

Governor Brown, the left-wing radical who recently signed the “Dream” Act which makes illegal aliens eligible for in-state tuition.

Imagine that?

California allows illegal aliens to qualify for lower tuition while raising the tuition of citizens?

But perhaps Moon Beam Brown has inadvertently stumbled upon a solution for the tuition crisis facing students who also happen to be citizens?

The Brown solution: Students interested in low -cost education should renounce their US citizenship, move to Mexico, and then invade America as illegal aliens!

As illegal aliens, students will automatically be eligible for lower-tuition, food stamps, housing, free medical care, and free legal counsel!

Once again, progressive insanity overwhelms common sense American values!

U.S. Senate Vote Defies Obama on Terrorists!

In yet another sign of President Obama’s waning influence in general and the Congress in particular, the U.S. Senate passed a bill that Obama has threatened to veto.

As reported at the reference:

Defying a veto threat from President Obama, the Senate voted Tuesday to preserve language that would give the U.S. military a crack at al Qaeda operatives captured in the U.S., even if they are American citizens.

Led by Sen. Carl Levin, the Michigan Democrat who chairs the Senate Armed Services Committee, senators voted 61-37 to preserve the language that gives the military custody of al Qaeda suspects, rather than turning them over to law enforcement officials.

“We are at war with al Qaeda and people determined to be part of al Qaeda should be treated as people who are at war with us,” Mr. Levin said.

He and Arizona Sen. John McCain, the ranking Republican on his committee, had struck a deal earlier this month on giving the military priority custody, while allowing the administration to waive that and give civilian authorities priority if it deems the waiver in the interests of national security.

The White House and its Senate allies objected and tried to block the changes, instead calling for the issue to be studied further.

They argued giving the military priority could complicate investigations into terrorist suspects in the U.S., and said it opens the door to indefinite military detention of U.S. citizens.

“We’re ignoring the advice and the input of the director of the FBI, the director of our intelligence community, the attorney general of the United States,” said Sen. Mark Udall, Colorado Democrat, who led the effort to block the compromise.

The White House earlier had threatened to veto the bill over the provisions, saying they amounted to an effort to micromanage the war on terror.”

Kudos to Senator Levin and the other 60 senators who voted to put American national security interests ahead of progressive fantasy thinking when it comes to Al-Quaeda!

Barney Frank Legacy: Foreclosing on the American Dream

In a belated Thanksgiving blessing for the people of Massachusetts and the US House of Representatives, Barney Frank announced that he will not seek reelection in 2012, thus ending his personal assault on the American Dream.

Frank stated that his decision was based, in part, on redrawing of his congressional district. Thank God for redistricting—it worked to the benefit of the People, at least in this case!

Aside from his sordid private life, including work on behalf of a male prostitute that he had employed as a personal aide, Frank will be remembered for efforts to scuttle prudent underwriting standards for home ownership in order to allow people with insufficient income, employment history, credit history, and assets to purchase homes which they simply could not afford.

That advocacy, ostensibly on behalf of the “Little Guy,” was executed through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and was a major factor in the total collapse of the housing market.

Because of Frank and other bad actors, the collapse of housing effectively ended the American Dream for millions of “little guys” and others in what was once known as the great American middle class.

Frank’s decision to end his career was announced, in part, at the reference:

The 71-year-old Frank, among the most liberal representatives, will announce at a Bay State press conference Monday afternoon that he will not seek re-election in 2012 to the seat he has held since 1981, his office said.

The Boston Globe cited a source close to Frank as saying a big reason for his decision is the redrawing of his district, which will add more conservative voters and drop the heavily Democratic city of Bedford.

Frank is a ranking member of the powerful House Financial Services Committee and had served as its chairman until this year, when the Democrats lost their majority in the chamber.

He is best known for co-authoring the sweeping new regulations on Wall Street that passed Congress last year in response to the financial crisis that began in 2007.

More than two decades ago, Frank was reprimanded by the House for using his congressional status on behalf of a male prostitute whom he had employed as a personal aide, including seeking dismissal of 33 parking tickets.”

What Happens When Commander-in-Chief Abandons Post?

President Barack Obama is fond of “Leading from Behind” when it comes to international conflicts and issues. The fact that Muammar Gaddafi was removed from power at the hands of Libyan opposition forces is cited by Obamamites as proof that the president’s strategy works.

Other presidents would have been accused of ‘abandoning post’ had they failed to lead and engage. However, even after ObamaMania has been dropped by reasonable people for the most part, the liberal media hangs on to the image of Barack as the Messiah, Superman, and Bat Man all rolled into one contemptuous Marxist.

There are exceptions such as the story at the reference which reports on Obama’s golf outing at a time when the Pakistan government has cutoff supply lines to Afghanistan and other crises and near crises boil throughout the globe:

It is an unseasonably warm 65 degrees in the Washington area, and President Obama has bolted out of the White House to go golfing.

It’s his 30th time golfing this year and the 88th golf outing of his presidency.

He’s at the Andrews Air Force base course with one of his usual crew, White House trip director Martin Nicholson, as well as Marvin’s brother Walter and Reggie Love.

Love, who is Obama’s personal assistant – or “body man” – is not usually a golfing companion. So the outing may be a farewell gift to Reggie, who is leaving by the end of the year.”

Remembering Bob Clark at Christmas

Yet another Christmas season has been made more joyful by being able to watch Bob Clark's delightful film, "A Christmas Story."

In many American homes, Clark's 1983 award-winning film has joined "A Christmas Carol," "It's a Wonderful Life," and "Miracle on 34th Street" as mandatory Yuletide fare.

Christmas simply would not be the "most wonderful time of the year" without watching all four of these great movies at least once each December.

Unfortunately for all who love Christmas, Bob Clark was not around to celebrate last Christmas. That is so because the prolific filmmaker, whose career spanned four decades, was killed in an automobile crash caused by a drunken driver in California on April 4, 2006.

Hector Velazquez-Nava, an illegal alien from Mexico, had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit when he claimed the lives of both Clark and his 22-year-old son, Ariel Hanrath-Clark.

On October 16, 2007, Hector Velazquez-Nava was sentenced to six years in prison after pleading no contest to two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.

Pity that the illegal alien was not subjected to cruel and unusual punishment.

According to some estimates, about 13 Americans are slaughtered every day, on average, by drunken illegal aliens like Hector Velazquez-Nava.

Despite the carnage caused by illegal aliens, the mainstream media refuses to acknowledge and report the extent of the problem. Political correctness seems more vital than objective reporting, at least in some leftist news rooms.

In addition to media malfeasance in reporting the facts, America's political leaders, including our president, constantly argue that those coming here illegally from Mexico should be welcomed en masse because they hold values common to the American people.

One wonders if our so-called leaders are even aware of the horrors involving illegal aliens, too much alcohol, and the slaughter of innocent Americans?

Or do they simply not care?

The simple truth is that illegal aliens are not all good hearted, hard working folks who just come here to work. Many are violent criminals who should be rounded up and booted out of America before they commit more crime.

Another example: Driving while drunk is considered "cool" and "macho" in Mexican culture, but is seen as stupid and recklessly criminal in America.

LA Mayor Villaraigosa: “Trampled Grass” Trumps Economic Justice!

Like most liberal mayors, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa is in a severe conundrum: In his inner Marxist-self, Villaraigosa feels deep sympathy for the “Occupy” brothers and sisters whom have brought their anti-American and anti-business signs, chants, and filth to LA.

On the other hand, Villaraigosa IS the mayor and, by virtue of that unfortunate fact, is expected to maintain minimum levels of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with prevailing American standards for assuring public health and safety.

What to do?

How to keep the Occupy renegades appeased while preventing City Hall Park from being transformed into one huge out- door public toilet, open to wild animals and Occupy whackos alike?

In keeping with his credentials as a “green freak” with a brown streak, Villaraigosa decided that his best chance for a win-win was to pull out the tried and proven “Trampled Grass” ploy.

As described at the reference, in part:

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa gave a lengthy tribute to Occupy LA protesters on Friday before telling them they must leave their encampment on the lawn of City Hall by 12:01 a.m. Monday, citing public health and safety concerns.

Villaraigosa, who has expressed sympathy for the protest's aims from its beginning seven weeks ago, announced the ouster at an afternoon news conference with police Chief Charlie Beck. He said the movement that has spread in two months from New York to numerous other U.S. cities has "awakened the country's conscience" - but also trampled grass at City Hall that must be restored.”

Devilishly clever as always, the mayor acted with confidence that, given the knot-headed “Green Fetish” which runs rampant in LA, the Occupy rowdies would immediately embrace his spiritual priority which holds that untrampled grass is far more important that “awakening the country’s conscience” with regard to economic justice.

It now appears that Villaraigosa may have significantly overestimated the value that untrampled grass holds for some.

As continued, in part, at the reference:

Outside City Hall, Occupy LA protester Opamago Casciani, 20, said he found the Mayor's priorities insulting, and he intends to continue demonstrating peacefully through the deadline.

In response to the Mayor's comments, Casciani said "What I got from it is `I value grass more than the people.'"

Immediately after the mayor announced the deadline, protester Jeremy Rothe-Kushel who was in the audience among the reporters, interrupted him, shouting that the group would not obey the order.

"As a collective, Occupy Los Angeles would like to express their rejection of the city of Los Angeles's alleged proposal that we leave City Hall," said Jeremy Rothe-Kushel, who said he represented the general assembly of Occupy LA and interrupted both Villaraigosa and Beck throughout the news conference.”

Once again, the mindless pandering of a liberal authority to Occupy thugs back fires and serves only to make a bad situation worse.

Time for Mayor Villaraigosa to abandon the “play nice” idiocy and get tough.

After all, tt is Villaraigosa's job to protect the health and safety of the entire LA population, rather than catering to the thugs and malcontents--the 1%--- that bring only filth and chaos to the city.

The real messiah was born 1961 years after Christ in a mud hut somewhere in a Kenyan village just a few thousand miles outside of Honolulu;

Christians cannot produce a valid birth certificate for Jesus Christ; therefore, He is not, has never been, and never will be, eligible to serve as president or messiah;

Turning water into wine is nothing compared to Obama’s ability to turn paper (dollar bill) into precious metal (silver dime;

Nativity scenes are offensive because Joseph and Mary were not married;

Singing Christmas carols in public is not protected free speech because none of the founding fathers were exposed to Silent Night, O Little Town of Bethlehem, or any other of the violent anti-Muslim lyrics so popular these days;

Biblical accounts concerning the birth of Jesus are clearly flawed because there were not so many as three wise men in all of the Middle East back in those days, and continuing to this day;

Christmas trees are bad for the environment, are a serious violation of separation of Church and state, and piss off both Muslims and Jews;

Tolerance is essential, except when it comes to gap-toothed, Bible thumping red necks who actually believe that a baby Jew was born to a virgin just to save the world;

Children should be protected from Christmas nonsense like Santa Claus and his elves, whereas teaching the young about Obama and his minions in Congress is an essential part of a quality education

Is 'Black Friday' Racist?

In the summer of 2008, Dallas County commissioners discussing traffic ticket collections were jolted when Commissioner Kenneth Mayfield, who is white, used the term "back hole" to describe the recurring problem of lost paperwork.

Mayfield's statement was immediately challenged by Commissioner John Wiley Price, who is black. Price belted out a loud "Excuse me!" and proceeded to upbraid Mayfield by saying that the problem of lost paperwork was the unwelcome byproduct of a "white hole."

That caused Judge Thomas Jones, who is black, to demand an apology from Mayfield for his racially insensitive analogy.

This dust up provided a keen insight to the precarious state of race relations in America and the obvious need for change.

Those who believe in fairy tales thought that Barack Obama, although the least qualified candidate for the presidency in decades, would bring healing to America in the area of race relations.

Unfortunately, Obama's "post-racial" America is not even close to being reality, partially because of missteps by Obama himself.

It was he who accused a white police officer of "acting stupidly" for arresting a black man who appeared to be involved in a crime.

In addition, the Obama administration's refusal to prosecute New Black Panther members for voter intimidation during the 2008 election serves to deepen the wounds of racial unrest and distrust.

Clearly, when it comes to race relations, Barack Obama is no "healer" nor even a reasonable voice. He would do well to heed the counsel of black entertainer Bill Cosby by keeping his mouth shut.

What to do, then, about the day after Thanksgiving? Traditionally, that day heralds the start of the Christmas shopping season, and is known far and wide as "black Friday."

Is that a racist term?

What of black sheep, black clouds, black box, black humor, black Monday, black magic, and black helicopters?

Indian summers, Mexican stand-offs, and white washes?

All to be stricken from the vocabulary of those who practice PC speech for fear of being of being regarded as racist?

I say to heck with it all.

Let the whiners and weasels debate the issue all they want.

Help Wanted--As Soon As Obama Leaves Office!

President Obama’s campaign rhetoric would leave the uninformed electorate with the impression that he is the only adult in Washington when it comes to creating and saving jobs.

The persistently-high unemployment figures are,according to Obama, the result of Republican resistance to his brilliant Jobs Bill (do not ask about the non-Republicans who voted with the GOP in the U.S. Senate).

Obama also points to the lingering effects of George W. Bush and an outbreak of laziness on the part of ordinary Americans as further arguments to exonerate himself from responsibility for the putrid economy and awful unemployment numbers.

However, many believe that Obama’s anti-business, anti-capitalism, pro-tax agenda has been a key factor in discouraging job growth.

As reported in the reference, in part, one business owner even refuses to hire new employees until The One is gone:

WACO, Ga. -- A west Georgia business owner is stirring up controversy with signs he posted on his company's trucks, for all to see as the trucks roll up and down roads, highways and interstates:

"New Company Policy: We are not hiring until Obama is gone."

"Can't afford it," explained the employer, Bill Looman, Tuesday evening. "I've got people that I want to hire now, but I just can't afford it. And I don't foresee that I'll be able to afford it unless some things change in D.C."

Looman made it clear that he is not refusing to hire to make some political point; it's that he doesn't believe he can hire anyone, because of the economy. And he blames the Obama administration.

"The way the economy's running, and the way my business has been hampered by the economy, and the policies of the people in power, I felt that it was necessary to voice my opinion, and predict that I wouldn't be able to do any hiring," he said.

Looman did receive some unexpected attention not long after he put up his signs and Facebook photos. He said someone, and he thinks he knows who it was, reported him to the FBI as a threat to national security. He said the accusation filtered its way through the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security and finally the Secret Service. Agents interviewed him.

"The Secret Service left here, they were in a good mood and laughing," Looman said. "I got the feeling they thought it was kind of ridiculous, and a waste of their time."

So Bill Looman is keeping the signs up, and the photos up -- stirring up a lot of debate.”

Do not give up, Mr. Looman, because the American people seem to agree with you and, God willing, Obama will spend next Thanksgiving packing for his January 20, 2013 exit!

Newt Gingrich is ‘only’ 68 years old and seemingly in good physical health.

However, based on his performance at the foreign policy debate on November 22, Newt’s mental acumen is very much in doubt.

Specifically, in calling for amnesty for tens of millions of illegal aliens, one must ask, “Is Newt Gingrich too old to remember 1986?”

It was in 1986 that the Republican Party decided to put an end to illegal invasions from Mexico, once and for all!

And just how did the party of conservative Ronald Reagan take on that noble, but difficult, attempt to enforce the rule of law and defend American sovereignty, borders, culture, and language?

Amnesty for the illegals!

Indeed, Ronald Reagan granted amnesty to 3-4 million illegals as part of the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986, said action taken ostensibly to end the nightmare of foreign invasions forever.

Besides amnesty, IRCA set forth severe punishments for employers who hired illegals, and for deportation of the offending illegal aliens themselves.

In the intervening 25 years, the illegal alien problem has exploded into a national disgrace, a criminal abdication of constitutional responsibility which has allowed as many as 20 million additional illegals to invade our precious nation.

This invasion was allowed to continue even during time of war when President George W. Bush foolishly refused to seal off the borders, which should been accomplished immediately after the events of September 11, 2001.

Because of W’s myopic vision, illegal invasions have continued to the point where American taxpayers now spend more than $100 billion each year to support uneducated, impoverished invaders who do not speak English, and who generally have no desire to learn the language of the land.

W’s foolishness has lead to the demise of once-great American cities like Los Angeles which have become slum- suburbs of Mexico in language and culture.

The election of Marxist Barack Obama has made the problem even worse as he sees illegal aliens as future Democrats and has stopped enforcing the rule of law altogether in some situations involving deportations.

So just what is it that makes Newt Gingrich so anxious to be “Obama Light” when it comes to illegals?

Russian newscaster Tatyana Limanova sent an early, and insulting, Thanksgiving message to America’s bratty President Obama.

In American slang, the young lady “flipped the bird” at our community organizer as reported at the reference:

“Online footage of the incident, which occurred earlier this month during an afternoon news bulletin on the privately held REN TV channel, is being avidly viewed in both Russia and the United States.

In the footage, Tatyana Limanova, an award-winning senior newsreader at the channel, can be seen briskly reading out an item about how Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has just assumed the rotating chairmanship of the Asia Pacific Cooperation organization.

She is then heard to say that the post "has (previously) been held by Barack Obama" before mechanically and unambiguously raising her left arm and showing the camera her raised middle finger in an offensive gesture that is sometimes known as "flipping the bird."

The channel, which goes out to 120 million people across Russia, has declined to comment. But sources close to it have tried to defuse the row by claiming that the newsreader had believed she was off camera at the time and merely providing a voice-over for a report. According to the same story line, the rude gesture was intended for studio technicians who had been trying to put her off her stride.”

White House Spokesman Jay Carney commented that the President understands the anger and frustration building in Russia which he sees everyday in America. Carney added that the president advised Limanova to seek an “Occupy Moscow” venue to vent her frustrations in a more appropriate manner.

Putting American Citizens Back to Work: Follow Lead of Alabama!

As the new immigration law is being enforced, unemployment drops!

Unemployment Rates have fallen in Alabama amid new legal pressure on companies to comply with a popular immigration reform law.

September was the first full month that the reform was in force, and the unemployment rate fell from 9.8 percent in September to 9.3 percent in October, according to a Nov. 18 report from the state government.

“The latest fall in unemployment numbers is proof that American citizens will work, and continues to solidify [the evidence] that self-deportation [by illegal immigrants] due to the Alabama Taxpayer & Citizen’s Protection Act is occurring,” said Chuck Ellis, a city council member in Albertville — the main town in Marshall County, northern Alabama.

Since the law’s bipartisan approval in June, it has been furiously criticized by progressives, including leaders in ethnic interest groups, Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez and other leading officials in the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. These critics say the law’s implementation violates civil rights.”

So for Barack Obama and those Democrats who claim to be interested in jobs, why not embrace deportation of illegal aliens as a way to increase employment among citizens?

Still, there ARE blessings which are praiseworthy.

My favorites include:

( ) Barack Obama is NOT twins, and has no male son to whom his Fascist Kingdom can be bequeathed.

( ) Rigid gun control laws limited the carnage from the Obama-Holder ‘Fast and Furious’ crime spree.

( ) Chris Matthews has matured and now realizes that Obama is a real pain in the rear, rather than a thrill running up and down his neurotic leg.

( ) My cable-TV package does not include the Keith Olbermann Countdown.

( ) Only $600 billion will be sequestered from the defense budget pursuant to the Super Committee failure--much to the dismay of lefties like Barney Frank and Nancy Pelosi.

( ) The federal deficit ceiling is NOT automatically raised to keep up with the plunging value of the U.S. dollar.

( ) Michelle Obama is NOT authorized to issue Executive Orders to meal planners and chefs other than the several score that work in the White House kitchen.

( ) Salt and sugar are still legal and generally available, except in Washington, D.C.

( ) Barack is too busy invading Uganda and Australia to involve himself with Iran and Syria, thereby saving America untold billions that would be expended on white surrender towels.

All in all, a paltry list to be sure.

Still, in the spirit of the Season, Happy Thanksgiving!

NASCAR Fans BOO Michelle Obama: Racism to Blame?

Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden were greeted with a lusty chorus of boos when their names were announced as Grand Marshals of the NASCAR season finale on Sunday. (See Reference 1).

Liberals will no doubt scream “Racism” in denouncing the rude greeting; however, the robust fan reaction was really about three years of failed governance at the hands of Barack Obama.

Michelle Obama was merely a symbol of the national anger and frustration with her husband and the following:

Marxist policies designed to transform America into a fascist nanny- state run by leftist elitists;

Anti-business policies and rhetoric which discourage the creation of jobs by private enterprise, and which perpetuate economic recession rather than growth;

Repeated denigration of the American people by the President when meeting with foreign leaders;

Policies which promote class warfare so as to divide Americans for political advantage;

Refusal to enforce immigration laws and aggressive legal action against sovereign states that choose to protect their citizens from illegal invasions by foreigners;

Commission and cover-up of deadly serious scandals such as Fast and Furious and the reckless, irresponsible and perhaps criminal mismanagement of taxpayer funds as in the Solyndra issue;

Foreign policy initiatives and rhetoric which signal to the world that America is no longer interested in being Number 1; and

Promotion of the notion that American Exceptionalism is a myth from the past, and implementation of policies that will lead to the decline and fall of the greatest nation on earth.

NASCAR fans were NOT booing Michelle because of her skin color or any other personal attribute of the FLOTUS; rather they were voicing their intense displeasure with the failed presidency of Barack Hussein Obama!

A "Moment of Silence" for Oscar Ortega-Hernandez?

For the record, I am NOT a fan of President Obama. In my view,significant, perhaps irreparable, damage has been done to America as a result of his presidency.

Furthermore, in my view Barack Obama does not deserve another term in office and, God willing, the American people will decline to renew his contract when elections are held next November.

That having been said, I do not personally hate President Obama, and would certainly never condone or celebrate any act which might threaten his well-being or life.

Unfortunately, certain freaks in the Occupy movement are far less tolerant of our failed Community Organizer, as reported at the reference:

During a protest outside the San Diego Police Department headquarters Wednesday night, Occupiers thought it befitting to hold a "moment of silence in solidarity" for Oscar Ortega-Hernandez, the man now charged with attempting to assassinate President Obama or a member of his staff when he shot at the White House last week. Occupiers simply referred to the shooter as a member of Occupy D.C. and "the guy who shot at the White House window."

Shock, Awe from Illegal Alien Paradise: California Faces $13 Billion Budget Crisis!

After electing the ‘mooniest’ of all bats to be Governor, California voters have no valid reason to be shocked or awed by the fact that the state once regarded as paradise is being transformed into a third-world trash heap.

Moon bean Governor Jerry Brown, aided and abetted by a Democrat-dominated state legislature, faces huge budget short falls as documented in the Legislative Analyst Office report found at Reference 1.

It turns out that some of the revenue projections made by the state are not being fulfilled, leading to nasty imbalances and the need for even greater spending cuts.

Even more bad news looms for the 73-year-old radical: Brown had hoped to reform the pension program for state employees as a means for dealing with outrageous spending.

However, as reported in the San Jose Mercury News, “California's top government analyst dealt a blow to Gov. Jerry Brown's proposed pension reforms Tuesday, suggesting that making substantial changes to the benefits of current workers is almost certainly illegal. If the state's Legislative Analyst's Office is correct, it leaves Brown in a difficult bind as he seeks to contain a rapidly escalating expense blamed for many of the state's budget woes. Once pension benefits are granted, the LAO said, workers and their unions cannot lose them unless they agree to give them up.

As the walls of economic ruin close in on Governor Brown and the liberals who run Sacramento, perhaps those in power should rethink the wisdom of the recently passed “Dream Act” which will fund goodies for illegal aliens and offspring?

Moreover, California spends approximately $10 billion a year on illegal aliens!

Is it not time for the Democrat Party to abandon its mindless advocacy on behalf of illegal aliens before attacking pension benefits earned by worthy citizens?

Secretary Chu Reaffirms Argument Against Affirmative Action

Progressives who worship at the altar of diversity were thrilled when Barack Obama rejected the notion of using background, experience, education, intelligence, and competence as measuring sticks for filling key posts in his administration.

Indeed, Obama brought change on a grand scale by using race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability status, and ‘capacity for compassion’ as criteria for deciding whom to nominate for his cabinet, to serve on the Supreme Court, and for other important government functions.

The Obama Diversity Initiative removed a great deal of the subjectivity from the selection process and, when combined with appropriate quotas, seemed sure to make life in America more fair.

More fair, that is, for those who were viewed as ‘underrepresented’ in the Marxist formulation of quotas.

The president’s administration, we were told, would look like America!

All of which sounds grand, but which ultimately fell tragically short of reality.

Under the Obama diversity scam, America has been saddled with the likes of Janet Napolitano, Eric Holder, Ken Salazar, Hillary Clinton, Lisa Jackson, Kathleen Sebelius, Hilda Solis, Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ron Kirk, each and every one of whom is actively contributing to the decline and fall of our once-great nation.

Timothy Geithner would be included were it not for his lily-white skin and blue eyes. Even so, the man is a dismal incompetent and should be sent packing immediately.

And let us not forget the name of Dr. Steven Chu, alleged Secretary of Energy, when citing the dangers of using affirmative action quotas for recruiting purposes.

Indeed, in testimony before Congress on November 17 concerning the Solyndra scandal, Dr. Chu made brutally clear the full extent to which affirmative action and the obsession with diversity have failed America.

Chu demonstrated an amazing lack of knowledge about communications within his own department, claiming to be unaware of red flags and warnings about the prudence of granting the Solyndra loan.

The Secretary also denied that politics played any role in his final decision to approve the loan; the fact that President Obama was chopping at the bit to fly out to Fremont, California to herald the great success of Solyndra for the evening news headlines was NOT a factor in funding the loan, said he.

Most distressing, Secretary Chu was tragically cavalier in his attitude: He saw no need to apologize to the American taxpayers for the loss of $540 million dollars, and he offered none.

Like most progressives, Secretary Chu has very little regard or respect for taxpayers and their money, and chafes at the notion that he, an intellectual elitist, should be held accountable for his management of our money.

When it comes to insensitive and incompetent bureaucrats like Steven Chu, America needs to clean house and retool.

God willing, we the people will do just that come November, 2012.

Herman Cain Asks, “What Is Cuban Word for Uzbekistan?”

In what might be considered a fairly good week by some, Herman Cain finally discovered, wittingly or not, how to turn off the Gloria Allred harassment machine. As astute observers have noted, a full week has gone by since some weeping willow crawled out from under a rock with the dreary Allred in tow to allege that Cain made a gesture or spoke a word(s) that made the dame in question “uncomfortable,” which is a criminal act if committed by a black dude against a white femme in some states too close to the Mason-Dixon line.

Cain’s secret: Again, unwittingly or not, the Black Walnut discovered that revealing all he knows about foreign policy is almost guaranteed to drive Allred et. al, off the BREAKING NEWS headlines and front pages of the instruments run for the DNC by mainstream media.

The trick is to simply say something really bizarre or stupid.

For example, Cain knocked lord knows how many floozies off their games by suggesting that China does not have nuclear weapons.

That dilly sent Gloria Allred into a dither just as she was putting the finishing touches on a nation-wide teleconference call that would bring all of Cain’s accusers together for one group sob-athon to whine and bitch about the horrors of being made ‘uncomfortable’ by a Pizza King of African descent!

Cain’s next ploy was to go ‘brain dead’ during an interview in which he was questioned about Barack Obama’s policy in Libya. Again, his answer so shocked the political world that Gloria Allred could have held a news conference in the altogether and she would not have drawn a crowd, excepting only perhaps the “Pin Head” segment on the Bill O’Reilly comedy hour.

Sensing that he had the sawed-off old hag just where he wanted her, Cain went for Allred’s throat and the kill by saying that kicking the Taliban out of Libya would lead to lasting peace in the middle-east.

By the time that gaffe had finished reverberating, Gloria Allred had conceded defeat and was last seen hitchhiking a ride back to Los Angeles!

What might be next for the very transparent Herman Cain? How about, “What Is the Cuban Word for Uzbekistan?”

With Iran Edging Closer to Nuclear Weapon, Obama Sends in Marines—to Australia!

President Barack Obama has the military expertise and common sense one would expect from a community organizer with no real world experience. Which is to say NONE!

Example: As the Islamic Republic of Iran marches closer and closer to being a full-blown nuclear menace, Barack Obama is in retreat mode from Iraq and Afghanistan, preferring instead to apply America’s military might to critical areas of the world. Like Uganda.

Starting next summer, the U.S. will send 250 Marines to bases here for six-month tours, eventually rotating 2,500 troops through the country. Scandal and Incompetence Occupy GOP Candidate Pool!

What in the hell is happening to the Republican men and women who once seemed so attractive in the race to replace Barack Hussein Obama with a freedom-loving American citizen?

In stunned silence, we on the right have stood by as heroes and heroines of our cause have walked off the plank of presidential candidacy into the dark, cold sea of political obscurity.

First it was conservative favorite Tom Pawlenty who decided that he did not have the wherewithal to fight the good fight any longer, which led the charisma-challenged former Governor to withdraw his candidacy.

Many were disappointed when Pawlenty bailed, yet back then the problem seemed to be an overcrowded field, rather than the opposite.

Besides the announced candidates, the rumor mill was ripe with speculation about the likes of Rudy Giuliani, Chris Christie, Sarah Palin, Marco Rubio, and lord knows how many others, all waiting in the wings to be drafted into service by conservatives ravenous for a reincarnation of Ronald Reagan to deal with Barack Obama as Reagan had with Jimmy Carter 30 years ago.

Alas, one by one, those magnificent would-be presidents came forward and tried on the Golden Slipper.

And one by one, each discovered that the slipper simply did not fit, for one reason or another, although in the case of Governor Christie, his foot was just too damn fat!

Still, the field included such stars and budding stars as Mitt Romney, Ron Paul, Newt Gingrich, Michelle Bachmann, Rick Santorum, John Huntsman, and newcomer Rick Perry.

Oh, and we must not forget a fellow named Herman Cain.

With that roster of firepower and talent, there was no need to fret about finding a suitable candidate, right?

Then the Rick Perry shoe dropped, even before the infamous “pause.” Shortly thereafter, Herman Cain started to make negative headlines with sexual accusations coming from former female associates, rather economists challenging “999.”

To make matters worse, Cain seemed confused about whether or not China has nuclear weapons and did a fantastic impression of the “Perry Pause” when discussing Libya, said pause being quite entertaining, but hardly presidential.

The bright light of hope continued moved to the personage of Newt Gingrich who despite some disturbing personal history, seemed formidable.

In fact, Newt seemed very formidable what with his keen intelligence and expertise as leader of the now defunct “Vast Right Wing Conspiracy” that drove Hillary Clinton to distraction 20 years ago. In short order, the former Speaker catapulted into the lead over Mitt Romney.

All looked swell until it was announced that Newt took over a million dollars from Freddie Mac after leaving office.

Freddie Mac for gosh sake, that gaggle of leftist moon bats who have all but destroyed the American Dream for millions of responsible Americans in order to reach out and “include” people who simply do not have the income, credit worthiness, employment history, or assets to qualify for home ownership!

Freddie Mac, that shadowy, suspicious institution, which along with Fannie Mae lost an additional $13 billion dollars of taxpayer money in 2011, for which several executives were rewarded with million dollar bonuses.

Egad, Newt, say it ain’t so!

Newt did try to explain his cavorting with Freddie by saying he served as a “historian” for a cool $1.2 million dollars.

For the record, Freddie declared that Newt was more of a “consultant.”

Either way, Newt, your credibility is shot. Who in the hell is going to trust you to smite big government now that we know that you actually spent time in bed (figuratively) with these charlatans?

And, lest we forget, earlier this year Gingrich blasted Paul Ryan’s “Path to Prosperity” with this tirade on Meet the Press:

I don’t think right-wing social engineering is any more desirable than left-wing social engineering. I don’t think imposing radical change from the right or the left is a very good way for a free society to operate… I’m against Obamacare, which is imposing radical change, and I would be against a conservative imposing radical change.

Unbelievable: A bloke living high on the public dole by working for Freddie Mac has the audacity to call the conservative blueprint for saving America “Right wing social Engineering.” Some gall that!

Still, remember fellow conservatives, Mitt Romney is a very strong candidate—excepting for his love affair with socialized medicine and gay marriage, and a sorry tendency to flop when he should flip.

Self-mutilation is never a pretty sight, unless it involves a whacked-out liberal offing his or her self, “for the children.”

Even then, although the net effect may be overall positive, the individual acts may be unseemly, and not suitable for consumption by family audiences.

Which brings to mind the decimation of the conservative movement by guys and gals who once seemed formidable in their individual quests to replace Barack Hussein Obama.

With each bowing out, one grew more wary of the declining number of candidates.

Obama’s “Occupy” Gambit: Another Populist Election Theme Backfires!

Like most issues Barack Obama gets involved with, the Occupy madness which has been crippling America from coast to coast has fallen apart and is now in full retreat. With long overdue assistance from police, by the way.

Even in Oakland, where Obama bobble head dolls are still a favorite request item in letters sent to Santa by hundreds of culturally-deprived brats, the Occupy Oakland movement has been sent packing.

Oakland, California, police, aided by dozens of officers from nearby jurisdictions, arrested 32 people in the effort to clear Frank Ogawa Plaza near City Hall before dawn Monday, Interim Chief Howard Jordan said. There were no reports of injuries or complaints of abuse, he said.

The camp had become an unbearable drain on city resources, an economic threat to nearby businesses and a danger to public safety, Mayor Jean Quan said.

"The encampment became a place where we had repeated violence and this week a murder. We had to bring the camp to an end before more people were hurt," she said.”

How clever and wise of the Mayor to recognize what everyone else saw clearly early in October: Namely, the Occupy thugs are no-account hooligans looking for 15 minutes of fame from goofy liberal TV producers desperate to create an issue for Obama to run on.

“Occupy” Crimes Now Include Rape & Murder: Still Approve, Princess Pelosi?

Back when the Occupy Wall Street hysteria was first gaining traction as a national movement, left-wing anarchists with attitude, including the likes of Barack Obama, were quick to embrace the movement as grass-roots affirmation of Obama’s anti-capitalism call for redistribution of wealth.

It was a gala, “Take that Plumber Joe!” moment for zany moon bats who envisioned a tsunami of public outrage that would sweep the Tea Party and all of the Republican Party out to sea, leaving instead a solid encampment of freaks who do not work, relieve themselves whenever and wherever they wish without regard for stench or sanitation, and who, above all else, considered Tea to be a lethal mind-altering substance, preferring instead to trust their futures to good dope and cheap booze.

Foremost among those embracing the OWS was none other than California’s very own Nancy Pelosi who actually sought divine intervention of behalf of the OWS crowd.

As reported at the reference, Princess Nancy called for divine blessings on the disorganized, smelly, and unkempt vagrants:

About 700 protesters were arrested by New York City police after the protesters "swarmed the Brooklyn Bridge and shut down a lane of traffic for several hours," according to CBS News.”

Ever since Princess Pelosi issued her supplication on behalf of OWS, the movement has “matured” into a one that now includes rape, murder and other unintended consequences.

Just how naïve, out-of-touch, and dangerous is Barack Obama when it comes to the deadly-serious prospect of Iran becoming a nuclear menace?

As reported at the reference, Obama’s tendency to use idyllic fantasy as the baseline for thinking about world affairs has The One joining hands with Russia to choke off the Iranians:

President Barack Obama said the United States and Russia would seek s “common response” to Iran’s nuclear challenge, despite strong reservations about new sanctions expressed by Moscow.

After meeting Russian President Medvedev, Obama said the sides” reaffirmed our intention to work to shape a common response so we can move Iran to follow its international obligations when it comes to its nuclear program.”

Missing in Obama’s Alice in Wonderland cognitive disconnect is the fact Russia views Iran as a staunch ally and continues to help expand the nuclear program there, for peaceful purposes only, of course!

In addition, though mostly tamed thanks to Ronald Reagan, common sense dictates that the Russians are not likely to do a whole hell of a lot to advance the interests of the US in Iran, or anywhere else.

In basketball terms that Obama might be able to understand, the Russian team is “the enemy.” Which means you apply a full-court press, 24/7!

During the most recent GOP debate, Republican Mitt Romney was eloquent in summarizing Obama’s irresponsible and reckless Iran policy.

What About Constitutional Right to Riot When Football Legend Axed?

Although not an avid fan of college football, I obviously knew of the name Joe Paterno and the deification afforded the legendary football coach, especially in Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania State University(PSU).

However, the news which broke this week concerning Paterno and his loyalists at PSU was simply too bizarre and shocking to believe.

As I understand it, over a 15-year period, Jerry Sandusky, defensive coordinator under Joe Paterno, committed numerous acts of sexual abuse against young boys, said violations witnessed by others and reported up the chain of command, including to Joe Paterno.

And despite the severity of the charges, Paterno and others did NOT contact the police.

It is my further understanding that when this crime wave and cover-up was disclosed in an explosive grand jury report, PSU officials fired coach Paterno over the telephone, thus abruptly ending his 45-year career with the Nittany Lions football program.

The most bizarre part of this story is that Paterno’s sacking caused a thousand or so students to take to the streets and riot. At first glance, one suspected that the rioters were acting in anger at the abuses heaped upon the eight young boys. A righteous call to justice?

Sadly, it turns out that the rioters were upset by the fact that the omnipotent Paterno was defrocked, and over the phone no less.

Thus the riots with the driving theme being, “What About my Constitutional Right to Riot When Football Legend Fired?”

And this is an institution of ‘higher learning’?

After Murder, ‘Occupy Oakland’ Thugs Finally Asked to Leave

Oakland Mayor Jean Quan’s wrong-headed policy with regard to the ‘Occupy Oakland’ crowd has resulted in the murder of a young man and issuance of an “enough is enough” plea from police in this liberal-infested town.

As reported, in part, at the reference:

OAKLAND -- The shooting death of a young man Thursday evening near Occupy Oakland is bringing more attention to the tent city and prompting calls for campers to leave quietly.

On Friday morning, the Oakland Police Officers Association joined the chorus with an open letter to the campers, asking them to "leave Frank Ogawa Plaza peacefully and immediately so Oakland police can get back to work fighting the devastating crime that's occurring in our neighborhoods."

Sgt. Dom Arotzarena, OPOA president, said the letter was sent out mainly because of Thursday's violence.

"In light of yesterday's violence, enough is enough. What more needs to happen? We would like to see the protesters leave peacefully," Arotzarena said.”

The scene was relatively quiet early Friday morning around Occupy Oakland and a shrine was set up near the spot where a man was shot and killed the previous night. The coroner's office not yet released the name of the man, pending notification of next of kin, and officials are only saying that he may have been in his 20s.

There's been no significant change in the number of tents on Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, despite Mayor Jean Quan's plea late Thursday for the campers to leave on their own in the wake of the shooting.”

The man was shot and killed at about 5 p.m., Thursday just yards from the entrance to the Occupy Oakland encampment, apparently after a fight with other men.

The killing, which came as hundreds of occupiers prepared to celebrate the camp's one-month anniversary, prompted Quan to call for the campers "to leave voluntarily tonight."

Once again, the utterly flawed policies of a left-wing mayor have hampered police and ended up costing a young man his life.

How many more murders will it take before state and federal authorities arrest Mayor Quan and take over this crazy town?

At the same time, City insiders yesterday speculated that the “death warrant” for the euro had already been written, with a new economic bloc dominated by Germany and France almost certain to emerge in its place.”

The collapse of the euro should serve as a warning to lefties like Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi that programs like ObamaCare will only make America’s financial crisis worse.

Perry ‘Brain Freeze’ Takes Heat off Cain

Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry traumatized the entire nation when he spent 53 seconds trying to remember which federal agencies he would cut, if elected.

Watching Perry scramble in a mind warp on national television caused excruciating discomfort, even to his foes.

As reported at the reference:

ROCHESTER, Mich. - Texas Gov. Rick Perry suffered from a severe case of brain freeze on stage at the ninth Republican presidential debate in Michigan on Wednesday night -- forgetting which federal agencies he would cut if elected president.

While answering a question about the federal tax code, Perry announced that he would eliminate three agencies.
"It's three agencies of government when I get there that are gone. Commerce, education and ..." Perry said before an exceedingly long, awkward pause.

Finally a rival tried to come to the rescue. "The EPA?" former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney chimed in.

"There you go," Perry said before admitting that that was not the one he had intended. Moderator John Harwood interjected, saying, "Seriously?"

"No sir," Perry replied.”

Perry’s self-demolition did provide a measure of peace for Herman Cain as the big story turned out to be Perry’s babbling incoherence.

This is another devastating blow to a field of candidates that looked formidable just a couple of months ago.

Oakland Mayor Quan Wants “Dialogue” with Occupy Thugs!

When is comes to a choice between advancing liberal chaos or governing with a common sense stance, Oakland Mayor Jean Quan initially chose the former. Her goofy policies actually encouraged the events that have left Oakland in a state of chaos.

The befuddled Quan has discovered, much to her chagrin, that the violence and discord brought by the Occupy Oakland crowd is costing the city jobs!

As reported at the reference:

Oakland Mayor Jean Quan on Tuesday called on Occupy Oakland protesters to designate official representatives to negotiate with the city and take steps to limit violence at future protests.

Quan issued a statement Tuesday saying that the encampment, which city officials say now includes around 180 tents, is hurting local businesses and stretching an already tight city

The statement called for a dialogue with representatives of those camping at Frank Ogawa Plaza to “move toward a peaceful resolution,” and encouraged individuals and organizations concerned with the encampment to reach out directly to protesters. She also asked protesters to ensure that further demonstrations are peaceful and that violent protesters are “isolated.”
Quan said Oakland is a “city of the 99 percent,” but the protest is costing it jobs. On Friday the city issued a statement that the encampment and protests had cost the city more than $1 million as of Oct. 28.

“Local businesses are hurting because of vandalism and reduced patronage,” Quan said. “Neighborhoods are hurting because city services already stretched by budget cuts face additional demands responding to emergencies downtown.”
“While we support the call for broader participation in political and economic democracy, we cannot ignore violence, property destruction and health and safety issues in Frank Ogawa Plaza,” she added.”

With all due respect to Mayor Quan, the solution to the violence and chaos is NOT to seek dialoge with the terrorists who call themselves Occupy Oakland.

Rather, Quan needs to speak adult with the heathen protestors and make it clear that Oakland has a ‘zero tolerance’ policy when it comes to violence and civil disruption.

She should back up her tough talk by empowering the Oakland police to do their jobs without constraint.

After all, Mayor, the issue is jobs!

No one, be they a billionaire or a street thug should be allowed to interfere with the public’s right to gainful employment.

Forget all the pampering and coddling: Do your job and protect the interests of the 99 percent who act responsibly.

As the pubic dismantling of Herman Cain moves forward full throttle in a joint venture between the DNC and the mainstream media, Mr. Cain has been subjected to a new allegation by a woman who claims that, back in 1997, Cain groped for her genitals and tried to force her into an unwanted sexual act.

These serious charges were described by dirt-bag attorney Gloria Allred as an attempt on Cain’s part to share his ‘stimulus package’ with Sharon Bialek, the alleged victim.

Allred’s idiotic attempt at humor notwithstanding, the fact remains that the accusations against Cain are relatively benign when compared to the alleged and in some cases confirmed behavior of Bill Clinton.

Indeed, Clinton was accused of rape by Juanita Broaddrick, sexual harassment by Paula Jones and Kathleen Wiley, and sexual cavorting by miscellaneous women too numerous to list.

In trying to cover up his White House dalliances with Monica Lewinsky, Clinton perjured himself, obstructed justice, and was accused of suborning a jury.

And Clinton actually paid Paula Jones the munificent sum of $800,000 for some reason or another, all the while maintaining his innocence.

Clinton was also disbarred and prohibited from arguing before the U.S. Supreme Court.

For the most part, the liberal media argued that the Lewinsky matter was a personal matter best left to Bill and Hillary to sort out.

However, when it was disclosed that people acting on behalf of Herman Cain had paid $35,000 and $45,000 to his accusers, moon bats in the leftist media insisted that that must mean that Cain was guilty of some unimaginable offense(s), which should automatically disqualify him from the presidency.

How can the American people put their trust and faith in a man for whom thousands of dollars were shelled out to buy silence, they screamed?

“If he is not guilty, why was $35,000 paid on his behalf?”, a question not asked with regard to the $800,000 sent to Paula Jones.

All of which leads to this declaration: Even with your ‘stimulus package,’ Herman Cain, You’re NO Bill Clinton!

365 Days and Counting

Just one year from now, on November 6, 2012, Americans will be empowered to end the nightmare occupation of our precious homeland by Barack Hussein Obama, a dedicated socialist who has great disdain for American history and values and who came into office with the arrogant notion that he had the experience and wisdom to ‘fundamentally transform’ the greatest nation in human history.

As of this date, November 6, 2011, the Obama Administration has been an unmitigated disaster, both domestically and internationally.

Barring some dramatic event, or series of events, this man will be sent back to the streets of Chicago (or Honolulu) after one tumultuous term in which he, supposedly the chief law enforcement authority of the nation, scoffed at the rule of law and encouraged illegal behavior by others while routinely violating the Constitution himself to advance his extreme ideological agenda.

Barack Obama’s forced exit on January 20, 2013 will be welcomed with a huge sigh of relief by scores of millions of Americans who love freedom and demand liberty from oppressive government interference.

For all of his policy gaffes, the most important failing of Barack Obama is that he never really seemed like an American.

Owing to his disrespect for American history and values,
Barack Obama never seemed comfortable as president.

On January 20, 2013, Barack Obama will be set free, and the American people can begin the process of healing from the awful nightmare that has consumed this great nation for four, long years.

The big question: Can the American people wait another full year for the return of our great republic?

Cain Accuser: “No Value in Discussing Matter Further”

The woman who filed a formal sexual harassment complaint against Herman Cain at the end of the last century has decided to remain in the comfort and security of anonymity.

As reported, in part, at the reference:

One of the women who accused Republican presidential contender Herman Cain of sexual harassment released a statement through her lawyer Friday saying that she "stands by" her complaint, which was made "in good faith about a series of inappropriate behaviors and unwanted advances."

There was "more than one incident" of harassment involving Cain and his client over the span of a couple of months in 1999, attorney Joel Bennett said.

Bennett said his client, married for 26 years, will not reveal her identity because "she and her husband see no value in revisiting this matter now nor in discussing the matter any further publicly or privately."

"In fact," he added, "it would be extremely painful for her to do so."

Bennet’s statement comes as a huge disappointment to Democrat operatives and the mainstream media who had counted on breaking news alerts and headlines about Cain’s sexually abusive past for at least a fortnight, or until the uppity black was forced to abandon his ill-conceived,fanciful candidacy for the U.S. Presidency,

Democrats and the media had visions of daily revelations involving other women, all shielded by invisibility cloaks crafted by clever leftist lawyers, who would claim that Cain made them “uncomfortable,” in one manner or another.

Breaking news headlines would expose the kinky details about the gestures and words that Cain allegedly used to torture his victims with brutal discomfort.

Again, the operative word-- anonymous.

Muckrakers with contracts let by the DNC would let it be known that Cain was drinking heavily, and a firestorm would ensue with rumors that Cain was close to admitting his substance abuse problems and was seriously considering admitting himself to a rehabilitation center.

The strategy being, when all else fails, declare that you are a helpless victim of substance addiction, but that you are on the road to recovery and with God's help will be heard from again in the future. Ala, Anthony Weiner, etc, etc.

On and on it would go, while the truly important events of the day would wither and die from lack of attention.

Alas, it was just not meant to be because some unnamed woman did not wish to expose herself to the non-stop assault on her personal life that would happen were she to go public.

For that selfish act of cowardice, America owes her,whomever she happens to be, a debt of sincere gratitude.

Now, can we get on with the business of saving our blessed nation from the clutches of Barack Obama and his Marxist agenda?

Let’s get on with the urgent need to install a pro-American, pro-jobs, pro-business government that will listen to we the people.

“Transparency & Open Government” AWOL from Obama White House!

Much ado was made about President Obama’s pious commitment to transparency and open government in the early days of his administration. It was, after all, a key ingredient in The One’s master plan to fundamentally transform America and to bring about much-needed Change and Hope for the masses.

President Obama even issued the following memorandum to administration officials:

Transparency and Open Government Memorandum for the Heads of Executive Departments and Agencies

SUBJECT: Transparency and Open Government

My Administration is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government. We will work together to ensure the public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation, and collaboration. Openness will strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness in Government.

Barack Obama

Wow! That is certainly a powerful commitment to principle and doing the right thing. It was very was wise of Obama to make his position clear and unequivocal.

So nearly three years on, just how is that Transparency and Open Government thing working out, Mr. President?

If asked, I am certain that Obama would claim complete success and trumpet this as yet another major achievement in a bitterly partisan environment where men of lesser quality would cave in to the temptations of partisan wrangling by hiding behind the Bully Pulpit of the U.S. Presidency.

But not Barack Hussein Obama, right?

How, then, to explain the actions of White House Counsel Kathryn Ruemmler with respect to a subpoena issued by House Republicans concerning the Solyndra scandal?

As reported at the reference, Counsel Ruemmler rejected the subpoena out of hand:

President Obama's attorney sent a letter to Congressional investigators on Friday, saying the White House would not cooperate with a subpoena requesting documents related to its doling out a $535 million loan guarantee to now bankrupt solar panel manufacturer Solyndra.

"I can only conclude that your decision to issue a subpoena, authorized by a party-line vote, was driven more by partisan politics than a legitimate effort to conduct a responsible investigation," Obama's counsel, Kathryn Ruemmler, wrote in a letter to the top Republicans on the House Energy and Commerce committee.”

Excuse me, Counsel, but you are supposed to be representing THE agent for Change and Hope, the man in whom God has entrusted the mantra “Transparency & Open Government” for this and all future generations to heed both in spirit and letter!

Refusing to comply with a properly-executed instrument of the Congress based on flimsy musing about ‘partisan politics’ is simply not ‘cool’ in this, the Enlightened Age of Barack!

Back to the reference:

Committee chairman Rep. Fred Upton, R-Mich, blasted the White House response:

“We have been reasonable every step of the way in this investigation, and it is a shame that the Obama Administration and House Democrats continue to put up partisan roadblocks to hide the truth from taxpayers. Solyndra was a jobs program gone bad, and we must learn the lessons of Solyndra as we work to turn our economy around and put folks back to work.
Our judicious and methodical work over the last eight months has garnered tens of thousands of pages of documents from DOE and OMB that have proven we are on the right track. Now, we need to know the White House’s role in the Solyndra debacle in order to learn the full truth about why taxpayers now find themselves a half billion dollars in the hole. The White House could have avoided the need for subpoena authorizations if they had simply chosen to cooperate. That would have been the route we preferred, and frankly, it would have been better for the White House to get the information out now, rather than continue to drag this out. Our request for documents is reasonable - we are not demanding the President’s blackberry messages as we are respectful of Executive Privilege. What is the West Wing trying to hide? We owe it to American taxpayers to find out.”

Indeed! Just what is the West Wing trying to hide, Mr. President?

‘Occupy’ Jon Corzine?

Jon Corzine is one of the more contemptible weasels who earns a living by practicing financial malfeasance on a grand scale. So contemptible is he that deserves his own “Occupy” movement—Occupy Jon Corzine has a nice ring to it, no?

This wrong-minded Democrat, a huge supporter of Barack Obama, has been an equal opportunity destroyer in both government and the private sector in recent times.

As Governor of New Jersey, Corzine drove that state into financial ruin until voters elected Republican Chris Christie to clean-up the tax and spend mess drenched in the DNA of Jon Corzine.

Then it was back to the private sector and a stint as CEO and Chairman of MF Global Holdings.

Before much time passed, Corzine’s failure skills surfaced again, leading MF to bankruptcy as reported at reference 1 in part:

Jon Corzine has resigned as MF Global Holdings chief executive officer and chairman, the brokerage firm said Friday.

The former New Jersey governor and Goldman Sachs chief confirmed he will not seek severance pay in connection with his resignation from the bank, which filed for bankruptcy protection on Monday.

In the press release, Corzine said: “I have voluntarily offered my resignation to the board of directors of MF Global. This was a difficult decision, but one that I believe is best for the firm and its stakeholders.

“I feel great sadness for what has transpired at MF Global and the impact it has had on the firm’s clients, employees and many others, " he said in the statement. “I intend to continue to assist the company and its board in their efforts to respond to regulatory inquiries and issues related to the disposition of the firm’s assets.”

Reports circulated earlier had the fallen Corzine in line for a $12 million dollar bonus as a part of his severance. Apparently, common sense descended on the parties and the latest report has Corzine leaving without severance pay, which is more than he deserves given the fact that handcuffs and jail could have been applied.

Corzine’s heart-warming assurance that “I intend to continue to assist the company and its board in their efforts to respond to regulatory inquiries and issues related to the disposition of the firm’s assets,” should be viewed by as a direct threat to MF and its associates by an obviously disgruntled former employee.

So with MF vanquished, what is next for the bearded failure? A big role in the reelection campaign for Barack Obama perhaps?

In the interest of assuring that Obama is sent into permanent retirement on January 20, 2013, one can only hope and pray that Jon Corzine plays a huge role in the 2012 campaign!

Port of Oakland Occupied by Violent Vagrants, Thanks to Moon Bat Mayor!

Are you skeptical of those who claim that liberalism is a mental disorder?

If so, it is imperative that you aquatint yourself with the works and wonders of Mayor Jean Quan, the left-wing extremist who is in charge of doings in Oakland, California.

Mayor Quan, apparently cursed with the most vile stream of the insanity virus, rolled up her sleeves and went to work on the ‘Occupy Oakland’ quagmire which has gripped her town, an unlovely mess even before the invasion by thousands of malcontent vagrants and bums looking for a government bail out to rescue themselves from years of misspent youth mired in alcohol and drug abuse, made all the worse by genetic stupidity.

Unfortunately, Mayor Quan’s liberal disease is in the advanced stages which means that the lady should probably not be allowed to walk on Oakland’s chaotic streets, much less run the damn town.

As reported at the reference, Mayor Quan just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time: Meaning, she was in her office at City Hall when the Occupy Mania came calling:

The liberal Tea Party had been staging a “general strike” all day, after the craven Mayor Jean Quan literally surrendered the city to them, going so far as to advise local businesses to “leave the cash drawer open and empty” after business hours, so the wealth redistribution experts marching through the streets could easily see that they didn’t have any money to steal.

Quan also gave all city employees the day off, so they could join the protests… except for the city police. As the Blaze reports, this was very confusing to the city police, who found themselves wondering if the Mayor wanted city employees on both sides of the picket line. They wrote Quan to ask if she could clear a few things up, such as who was actually running Oakland these days:

On Tuesday, October 25th, we were ordered by Mayor Quan to clear out the encampments at Frank Ogawa Plaza and to keep protesters out of the Plaza. We performed the job that the Mayor’s Administration asked us to do, being fully aware that past protests in Oakland have resulted in rioting, violence and destruction of property.

Then, on Wednesday, October 26th, the Mayor allowed protesters back in – to camp out at the very place they were evacuated from the day before.

To add to the confusion, the Administration issued a memo on Friday, October 28th to all City workers in support of the “Stop Work” strike scheduled for Wednesday, giving all employees, except for police officers, permission to take the day off.

That’s hundreds of City workers encouraged to take off work to participate in the protest against “the establishment.” But aren’t the Mayor and her Administration part of the establishment they are paying City employees to protest? Is it the City’s intention to have City employees on both sides of a skirmish line?

It is all very confusing to us.”

The police are probably a little cranky about the way they were used as scapegoats for the violence displayed by Occupy Oakland during the last riot it started, which ended with a man nursing a head injury in the hospital. Hopefully the Mayor kept her eyes open during the next riot, which happened last night, when the Occupiers marched on the port and shut it down.”

There you go, another left-wing moon bat who surrenders to evil and stabs the police in the back.

Mayor Jean Quan--she may be crazy enough to run for national office as a Democrat!

Time to "Occupy" Mexico?

Given the fact that Mexico has, in effect, declared war on our sovereign nation by sponsoring the invasion of America by as many as 12-38 million uneducated peasants from Mexico, is it not time for the United States to respond?

And with vigor?

For example. Congress should formally declare war on Mexico, effective immediately.

President Obama should be ordered to use whatever military force might be needed to wrest control of Mexico from Felipe Calderon and other Mexican elitists whose only solution to domestic problems is to dump those problems on the U.S. side of the border.

Once the U.S. military has firm control of the nation, a task that should take about four hours, tops, Mexico's oil production fields and facilities should be seized.

All oil proceeds should be sent to the U.S. treasury as partial compensation for the hundreds of billions of American taxpayer dollars wasted by giving public services to illegal aliens.

Other actions that must be undertaken immediately:

*All foreign aid to Mexico should be cut off;

*An interim government should be established under the management of Tom Tancredo who should serve as the acting president of Mexico, pending further action by the U.S.

*Tancredo's administration should include Jeff Sessions of Alabama, Duncan Hunter of California, Frosty Woodbridge, John W. Lillpop and other reasonable conservatives who understand illegal aliens.

*Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio should replace Janet Napolitano as the head of Homeland Security. Arpaio's only priority should be to locate and deport every illegal alien in America, using whatever military and domestic police resources he might need.

*The Tancredo administration should re-write the Mexican constitution and make it a capitol offense for any person in Mexico to cross America's borders illegally. English should be the official language of Mexico.

*Michelle Obama should be appointed Director of FDA in Mexico. She should immediately ban the production, sale, export, and consumption of tostadas, burritos, and all other Mexican food because of fat, carbohydrates, sodium and other deadly ingredients.

Once law and order have been established in Mexico, Tancredo and his colleagues should return to America and fix the mess here as well!
